We had a delicious soup of the day and sandwiches there. The staff is very friendly, young, and helpful. Many guests bring their own games and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

If you like rustic food, this is the place for you. We reserved a table in advance. It was busy when we arrived. Heimat was celebrating its 10th anniversary...great. To mark the anniversary, there was a 10% discount on the bill that day. The service and the entire team give their all...they want their guests to enjoy their meal and be satisfied... There were four of us, and we were very satisfied...

A very good meal on a sunny Saturday afternoon – a brilliant idea to chop up a regional classic like pork belly and fry it in barbecue sauce – a few other tasty ingredients, a fried egg on top, and all served on delicious bread! Nice service, although it took a while, but since all the tables were full, I see no reason to deduct a star.

Doors and windows were open all evening, and it was 10°C outside – freezing cold and uncomfortable. We could only order one glass of wine per person. My companion's table was then cleared away without a word, without even asking if we wanted anything else. The staff (certainly students who don't do this kind of thing full-time!) seemed completely listless and completely unserviceable. We waited at least 30 minutes for someone to come and take the cash; before that, we were completely ignored. When we paid, the waitress forced a strained, fake smile – despite the tip. Very unpleasant!

He had a great voice on the phone and a pleasant reservation conversation. First class, I must say...high praise... Today, Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., I arrived at your restaurant, Kaffe Kneipe Bar. We were warmly greeted by a young man. I told him I had a reservation for 3 people at 6:30 p.m., and he told us we had a great choice. We decided to sit at the very back, at the two tables on the left. We took the left table...we were served very quickly, asked for a drink, and then, further down the hall, for our food...We decided to order the side salad and two types of sandwiches: the "Bimbach" sandwich and the "Petersberg" sandwich. We also had two Hochrhöner Schwarzenmagen burgers. Our food arrived on very stylish holsdesign crockery. It looked wonderful and tasted extremely delicious. High praise goes to the kitchen lady. The other waiters, the young man and the two women, and huge praise goes to you too, you have a great smile and showed enormous attention to your guests. You also cleared away quickly afterwards and asked us for drinks. I asked again. Overall, I am extremely happy with my visit today, you are doing a fantastic job. Great in all categories, grade A+ and 10 out of 10 stars overall, sorry, 20, another visit will be worthwhile. Oh yeah, and a great music playlist.

Yesterday, I was a guest and deliberately ordered a large salad – albeit vegan. In my opinion, it's the server's job to point out in such a case that there's no explicitly vegan salad on the menu and that one could simply leave out the feta, for example. Instead, I was served a salad completely covered in feta cheese cream. I initially trusted this and ate it, but then had to return the dish. The server's reaction was, "Yeah, that sucks." – which, while honest, was neither professional nor helpful in the situation. As a replacement, I was given only a small side salad without bread or anything else – simply placed there, without a friendly word or a sincere apology. When I asked about it, the only response was, "We only have the side salad vegan." That's disappointing – especially because it would have been perfectly possible to prepare a large, wholesome salad without cheese, as I've experienced elsewhere. I felt sorry for the situation myself, but I'm vegan. This could just as easily be an allergy issue, which would be even more serious. The fact that I was told at the end that it had been a rough day doesn't make it any better. It was simply disrespectful treatment of a guest. I rarely write reviews, but here I would like to point out: We urgently need to work on how to handle such situations – with more attentiveness, flexibility, and appreciation.

A lovely café/bistro/restaurant in the heart of Fulda. They serve delicious homemade lemonades that aren't too sweet. I highly recommend the Spartenmagen Burger or the bowl. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold for our group, but they still tasted excellent.

If I could give more stars, I would! I love it here. I've been coming here regularly since 2017, and it's always a real treat. Nice, inviting atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff, and a special menu with lots of delicious things. I like the soups, sometimes with sausage, sometimes without, they're always delicious, a good size, and simply taste good; you just have to go for more. I feel the same way about the sandwiches, always with caraway seeds, every variation has something special. Whether vegetarian or with lots of meat, the combinations are simply great and make you want more. I always have a hard time deciding what to order. Thanks for such a great shop, keep up the good work ;)

Plus, very friendly service that also accommodates special requests. The location is interestingly decorated and boasts a cozy ambiance. You can sit inside or outside under large umbrellas. A HAPPY PLACE for young and old 🫶🏻

Stylish pub with delicious regional Schmeggerwöhlerchen (spiced pork belly) and outstanding service in the heart of Fulda. Our Hesse region is so beautiful and delicious.

Recommended for a nightcap after work or a quick snack, while also offering an interesting view of the Buttermarkt and its hustle and bustle. Pinot X is a robust, dry white wine, as good as a symbiosis of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc can be for years. Serve with liverwurst bread, or sometimes with cooked cheese—a good flavor combination. It's interesting to call these appetizers tapas, with crusty farmhouse bread as a base. Tasty, but the cutlery could be improved for anyone who grew up using a knife and fork. The absence of "onion crumbs" would also be beneficial, especially since this doesn't improve the taste. All in all, interesting for a short break.

Very good option for smaller hunger. Everything tastes delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. And they have English menu, which is not so obvious in Fulda. 😂

The friendly and uncomplicated service is particularly noteworthy. The four of us shared a snack platter, and they even brought more bread when needed. The location in the heart of Fulda is, of course, top-notch. The prices are reasonable, too.

Nice, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located bar/bistro. The food (sandwiches, burgers, salads) is creative and delicious. The drinks menu also has a fairly extensive selection, from various alcoholic beverages to delicious homemade lemonades. There's always good music playing, and the service has always been impressive, perfectly rounding off the evening. Always a great place to play a round of cards and have a good evening with friends :)

We were out and about in the city and paid a visit to home. The ambience is great. You Stullen is awesome and something different. The service left nothing to be desired and we felt very comfortable. The Rhön tequila is recommended, as is the beer tasting.

We've been here several times, but the same problem every time: the service leaves a lot to be desired. Today we waited another 30 minutes for anyone to take our order - and only after being spoken to directly. A colleague finally stepped in for the employee actually responsible. If you just want to stop by for a quick drink, this is definitely the wrong choice. It's easy to sit for 1.5 hours - but not because it's that pleasant. The cocktail was good, the beer was just a normal, freshly tapped beer. All in all, unfortunately not recommended.

Order was not delivered what was said. Wheat doesn't taste good at all. This store is not recommended.

So, if you are in Fulda and are looking for a really cozy pub, then this is “home.” exactly the right place. It is located at Buttermarkt 2 to 6 and is known for its local dishes. For example, they have something like “Rhön Te-killa”, which is really awesome. And the “dome” from the kitchen conjures up really tasty things. “Lukas” behind the bar ensures that everything runs smoothly. So, if you're ever in Fulda, stop by, it's worth it

We had a Christmas party at home. The welcome was very warm, like with friends. We should just feel at home. We did that. After a champagne reception and a short speech from the bosses, we moved on to dinner. There were various sandwiches with beetroot cream, cooked cheese or pork rind. Also the popular pork rind burger. Also salad with raspberry dressing and, if you wanted, potato or lentil soup. Although I'm not a fan of pork rinds, I tried everything and it was all very tasty. The selection of drinks, especially cocktails, is very extensive. Because the tablet was self-service, we had the opportunity to play our own music. We had a lot of fun, we sang, danced and laughed. It was a completely successful evening. The service was excellent, very attentive, always courteous. I would like to thank the owners and the great service team for this lovely evening.

Very nice parking space is located directly on the Danube with a beach. Direct bike paths and you can get into the city on foot. You can even use the toilets in the car parking lot with the card you get at the payment machine. They are extremely clean. Would love to come back.

I arrived shortly after 10 p.m. to enjoy another drink. The waiter greeted us unfriendly and first of all pointed out that he would close at 11 p.m. but that he would be happy if we left the place at 10:45 p.m. That's not how you treat customers. However, we stayed seated because he promised us that he would take our order straight away so that we would still have time to drink our drink until 11 p.m. However, the waiter didn't show up until 10:40 p.m. - so he ignored us for half an hour. So we decided to leave the restaurant. Very disappointing.

Great. Mega concept. Grew up in Fulda and visited for the weekend. I still celebrate the Griebeschmalzbrot and Hochstift Pils. (Original) home absolutely hit home. Unfortunately, the bread under the bowl was far too oily.
