Bourgeois fare. Very good. We were here as part of a family celebration. In addition to the delicious buffet, fresh food was cooked for us. Thank you!

It's been a long time since I've had such a good schnitzel. The Herforder Pilsner was very good. The service was quick and friendly.

Pretty much everything on the menu is recommended. My personal favorites are the beer coach pan and the burger with fries. Even when busy, the staff is always friendly, attentive and not intrusive. The quality of the dishes has been consistently very good for years. Some of the service staff have been there for many years, which definitely speaks for a good atmosphere in the team. Anyone who complains about “the high prices” should just go to the nearest chip shop. Quality just costs a euro more. We have enjoyed coming to business for years.

Super tasty and very good service

The menu offered more choice. Became thinner over the years. The service was attentive and good, but the food was only lukewarm and carelessly prepared (all dishes ordered). After the meal, the service asked whether everything was OK, criticism was expressed on our part and the service thanked us for the tip. That was it. In addition, the beer prices are more expensive than those of the surrounding restaurants, even though the restaurant is right next to the brewery. That doesn't make sense to me. And there isn't a large selection of beers either.

We had the “Christmas goose to go”. On December 24th picked up in the morning. Explanation and tips on site were great. The meal that followed was delicious. 😋 Gladly again next year. 👍🏼😄

Unfortunately the BEER KUTCHER PAN was lukewarm to cold. It's a shame because it was tasty in itself, but it would have been even better warm. The plates were ice cold which didn't help matters. Maybe you should rethink that. The ambience was good, unfortunately the place is very noisy, which dampens the mood a bit because you can hardly have a conversation. The service was good, very accommodating. I reserved a table for 4 people and when we arrived my reservation strangely disappeared. We did get a table, unfortunately only under whispers from the staff.

Nice upscale ambience, appealing selection of food and friendly staff. However, from a certain price range I expect hot dishes and warm plates. The food was good for all of us, but unfortunately lukewarm and the plates were cold. If these were preheated, the food would arrive at the guest much hotter. Unfortunately, that was really a shame. At first we thought the side salad was without dressing. But this was at the bottom of the bowl, which was unfortunately too small to stir. It would make sense to mix the salad beforehand or add the dressing on top. All in all, we were satisfied, but not thrilled.

Wir waren oft in der Herforder Wirtschaft. Das Essen ist gut, die Bedienung aufmerksam, man kann sich dort auch als Gruppe gut aufhalten. Beim letzten Besuch ist allerdings irritierendes passiert. Ein Mitglied der Gruppe wollte die Reste des Mittagessens mitnehmen und bat darum, diese einzupacken. Die Verpackung bestand letztendlich aus einer Pommesschale mit einem bisschen Stanniol drumrum und wurde mit 2 € berechnet. Dass die Preise erheblich gestiegen sind, mag rechtfertigt werden. Den Doggy bag mit 2 € zu berechnen, ist schlichtweg eine Unverschämtheit.

The Herford economy is simply a top restaurant! We were thrilled by the cozy atmosphere and the friendly service. The food was excellent - from the starter to the dessert, everything was fresh, creative and tasted to the point. We were particularly impressed by the regional specialties. The drinks menu also offers a great selection, especially the local beer is a must. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Very good ! Beautiful ambience, very nice beer garden, nice & polite staff & great food! Sure a little more expensive, but definitely worth it! We can only recommend the business... lots of parking spaces in front of the door, all in all a very successful visit.

You can eat outside very well here and the prices are fair.

Very good economy on the outskirts of Herford and Hiddenhausen. Right next to the Herford brewery. Clear food and drink menu. Great ambience. Service is quick and friendly. Food is served hot and fresh. Waiting time may be a little longer during full operation. (>30min for a meal). Price/performance a bit higher but still reasonable and okay. Clear recommendation.

We chose Herforder Wirtschaft for our celebration with a larger group, and it was the perfect decision. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who looked after us very attentively throughout the afternoon. The food was excellent and everything was very well prepared. We would like to thank the business team for this completely successful lunch and we will definitely be happy to come back.

We were here for lunch and ate outside, very cozy, great attentive service. We had a Jägerschnitzel with croquettes (never had such delicious croquettes) fresh mushrooms, simply delicious. Prices not exaggerated, it wasn't our last visit

We celebrated our wedding with a private wedding ceremony at the Herforder Wirtschaft and everything was perfect! The location itself is great, the entire team is really friendly and accommodating. The preliminary planning went smoothly and was flexible. The food and drinks were of very good quality and had a diverse selection. We would celebrate there again at any time!

The Herford economy can always be recommended. Good selection of dishes, nice welcome and fast service. If the weather permits, I can highly recommend the beer garden.

Classic beer garden outside, very tasty. There is a large playground for the children that is visible. Makes life pretty relaxing for the parents.

Our family had a wonderful evening. The buffet tasted excellent, varied and plentiful. The staff gets an 1++ from us I can only recommend it . Thanks so much.

Die Vorspeise mit Dips und Brot sowie der Salat waren gut und das war es auch schon, der Vorspeisenteller hatte wohl in der Küche in Ketchup oder so gestanden welches sich dann unter Ihm und dann auf meinem Tisch befand. Das Kalbsschnitzel war lauwarm und fettig, nachdem ich das geäußert hatte wurde es mitgenommen und aufgewärmt wieder gebracht nun noch platter. Leider kann ich das Essen nicht empfehlen was schade ist es war mein 60 Geburtstag und es sollte ein besonderes Erlebnis sein

Mixed salad with chicken for €19.90 (!) the price is definitely not justified. 2 tomato pieces, cucumber slices, some green lettuce and lots of coleslaw on the left and right. Too bad not recommended.

Chicken burger + fries just under €20, I found the burger to be very poorly stocked. Unfortunately, it comes off worse when compared with LekkerBurger.

Very pleasant atmosphere. The beer garden is very nice. The children can go to the playground and let off steam. The food is very good. The selection is also good. I found the portion more than enough. 😉 The service is very friendly and attentive. For larger groups, you will be asked to choose your meal in advance. You sit down in the restaurant, order your drinks and the food comes without anything having to be said.

Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die achso lecker aussehenden westfälischen Bratkartoffel aus der Tiefkühlpackung von Gut&Günstig sind. Dies ist sehr schade, da man für den so hohen Preis etwas besseres erwarten könnte. Da die Küche um 20 Uhr schließt, ist die Auswahl an Desserts nach der Hauptspeise nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten uns eigentlich auf das so lecker aussehende Kirchcrumbel gefreut. Das, das nach einer sehr langen Wartezeit serviert wurde, war kalt. Das Personal war sehr unwissend über die einzelnen Gerichte.

Wir waren zum Grünkohl essen da. Die Portion mit Kohl, Kassler, Wurst und Bratkartoffeln war super lecker und reichlich. Klare Empfehlung.

Eine schöne Wirtschaft die im Sommer auch dazu einlädt im Biergarten zu sitzen. Innen kann es bei voller Auslastung teilweise recht laut werden! Die Speisen sind bisher ausnahmslos geschmackvoll und in Anbetracht der Preis/Leistung auf einem gutem Niveau. Meine Favoriten sind jedes Mal die Bratkartoffeln und die Pilzrahmsoße! Änderungswünsche werden ohne Probleme angenommen und umgesetzt. Eine Reservierung wird empfohlen und seit kurzer Zeit hat die Wirtschaft auch endlich wieder Samstag für Einzelkunden geöffnet. In der Vergangenheit war der Samstag für Gesellschaften reserviert, was bei uns öfters für Verstimmung gesorgt hat. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient und das Essen war sehr gut angerichtet. Auch hat uns das Herforder Weihnachtsbier vom Fass sehr gut geschmeckt. Einzig störende war die extreme Geräusche Kulisse.

Ziemlich nice und sehr lecker... das Lokal ist immer wirklich gut besetzt. Das Essen ist wirklich exzellent und ebenfalls der Service. Das Ambiente ist auch okay, aber ein wenig wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Deshalb ist ein längeres verweilen nicht so gegeben. Dennoch einladend. Liebe Grüße und immer wieder gerne. Einfaches bodenständiges Essen!! Schnitzel TipTop, Championrahmsoße ist gut aber etwas künstlich! Personal nett! Gerne wieder wenn man in der Ecke ist.

Wir waren aufgrund einer Hochzeitsfeier hier. Die Location ist echt toll dafür! 🤩 Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten, sich ggf. auch in ruhigere Ecken zurückzuziehen, wenn man will. Der Service war super, Getränke immer schnell da. Das Beste am Abend war aber das grandiose Essen!!! BBQ-Buffett vom allerfeinsten. Jedes Fleisch auf den Punkt super, Beilagen reichlich, Gemüse knackig. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Wir waren allerdings nur im Biergarten, der sehr schön ist und der Mittagstisch war wirklich lecker und es gab eine schöne Bierauswahl. Die Innenräume sind schön gestaltet. Gerne kommen wir wieder
