..ordered something to drink, it was quick..then something to eat..it was also quick...from then on we were completely ignored...dirty plates remained on the table..were picked up after about 20 minutes.. .(it was just us (2) and 4 at another table)..service had to do with itself...3 in the service ..talked loudly...had fun...wanted something more to drink.. but no one came....I went there....wanted to pay...said...I would have liked to order something else but I didn't want to disturb your conversation....Answer...but that's what you're doing right now.. from the nice man with a bald head and a beard...could have reported it...someone likes his job...👍...he prefers to flirt with his colleagues...nice atmosphere but staff 0 points

Great, well-attended beer garden, very attentive and friendly service. The food was sometimes normal (burger with pulled pork) and sometimes bad. Completely overcooked pasta with chanterelles. The mushrooms were dressed without any pizzazz, just bland. It's a shame about the good ingredients.

Beautifully and lovingly designed garden (beer garden sounds far too rustic for this gem), nice, quick service staff, great tarte flambée and great value for money! We will definitely come back and try the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast buffet on the canal Unfortunately not worth the 19.90 euros per person Why? Coffee drinkers get coffee, others are unfortunately lost or have to ask on their own whether something else is possible. I would have liked to drink a warm cocoa, perhaps with a cream topping - usual elsewhere, not here. They gave me a cup, I could have cold milk myself, I was also a guest and a restaurant should have something like that. The cold cocoa was therefore lumpy. No go. I asked the waitress for tea because there was nothing at the buffet, there was tea upon request. Unfortunately, the salmon and the small sausages on offer were of poor quality and the bacon was not crispy... It was cold and you had to sit with a jacket on. A glass windbreak would have helped. The toilets were in the parking lot. What particularly bothered me, as I am a non-smoker, was that two ladies at a table started smoking. First, I noticed, they hadn't reserved and then... You could improve so much if you look at the things there, the location is great, but under the circumstances I experienced I won't be coming back Sorry

We were in Haus Hölter for the first time today. The atmosphere is very nice and has lots of small details. The food was very tasty and we were more than full. We would particularly like to highlight the service. Rarely have such friendly and courteous service been served. We took a look at the beer garden, which is also beautifully designed and located directly on the canal. We'll definitely be back.

A very nice restaurant with a beautiful beer garden that is right on the canal. I ordered the grilled pulled pork bum (burger) there, it was very tasty, especially the pulled pork, the service was very nice and accommodating if you come with larger groups a reservation makes sense😄

On our bike tour we stopped at Hölter am Kanal for a cold drink. It was very busy, but we got a table relatively quickly. Service nice, friendly and quick. As always very satisfied. I can highly recommend the location and would be happy to come back.

A very nice restaurant. This was my first time there and I would definitely come here again. Price performance is O.K. . There are more expensive restaurants. The beer garden is really nice and cozy and also covered for bad days. The portions are plenty, so we definitely got full. We spent around €20 per person, which is completely okay. On nice days you might want to make a reservation.

We had already eaten here 3 times. Dinner twice and recently for breakfast for the first time. The atmosphere is really nice and cozy, especially the direct view of the canal is something special. The food has always been delicious, even if sometimes a little bit basic. The last breakfast didn't really convince me for the price of €19.80. Although coffee, juice, tea and infused water were included in the price, I was missing fruit and vegetables from the selection, for example. Unfortunately, the sliced ​​baguette was quite hard and I personally didn't like the rolls. The rest of the breakfast offered was also rather standard. The waiters, on the other hand, are always very friendly, but on each visit we always had to wait a little longer until we were served.

All in all, it's always a pleasure to eat, drink and/or just hang out here. To be honest, we've only been to the beer garden in the summer, but I think it tastes just as good inside and the service team is super nice, quick and very attentive.

I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The service team was great, relaxed and still professional. We'll definitely be back. And we don't need to say anything about the beer garden, it couldn't be better.

For dinner as a family everyone was very happy with the food, simply delicious! Service was attentive and nice. Negatives of the only thing was a teaspoon of water, the cola was lacking in carbonation and at dessert the sorbet came to the table melted. Otherwise I can only miss the food!

What's confusing is that the restaurant and beer garden are completely separate. Different cards. Of the 3 dishes we ordered from the “beer garden menu”, the beer garden currywurst came when we had finished with the schnitzels and actually wanted to pay. The food wasn't a hit - and the canal view doesn't make up for it. Too bad 😪

A wonderful place. For me, staying here is like a little vacation. I was able to take my dog ​​with me and he was immediately given a bowl of water. The location right on the canal, several areas to sit, a little beach flair, really great. I really like everything designed with great attention to detail. When the temperatures were hot, I chose a cold Sauvignon Blanc and a deliciously prepared cold herring stip as a dish. The service staff are very nice. I parked right in front of the door.

Weekend. Very hot at 33°. Super delicious food. Great ambience. Always in a good mood and very (!) courteous waitresses and waiters. What more could you want?? Top address for a beautiful summer afternoon in the beer garden!

It's pretty chilling in the beer garden! Sure it's a little bigger, but it divides up well. The ambience is relaxed and suits the house music. Food good, drinks good, prices reasonable. Of course it depends on the weather, but the visit is worth it for anyone who likes beer gardens with a lounge atmosphere! In some places the style was not consistently implemented, but that doesn't change the feel-good atmosphere in Haus Hölter. Take a look for yourself, it's worth it! Scrambled eggs, bacon, Nuremberg sausages, boiled egg, sausage, cheese, salmon, various jams, honey and much more. Yogurt with fruits, quark, fruit salad, etc. I probably forgot to list a lot of things. The staff was relaxed and very nice/friendly. In any case, I now go to Haus Hölter more often for breakfast (with registration 🙂).
