They started off so strong and we really enjoyed the kebab in the first few months. Unfortunately, we've lost a lot in all areas, which is a real shame!

The employees were very nice on every visit (approx. 4-5 times). The kebab itself was delicious, but in 3 out of 5 cases it caused stomach pain afterwards. Now the store is avoided, it's been months since the last visit.

Alanya is the best kebab in Ratingen, a kebab house like this can't keep up!! So save yourself the visit and go to Alanya Grill in the city for the hottest kebab ever!!!!

Very unfriendly service!!! You order and wait until you are called. And then 10 other people are preferred, even though you specifically ask. Then you order a kebab with chicken and then everything is sold to the early guests, so that the chicken is already empty. If you ask them about it, you will be accused. Never again and will not be recommended!!!

Very nice snack bar, although they advertise that they have the same garlic sauce as in Berlin. They are miles away from that. It was a solid quark-like mass, absolutely not comparable to Berlin. But very nice atmosphere.

I don't understand all the good reviews. It was an average doner kebab. There were four of us there and we all got diarrhea. Therefore only one star!!

Average kebab, nothing more but nothing less either. Towards the evening there is often a very bad-mouthed employee who recently just gave me some kebab that was on the Teke. After a request and a very aggressive look from him, I was made a new kebab. I didn't feel comfortable there. (The rest of the employees there are quite friendly though)

Half a kebab skewer was put on it. Apparently from the day before. The meat tasted that way too. Tzatziki only tasted Bach sour yoghurt. The meal is not worth €7.50. You don't have to go out to eat again

Haus des Döner is actually good, but the kebab men are really bad (in Ratingen) and I think they are stingy with the ingredients. In Düsseldorf, opposite Palace Kebab, Haus des Döner is much better! I think that's because she has to try a lot harder because of the absolutely good competition. A pity!

I've eaten there very often. The kebab tastes very good. The bread is crispy, the sauces are particularly delicious and the meat is crispy and juicy. You can take the kebab with you and it also tastes good at home. I don't like the atmosphere that much, it's very small and cramped. But it doesn't matter because I always eat on the go or close to home. The staff is very friendly. I also think it's good that it's open until 11 p.m. - midnight. Lately there's been less and less meat in the bag. That's too bad. Now I ordered a Big Döner kebab for €8.50 and a Dürum with chicken and weighed them. It's a real shame that there's so little meat in it. I have personally complained several times about the amount of meat. 440g for a big kebab is not enough, at other kebab shops you get around 600g for €6. The staff advised me to write a Google review. Very tasty, but too expensive. Best regards

There was RnB screaming down the TV. Screaming by the meaning of no sound system, just the TV with no bass, but instead of it, loud. A lady flanked me from the right, the staff saw this but served her first nonetheless. The food itself was good.

Unfortunately we didn't like it at all. This sweet-tasting cocktail sauce is terrible and the Rotkaut is somehow pickled. I've definitely eaten better.

Unfortunately the kebab was very lean. For a price of €8 I didn't have enough meat and not much salad. The meat wasn't even cooked through and was simply inedible!!! The little employee who cut the skewer was very unfriendly and wanted to let his colleague go first even though there was a long line and came last!!! Unfortunately it was very disappointing…

I had been looking for good food and found it here. I love the kabob and getting real spicy hot sauce. The cook could not believe how much hot sauce I could eat, and I plan to go again.

A taxi driver told me this was a great place, especially if you like spicy food. I was not disappointed and surely plan go back.

Leckerer Döner! Standort wird eingehalten

Hab noch nie so einen leckeren Döner gegessen. Das Fleisch war sehr lecker und hier wird an nichts gespart. Freundliches Personal und der Laden sieht auch einladend aus. Für 2 Döner und 2 Ayran 19,- Euro gezahlt. Gerne wieder!!!! 👌🏻👌🏻

Sehr leckerer Döner, wenn auch etwas teuerer. Kleines gemütliches Lokal nahe der Ratinger Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal, behält die Übersicht, auch wenn mal viel Kundschaft auf einmal da ist.

Zu später Stunde gegen 23:00 Uhr probierten wir den Döner hier. Sie bieten Kalb oder Hähnchen an, ich hatte Kalb. Der Fleisch Spieß ist nicht selbstgemacht , sondern industriell gefertigt, aber dafür war es absolut in Ordnung. Das Brot ist gut und wird cross aufgewärmt, die Salate frisch und die Saucen passend. Das Pesronal ist nett, schnell und freundlich

Da diese Döner-Kette sehr bekannt ist, wollte ich sie unbedingt auch mal testen. Trotz relativ langer schlange wurde man dort zügig bedient. Bei der Zubereitung ist man auf Wünsche eingegangen und ich hatte schnell mein Essen in der Hand. Ich habe vor Ort gegessen. Das Ambiente ist, wie in einem Fastfood-Restaurant eher kühl, aber es war sauber. Das Essen war zwar nicht günstig, dafür gab es große Portionen und es war sehr lecker.

Waren schon oft dort essen und hatten bisher gute Erfahrungen. Letztens haben wir uns abends für den Dönerteller entschieden und leider bin ich am nächsten Tag mit schlimmen Magen Darm Beschwerden aufgewacht. Werden nun erstmal Abstand halten.

Leckerer Döner im Sandwich Style 7,00€ für 540 gr

Ich war am Anfang sehr skeptisch. Der Döner Wrap wirkt klein, der Preis recht hoch allerdings im Nachhinein angemessen. Ich komme aus Berlin und bin daher sehr wählerisch was Döner angeht. Meistens wird man enttäuscht, hier nicht!! Der Döner schmeckt fantastisch. Das Fleisch ist zart und kross, der Salat mega frisch und die Soßen richtig lecker. Wer es gerne scharf mag ist hier genau richtig. Die scharfe Soße zieht einem fast die Schuhe aus. Ganz dickes Lob!!!! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Schon das zweite mal bestellung aufgegeben mitgenommen alles was man gesagt oder bestellt hat ist nicht berücksichtig geschmacklich ok aber mit nicht gewünschten beilagen

Leider auch nur Masse ohne Klasse. Der " Kalbfleischspiess" sieht nicht mal nach Fleisch aus, also Pute genommen, der war leider auch mit allen möglichen gestreckt und daher Pappig. Der Rest war O.K. Personal sehr nett. Ambiente ;Bahnhofseck.

Bisher die beste Filiale von Haus des Döner, sehr nette Mitarbeiter super leckerer Döner und endlich mal eine scharf wirklich scharfes chilli Pulver.

Zum ersten Mal hier gewesen, einmal nur Fleisch mit Pommes und scharfes Pulver, einmal Dönertasche mit allem und Knoblauchsauce. Sehr lecker, schnell und freundlich bedient worden. Gerne wieder 👍

Waren gestern dort um zu probieren, hab mit Döner gekauft mit Hähnchen , sausen waren sehr lecker , werde bestimmt noch Mal vorbei kommen um was anderes zu probieren, ich empfehle! Был там вчера , пробовал донер с курицей, мне понравилось, соусы тоже очень вкусные, как буду рядом заеду ещё попробовать что-то новое, я советую!
