Very friendly, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. I'm always impressed. They really know their craft here. Everything I've eaten so far has been perfectly prepared.

The worst meal ever. The best part was the warm rolls with something resembling herb butter as a starter. That was it. We were invited, otherwise I would have complained vehemently on the spot. My wife ordered strips of beef in gypsy sauce, supposedly topped with cheese. It was just sauce with maybe four pieces of meat. Cheese?! ... Our host served a dry, grilled platter with nothing on it (like herb butter). I had a beef skewer with the entire tendon from the rump. The waiter told me that was normal. It was an absolute disgrace! I tried to speak to the manager about it, but he didn't seem to care. There was one good dish, the stuffed rump steak, but it came with at least three portions of fries (what a waste of food these days!). 😖 Please stay away from this "restaurant." Go to a chip shop; the food will definitely taste better.

We had a reservation and got a very good table. After a very short wait, we were given our menus and asked for our drink preferences. The restaurant was very busy, and the young waitresses were busy. We didn't try the salad buffet, but it was fresh and offered a wide selection. The fish and stuffed minced meat we ordered were excellent. If you like large portions, this is the place for you.

The quality of the food and the generous portion sizes are very good. The value for money is really good here. The restaurant is very clean and pleasantly decorated. However, there's still room for improvement in the service department. The waiter served us rather listlessly...not unfriendly, but very cold...the lady who brought the drinks was very nice...the atmosphere was a bit odd...The food and the salad buffet are really good...we'll definitely be back.

I appreciated the small gesture of a roll and butter beforehand. There's still a schnapps on the house, but I don't know which one (I don't drink alcohol). We sat in the conservatory – pleasant and quiet, while the restaurant was very busy (we were there on a Tuesday evening). The service was friendly and attentive, sometimes a little too much at the table for my liking, especially with drinks. The value for money and portions are still good."

We were there for lunch. We didn't need a reservation. The restaurant was well-stocked, not to mention packed. There was a soup starter and salad from the salad bar. I didn't have my steak seasoned because they use too much salt for me. My steak was grilled medium-rare to perfection and very tasty. The lamb steaks were tender. Nach 20 Jahren endlich mal wieder in Dinslaken gespeist. Natürlich musste es wieder Hazienda sein. Kein Unterschied festgestellt. Noch immer genauso gut wie früher. Wer das über zwei Dekaden halten kann hat auf jeden Fall mehr als 5 Sterne verdient……Chapeau.

We visited the restaurant because of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, we can't understand them. Positive: We got a table right away without a reservation. The vegetables tasted okay. Negative: Very long wait: Almost an hour until the food was served. Warm plates were initially brought – but by the time the food arrived, they were already cold. Overall, the taste was disappointing: meat was dry, barely seasoned, vegetables with too little sauce, rice was dry, and fries were not good. No explanation about the salad bar, even though it was our first time there. Service was unfriendly and aloof, with no smile or effort. Our feedback ("it was okay") was met with no response. Conclusion: Unfortunately, this isn't a restaurant we would recommend. We've had much better experiences in Rhineland-Palatinate.

The Best Grill Restaurant in Dinslaken We eat there regularly and have never been disappointed. The meat is always perfectly prepared, and the staff is very friendly and well-coordinated. I can't comment on the fish dishes, as I haven't tried them yet. I also really like the salad bar, something I miss in most restaurants. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The food is consistently good, the salad buffet is fantastic, and for us, the value for money is unbeatable! Top-notch! We will continue to enjoy the delicacies at this restaurant!

The ambiance is rustic and cozy. The many booths create privacy, making you feel comfortable even when the restaurant is full. The service was very attentive, but seemed very stressed and unfortunately didn't even smile for us. One would have wished for a bit more friendliness here; unfortunately, it's a bit impersonal as it is. The food was impeccable and delicious. The menu is very extensive, so there's something for everyone. Overall, it's a bit on the expensive side.

We have never been disappointed, whether with the daily changing lunch menu or on a Sunday. The salad buffet alone leaves nothing to be desired. A house soup is served for lunch. The price-performance ratio is top. We always enjoy coming here.

Were eating there. Noise level was very high, normal conversation was not possible. Onion soup with cheese gratin was a failure. After returning a spoon, the waiter started to argue loudly. Impossible! Friendliness or getting a smile was zero. Dressing for salad was only available upon request. You can't think of anything about the toilet facilities, there is a risk of injury at the cistern. The washbasin tap is totally dirty and disgusting. Will never go there again.

Food was so well. However, we waited a long time and tables that arrived later had their food in front of us. We wanted the menu again for dessert. However, we were simply given the bill. When we were asked to pack meat and bone remains, we discovered at home that only bones and no meat had been packed. We won't be coming back.

There is nothing to complain about, the price/performance ratio and the quality are right, we like coming and are now coming more and more often!

The restaurant and the staff give an overall good impression. The service is reasonable, even when the restaurant is busy, the friendly waiters are very attentive. Unfortunately the food is overpriced for the quality and quantity. The grill plate, for example, is very clear and bacon is not included. The veal medallions were very well fried and tender as butter and then this good impression is completely eliminated with a ready-made sauce and canned mushrooms. That's unreasonable at almost €33 for small medallions a few croquettes and that bad sauce. Unfortunately, they skimp on quality here, I don't want to be a chef there and I can't recommend it. The evening we were there, the plates were decorated with a scrap of lettuce and a mangled radish, I really don't know how you can put something like that on the plates with a clear conscience. Please stop it, it's a waste.

Steal 2 stars, yesterday it was disappointing, full, staff unfriendly, food not good, meat was tough, fed up at first and reserved table canceled. Go somewhere else. It wasn't good for a while, then it got good again, maybe they'll get things going again.

Great food and drinks at fair prices. Be sure to reserve otherwise you will hardly get a place for two. The toilets could use a renovation even if they are clean.

We go there with the family every year on one of the Christmas holidays. The steaks there are highly recommended. In principle, you can put together many of the dishes at the salad bar yourself. We ate there on Christmas Day. The price has increased compared to previous years, but they have also made the portions much smaller. Taste good Steak also tender but we will look for something else or cook it ourselves. Everyone needs to know how much they are willing to spend.

Restaurant full and loud. We waited over an hour for our food. The cheese on the gratinated fillet resembled a wool blanket. There was a thick layer of rubber that was difficult to handle even with a knife and the cheese was tasteless. Drinks that we had ordered simply didn't come at all. We then had to wait forever for the bill. For us it was definitely the last visit to this restaurant.

Wir waren heute am 26.12.2024 mit 11 Personen zum Weihnachtsessen in diesem Lokal. NIE WIEDER. Das Essen war lauwarm, die Schnitzel billigste Ware, die Schnecken waren in Alkohol getränkt, das Fleisch überhaupt nicht durchgebrannt und die ANRICHTE.....wie in einer Pommesbude. Jeder Euro ist zuviel, den man da ausgibt.

Seit den 80ern besuchen wir das Restaurant Hazienda in Dinslaken. An der Qualität hat sich nichts geändert... Salatbuffet immer reichlich und frisch. Steaks, ob Filet oder Hüfte ein Gedicht. Bedienung immer nett und freundlich. Nur am Rande: Wir vermissen nur das "amuse-gueule", das bei jedem Besuch in Form von kleinen Brötchen und ein Aperitif (Sherry) serviert wurde.

Had Christmas dinner with company. 5 people. The waiter was unfriendly, no smile, soup was carelessly put on the table without us ordering it. No questions asked how we would like the meat. 12 euros tip was still given, but no Slivowitz or anything like that. Went again after 40 minutes. But the food was very good

Very cozy, long-established restaurant, close to the DIN station. The walls and the small tables make for a very nice atmosphere. Attentive staff, resulting in quick service. I had the hacienda skewer, unfortunately I forgot that the meat was supposed to be medium well, but I wasn't asked. It was medium, still ok, I'll pay attention to that next time. There was salad from the salad buffet, which I thought was great. Price-performance ok. Overall, you can definitely recommend the restaurant.

We went there for dinner last night. Our grill plates were OK, but nothing more. It all looked so loveless. Not a bit beautifully prepared, e.g. a few onion rings, or a lettuce leaf, maybe a pepperoni. What we didn't like at all were the waiters. I can immediately name at least two restaurants where the service is much friendlier. We won't come here anymore.

I wouldn't order anything outside the house again, as I was very disappointed with the grill plate. In contrast, when you eat in a restaurant, the food there always tastes very good.

Very busy at lunchtime, that says it all. We felt very comfortable, the dog was also allowed in, which is no longer a given these days. Very friendly and accommodating. The food was deliciously prepared and very tasty. You feel comfortable here.

We had booked a table for 4 a week in advance and the receptionist was unable to locate our booking. He left us standing at the door for a full 10 minutes until he took us to a room that resembled a cheap chip shop. The waiter was very unpleasant when it came to empty drinks. Even my hand signals weren't noticed 😡 I had a grill plate. This time the roasted potatoes were crispy and delicious The meat, on the other hand, was very tasty. The salad in the self-service counter was also very fresh. Conclusion: Very bad service!! We'll never come back!! Not worth a photo!!

For me it was awesome here. The restaurant has a very attractive interior with many seating areas separated by walls and therefore conveys a special cosiness. I had an extremely tasty, super tender Argentinian sirloin steak that doesn't have to hide from some beef fillets. And the whole thing is inexpensive too. All in all an experience. An extra star from me! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Old-established restaurant that hasn't lost any of its service and quality over the years! Very attentive staff who, despite being very busy, always look after the guests with quick service. The portions are generous and very tasty. All we can say is five stars plus! Update 09.2024: Little has changed, still good quality, the charcoal grill makes grilling meat even more of an experience!

I've been eating there for decades and have never had a complaint. The food tastes good, is perfectly prepared and is of a very high quality. The service is just spotty, if a drink is empty, someone is immediately there to offer a new drink, etc. Everything is sparkling clean, every pane of glass is clear. Every table is clean, nothing has ever been stuck or anything. Everything is perfect here, thank you for that. :-)

The food portions are very large

We have been visiting this restaurant for years. Today we spent our mother's 90th birthday there. With 13 people. Since our mother never manages to finish her favorite dish, we always take something with us. Today I asked if I could take a small salad with me because she didn't take one with her meal. Now the discussion broke out that this wasn't possible. You then deign to allow it. When I was paying, I said something about it again... ha, the waiter continued to argue until my brother ended the whole thing with a sharp sentence. Our bill: 515 euros. The tip was correspondingly economical.
