Ho Vang in Berlin

This was our first time at Ho Vang, and we were very impressed by the ambiance, the friendliness of the staff, and especially by the quality and freshness of the food. We will definitely return on our next visit to Berlin.

I'm Vietnamese myself and I found this place very tasty and totally authentic. The service and the atmosphere in the restaurant were very pleasant.

I am not sure why this restaurant is getting 4.4. The food is absolutely not tasty. The portions are small too! Quite a greedy place. Never again. I regret eating here. It feels like I’m eating from a food truck under a bridge.

In my opinion, it's not authentically Asian/Vietnamese. It's also not reasonably priced, in my opinion. There are much better options in Berlin, I think.

They did not give receipt when I paid cash .so did not know how the bill was made up.will not go there again

Not very authentic pho--didn't come with any hoisin sauce, Thai basil, or lime. Broth was fine but not very flavorful. Tempura wasn't tempura it was just regular fried.

Last night (Thursday), we ordered a vegetarian appetizer selection, glass noodle salad, and egg-fried rice with duck – and we were absolutely thrilled! Everything was delicious, freshly prepared, and well-seasoned. The service was fast, attentive, and friendly. The interior is stylish and simple – tasteful without being overly opulent. One small downside: the seating wasn't particularly comfortable, so you wouldn't necessarily want to linger. Overall, though, it was a very enjoyable meal and definitely worth recommending.

Pedí el curry xoai y me quedé en la región (Asia) una cerveza de tigre que es un poco más ligera que la cerveza promedio. El plato estaba muy bueno. Personal amable, puede sentarse afuera y en este momento el clima es encantador, así que hace frío. Puedes pagar en efectivo o con tarjeta de crédito.

We were running late, and the waitress was incredibly friendly, and our food was served within 8 minutes. The food was an 11/10!!!!

I would give this a 4.5 but I won't put a 5 because I don't give that many haha. But this is definitely one of the better meals I've had in Berlin! Salmon wasn't dry, soups are GREAT and the appetisers were healthy portions and tasted great with the sauces.

This little restaurant is well worth a visit if you like Vietnamese food. We went here and had both cocktails, starters and main dishes...you can sit both inside and outside, we choose the latter. Everything tasted really great and the place is very cousy. Prices are fair, the service fine and it is just a joy visiting this restaurant.

Very, very tasty Vietnamese restaurant near Alexanderplatz. The restaurant looks very inviting from the outside. The food is also super tasty - the ingredients appear to be high quality and the dishes are super fresh. The food appears to be of high quality - but the prices are not exactly cheap. We have been there twice so far and were very satisfied. We'd love to come back :)

Service and serve were amazing. We ordered the chicken mango dish and the spring rolls, and they were AMAZING! It's a little pricey, depending on what you get, but well worth it.

A nice little shop not far from Alexander Platz. Very tasty food that was prepared quickly and yet freshly. Even the drinks were very tasty and beautifully presented. I will definitely come back.

The Phở was incredibly tasty and fresh, my friends also loved their sushi. Everything super fresh! The lady who served us in particular was extremely friendly and attentive – top service! Definitely coming back.

While looking for a place to eat which offers an Asian cuisine during my trip to Berlin, me and my friend came across this place. My experience with this restaurant is wonderful! The location is easily accessible and approximately 5 min walking from the famous Alexanderplatz. The restaurant offers a huge variation of Asian dishes, among others sushi and rice/noodles dishes. The staff was very hospitable and quick, despite the crowds. I ordered a rice dish with chicken, which was very delicious. It was a big portion, and the food was fresh. The price is reasonable as well. The place itself is pleasant, offering a delightful room with wonderful decoration and comfortable seats. Overall, whether you visit Berlin or are a local, I highly recommend this place if you enjoy Asian cuisines!

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner on Saturday evening. We had the starter platter, a duck dish, and one with pork belly. The food was great, and the service was fast and authentic. We would come again 😊

Nice Asian restaurant in Berlin. It is comfortably furnished with lots of wood and the food is very tasty. Spring rolls with minced pork are recommended and the flat rice noodle soup was also very good. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is generally cozy. The restaurant can be recommended especially at lunchtime, good lunch offers are rarely found for less than 10 euros, here they are 9-12 euros, depending on the selection, with excellent taste. A visit between the main times of lunch and evening is recommended with restrictions. During this time, the service tends to play loud music or watch cell phone videos at full volume. This is a bit annoying, especially when there are few guests and a correspondingly low noise level from conversations. Anyway, I can highly recommend lunch here.

Ho Vang was a fantastic find, and everything that was ordered for the table was enjoyed. The sushi was fresh, the green curry with tofu was full of flavor, and the noodles and edamame were cooked just right. The only downside was the fried dumplings, which were a bit too oily. Overall, a great experience. Fully recommend!

We search out nice restaurants, and this was our favorite in Berlin. Healthy, fresh ingredients and very tasty. The same waiter 2 times eating here and he was super cool.

the food is quite tasty but the prices are higher than in other places, but it is the city center. The pho ga was quite simple in taste. Also they did not serve lemon or lime with it. The duck was a bit dry, but the rice was very tasty. The rolls had more avocado than fish. but overall the food was tasty and not bad.👍😋

I was there for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was attentive and very accommodating, especially with regard to extra requests. The sushi was excellent and we really liked the soups. The prices are reasonable.

Briefly summarized: The food was good but unfortunately the service wasn't. The waitresses are a bit sleepy, so you have to place your order at the counter if you don't want your food in 30-45 minutes. Otherwise everything is fine.

"I visited the restaurant last week during dinner time. The ambiance was great, but the customer service was terrible. I placed my order, and when I got the bill, there was a huge price difference. When I asked about it, they casually said, 'Oh, sorry, lunch prices are lower than dinner prices.' They should have informed me beforehand. Their apology felt insincere, as if they didn’t care at all. The place is overpriced—I'll never visit again."

Food was very tasty! Only we ordered Mojitos, but these were not made with fresh mint. There were little bits of mint all over the glass making it undrinkable. When we asked for a solution she asked if we wanted a new straw (huh?). The best solution she could ultimately come up with was to sift out the mint. Unfortunately the drink was still not enjoyable. I would recommend not ordering a Mojito.

We had lunch here, where we enjoyed delicious food at very affordable prices. The salmon salad special was outstanding. The only very small downside is that the staff speak neither German nor English very well so communicating anything other than pointing at the menu was pretty challenging.

Be careful with the bill! The food tasted good and the portion was large. However, what was negative is the service and staff. They are very unmotivated. It took 15 minutes for us (2 people) to get our drink even though the restaurant didn't have many guests. Only the tables outside were occupied. There wasn't a single guest inside. When we wanted to pay we had to ask 3 times. The answer was, yes, the colleague is coming soon. At that point there were only a few guests left, which is why I don't understand what was taking so long. We must have waited 15 minutes and missed an important appointment!! The biggest impudence came with the bill, where they charged a large water instead of a small one!!! We noticed it!

Good food, good price, good service! And there is no music, that is a big plus for me :) a bit weird thing: I had to pay for tap water, and that in Berlin is really quite weird... And another thing is that somehow it's still a very noisy place, maybe because of the acustic... I don't know. And it's nobody's fault, really, but I think it's important mentioning because for someone with sensory issues could be important to know. I will go back anyway!
