Portion much too small for the price, staff also very unfriendly and argumentative

I ordered kebabs to take away and they were just completely salad and no kebab meat was seen

I was there today and asked if the meat was ready to serve, as it still looked raw to me. The employee assured me it was fine and served it. After the first bite, I noticed that the chicken was still pink and undercooked. I immediately returned it, but instead of offering a reasonable solution or compensation, he suggested "give it a quick once-over"—as if kebabs are ready in two minutes. As a Turkish person who knows kebabs, I definitely cannot recommend this place.

This is my first review, and I don't recommend this place to anyone. The bread is hard and the meat wasn't cooked properly. When he took the ingredients out of the compartments, dozens of fruit flies flew out of every single compartment. This was by far the worst kebab I've ever tasted! I would give it 0/5 stars if I could.

I found the kebab really disgusting. The meat was very old, and the kebab was falling apart. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, I had to revise my initially positive impression of the shop. At first, they were super friendly and chatted with me for a long time. There was a guy in a chef's costume standing there, playing with his cell phone. I asked him if they had any kebabs because the spit wasn't turning. He yelled at me and asked why he should turn on the grill if there were no customers anyway. What a crazy statement. I've never heard that before. The customers were standing in front of him. He didn't feel like working. You quickly see that all this niceness is fake and how quickly people switch off. We left and will never come back. Worst shop ever!

I ordered a kebab with fries there at 8 p.m. The kebab was incredibly small and cold, even though I ate there. I had a handful of fries. In the end, the man had to go to the office because he couldn't change €50, and he still gave me 60 cents too little. The question was fine. Because I realized he couldn't, I let it go. I usually tip, but this place is a joke. I won't be coming back; it's awful.

The food usually tastes good; on some days it's less delicious than usual, but it's still good. The staff is very friendly.

Since the store is also a parcel shop, I can rate it as such—and in that respect, it's a complete disaster. Why open a parcel shop if you don't deliver any parcels for hours in the middle of the day? The store obviously doesn't have a lunch break, and the staff is there, but I still haven't received my parcel. Maybe it would be a good idea to focus on kebabs? I certainly won't try that, though. If parcels don't work, I certainly don't trust the food.

The bread was cold, hard, and barely edible. The meat also seemed old and not fresh. Overall, the food was unfortunately not tasty at all. I won't be coming back and can't recommend this restaurant to anyone. 😔

Delicious kebabs with fresh ingredients. They also accept DHL parcels, which I find very convenient.

I'm absolutely thrilled with Heray Restaurant! The quality of the food is perfect and tastes simply amazing. This is my third time there and I can only recommend it. The staff are very nice, polite, and friendly – ​​the ambiance is simply wonderful. I've eaten there twice in the evening and have been satisfied each time. The service is attentive and courteous. Absolutely brazen and dubious, better not to drop off a DHL package here! I and other customers were refused delivery several times. I went there three times and was blatantly lied to and insulted. Packages were then "suddenly" found after a massive, collective confrontation against the myths being peddled.

The shop only recently opened. It used to be a pub. It's a really cool place with super friendly staff! They sell baked goods, gyros, kebabs, and more. When there are a lot of customers, the shop stays open until after midnight. There are also a few cozy seating areas inside. They offer particularly good value lunches. Please note! Cash only! And that's a good thing!

I was there yesterday and ordered a kebab that was very tasty and clean

This was our third time there. The first time was okay – nothing special, but fine. The second time, almost everything was empty in the evening, and this time (around 8:30 p.m.) there were hardly any vegetables left. We actually wanted to take advantage of the May Festival offer (Dürüm + Ayran for €6.99 from May 1st to May 6th) and asked specifically - a rather reluctant “yes”. Then suddenly when paying: only applies to meat, not to falafel. It wasn't clear anywhere and was dismissed with a wry grin - very unpleasant. You go out to eat to treat yourself - and when you feel like you've been taken for a ride, that's just disappointing. If you make an offer, you should stand by it. That's how you lose trust, and to be honest: We won't come back.

As a DHL shop, the store is a complete failure. Apparently my package didn't arrive and I was put off from one day to the next. I kept getting incorrect or no information about the whereabouts of my package. Eventually it was returned because the storage period had expired. I can't say anything about the food. But the shop doesn't look particularly appetizing.

The friendly kebab man opened the shop 10 minutes before opening time especially for us. However, the "premium" water tasted like shit. But otherwise, it was world-class!

Quality of the dishes (doner kebab and falafel Dürüm) is good, but not outstanding. Main drawback: The portions are far too small, especially the Falaffel Dürüm. You don't get the impression that the owners have ever eaten the dishes themselves. Since the store is still quite new, hopefully things will improve. Update: After the change of ownership, the quality also seems to have deteriorated. The portions are still too small.

The taste of the kebab is okay, not least because of the fresh bread that is freshly prepared. The staff is sometimes so-so, sometimes super friendly, even if they can improve the speed a bit, but that's probably because they've only just opened. In terms of price, I think the kebab and the Dürüm are okay, even if I personally find everything a bit small.

Unfortunately, the shop has run down a lot, and I advise against a "döner kebab", especially in the off-peak hours. They are parcel outlets, kebab shops and now they also want to become bakers, in my opinion that's two too many to make up for it. Please make sure that meat should be heated in front of you. A “doner kebab” here is a rotisserie.

Great kebab with home-baked bread, great salad and sauces. Can really recommend. Update: Now I was there again and it was a mess! When I entered the store around 8 p.m. There was still a lot of meat on the skewer (perhaps for the next day?) There was also some cut, cold meat lying in fat under the skewer. When I ordered, the spit was turned on (for about 2 turns) and it should be clear to everyone that the "meat" doesn't get warm. This was then cut and dropped into the cold fat with the remaining meat and was mixed thoroughly. I ordered a Dürüm with extra meat and paid €11 for it. This consisted of cold meat soaked in fat, a handful of iceberg lettuce!!! 2 slices of cucumber and half a slice of tomato!!!!. For me it was the second and last time I was there. It's a shame that such a great first impression has now been ruined. You really don't have to be surprised that no one comes!

The kebab bread was raw and much too dense, the Lamachun dough was raw and tasted fermented, there was a lot of toppings used and all in all the food was bad. Employees are uncoordinated and mix up orders and also take too long to prepare. Not recommended.

Doner/Dürüm is tasty in itself, but there is a 2-class system here. You hardly get any meat yourself but feel like you get 3kg of salad, the Turk who orders at the same time gets 3x as much meat in his kebab/dürüm. And I have observed this often. In the future I'd rather go a few minutes longer, there are plenty of other good kebabs in the area

Dürüm was great back then, but I have to say the last two times were really disappointing. The Dürüm is definitely not worth €8 there. There is so little meat in them and they are also very economical with the vegetables. From now on I'll get my lunch somewhere else.

I just bought a can of Coca Cola. There's a sign outside that says cola costs €2.00, on the fridge it says 2.25€, and there's a big sign above the counter that says cola costs €2.40. However, in the end I paid Depp €3.50 for this cola. This store will never see me again!!!
