Hero Döner in Norderstedt

Dürüm kebab was cold, salad was ok, sauce was saved and meat was already crispy. I reported this back when paying and they didn't care. And at €8.50 it was too expensive for that. I can't recommend it any further.

The vegan kebab is really different. The owner was super nice and let us try a piece beforehand and we were absolutely thrilled. Really cool kebab for a really legitimate price. We'll definitely be back!

We ate there the day before yesterday and had 2 kebabs with meat and 2 Vöner. The meat kebab was very tasty but that was the best kebab I've eaten so far! I looked all over Hamburg for an alternative and there are also delicious ones but this one is the best.

Were there for the first time today. Wanted to try the kebab. Food was absolutely subpar, drinks weren't even cold. Unfortunately, we also “had” to sit at a dirty table because no one thought it was necessary to wipe it down. In general, hygiene is probably not very important in the store. Sauces didn't taste good either, they were generally very runny, but that's probably a matter of taste. We would definitely not recommend this store.

Letting hunger take over, I would have preferred to leave it alone. Döner plate completely overflowing onto a small plate where everything falls down while eating. There was hardly any sauce and it was completely liquid and tasteless. The "ceiling lamps" were broken and full of dust. At home, the surprise followed in a different way... Not recommended, sorry!

Dönner or Dürum doesn't taste like a Turkish one. Meat and salad are also not good quality. It just doesn't taste good. Fries don't taste good either. I found the staff to be friendly. You still have to work on the taste and quality. I'm not coming back. Unfortunately also overpriced for this quality.

The worst kebab I've ever eaten. Jumbo kebab for €8.60 with poultry that tastes like nothing or watery. The kebab was a far cry from Jumbo. Really a disgrace

Ask if there is a Rewe nearby where you can shop so I can buy a Redbull, no, nothing far and wide then I give €3 for a Redbull, go a few steps further, a Rewe go back and tell them I want my money back and the two cardboard noses threaten you.

Probably the worst kebab plate in Norderstedt. Meat totally soggy, fries were just warmed up. Sauces absolutely tasteless, I wanted to take everything out straight away... Do yourself a favor and go eat kebab somewhere else.

A really great shop with a delicious selection of different kebab dishes and snacks. Both meat skewers look great and taste great. It's my wife's birthday and she got a soft drink of her choice on the house and I and two other guests were offered a delicious chai. Very friendly service. This is how you want to eat. Excellent. We have been to Hero Döner several times and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately that wasn't the case last time. We asked if it was possible to get a kebab box with only meat. The young man who worked there pointed out to us that he didn't know and would have to ask his father (the other employee). After he heard the request and our point that we would of course pay more, all he said was that they don't normally do this. After he started, we gave him €12 and he looked at the money as if it was far too little (the kebab box costs €7.50 as standard, so an extra of over 60%) only came from his side a "meat is expensive" He then turned to the meat skewer and muttered "everything's fine" to himself. After he handed us the kebab box, he asked us about our origins and made a condescending comment about them. If we had been told from the start that this order could not be fulfilled, we would have accepted it. Instead, we were packed with meat, some of which was undercooked and some of which was still pink.

Had lahmacun with kebab meat. It was extremely tasty with good sauce and lots of meat. The employee was very nice, gave us extra napkins and at the end we got black tea on the house. Will be my new regular kebab!

I paid 9 euros for a Pomm Dürum doner kebab. As soon as I unrolled a piece of aluminum foil, the inside fell towards me. The Dürum wasn't wrapped even remotely tightly. Halfway through, it completely disintegrated into its components. What I had been able to eat up to that point was simply very dry. I wondered if there was any sauce at all. I definitely won't visit Hero Döner again and can't recommend anyone to spend their money here.

Very tasty and the Dürüm fills you up. Finally a kebab that's not just minced meat. This can also be called a kebab.

I don't actually like writing reviews; people usually only rate things when they have something to complain about. That's why I'm critical of reviews on the internet. But I see it as my duty to protect others from throwing €7.50 into the wind. The chicken kebab was very small and totally dry. The bread is sticky. Far too little of the sauce. The salesman can hardly get his teeth apart. Unfriendly and simply miserable. Even though I ate there, there was no napkin. I definitely won't eat kebab here again. What's wrong with the kebab shops? Unfortunately it's the same everywhere now. To the owners of Hero-Kebab: Even if you don't care about the reviews because your business is designed for spontaneous walk-in customers; You won't get very far this way. I strongly recommend you work on quality, appropriate portions and better service. Maybe you should try your product yourself.

Incredibly unfriendly employee. My kebab with fries came with three fries. 9 euros for the rancid meat is simply unbelievable and unreasonable. Just as inappropriate as calling me and my friends “young ladies.” You should maintain a certain level of professionalism with every customer. Abysmal cheeky.

An absolute disgrace. You pay €9 and you really get a plate of dirt. I ordered a Dürum with fries inside. There were 3 fries and they were cold and the meat was also cold and subterranean bad. In addition, the tzatziki was just water with herbs. Hygiene is terrible, you could definitely have saved yourself that €9. But you can get something better and of better quality at McDonalds. Not recommended at all.

A real impudence. The price was really exorbitant for the small kebab I got. The price-performance ratio wasn't right at all. The taste was okay but nothing extraordinary. The service was a real disgrace. As soon as I was halfway through eating I had to get up with the half-eaten kebab in my hand because the employee just wanted to get off work quickly. The food is mediocre, but I still eat there from time to time - so far. I always pay by card. Today I ordered as usual, but when I paid they now wanted cash. Unfortunately, I didn't have any money with me and now I had to hear that I should have asked first. I don't understand why people don't put up a sign saying "card reader out of service". So I didn't eat anything and had to be lectured in an outrageously condescending manner for their failure. Never again!

Incredibly unfriendly staff, no smile, no effort, just nothing. Hygiene is very lacking here!! The currywurst with fries tasted so rotten, I immediately felt sick!!! The fries looked like they had been fried for the third time. How can you not be ashamed of selling something like that to your customers???? The mayo, which was supposedly homemade according to the guy, just tasted sour and rotten. Who knows what they added. No shame about those 2 men there. I hope the health department comes along and closes the juice shop.

Anyone who comes from the East and knows what a good kebab should be will be very disappointed here... It has nothing to do with the original kebab as we know it in the East, sorry. It doesn't really taste good and the staff could be nicer and friendlier and it's also overpriced...

I don't normally eat kebab. Since real layered meat is sold here, I still became a kebab lover and come to eat several times a week. The gentlemen behind the counter are also very nice.

The kebab was very tasty. Can recommend large portion and clean atmosphere. The best thing they do is the falafel.

Actually, one star is still too much for this store. Let's start with the staff. I've rarely experienced anything so unfriendly, there's no regard for hygiene. First the money is touched, then passed through the beard again and then the kebab is prepared. Disgusting. The kebab actually only consists of salad, counting the 5 pieces of meat was more than a joke. In terms of taste it was a 0 and the sauces were simply subterranean. This store really deserves zero stars.

The gentlemen were very friendly and I wonder why people say they are unfriendly. I believe that the way you scream into the forest, it comes back. Most people lack humanity anyway and I will 100% come back. See you soon 🥙👍

Doner kebab tastes like vomit and there's extra hair in it! Doner man is unfriendly and said I could eat outside even though no one was there. In addition, the kebabs are overpriced, I paid 6 euros for a kebab that was the size of a Fanta can. Catastrophic!!! Don't go!!!

Service dauert ewig, kalte Menschen.Ein falscher Blick von mir dann gehen die Beleidigungen auf Türkisch schon los und sie denken ich verstehe es nicht finde ich sehr frech.Der Döner war kalt während ich esse musste ich mehrmals gucken ob ich Döner oder Plastik esse.Im Essen waren mehrmals Haare und Plastik ekelhaft.Als ausversehen ein Salatstück auf Boden gefallen ist wurde ich angeschrien und ich wurde angeschrien dass ich hier raus soll und niewieder herkommen soll außerdem hat er auf Türkisch mich beleidigt alles nur wegen einem kleinen salatstück werde niewieder kommen einfach frech!

I haven't been there often so far but often enough to leave a comment. Most of the days I ate there was a very nice, middle-aged, black-haired employee who served politely and the kebab was tasty. But another time I was there and there was an older grandpa at the service and I was shocked because the work was catastrophic no thank you no please evil and annoyed look and the food was only filled sparingly the sauce was really runny and I didn't like it at all .

The seller was very unfriendly and the food didn't taste good at all. The fries were cold and hard and the meat was raw. I will never eat there again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Personal unfreundlich, schlechte Atmosphäre. Essen grenzt an einer Misshandlung, jede schwarze Mülltonne hat bessere Essen.

Das essen war sehr schlecht zubereitet,alles ist auseinander gefallen.Der servis war sehr genervt und unfreundlich sehr schlimm.Das essen war komplett kalt würde mich nicht einmal trauen das essen kunden anzubieten

Der Mann an der Theke war sehr sehr unfreundlich, hört nicht zu, hat kein Lächeln auf den Lippen und scheint sehr genervt zu sein. Ich glaube, er hat den falschen Job. Döner war fast kalt und die Pommes sahen so aus, als wären sie 5 mal frittiert worden. Der Mini Döner ist einfach nur eine Frechheit. Nie wieder werden wir dahin gehen. Waren früher gerne dort essen.

Lecker & stattliche Portion für faires Geld.

Habe hier nur etwas Baklava gekauft, daher kann ich zu den übrigen Speisen nicht viel berichten. Zur Bedienung: Wer Baklava kennt, weiss, dass das Zeug klebrig ist. Was liegt da näher, als die einzelnen Gebäcke mit den blanken Fingern vom "Kuchenheber" zu schieben. Wen es interessiert, natürlich folgte der Klassiker: Mit den gleichen Fingern wurde das Geld kassiert. Magensäure regelt - Bon Appetit. Achja: Danke an den freundlichen Verkäufer, dass ich mein Wechselgeld doch noch bekommen habe, nachdem es hieß, es gäbe keine Münzen und ich wiederholt darauf bestehen musste. Dass sich dabei wirklich abwertend in den Bart genuschelt wurde, habe ich nicht überhört. Bitte - Sollte das der eigene Anspruch sein, macht etwas anderes als Gastronomie. Es gibt zwei Sterne, da ich den Standort unter der Rolltreppe als Herausforderung honorieren möchte. Was für ein Laden...

Wir hatten einen Döner Teller und einen Mini Döner. Zuerst Mal war der "Verkäufer" sichtlich genervt von der Arbeit. Der Dönerteller war nur in Ordnung. Irgendwie hat es lasch geschmeckt und die Pommes waren noch wabbelig U nicht knusprig. Der Minidöner ist eine reine Kundenverarsche! Ich glaube es waren 6 oder 6.50€ was dieser kostet. Und der ist so Mini , da ist nur ein Hauch Fleisch drauf gewesen. Also wirklich Abzocke. Haben auch Fotos gemacht . Wir werden dort nicht mehr hin gehen und können es nicht weiter empfehlen.

War sehr lecker, ich komme wieder

Döner Box nicht ihr Geld wert. Pommes wieder aufgewärmt und fertig, Fleisch ungeschnitten und generell lieblos zubereitet. Nur einmal zu wenig soße in die Mitte gepackt und so hielt sich der Genuss in Grenzen.

Der erste Veggie Döner mit Saitan der schmeckt. Sehr gutes Brot. Leckere Soßen und viel Gemüse. Krosse Pommes alles sehr gut. Nettes Personal!

Döner laut meinem Sohn ok, geht besser. Was gar nicht geht: er hat meinem Sohn 2€ zu wenig Wechselgeld herausgegeben. Ich hoffe für Betreiber, dass es ein Versehen war. Sonst wäre es mit 8,60 ein extrem teurer Döner....

Sport lecker und nettes Personal ein 2. mal ist es wert

Sehr schöner Laden sauberes Essen ich war vor einigen Tagen dort mit meine Familie und der Mitarbeiter war sehr Familien freundlich und höflich. Das Essen war auch sehr gut das gleich war sehr gut angebraten und die Pommes waren nicht zu hart. Kann ich nur entführen und würde auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen.

Kleiner Döner für 6€, nicht mal die Hälfte vom normalen Döner für 6,80€. Dieser Preis ist unverschämt für die Größe. Geschmack ist ok.

Wir wollten mal wieder einen Döner und für unsere Kleine Tochter eine Portio Pommes. Haben wir auch bekommen. Die Pommes waren sehr hart und es sah so aus als ob die Pommes wieder aufgewärmt wurden sind. Das Fleisch war zwar gar aber leider nicht kross. Hero Döner schien Probleme mit der Elektronik gehabt zu haben. Als wir ankamen gab es nur Hänchen Fleisch. Und der zweite Grill war aus. Einer mit einem Messwerkzeug lief aufgeregt hin und her und Plötzlich war der Gäste Bereich dunkel. Wir werden Hero Döner noch mal ausprobieren vielleicht war es ja einmalig.

nachdem es in und um norderstedt sehr viele dönerläden gibt, ist man dennoch immer auf der suche nach " seinem" persönlichen döner☺️... ich persönlich kann sagen, ich habe ihn gefunden..."MEINEN"döner... es war NICHTS knorpeliges,was man doch bei anderen läden haben kann, im dürüm... ich kann den laden empfehlen... schade, dass (noch) kein lieferservice angeboten wird denn das "ambiente" ist jetzt nicht soooo toll... auch war des öfteren keine ec-zahlung möglich ist...ergo-bargeld bei haben ☺️☺️☺️

Bester Döner ever Fleisch Pommes Salat Alles Beste

Der beste Döner aus ganz Hamburg!!

Der Döner wird hier frisch zubereitet.Salatbar und Dönerspieße machen einen guten Eindruck.Wirklich besonders wird es bei den Soßen. Also alles in allem ein wirklich leckerer Döner.

Der Nachfolger vom Dönerwerk kann was… aber sollte an gewissen Stellen noch etwas nachlegen. Generell wünsche ich mir überall 100% Rindfleisch Döner ohne Hack/Brätgemisch… ist aber so gut wie nicht realisierbar, schon klar. Aber auch abseits davon geht es hier noch etwas besser. Der Spieß und das Fleisch sollte etwas krosser sein, ehe das Fleisch runtergeschnitten wird. Den Mais würde ich vom Salat weglassen, dafür kann das Dressing würziger und peppiger sein Auch das Brot ist etwas langweilig, wenn man sich ans Dönerwerk im Vergleich zurück erinnert. Stattdessen würde ich eher ein sehr geiles aber simples Fladenbrit vorschlagen. Generell ist hier alles in Ordnung, aber es ist leider nichts, was so krass heraussticht um mehr als 3 Sterne zu legitimieren. Aber ich werde dennoch wiederkommen, es schmeckt, der Preis ist ok und die Jungs sind nett.
