I was just ripped off by a shouting waitress! This is what the worst kind of rip-off looks like; first, everything has to be done quickly because it's already after 2:30 p.m. My husband wanted a main course, I asked for an appetizer, but they only serve it for two people. Then I asked if they had sweet and sour duck. After he confirmed, I ordered it. Duck arrived in an unidentifiable sauce, slammed down on the table with the words: "The chef made a mistake, no sweet and sour, you try it." I'm compelled, but it's inedible; the sauce is like water, no flavor at all, half slimy vegetables, half raw. I told the so-called waitress that it wasn't good and that I shouldn't have to pay for it because I only tried the duck and vegetables once. Then she started yelling at me: "You ate it, you pay, immediately." She was banging the menus around at the next table and screaming at me like a madwoman. I told her that this wasn't appropriate for a waitress, and her response was, "I don't care!!!" I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant in my life!!! Maybe in prison, or a psychiatric hospital, where people scream like that. Absolute outrage!!!!!! I paid €40.80 for 2 ducks and 2 apple spritzers. Unbelievable, one star is too many, that's already a civil offense...

Absolutely disappointing – I've been ripped off for years! I've been going to this restaurant many times over the years, even eating there as a child. Back then, it was a familiar place for me, but what has developed here over the years is simply no longer acceptable. The woman who works there (and apparently also calls the shots) is extremely pushy and unpleasant to deal with. What's really unacceptable, however, is that she never tells you the real price or brings a proper bill. Instead, she comes straight to your table and out of nowhere quotes imaginary prices that bear no relation to the food – for example, €100 for a meal that was worth €20 to €30 at most. No receipt, no transparency, nothing – simply brazen. This scam is common practice, and I've unfortunately experienced it several times. It's completely incomprehensible to me how this behavior even gets away with it. It feels like deliberate deception against the guests. The food itself is average at best and far too expensive for what's on offer. I used to like it, but now I get annoyed every time I think about how many times I've been ripped off there. I can only strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. If you want to be treated fairly, you should definitely steer clear.

Frozen meat is not tasty. It's like powder, Pho soup is bland like cold water...no vegetables or spices at all. If I give my opinion, they say...cook with heart. Is it true or are you upset when people say your cooking is bad...open a Deutschland restaurant...if you open a restaurant in Vietnam, you'll close the shop immediately...cooking is terrible as hell

The service can be a bit direct at times. But I always enjoy coming back. The food is really good and of high quality.

Terrible experience at this Vietnamese restaurant in Munich. The service was shockingly poor, and the behavior of the staff was outright racist. This place does not deserve your time or money their discriminatory behavior is completely unacceptable.

The food was quite good, but I've had Pho Bo much better and with fresh limes, chilies and coriander. The soup was slightly too clove/cinnamony for me… The peppered duck was also good. The prices are okay, although I would have expected more fresh ingredients for the Pho Bo for the price. The service was quick and friendly.

Been absolutely rude to us. And be careful with the mixed starter on the menu it says €8.50 for 2 people but it costs €17 and it is NOT on the menu. The lady was unreasonable and told us never to come back. We won't either

The food is good, I like the restaurant itself. The service was probably a bit overwhelmed alone.

So if you could give extra points for service, then I would give 10 stars. The owner is sooo friendly and wanted to adopt our child. Simply warm. And the food is excellent!

I like the restaurant, it's not fancy Instagram chic, but familiar and tasty, at a good price. The “boss” has it under control and is very warm and funny. The food tastes wonderful. When the weather is good you can sit outside (umbrellas also provide shade) Always nice to have a good time at the Ho.

The food was fantastic. Very tasty and needs such as spiciness were taken into account. The operation/service was also excellent. She kept coming over for a quick chat and then also brought home-made toppings for the salad - we really appreciated that. Very warm and lovely!!

I always enjoy coming here to eat, now even with my family. The food is great, the restaurant and its outdoor area are comfortably furnished. A real highlight is the wait staff, who always run the place completely on their own, never make them wait long and ensure that the guests have a lovely stay with their open and funny, but also very warm manner. The next visit is already planned and I'm really looking forward to it.

Food wasn't good! Spring rolls were brought to us even though we didn't want them and then we were charged for them! It didn't work at all and the service was absolutely intrusive.

Was there today for lunch with my mother around 1:30 p.m., lunch is offered until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant was very well-arranged with 3 tables. The owner was unfriendly and impolite from the start and the service was careless. The food was ok, but rather mediocre. We had at least finished eating but hadn't finished drinking yet. I would have liked to have ordered dessert, but suddenly she stood in front of us and rather rudely demanded that we pay now and stated the amount requested. I asked if we could finish our drinks and asked her for the bill. She's on her lunch break now, period, and she's gone. Apart from that, we weren't the last guests. The amount seemed too high to me, so I quickly picked up a menu next to the table to check the drink prices. She then immediately came to our table and became cheeky and aggressive by trying to prevent me from checking the prices. I insisted. It was only about an amount of 4.90 euros, but that's not how it works. I still didn't get an invoice... Conclusion, despite many positive reviews, I can only warn against this restaurant, I have read all the reviews, and this fraud and this cheeky, brash manner is not an isolated case. Many guests may just not have noticed. So, be careful and stay away

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, sehr gutes Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Weiter so. Habe Ente mit Pfeffsauce gegessen sehr gut.

Rather unpleasant dinning experience: slow and unprofessional service, below average food, rude waitress. Waited 1.5h to get served with the main course during a workday lunch. The food quality was at best comparable to university canteen. You can get much better Vietnamese food in the Munich city for the same if not cheaper prices. The “highlight” is the very rude waitress/owner. She treated us like primary school children when taking the order and no single apology for the long waiting. The only occurrence she showed a good attitude was taking the bill, asking if we liked the food - unfortunately not:( I questioned why the price she asked for is different what’s on the menu. She scolded me “those are old menus, ok?! Please pay!” I didn’t bother to argue with her but I was definitely not ready to pay any tips for such bad food and arrive. Well it’s not about the 1-2€ price difference, it’s about honesty with your customers! One star on top as the environment is kind of nice.

Der Mittagstisch bietet gute Angebote. Das Essen war im großen und ganzen auch ok. Der Eierreis etwas trocken aber mit reichlich Gemüse. Draußen im Garten sitzt man schön und gemütlich. Der Service war etwas lieblos und gestresst - obwohl nicht sehr viel los war.

This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant that I have ever visited. The restaurant is located in a very quite place with lots of plants and trees around. The owner lady is just fantastic! She is very kind and hospitable! She would also suggest some really good dishes if you ask for her recommendations. Talking about the food, it's was really really tasttyyyyy! It is simply the best Vietnamese food we ever ate. We order 2 vegetarian dishes (no 33&102) and a drink that was a mixture of different fruits. I would definitely recommend these dishes!

Es ist hier sehr schön wir waren das erste Mal hier und haben den Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert es war alles sehr lieb vorbereitet sogar mit einem Strauß Rosen wurde sie begrüßt das Essen war hervorragend wir wurden ganz lieb umsorgt wir hatten sehr viel Spaß die Bedienung war fröhlich und hat zusätzlich für gute Stimmung gesorgt ich kann nur sagen vielen lieben Dank von ganzem Herzen für diesen wunderschönen Abend

Schönes, vietnamesisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und hochwertig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen. Es gibt nicht sehr viele Parkplätze, aber im Umkreis im Wohngebiet gibt es viele Ausweichmöglichkeiten.

Super Restaurant und die Kellnerin hat ein hammer Gedächtnis. Leider muss man schon etwas mehr Zeit einplanen mit dem Essen aber wenn es dann kommt schmeckt super lecker.

Actually, its a nice and quiet place next to Infineon Campus. Had been there couple of time with colleagues and food is nice, quantity is also sufficient.

Absolut klasse. Das Essen war top, sehr guter Geschmack. Die Bedienung hatte viel zu tun und hatte trotzdem alles im Griff. Ohne Aufschreiben alles gemerkt und richtig serviert. Sehr aufmerksam. Dabei auch noch mit Spaß bei der Sache. Das macht das Essen dort zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis. Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auch noch. Da kommen wir gerne wieder. Weiter so und vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.
