So, I ordered food using Uber eats and Cuz of Network issues I was unable to contact the restaurant. And vice versa. They were supportive and food was kept in a safe place. The quality was amazing! ❤️ Loved it.

One word: great! The two waiters were very welcoming and friendly. The food was very tasty; tender meat, fresh herbs and vegetables and the lentil soup was "fingerlicking good". You could almost add an evening to eat in Aleppo again!

Despite an unfriendly and rude delivery person who charged an extra 10 euros for the "second delivery" and suggested we collect the order ourselves, the other staff are friendly and helpful. We accidentally gave the wrong phone number on Lieferando, but we called 30 minutes before the stated arrival time to get the correct number. Nevertheless, Lieferando incorrectly indicated that the order had already been delivered, which made the second delivery necessary. The food was still very tasty and you could tell that it was made with fresh ingredients. The meat was juicy and fresh, the grilled chicken was particularly tender and perfectly seasoned. We were particularly surprised by the shish kebab. The portions are reasonable and I think it's good value for money. I would recommend the restaurant, but more for on-site visits than for delivery.

The meat was ice cold from the inside and there was still some waiting in the food. I wouldn't recommend it!

I give one point for the location, we ordered coffee and fries “without spices” and “one Qatayf”… we got coffee in a dirty cup… fries with spices… and TWO Qatayf as he said the order comes with two but he ever mentioned that when we ordered, despite it was still very cold and almost the order came before we leave…

Nice Syrian / oriental restaurant on the Rhine, seating on the terrace with a view of the Rhine. Food good, but not outstanding (French fries instead of potato slices, nice side salad, unfortunately without dressing,...). Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Prices fair and reasonable. Will come back.

We had reserved a table for two outside. The ambience seems more like a grill bar than a restaurant, as we expected based on the reviews. I wanted to try out eating there because I'm still looking for a suitable location for my birthday party. The menu is more like a grill bar than a restaurant. I was expecting more variety, more oriental specialties. Instead, it was more of a chip shop. The lamb was probably mutton rather than lamb, as it had quite a pungent flavor of its own. At first the service was really magical, exemplary, attentive and friendly. Then we paid and the tip was rounded up. We then waited a good half hour for the remaining change of 30 euros - the workload wasn't suddenly more than before - we had to ask for it. Finally we got the change back. Without a farewell greeting, with a sour expression and no apology for the waiting time. Truly unheard of. Overall, I don't understand the many enthusiastic reviews here. I've had far better Lebanese, Syrian, Afghan, Arabic etc. elsewhere and sat much more comfortably than in the Aleppo Rose. For my part, never again and no recommendation. But tastes are different.

We used to eat here often and edge the previous knife plate. The knife platter for one person tasted good, but the quantity was really a disgrace for €22. Although börek and fried potatoes were on the menu, these were not served on the platter, only dips and a few falafel balls. The waiter, who was also the cook and had stepped in as a waiter, unfortunately did not shine with a visually appealing appearance. He served us in an incredibly friendly manner, but with extremely unkempt, dirty fingernails. It's a shame, we used to love eating here. However, for the price it's really a joke now.

We ordered food and what arrived was a disgrace. Even though it only took 40 minutes from order to delivery, the food was cold and dry. The portion of fries was tiny and the fries were from the day before or something. And unseasoned. Falafel completely dry. Meat also inedible. Only the sauces were delicious and we made the meal bearable. Underground.

I haven’t even ate the food yet and I will give them 1 star. I order at 16:37 and still haven’t received the food. I call the first time at 18:03 to ask if the driver already started, so I can ask for my money back in case he didn’t and he said that he is on the road. The distance by car is 20 minutes and I called him again 30 minutes later, to keep hearing lies. Eventually the food arrived now, at 18:53 as I write this review, and the driver explained to me, that is not his fault and that the owner gave him the order before 30 minutes. So 2:16 minutes to deliver and lying. You can find everything at the photos. Also 54 euros for only this quantity, with 5 euros charge at the delivery !

I ordered Aleppo Rose for delivery and I am simply thrilled. 5 out of 5 roses (stars) 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 I ordered Kebab Halabi, both skewers were juicy, perfectly seasoned and the side dishes were also really tasty. For dessert there is Katayef, which is simply a sweet temptation for the palate. Both dishes were beautifully presented in the delivery boxes, the food was hot and nothing sticky despite the delivery time. I haven't been this enthusiastic for a long time and will certainly order again as a customer and come eat on site. If the local service is half as friendly as the friendly local delivery person, it will probably be a great meal. TOP!

Location and food are good - I didn't know the Fattusch salad and Maria (stuffed flatbread) in particular and are recommended. Unfortunately, the service could be improved that day: it took a long time for the order to be taken. I also had to ask three times to pay. Card payment was not possible - unfortunately without making this clear - which is why I had to go to the nearest ATM. The payment process took a total of 40 minutes. Conclusion: Actually that's all well and good, but we won't be coming back because we just don't have that much time.

I can't believe this restaurant doesn't have water for washing hands. Service also very bad. I would like to tell the owner of this bad restaurant that I bought with my money. I didn't get anything for free for him to be treated so badly. Don't recommend it at all.

The food is really tasteful. It may be a bit "heavy" for some stomachs, but it is tasty Lebanese cuisine. The atmosphere is next to the Rhine River with a view of the river when you sit down outside. Excellent service.

Selten so ein gutes Restaurant besucht.Ich habe mit zwei weiteren Personen einen Spießteller gegessen und es hat sich absolut gelohnt.Einer der besten Spieße die ich jemals gegessen habe.Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und man hat sich wohl gefühlt.Demnächst gerne wieder!

Ich fand den Service sehr angenehm und aufmerksam. Es wurden alle Speisen ausführlich erklärt und wunderbare Empfehlungen abgegeben. Wir waren bereits nach den sehr üppigen und schmackhaften Vorspeisen gut satt. Die Hauptspeisen haben das Ganze abgerundet. Am Ambiente könnte man noch etwas arbeiten, da verschiedene Stile gemixt sind. Aber das tut dem Gesamtbild von Speisen und Service keinen Abbruch. Wir kommen wieder!

Leckere libanesisch-syrische Küche, freundliche Bedienung und bei gutem Wetter eine schöne Außenterrasse mit Blick auf den Rhein. Aber auch der Gastraum ist sehr gepflegt eingerichtet. Mit der Lage beim Bonner Zentrum zur Zeit einzigartig. Auch nach Neueröffnung ist das Essen wirklich gut, der Service ist flott und zuvorkommend. Gute Alternative, wenn man vor / nach einem Besuch im Opernhaus arabisch/ orientalisch essen möchte

Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Wir haben shawarma bestellt. Der Kellner hat uns korrigiert dass es anders ausgesprochen wird. Hat uns aber nicht darauf hingewiesen dass es auch ein anderes Gericht ist. Das essen war total versalzen und das Hähnchen total wabbelig. Hat einfach überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Nachdem wir probiert haben und das Essen stehengelassen haben, kam irgendwann ein Kellner und wollte uns was andere anbieten. Er war schon sehr bemüht hier Service zu leisten. Aber auch das andere empfohlene Essen hat einfach überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die Portionen sind extrem klein. Davon wird man nicht statt. Die Preise sind für diese kleine Portion viel zu teuer. Der andere ältere Kellner kann überhaupt nicht bedienen. Ich hatte zwei mal das Tablett in Gesicht, eine Gabel auf dem Schoß etc. Es wurde immer unmittelbar weg geräumt, auch wenn man noch nicht ausgetrunken oder aufgegessen hat. Desserts die auf der Karte standen gab es auf einmal nicht mehr. Als wir mit 8 Leuten getrennt bezahlen wollten ging das große Chaos erst richtig los. Man könnte wohl nur einmal mit Karte oder einmal bar zahlen. Eine richtige Erklärung konnte uns keiner geben. Dieser Restaurant besucht war mehr als verstörend. Das einzige was vielleicht schön ist, ist die Lage mehr aber auch nicht

Nie wieder! Via lieferando haben wir 9 Pizzen um 10:30 Uhr bestellt und sollten lt. telefonischer Rücksprache um 12:45 Uhr die Bestellung abholen. Beim Restaurant angekommen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Koch noch nicht da wäre, aber gleich kommen würde und es noch ca. 20-25 Minuten dauern könnte. Und wurde für die Wartezeit ein Tee angeboten, sonst aber kein Entgegenkommen. Um 13:15 Uhr haben wir erneut gefragt, da hieß es dann es hätte noch etwas gefehlt und der Koch wäre nochmal losgegangen. Es würde noch 15 Minuten dauern. Wir haben uns dann darauf geeinigt, dass die Pizzen geliefert werden. Da die Bestellung bis 14:00 Uhr noch immer nicht da war, riefen wir an, wurden aber weggedrückt. Mit unterdrückter Nummer haben wir es erneut versucht, da hieß es dann: es sei jemand losgegangen. Um 14:10 Uhr kamen sie dann, leider auch noch falsche Sorten geliefert. Geschmacklich auch nicht super. Wow! Nie wieder!
