Es ist ein sehr schönes Pub mit sehr guten Klassikern, wie zum Beispiel von Dire Straits, Jimi Hendrix und den Eagles.

Nette Bar mit Live-Musik, sehr gute Auswahl an hochwertigen Getränken. Essen habe ich nicht ausprobiert

Ein sehr schöner Pub mit dem wahrscheinlich besten Pubquiz in Bremen. Das Essen ist immer gut und durch die wöchentlichen Specials auch abwechslungsreich. Die Getränkeauswahl ist entsprechend für einen Pub natürlich auch sehr gut, ebenso wie der Service.

Während der Weltmeisterschaft gab es keinen Fußball zu sehen. Unfreundliches Personal. Ich bin so schnell wie möglich aus dem Laden gerannt.

Einzigartig. Die lebhaften irischen Volkslieder und ein kühles Glas Guinness in der Hand lassen die Zehen wippen. 🤗🥂

Ich bin mit ein paar Freunden zu einem Pop-Quiz gegangen, das dort montags stattfindet, und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Ich habe einen Hamburger bestellt, und die Portion hat mich komplett satt gemacht.

Wir entschieden uns für dieses Lokal, weil ich unbedingt ein Guinness trinken wollte. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und fanden sofort einen Tisch. Die Getränke waren gut und wurden schnell serviert. Wir waren etwas früher als sonst da, aber der freundliche Mitarbeiter nahm unsere Bestellung 10 Minuten vor Küchenöffnung auf, und wir wurden sehr schnell bedient. Es gab eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten und Getränken, auch die Whiskyauswahl sah gut aus. Schöne Atmosphäre und ein gelungenes Abendessen.

Pub mit guter Atmosphäre, etwas mehr Irische Musik wäre nett. Ab und an gibt es Events wie Livemusik oder Livefußball. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. (Erwähnenswert da diese möglichkeit relativ neu ist)

Hegarty’s ist mit Abstand mein Lieblingspub in der Stadt. Von Guinness und Strongbow bis hin zu einer tollen Auswahl an anderen Bieren vom Fass – hier findet man alles, was man sich von einem echten Irish Pub wünscht. Das Essen ist köstlich, der Service stets freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Atmosphäre ist warm und lebhaft und authentisch irisch. Die Pub-Quiz-Abende am Montag sind mittlerweile ein echtes Highlight meiner Woche. Ich gehe jetzt schon fast ein Jahr lang fast jede Woche hin und freue mich jedes Mal riesig darauf, wiederzukommen. Tolle Getränke, leckeres Essen, nette Leute und einfach eine super Stimmung – jedes Mal.

Eine der entspanntesten und stimmungsvollsten Bars, die ich in Bremen besucht habe. Ich liebe diesen Laden! Das Essen ist fantastisch, die Getränke sind super und der Service ist ziemlich gut.

Die Öffnungszeiten könnten wenn Werder spielt gerne vor 14 Uhr luegen. Sonst waren die Getränke schnell da und frisch. Allerdings war der Besuch ab 14 Uhr.

Einfach ein mega gutes Ambiente. Und *Tom*, er ist, glaube ich, der beste Kellner, den ich jemals erlebt habe. 🫶🏼 Danke für Feminismus und care arbeit. ❤️

Ich war heute mal wieder beim Quiz Abend. Soweit alles gut nur habe ich Nachos mit Käse bestellt. Diese kann ich leider nicht empfehlen, sowohl die Nachos als auch der Käse (Mozzarella Streukäse?!) hatten keinenerlei Eigengeschmack. Für den Preis leider sehr unbefriedigend!

It was a cute place, the fries were fresh and delicious. It also had a sports bar atmosphere, making it one of my favorite places.

Always good for a Guinness after the cinema. Always packed. Always loud. There's still a real pub atmosphere here. Hardly anyone over 30. Often live music. And lots of football.

Went there specifically for fish and chips and a Guinness. Kitchen was closed for 6 weeks because the chef was on holiday!!! That's crazy. Summer time and they couldn't get a stand in chef to cover lost revenue during the busy summer months. Absolutely absurd. Staff were friendly and it was a nice spot to drink.

We came here on Saturday evening after the Werder game. The atmosphere is very rustic, quaint and just fits an Irish pub. The service at the counter was actually relatively nice and prepared the drinks for us quickly. However, we then had to pay directly. This seems to be common here. I can't say much about the food because we didn't eat anything here but the food didn't look bad on the plate. However, the prices are relatively high, even by Bremen standards. The toilets seemed reasonably clean.

We celebrated St. Patrics Day there and were pleasantly surprised. Very nice people around us who immediately invited us to the Kniffel. We also learned that there are some nice events there to meet people and have a nice evening.

The food and drinks were really tasty and the staff was very friendly. However, I have to point out one major criticism: the prices did not correspond to what was stated on the menu. This is a no-go for me as it is not only misleading but also spoils the overall experience. It would be great if the pub did some improvements here, otherwise it would have been a really nice visit.

You don't feel welcome. Instead, it seems as if the staff wanted to get rid of the guests as quickly as possible. The absolute low point is the last lap at 10 p.m. Not only is this way too early for an Irish pub, you'll also literally be thrown out. As soon as the beer is ordered, the lights and music are turned off, chairs are put up and it is made clear to you that you should leave. Even guests who arrive later already know what to expect: “Should we leave right away?” – a sentence I heard on my last evening there… This place has the potential to be really good, but the tone, the prices and the early curfew will only make you enemies. Absolutely unsuitable for a relaxed evening.

There were two of us at Hegartys and we got there quite early (around 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening), so we still had absolute choice of seating. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was authentic - at times we forgot that we were in Bremen and not Dublin. We ordered a small snack because we weren't really hungry and were a little surprised by the huge portion of fries (it was advertised as such on the menu, but we didn't expect the portion to be so large 😂). So we couldn't eat everything. Music that evening wasn't quite to our taste, but as I said: that's just a matter of taste. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit to Hegartys.

One of the most beautiful pubs in Bremen, dark wooden ambience, set up in an old pharmacy, a long bar and lots of seating... simply rustic! On Saturdays during the Bundesliga, Werder is traditionally shown on 4-5 screens and there is a friendly and nice atmosphere. The food is typical pub food, tasty and quick for in between with freshly tapped Guinness, cider, Newcastle, Haake Beck etc. The service is fast so that you are always supplied with beer etc.! There is a tram stop right in front of the door. Conclusion....come here!!!

Ich wurde am diesen WE rausbegleitet. Ein Hausverbot wurde mir ausgesprochen. Angeblich hatte ich eine Bedingung- Kraft bedroht. Komisch, ich koennte mich da dran nicht erinnern und das waere seit ca. 31 Jahren, hier in Bremen, das erste Mal und ich gehe sehr oft am WE aus.

Took a short break after a bike ride. Fancy a nice draft Irish beer in the virtel. The waiter was nice and friendly and asked where I was from and poured me a Guieness. I answered that I was born in Turkey, then drank my beer comfortably and then ordered another one. When I went in after about 20 minutes and asked , came the following answer from the bartender, I was too drunk and couldn't get anything more... my concern was that the employee was a racist and was fed up that things were escalating in politics... I went out to a non-racist shop and drank my drink .

The highlight of this bar is that there is football here, not just during the European Championships, but also when the Bundesliga or Champions League is on. As a rule, there is enough space and enough screens, some of which even run different games. Every football fan's heart warms. The food tastes wonderful, but is very expensive. There are little things missing from the menu that you can buy for 3-4 euros. A portion of fries for €7 is already over the limit - at least over mine. The beer is okay, there is Haake like everywhere else in Bremen, as well as Spaten on tap and Störtebeker from the bottle. A big disadvantage is that you can only pay in cash. So the traditionally international audience in the Irish pub is immediately confronted with German backwardness, which doesn't cause much enthusiasm, as you can imagine. In addition, the waiters regularly withhold too much money, even if you have given little or no tip. An absurdity in my opinion. It is collected after every round and you might not want to tip every time. Here it would be appropriate to have a word with the staff, who are otherwise friendly.
