Ordered Spaghetti Chef, which was extremely spicy and not seasoned subtly. Not recommended for children or teenagers. We were customers at Italia when it was still a shabby place. But the quality has declined. Sorry, Italia, but I'm a chef myself.

So, a long-time regular customer, when I ordered, the food was always there about 25 minutes later, it was always warm and tasty, and it had been that way for several years and I'm usually very picky.

We're regular customers! But you've really let up 🙄 My boyfriend had a huge hair in his salad. It was very unhygienic 😕, and that was the second time! The taste wasn't like it used to either. Hope it gets better, otherwise you've lost us as customers!

In my opinion, the best pasta you can order in Saarland – and I've tried a lot. Fresh, fast delivery, and the Max tortellini are even homemade. Schnitzel is perfectly fine for the price, with a good homemade sauce. The pizza is solid, but for me, the strengths here lie in the pasta and sauces. The value for money is absolutely top-notch!

Ordered for the second time today and was pleasantly surprised again. 😍 The food was delivered within 30 minutes. The driver was very nice, the portion size was very generous, and the food was delicious.😍. The only negative thing is that the fries are very heavily salted, which of course meant that they arrived very soft.😢. Otherwise, keep up the good work. 😍🥳

Ordered two hours early, as I've experienced inconsistent delivery service in the past. Still 45 minutes late. The pizza was apparently kept warm for ages (before delivery), which is why it tasted like chewing gum. The toppings were okay.

The food is really good. But ordering at a certain time doesn't work at all. We have ordered several times now, but unfortunately the food always arrived 45 minutes before our visit. It was annoying. Had to keep everything warm in the oven.

A delivery time of almost 3 hours is not possible at all. Will not order there again.

Ordered pizza for 6:30 p.m. last night at 5:30 p.m. 10 minutes later the doorbell rings and the pizza is there. I sent them back because no one was home to eat except me. The later delivery was almost certainly the pizzas that had been kept warm from 5:30 p.m.: The pizzas were therefore soggy and kneady, not enjoyable.

Absolutely underground! The food was really inedible. The Salami pizza has absolutely nothing to do with a pizza, any frozen pizza is better! The involtini consisted of two tough rolls of meat in a watery, oily broth. They were served with powdered fries as a side dish, like the ones I get out of the deep fryer when I change the oil... And all for the bargain price of €20.50! The Scaloppina parmigiana with Rigatoni: Schnitzel also tough but at least somewhat chewy. The noodles were also just in a reddish watery broth, no trace of sauce. It was definitely the last time there, the card ended up in the trash!🤢

Great pasta! Lots of taste and the portion is huge. Excellent service.

Best schnitzel, delicious pizza, generous portions, have been going there for years, never had any reason to complain, super friendly service, I'm totally satisfied...unfortunately, like everywhere else, it's become more expensive...thanks to our government.

Food was moldy, contact was really unworthy

Food is generally great and highly recommended. Telephone service can be expanded. Maybe overwhelmed or whatever, but you either have to wait a long time or repeat yourself several times.

I'm basically a regular customer and have tried everything from schnitzel to pizza to spaghetti. So far everything has always been extremely tasty, which is why I have now ordered there very often - even with guests who also always found it delicious. The food was always hot and of very good quality, which is why I can't understand many of the reviews here. I'm a huge fan of the fact that the cream schnitzel comes with a lot of sauce that you can dip the fries in and the drivers have always been very accommodating. My favorite: Spaghetti Carbonara. When looking at the photos, please keep in mind that the food was delivered to me, which is why the food is in the appropriate containers.

We have had very bad experiences. Food should arrive after 30 minutes. After calling twice, the food only arrived after 1.5 hours! He didn't have the promised compensation with him either...we'd get it next time;) BUT the food was NOT tasty!!

I ordered food for us from the Grillhaus in Dudweiler, which arrived exactly as promised in 30 minutes and was absolutely delicious And now the hit At 8:45 p.m. the doorbell rings and pizzadiendt Italia is there I'm bringing the food I ordered, my colleague's car broke down and I had to finish my tour first and then reload it, so I'm only coming now So eat cold or what? Of course I didn't accept it anymore After 4 hours No apology, nothing The driver simply left and said on the stairs that it wasn't right that I wouldn't get it anymore, I would have ordered it then I would have been unlucky No, I wasn't unlucky, I ate very well. They were unlucky, no food, no earnings and very unfriendly The only very nice person in this pizzeria is Selina If I had complained to her the food would have been there but if she says 30-45 minutes on the phone you can rely on it and she is very friendly to the customers

The pizza only arrived after over 2 hours, the box was completely soggy and the pizza itself was barely edible and completely limp. My first and last time! 0/10!!
