Hazal in Much

The food is great! Fresh salad and tasty meat. But expensive!!! A Dönerteller with drinks costs 16 Euro!!!

Ordered 30 minutes in advance and still waited 15 minutes; doner meat looks disgusting; pizza roll with sujuk was okay but nothing special

I was here for the first time today. Ordered a delicious Turkish pizza. The prices are reasonable, and the staff were extremely friendly. I'd love to come back 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Good food, delivered quickly, suited us. Addendum: After ordering from them regularly for over a year, I've found this to be the best delivery service in Much. Incredibly friendly staff, and overall delicious food. I particularly like the pizza and doner kebab pita, and I respect the fast delivery time; no one else can consistently match that. Always happy to come back!

Yesterday, we ordered a schnitzel with salad and a pizza, which was delivered. The bill was surprisingly higher than I had expected. Only after unpacking did I realize that we'd also received a portion of fries, which we hadn't ordered but for which we had apparently paid. Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't cut in half, even though I had specifically requested it when ordering. The food was generally good, except for the fries. From now on, we'll prefer to pick everything up ourselves.

Yesterday I had a Capricciosa salad to take away, it was perfectly filled, but unfortunately it was so full that the vinegar and oil didn't really stand out, which is a shame. The pizza rolls were completely hard and couldn't be repaired even with a toaster at home. There were whole slices of ham in the salad, which I had to chop up myself. The same goes for the pepper strips, which were cut much too large, and there were far too many onions in the salad. Overall, it's a shame; a great salad in principle, but the filling completely lost its flavor and made it inedible. The service was great, and the atmosphere was also quite nice...when ordering at the restaurant***

Very bad food and very rude employees. I was yelled at and threatened because I called to say that they had delivered the wrong food. I spoke to Lieferando and they also said that it was the wrong order, but they just yelled at me and threatened me and were very disrespectful.

Delicious pizza, kebabs, and pasta. Friendly and clean. I love the Pizza Inferno.

Delicious food. You shouldn't walk past this. Affordable delicious fries as they should be. Not those pale sticks. Get your own drinks from the fridge. And a very wide choice to eat.

The food was delicious (pizza), and the restaurant itself was quite nice. Unfortunately, the restrooms weren't clean at all, hence the 3 stars.

Unfortunately, it really wasn't good. Unfortunately, I have to give it such a bad rating. The salad didn't seem fresh, and the meat was actually inedible. I had no choice but to throw the kebab away. :-(

My stomach hurts, they don't know how to make a pizza, someone needs to teach them how to make a real pizza, because it was so dry and salty, with no taste. I don't think there will be another place where I will taste a pizza as bad as this.

I've been ordering here for 6 years now, and now the prices have increased so much that I have to say, no!! What you get delivered doesn't do justice to the price. So a customer who orders 4-6 times a month orders less. Price increases these days are understandable and necessary, but price increases of 3 euros on a product are not sustainable. I'm sorry

Kebab very good but no hot sauce on offer

Everything is of good quality, always fresh and super nice service.

The food so far has always been delicious and very filling. The portions are decent and the price-performance ratio is great. Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately, I can't understand the bad reviews because so far it's the only good kebab in the area.

In terms of taste, you can't beat it in Much. Food is made with love. Doner kebab and pizza and salad are always fresh and very tasty.

I like to eat in kebab stalls to form my own comparison palette and I have eaten my kebab in many, many stalls. But I can honestly promise that I ate the most disgusting kebab of my life in this restaurant. You can even get better kebab at flea market stalls in Cologne. There are blowflies flying around and there is a severe lack of hygiene. The food was abysmally bad. I will never enter this store again.

We recently ate here and it was a very positive experience. The food was delicious, with full flavors and clear care in the preparation. What also struck me was that you really get value for your money. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable. All in all, highly recommended for anyone looking for a good meal for a fair price.

Delivery was announced as 40 minutes. After an hour we called once and were told that the driver had just left and would be there in 10 minutes. We then called the restaurant a total of 3 times and were told 3 times that the food would be there in 10 minutes. After 2 hours the driver finally came, but we didn't accept the food because we didn't want to eat it that had been in the van for over an hour. Now we can contact Lieferando so that we can get our money back. That was our last order.

I ordered two kebabs yesterday and I think I got food poisoning. I couldn't sleep all night and today I'm exhausted from yesterday's food

We ordered from Lieferando and instead of a falafel plate with rice we got a kebab plate with fries and onions, without any comment from the restaurant. The kebab meat and also the fries were cold and didn't taste good.

The food we ordered came quickly and tasted good.

Service friendly. The food is average. The hygiene was noticed very negatively. The sugar shaker was so greasy and dirty that it was already sticking. Old crumbs on the table and the counter is not inviting. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is not very inviting either.

We regularly order there for home delivery. We only had to wait longer than 30 minutes, top service. The food is good too. The restaurant itself has a typical snack bar feel, but is always clean and tidy.

Bessere Cheeseburger sind schwer zu finden. Definitiv die besten Cheeseburger im größeren Umkreis.

Meiner Meinung nach, bester Imbiss am Ort!

Döner eher unterdurchschnittlich, Zutaten in der Auslage wirkten teilweise auch eher so la la. Schade hatte ich besser in Erinnerung.

Exzellentes Essen und erstklassiger Service Kürzlich besuchte ich das Restaurant Hazal Grill Pizzaria und war begeistert. Das Essen war köstlich und der Service ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorzuheben war der sympathische Kellner Ali. Ich kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen, um erneut dieses kulinarische Erlebnis zu genießen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wäre auf dem Salat auch ein Dressing gewesen dann hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben

Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Lieferzeiten und der Service, bezüglich „Sonderwünschen/ Bestell-Details“, ist super. Außerdem sind dort alle stets freundlich.

Die Familie welches dieses Restaurant betreibt ist sehr fleißig und zuvorkommend. Ich bestelle hier schon sehr lange mein Essen wenn ich mal keine Lust habe mir selbst etwas zuzubereiten. Dabei habe ich schon einiges gesehen. Ein Beispiel, eine Frau kommt in den Laden und hat sichtlich kein Geld um ihr Essen zu bezahlen. Die Frau fragte nach Essen und ohne 1 Sekunde zu zögern bekam sie mehrere einfache Gerichte mit viel Kohlenhydraten angeboten. So etwas sollte es öfter geben, daher hat dieser Laden für mich beim Bestellen immer Vorrang. Hut ab für eure Menschlichkeit. Übrigens macht der Chef dort die besten Pizzen im umkreis, ich empfehle die BBQ oder Vegetaria.

Ein stabiler Ort zum Essen. Die Menüs sind ganz gut und die Leute Recht freundlich. Dennoch ist das Essen ganz okay. Die Döner und Lamacun sind dennoch Recht gut und zu empfehlen

Unsere 1 Wahl bei Bestellungen. Super und Pizza und Salate sind immer Top. 👍 Die Extra Wünsche unseres Juniors (5) werden problemlos umgesetzt, was nicht immer leicht ist... 😉 Unsere erste Wahl beim Lieferservice in der Nähe.

Bestelle seit jahren dort und ich muß sagen sie haben nach gelassen.. gehen nicht auf extra wünsche ein und essen ist öfters nicht so wie es sein sollte

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal im Lokal! Ich hatte einen Dürüm mit Hähnchen bestellt und dieser war sehr lecker! Alles wurde frisch zubereitet! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich! Komme gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

GRAUENHAFT vor 3 Wochen nach langer Pause bestellt da konkurenz im Urlaub war. Da war die Pizza wieder erwartet gut. Und heute vorbei . TROCKEN hart mager belegt ohne Geschmack also . Ich bin dann raus 3 Chancen 2 x fies.

Beste Döner in der ganzen Umgebung (Much, Overath etc). Es gibt wahlweise Kalb oder Hähnchenfleisch. Personal ist immer sehr nett. Pizza ist für solch ein Restaurant auf gutem Niveau. Pommes schmecken auch sehr gut. Auf Lieferdienst uns die Lieferzeit ist sehr Verlass.

Eten was niet slecht maar allemaal liefdeloos en weinig plek om rustig te zitten. Prijs voor doorsnee zaak relatief hoog.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!! Dönertasche und Pizza Funghi lecker. Auch Lieferung über Lieferando möglich. Sitzgelegenheiten und Bedienung auch im Imbiss.

Die neue Pizza Margherita ist einfach mega! Der Boden etwas dicker und mega fluffig, auch der Käse neu aber mega. Die Soße ist auch perfekt dosiert. Riesen Lob an Hazal.

Am 26.09.20 abends dort "nur mal einen Döner" gegessen. Theke sieht sehr ordentlich und sauber aus. Tische im Gastraum könnten -gerade bei Corona- doch auch mal und zeitnah abgewischt werden. Beleuchtung und Einrichtung nicht ansprechend, Möbel viel zu dunkel. Einige "Star-Menüs", quasi Spar-Menüs, im Angebot, da kann man preislich gar nicht meckern. Wenn dort als Gratisgetränk eine Flasche abgebildet ist, sollte auch eine Flasche serviert werden. Cola u. Sprite kamen im Glas, sehr viel Kohlensäure, also nicht so abgestanden wie oft in der Gastro. Das Essen wurde schnell und freundlich serviert. Der Döner war ganz gut, wie oft etwas dicke Brottasche (uns würde meistens die Hälfte an Brot längst reichen). Salat auf dem Fleisch war gut und frisch, Fleisch war auch gut. Pommes waren auch gut, wenngleich vermutlich Tiefkühl-Wellen-Pommes. Insgesamt -für das, was man wollte, nämlich nicht großartig in ein Restaurant einkehren- ganz ordentlich mit Luft nach oben. Insbesondere an der Einrichtung und Beleuchtung könnte man auch was tun. Preis-/Leistung war aber wirklich sehr gut.
