Unfortunately they don't have chicken but everything else is ok.

The employees were friendly. On a Friday evening, the meat had been ready for a while and was lying around, which meant it was super crispy and dry when we ate it. There was only one type of meat, no choice. The ingredients were largely purchased externally, for example bread and tzatziki came from wholesale packaging. In the store there was a YouTube playlist with music that I found unpleasant, constantly interrupted by advertising videos.

The kebab was fresh, well seasoned and extremely tasty. The meat was juicy and high quality while the bread was crispy and baked to perfection. The fresh ingredients such as lettuce and tomatoes also ensured a great, crunchy bite. Particularly noteworthy is the homemade sauce, which gave the kebab an extra flavorful note. All in all a successful kebab – highly recommended!

Recently I was at the Döner House in Frechen. The kebab is not bad but not good either. You can eat it if there is nothing else nearby. The restaurant is not very clean, the cleanliness could be improved. The service is at least nice. What I thought was a shame was that they only had one type of meat, i.e. only veal, no lamb, no chicken.

Haus des Döner - now also in Frechen. The kebabs are fresh and delicious. But the falafel is also very good. The team is friendly and the prices are reasonable for Frechen. Recommendation.

Today was the first and last time in this branch. I know various stores in this chain and please do not compare them with the other stores. Apart from the fact that the bread came out of a bag and was not freshly baked. Which of course also has a negative impact on the taste... The deficit is definitely due to the staff. Whether it was because I'm female or because I don't speak Turkish... People almost didn't look at me at all, albeit reluctantly. I felt really stupid, even though I appeared very friendly there. I can therefore not recommend the store under any circumstances.

The ingredients were no longer fresh towards the evening. The kebab was only half filled, very little meat. The kebab was picked up around 7 p.m. I assume that ingredients were saved. Not recommended for the price.

I'm really excited about the Döner House in FRECHEN!!!! I really enjoy coming here and I always receive a very friendly welcome from the staff. I don't understand all the negative reviews about this. A small but nice shop with a DELICIOUS kebab that is sooooooo full that I can hardly finish it. Always my pleasure!!!!

Rarely have I had such a delicious kebab plate. Everything goes well here: delicious meat, great fries and a great salad with great dressing.

Their food is pretty decent, but they are the most unfriendly Muslims that I have ever encountered. I and my family have spent a lot of money in this place because it is conveniently located below us. I am disabled and I am no longer able to park my car in the garage that we have on our house. There is an empty spot in back near the dumpsters and I was initially told that I could use that as parking. This morning, one of the workers came out yelling at me, telling me not to park there, even though I had permission from the night before. I called over the one that gave me permission and he first tried to lie and say that he didn't tell me I could park there, then he changed his mind and just asked me to make sure that I move my car by 11.00 in the mornings; when they opened. I asked them both why they had to speak so aggressively to me and that there was no need for hostilities. nevertheless, they said what they said and walked off before I got to explain my situation or even thank them. I will NEVER frequent their restaurant again and I hope that anyone that reads this will boycott this location. Maybe if they go out of business, someone friendly will move in.

This branch is not comparable to others. Haus des Döners advertises freshly baked bread. Next to the rotisserie and next to the deep fryer there are countless packages of ready-made bread from the bag. Unfortunately, that's how it tastes. This is not the case in other branches. The lack of bread and the fact that unfortunately only one of the three employees speaks German is a disappointment and one more reason to never visit this Haus des Döner shop again. Please avoid the branch and visit the guys in the other branches. This shop has nothing to do with Haus des Döner.

I am beyond shocked! I've always been a regular at the Frechen branch since it opened, but from now on I'll avoid this shop! As always, I wanted to have a kebab box packed separately without fries because the salad always gets soggy. Never been a problem until today! The man told me it would be a kebab plate even though only the packaging had changed, I didn't want any more meat! Conclusion: the gentleman packed everything separately for me, billed everything separately, salad, meat, even the sauce!!!! So in the end I left the store with an additional Ayran with a loss of 16 euros. The kebab plate would have been cheaper and there would have been more meat in it, but instead the gentleman just produced more waste for the environment and took the money out of my pocket. Pure rip-off and that on Ramadan!!! If you can't fast and work in a restaurant you shouldn't, I've never experienced such disrespect. Very sad because I really enjoyed going to the store. You lose loyal guests to employees ;)

The House of Doner has kebab's with plenty of meat and fresh salad. The sauce can also be chosen.

It is a kebab brand that I enjoy eating, but lately they have been cutting it so thinly that it seems like paper is not nice at all, and I am thinking of using it for barbecue instead.

Bin schon seit Jahren Stammkunde und wurde noch nicht ein mal enttäuscht !! Mit ABSTAND der beste Döner in Deutschland ! Alles immer super frisch , die Jungs super nett und gehen auf jeden Wunsch ein . NUR ZU EMPFEHLEN !! 10/10

Big Döner ist exakt das selbe wie normale Döner, es wird nichtmal eine volle Schippe mehr Fleisch drauf gelegt garnichts, nachdem ich denen noch gesagt habe ich hab Big Döner bestellt kamen alle ins stottern „ja sowieso alle selbe Brot mehr Fleisch usw“ ich hab dem schon genau auf die Hand geschaut wieviel Fleisch er drauf legt, das sind keine 15g Fleisch. Also wegen 1€ mehr müsst ihr euch so klein machen? Nächstes mal nehme ich einen normalen Döner und schenke jedem eurer Mitarbeiter 1€ aber hört auf so die Leute zu ver…..en!!! Bestellt keinen Big Döner, es bringt euch keinen Mehrwert, und guckt bei Essen zum mitnehmen genau hin was die machen! Bin immer gerne zu euch gekommen, aber so etwas lächerliches enttäuscht einfach, schämt euch ein bisschen!!!

Stammkunde gewesen bis heute. Die Mitarbeiter sind einfach viel zu frech. Ich bekomme mein Dönerteller falsch, mit Salat gegen den ich allergisch bin obwohl ich extra gesgat habe das soll weg bleiben. Rufe da ab frage was wir machen und mir wird für das nächste mal ein salat angeboten ? Was soll ich mit salat ? Ich hab ein Dönerteller bestellt! Wenn ich den Salat jetzt wegwerfe habe ich ein großen pommdöner! Das gesamte Essen ist einfach dadurch kaputt! Dann werden die am Telefon noch absolut frech und fangen eine hitzige Diskussion an! Genau das worauf man Lust hat wenn man eh schon heftigen Hunger hat und absolut genervt ist wegen der Sache! Es gibt mehr als genug andere Döner Läden in der Gegend. Bis heute mindestens 2 mal die Woche gekommen, aber gebe mir so eine Ausländer bazar Behandlung ungern weiterhin! Ihr habt ja genug Kunden wenn ihr mit den Stammkunden so umgeht

Der Döner war früher wirklich gut. Mittlerweile ist er einfach nur schlecht! Zum zweiten Mal hintereinander wird das Brot nicht mehr richtig getoastet damit der Döner größer wirkt, Fleisch hat ebenfalls stark nachgelassen. Ich empfehle jedem diesen Laden zu meiden und stattdessen zu PoldiDöner zu fahren der ist 100mal besser

Top Döner! Hatte bis jetzt nur gute Erfahrung mit dem Laden in Frechen. Brot, Fleisch und Soßen sind sehr gut also man kann sich auf entspannt hier einen Döner gönnen. Die Jungs sind sehr freundlich.

Bester Döner in der Gegend. Der Döner ist echt lecker und die Saucen sind der Wahnsinn. Preislich liegt der Laden im normalen Mittelfeld. Das einigt was stört ist, dass man nicht mit Debit- oder Kreditkarte zahlen kann.

Leckerer Döner mit tollen Saucen. Es ist leider nur ein wenig hektisch immer be der Bestellung.

Leider stimmen die ganzen Kommentare. Viel zu wenig Fleisch ! Habe einen Döner gegessen und war danach noch immer hungrig und ich wiege nur 80kg und bin kein Fettsack ! Dieser Laden hat NICHTS mit dem Haus des Döners aus Hürth zu tuen außer dem Namen.

Top Döner, Salat immer sehr frisch, Fleisch super. Die soßen sind auch wirklich gut gemacht. Also für mich ein ausgezeichneter Döner, nichts zu beanstanden. Pommes waren auch gut gewürzt.

Sehr fleißige und nette Jungs die da arbeiten. Geschmack top große Portionen aber unglaublich kleiner Raum zum essen. Die hocker dort sind wie sattel von Pferden. Muss man mögen 😂 Bissl teuer aber alles frisch, damit bin ich zufrieden

Ich bin gerade Döner mit meinem Neffen holen gegangen. Mein Neffe stand mit eigenem Geld neben mir rechts und wollte selber welche kaufen, doch haben sich ein Paar vorträngeln dürfen ,finde ich nicht okay. Bitte aufmerksam da reagieren, die Kids sind oft aufgeregt! Sonst war der Döner okay!
