⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A real highlight in Dinslaken! The hacienda has been impressing for years with its stylish ambience, excellent food and attentive service. The steak was perfectly cooked and the side dishes were fresh. Particularly noteworthy is the great wine selection and the fair price-performance ratio. Perfect for a special meal – highly recommended!

I wouldn't order anything outside the house again, as I was very disappointed with the grill plate. In contrast, when you eat in a restaurant, the food there always tastes very good.

Very busy at lunchtime, that says it all. We felt very comfortable, the dog was also allowed in, which is no longer a given these days. Very friendly and accommodating. The food was deliciously prepared and very tasty. You feel comfortable here.

We had booked a table for 4 a week in advance and the receptionist was unable to locate our booking. He left us standing at the door for a full 10 minutes until he took us to a room that resembled a cheap chip shop. The waiter was very unpleasant when it came to empty drinks. Even my hand signals weren't noticed 😡 I had a grill plate. This time the roasted potatoes were crispy and delicious The meat, on the other hand, was very tasty. The salad in the self-service counter was also very fresh. Conclusion: Very bad service!! We'll never come back!! Not worth a photo!!

For me it was awesome here. The restaurant has a very attractive interior with many seating areas separated by walls and therefore conveys a special cosiness. I had an extremely tasty, super tender Argentinian sirloin steak that doesn't have to hide from some beef fillets. And the whole thing is inexpensive too. All in all an experience. Old-established restaurant that hasn't lost any of its service and quality over the years! Very attentive staff who, despite being very busy, always look after the guests with quick service. The portions are generous and very tasty. All we can say is five stars plus! Update 09.2024: Little has changed, still good quality, the charcoal grill makes grilling meat even more of an experience!

I've been eating there for decades and have never had a complaint. The food tastes good, is perfectly prepared and is of a very high quality. The service is just spotty, if a drink is empty, someone is immediately there to offer a new drink, etc. Everything is sparkling clean, every pane of glass is clear. Every table is clean, nothing has ever been stuck or anything. Everything is perfect here, thank you for that. :-)

We have been visiting this restaurant for years. Today we spent our mother's 90th birthday there. With 13 people. Since our mother never manages to finish her favorite dish, we always take something with us. Today I asked if I could take a small salad with me because she didn't take one with her meal. Now the discussion broke out that this wasn't possible. You then deign to allow it. When I was paying, I said something about it again... ha, the waiter continued to argue until my brother ended the whole thing with a sharp sentence. Our bill: 515 euros. The tip was correspondingly economical.

Rude staff, no idea how big the drink is, how would you like your steak to just get medium rare. No herb butter included! Salad was not specially ordered from the Bar Sonder, was carelessly thrown together, mozzarella was like chewing gum and not bite-sized, everything was quick and quick. All in all not recommended.

After the delicious meal, I have to express my praise here. We eat at this restaurant from time to time and it is always very good. Our first evening in Dinslaken, after a very long journey, was rounded off with a great holiday feeling. The weather was perfect, we were able to relax on the terrace, simply brilliant 👍 The ambience immediately conveys a feeling of being on holiday in the south, the service was very attentive, drinks were always requested 👍💯 I missed some atmosphere, and that's complaining at a high level. Our food was excellent, as were drinks like wine and espresso, but the prices shocked me; for the quality, the taste, the prices were not what I expected. I mean, price performance is sensational 👍Here on the North Sea you have to pay at least €5 per menu, a glass of wine here starts at €5.60, here the carafe costs €4.80 Basically we were thrilled, it was excellent and we felt very comfortable :) Thank you Team Hacienda for the great evening, we will definitely be back.

Well, I really enjoy eating out and today I visited this restaurant. We had a very nice table for two and it was comfortable, hence four stars. The service was okay, but I wasn't happy with it, but everyone always sees it differently, so two stars. The food I had a grill plate, four different pieces of meat, the minced meat was good, the liver was tough and hardly edible in my opinion, I didn't finish the other two pieces of meat, so I ate better, fries OK, salad very good from the counter. I have now decided that I will only go out to eat where I always go and where I am always enthusiastic about the food.

There were 4 of us, we were greeted warmly and shown to our reserved table. The waiter immediately handed out the menus and asked for drinks. After what felt like 2 minutes the waiter came with an aperitif and small fresh rolls including herb butter. Our ordered drinks arrived immediately afterwards. A short time later our starters were brought out. The restaurant was quite busy for a Tuesday evening and yet the service and cuisine were very quick. Our main courses came directly after the starters. It doesn't get any better! We all enjoyed the food very much. The quality of the meat was excellent and the portion size was above average. It was a successful evening with very good service and food.

I'm a big meat eater and therefore used to very good meat, but what I was served there as a rump steak topped everything I've ever eaten a rump steak in my life. World class

Lunch only €8 - €13 including starter soup and salad buffet. Accordingly full. The main courses were very heavy on the side dishes (I had fries for 3 people... I only made it for 2 😜)

I ordered a grill plate with various types of grilled meat with fries and salad for 18 euros to pick up. They said it could be picked up in 10 minutes, which was far from the truth. We still had to wait another 20 minutes in the restaurant. When I got home, I was annoyed. Just 3 pieces of meat and a huge pile of fries. Salad was inedible, leaves were completely wilted and tasted sour. I immediately complained by phone and was put through to the owner. He just said it wasn't right, he had finally checked the order while packing it. Once and never again.

However, we could still work on the friendliness of the service, some people had the feeling that they were mute, they were definitely lacking in friendliness at school, you wait in vain for a hello or some kind word, and unfortunately the same applies when paying, despite a generous tip remained silent, well, no tip on the next visit, it's a shame but you can ignore it, the food was a dream

All in all it was a nice evening, there were 7 of us there. From steak to grilled plates to minced steak, everything was there. Everyone was happy and, above all, full :) The ambience ranges from classic to modern. The service was also good. Price/performance is in the good midfield.

Sehr lecker Steaks, gutes Salatbuffet, immer wieder ein Genuss

Leckeres Essen zum vernünftigen Preis. Die Bedienung könnte noch aufmerksamer sein wenn Getränke nicht mehr da sind. Vielleicht weniger Deko.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Man bekommt viel zum guten Preis. Allerdings war der Service eine Katastrophe. Wir waren mit 10 Pers angemeldet und es waren auch alle da. Beim betreten des Restaurants hat man direkt das Gefühl bekommen den Kellnern eine Last zu sein. Es konnten bei der Aufnahme der Bestellung und zwischendurch konnten nur Einwortsätze wie: "Trinken?" "Essen" gesprochen werden. Aus diesem Grund war ich mein erstes und letztes Mal hier.

Essen ist gut. Die Kinderportionen sind allerdings sehr gross. Service war etwas überfordert. Lag aber daran, dass es in der Weihnachtszeit war, es war sehr voll und wir waren mit einer großen Gesellschaft da. Sonst war es sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Vorne weg, das Essen war gut. Vom Service kann ich das nicht behaupten, mit Mühe ringt man sich ein Guten Abend ab, und wird seinem Tisch zu gewiesen. Beim Bestellen kein freundliches Wort, kein Lächeln. Abgeräumt wurde auch wortlos, auch hier keine freundlich Kommunikation. Höhepunkt war dann das Bezahlen, das hat etwas gedauert. Kein Problem, war auch zu tun, und als der Kellner kam, in Eile und gehetzt, wollte ich mit Karte bezahlen. Das war wohl schon zu viel, er kam wortlos zum Tisch zurück, und stellte das Gerät wortlos hin. Meine Frau wollte noch eben die Rechnung kontrollieren, was den Kellner veranlasste, wütend den Kartenleser vom Tisch zu nehmen und schimpfend wieder zu verschwinden. Nach fünf Minuten kam der dann zurück, legte wieder wortlos das Gerät auf den Tisch, worauf ich bezahlen konnte. Ohne ein Wort zu sagen verschwand der dann wieder. Solche Unfreundlichkeit seinen Gästen und Kunden gegenüber habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Wir werden dort nicht mehr Essen gehen.

Die Teller waren so gut mit essen gefüllt, dass keiner von uns vier geschafft hat auf zuessen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und zügig zubereitet. Der Kellner war sehr nett und höflich, nur ein Lächeln hat uns gefällt. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, denke daher kein Lächeln, was man verschmerzen kann. Alles in allem, werden wir gerne nochmal dort essen gehen.

Wir waren am Wochenende dort. Sehr gut besucht. Tischreservierung war erforderlich. Das Essen war gewohnt sehr gut. Gute Qualität. Und auch in jedem Fall ausreichend. Verbesserungsfähig finde ich die Freundlichkeit.

Das Essen in diesem Restaurant schmeckt nicht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht stimmig. Keine gute Wahl. Es gibt bessere Restaurants in Dinslaken noch mal werde ich dort nicht essen gehen.

Das Essen war lecker und reichlich (Grillteller). Auch die Portionen der anderen waren sehr gut. Ich weiß auch nicht woran es lag, aber mir kamen meine Fleischstücke etwas trocken vor. Aber zu einem Grillteller gibt's eben keine Soße.

Waren schon sehr oft dort essen. Und jedesmal einfach nur super ! ! ! Tolles Essen, nettes Ambiente und freundlicher unaufdringlicher Service... So wird Essen echt zum Genuss :-) Weiter so...und wir kommen immer wieder.... SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN ! ! !

Wir waren Heute zum ersten Mal in dem Restaurant.Das Essen Steaks, Pommes, Folienkartoffel und der Salat vom Buffet war sehr gut.Wir können das Restaurant gerne weiterempfehlen.

Das Steakhaus ist immer voll und man sollte reservieren. Ich geh regelmäßig mit Kollegen dort essen. Bis jetzt war alles hervorragend. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich hatte eine sehr sehr leckere Seezunge, perfekt angerichtet mit dem "gewissen Etwas" beim servieren. Und die Kinderportionen waren endlich mal richtige Portionen, an denen die Kinder sich satt essen konnten!
