I've had the chance to eat there several times now, maybe it was my stomach, but that can't be possible that every time I eat there I get stomach cramps and unfortunately I end up on the toilet. I can tolerate everything, my friends and my daughter can actually do that too Yes, it's not like the same thing always happens to me every time I eat there. Food doesn't taste bad. The staff can't be spoken to. They're unfriendly. The machines inside. Ice cream. Bubble tea is, for me, such a mishmash shop that just wants to make money without quality and without Unfortunately, the last time I saw a woman on the counter in the middle of a rush to clean her bare feet was delicious 🤐🤐

No, kebab doesn't taste good, the next day you have a severe stomach ache........ I don't recommend it to anyone.

When it comes to the essentials: the kebab is delicious. Staff, however, tended to be unfriendly. Unfortunately a bit too expensive for a kebab. Card payment is possible!

Great kebab, best in a long time

I don't recommend eating here. Food poisoning is guaranteed here. After eating here I caught salmonella and ended up in the hospital. The health department has to stop by here.

I can't understand the negative reviews here. It also seems that some people rated the wrong kebab shop... I've been going for at least 3 years here once a week. The employees are super nice and are always happy to see us again. As a vegetarian, I can highly recommend the falafel dishes, especially the Dürum. My partner loves the veal durum. The breads are lovingly made by an older employee and are very tasty. The prices are perhaps 0.5€ higher than elsewhere, but rightly so and the high crowds show that these prices are justified. Another plus when eating kebab: a clean toilet where you can wash your hands. ;)

I've eaten a kebab quite often, but a kebab has never been this bad. The bread had the consistency of rubber, the meat was tasteless and not well seared and the sauce was skimpy. And that for €8 per kebab. I wouldn't recommend any.

Very cheap mass-produced kebab My kebab didn't put any sauce in the bread before the meat and only after all the ingredients were in the bread did I put all the sauce on top again. Adana dürum schmeckt echt lecker, döner auch. Personal ist ok. Großes minus sind Tische, alle meistens schmutzig, viele Fliegen, ruinieren dass Essen im Restaurant.

Für 10€ mit Extra Fleisch einen Döner zu kriegen wo man danach noch Hunger hat ist traurig. War lange Kunde hier aber nicht mehr. Gibt deutlich bessere Dönerläden.

Das Helinam hat sich seine 5 Sterne von mir wieder verdient. Nicht nur der gute Geschmack, die Auswahl und die Frische überzeugen - auch der für mich zuletzt problematische Service ist wieder Top! Dazu kommt der frisch aufpolierte Außenbereich. Wer in Trudering-Riem einen leckeren Döner oder Dürum (Kalbfleisch, Geflügel, Falaffel) essen möchte, sollte unbedingt bei Helinam vorbei schauen. Wenn es irgendwann noch echte(!) vegetarische Döner und Dürüm (mit Seitan, Grillgemüse, Humus & Co.) gibt, hat das Helinam das Zeug sich einen Referenzstatus und Ehrenpunkt zu holen. Mehr gibt es auch gar nicht zu schreiben. Hingehen und ausprobieren... Es ist dort lecker 🤠👍 Leichte Abwertung in Folger der aktuellen Preisgestaltung. Etwas zu teuer für Dürüm und Döner. Es fehlt außerdem eine zeitgemäße und wirklich gute vegetarische Alternative auf dem Niveau der restlichen Speisen.

Für einen Snack oder spät was zu Essen ist es gut und Zentral gelegen. Meine erste Wahl leider nicht. Preislich war alles ok. Vor Ort gibt es auch Eis und Bubble-Tea.

Super essen, tolle nette Mitarbeiter. Schnell Frisch lecker nicht zu lange wartezeit und wenn man draußen sitzt gibt es Service. Jeder der mal in Trudering ist sollte unbedingt hier her kommen.

Wenn Döner, dann nur dort. Wir finden das Essen es immer wieder lecker und frisch. Der Service ist freundlich. Haben bisher nichts auszusetzen und kommen immer wieder gerne.
