*Update* With a new chef it now tastes even better. Respect! What a positive surprise. With one of the best Indians in the region. It's not a snack bar but a restaurant. The food is exceptionally finely seasoned and completely freshly cooked.i Important for the Odenwälder, you get full and the prices are fair for what is on offer. But you have to bring time. My new tribe Indian.

A small, fine restaurant, simply and modernly furnished. The service is very nice and attentive. The food is super tasty and plentiful. A pleasant Indian atmosphere without too much luxurious shishi. I can only warmly recommend it.

The food was delicious. Ordered three different main courses. With two name breads and raita. That was more than enough for us. What was left was taken. The service is very friendly and attentive. I had some trouble with the sun and without indicating it myself, the blinds were closed (after they asked me if I thought so). Mango Lassi also delicious. All this very reasonably priced. 75 euros including tip (it was 71.20 euros). And we got some papadum in advance and a small dessert (if you like it very sweet 😁) on the house.

I've eaten here a few times now and it's always been delicious. As a vegetarian, I particularly liked the starters and the naan bread with cheese. But other dishes are also recommended. In my opinion, the service is particularly noteworthy. They are quick, very careful to take all wishes into account and super friendly. In my opinion, the drawback is the sanitary area. Ok, it's an old house and would probably require some effort to convert if that were possible as a tenant. But apart from the fact that it's all a bit outdated, I find it irritating that women and men leave "together", i.e. you come into the toilet and find a sink, of which the women's toilet is on the left On the right behind a sliding door are two urinals. 🤷‍♀️ But perhaps with enough customer growth something will change here too.

The best compared to other Indians within a 50 km radius. Sauces, meat and fish very well seasoned. Service very friendly and quick. Naan bread is very hot and tastes great. Mixed grill plate price-performance ratio very good. The yellow marinated rectangles on the plate are homemade cottage cheese, but it is very well marinated and has a tender meat-like (chicken-like) consistency. I've never eaten anything like it anywhere. I could become a vegetarian then. We will come here again. This is recommended. Dessert came from the house. When we visited again on June 24, we were again very satisfied, see pictures.

The food is delicious! The restaurant is a bit small and the tables are close together. This means that it's relatively quiet and you can't talk so freely. Otherwise very nice staff! We'd love to come back.

It was a new but positive restaurant experience for me as I really like curry and chilli ginger and coconut milk sauces love, including the ginger tea. Our friend likes to have the food delivered to her home because she likes alcohol with her meals drinks that are not available in the restaurant. Lunch is until 2 p.m. but the family cooked for us until 3 p.m., even though we only arrived at 1:45 p.m., with advance orders of course. The service in the restaurant as well as the delivery service were very accommodating.

Frische Zutaten, leckere indische Gerichte. Aufmerksame und freundlicher Service. Kleines Manko - keine alkoholischen Getränke.

Das Essen war super lecker. Wir waren zu sechst, und allen hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Gastraum ist klein und nett dekoriert. Wir haben 4 Stunden dort verbracht und werden wieder kommen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgesprochen gut. Alkoholische Getränke werden nicht ausgeschenkt, wohl aber alkoholfreies Bier und alkoholfreier Wein.

sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung das Essen ist sehr lecker bei der Würzung wird ohne Abstriche auf Wünsche eingegangen, wer Original scharf essen möchte sollte dies auch direkt sagen anhand der reichlichen Auswahl sollte eigendlich für jeden etwas dabei sein. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Essen hat uns ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt. Vom Salat bis zu Butter-Chicken, Chili-Chicken oder verschiedene Fleischsorten aus dem Tandoori-Ofen... alles war superlecker zu angemessenen Preisen. Danach gab es noch einen Nachtisch vom Haus, der uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Alles war liebevoll angerichtet... das Auge isst ja mit. 🙂 Die Bedienung war besonders freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Restaurant gerne weiter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich war unentschlossen, ob ich vier oder fünf Sterne vergeben sollte, habe mich aber aufgrund des Services für fünf entschieden. Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Marktplatz von Mörlenbach. Der Innenbereich ist ansprechend aber eher rustikal gestaltet. Das Potenzial des Außenbereiches wird bisher noch nicht wirklich genutzt, immerhin hat man den Marktplatz vor der Tür. Es gibt allerdings auch Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Die Toiletten sind sauber jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und unisex. Der Service war extrem freundlich. Man gab sich viel Mühe, war sehr zuvorkommend und es gab gratis einen kleinen Nachtisch, toll. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und gut zubereitet, die Portionen hätten aber etwas umfangreicher sein können, insbesondere mit Blick auf den Preis, der für weschnitztaler Verhältnisse schon leicht erhöht ist. Hier könnte man etwas großzügiger sein, gerade was etwa Reis betrifft. Insgesamt ein gutes Restaurant und eine Bereicherung für Mörlenbach. Wenn der Außenbereich etwas schöner gestaltet und bei den Portionen ein bisschen zugelegt würde, wäre es perfekt. Hoffen wir, dass die Gaststätte Mörlenbach dauerhaft erhalten bleibt.

Wir waren letzte Woche spontan zum ersten Mal zum Essen da und haben es nicht bereut. Der Service war freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Auf's Haus gibt es vorweg Papadam mit zwei Soßen, die für unser Naanbrot wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Wir haben uns die Hähnchen Samosa (A10) als Vorspeise geteilt - sehr lecker, aber auch scharf 🌶 (falls man scharf nicht mag, sollte es vielleicht dabei stehen oder gesagt werden 😉 ) Die Garnelen-Masala (M6) waren sehr lecker, allerdings empfand ich den Reis im Verhältnis zu der Soße als zu wenig. Vielleicht würden Warmhalteplatten sinnvoll sein, falls jemand nicht so schnell isst? 😊 Zusätzlich hatten wir ein Plain Naan (B2) bestellt, welches schön warm und lecker war. Zum Abschluss gibt es einen kleinen Nachtisch auf's Haus, welcher mich an ein gebackenes Griesbällchen erinnert. Gerne wieder.

Wir sind dort angekommen um etwas zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen und wurden sehr nett empfangen. Der Service ist sehr herzlich und gutmütig und hat uns auch einen Mangolassie aufs Haus spendiert während wir gewartet haben. Alles was ich dazu sagen kann ist „atemberaubend lecker“. Dann war das Essen auch relativ schnell fertig und wir haben noch einen Gratis Nachtisch bekommen. Zu teuer war es auch auf keinen Fall, eher günstig. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre Mehrwegpackungen einzuführen, anstatt diese Aluminiumpackungen. Zusammengefasst sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Per Zufall sind wir in der Ecke von Mörlenbach gelandet und hatten uns nach was leckerem umgeschaut, prompt waren wir auf dieses gut bewertete Restaurant gestoßen. Wir können es auch nur bestätigen, super leckeres Essen, saubere Location und sehr sympathischer und aufmerksamer Betreiber. Wir kommen ab jetzt öfter!
