Unfortunately, I can only advise against it. The whole family suffered from diarrhea after eating there. Prices are completely inflated. The meat quality is poor. Furthermore, the service and staff are very unfriendly; you don't feel welcome. The tables and floors aren't cleaned. Very annoying.

A true taste experience – with heart and quality! The kebab was simply unbelievably delicious! You can immediately taste the love and care that goes into making it. The meat was perfectly seasoned, the bread was nice and crispy, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy – it couldn't be better! Great service. I'll definitely be back – highly recommended!

When I enter the sales area, the controversial, German-language, Arabic-tinged music creates a feeling that doesn't invite me. Furthermore, during the purchasing process, people prefer to have private conversations rather than worry about me as a customer. After I asked what sauces there were, I was told with a warning hand signal whether I was 'stupid'. The types of sauce are probably at the front of a window. I was then charged for an extra ingredient that wasn't on my kebab. When I mentioned this I got a stupid comment and an annoyed answer. In my opinion, something like that shouldn't work in sales if you can't leave your bad mood at home. The food was delicious despite the unfriendly conditions. In summary, this was another visit to 'Haus des kebabs' that made me think about what unpleasant moments I would like to endure in the future for a good kebab

The BEST kebab in Euskirchen!!!! Very, very tasty, just like I know it from THIS shop. The employees are always courteous, nice and quick. And the kebab is always served warm. I don't understand the comments here that say it's expensive etc. Have you had a look around??? EVERYTHING has become more expensive. You can't expect the kebab price to always stay the same. How stupid some people can be... so I like to come back again and again!!!!

First of all, I have to say that we regularly get kebab there and we have actually found our favorite kebab shop. However, a lot has changed here. The meat in the kebab is becoming less, (they used to be really well filled) and the prices are going up, even though the price for the kebab is already quite high anyway. Nevertheless, there was now a hefty price increase. I don't really like that! Even if the kebab itself tastes good. If that is changed, the 5 star rating will be back.

That was the last time today. The bag has become more expensive but less expensive. I've never experienced anything like that. I don't pay 8 euros for bread and salad.

The service was good, the staff friendly. From the outside, the ambience appears unkempt and run down after a few months. In my opinion, the meat and the sauces have nothing to do with the kebab and quality that I am used to from “My Dönermann”. The genre of loud music is of course a matter of taste, but not my cup of tea.

€8 now - to be honest, I'm happy to pay but in my opinion the kebabs are getting smaller and smaller. Well, I'm avoiding buying one there now - all the best to you.

I just got back from them. I wasn't served because the clerk said I wasn't in line even though I had already waited over 10 minutes! Are these Turkish guest service standards? Nobody has ever treated me like that in my life! You treated me like a dog! In the end he shouted something after me!

For me personally, one of the best kebabs, especially because of the sauces. However, chicken meat is often very gristly, which is why I switched to veal. I think the price is just right, but the selection is very large. There is also something for vegetarians. The employees are always very friendly and respond to all requests and questions. However, sometimes there are extremely long waiting times, which can be very unpleasant, especially in cold temperatures, as you are standing outside. However, this is significantly improved with radiant heaters.

My children and I have had stomach pain and intestinal inflammation for a week, the doctor says it is food poisoning and that many patients are sick because of it! We actually really enjoy using HDD and the service is always nice and courteous. It's a shame, it's a real shame. We won't go there anymore for now. An important tip: change the oil in the deep fryer more often and make sure that the meat is cooked through. And pay attention to hygiene in general! It really can't be that your food can cause health problems.

I find it sad that just because Haus des Döner has become successful, the meat that has achieved so much success with is constantly changing. Firstly, it now varies from location to location and even in a branch itself, the meat always tastes different. It is no longer an original Taste House of Döner. Disappointing for any kebab lover. The taste made the kebab special.

It used to be great, but recently everything has gone downhill. The portions are getting smaller and smaller, six months ago a Big HDD was still big, now there is significantly less meat. A big HDD is now smaller than the normal HDD back then. That's too bad. The taste is still very good, but you now get a lot less for your money. It wasn't just me who noticed it; different employees also noticed the same thing in green. If that's the new concept, then I don't know... But I'll give it another chance, then I'll happily give it 5 stars again

That was definitely the last time today, my durum was with very hard meat and didn't taste good at all. I think something like that is absolutely disastrous. Unfortunately, I bought it to take away. Never again, it's not worth the money people!!!!

Each time we ordered multiple times, we were charged a higher price than stated on the menu. When asked, an apology was made and the price was adjusted. So either the guys can't remember their own prices or they just like to earn a little extra and hope that the customers don't ask any questions? 🤷🏼‍♂️ In addition, the team takes forever to place an order and the kebab wasn't particularly special either.

Even though it is a kebab chain, not every restaurant serves the same food. It all depends on how much heart the chef puts into preparing the kebab and frying the meat to perfection. In this restaurant you will 100% dine sumptuously. Great kekab!

Initially I gave it 5 stars, unfortunately this has now changed because the veal was still raw (several times). That doesn't work at all. And with the currywurst you have to look for the curry sauce. Very disappointing as I was a regular customer.

This is the second time we've had bad gastrointestinal problems after eating kebab at this shop after a long break. Never again!!! If there are already 100 kebab shops open in Euskirchen, why aren't they trying to maintain proper hygiene!!!

Reading the other reviews of this provider, I must have had a bad day with this service provider. I ordered a currywurst with fries and mayo. This was served to me after about 25 minutes by the two men behind the counter, who were more concerned with themselves than with preparing the food. The fries and the sausage itself were lukewarm, the curry sauce was cold. Not a real flagship for this business and definitely not recommended for me!!

I can really recommend mega freshly prepared bulgur pockets with minced meat. And they even just let me pay the next day because my card didn't work... that makes you feel extremely valued as a customer, even if you certainly shouldn't take advantage of it, and of course the guys have surveillance cameras too ;)

I've been there several times and unfortunately I always had the feeling that the employees were extremely overwhelmed. Either the order is incorrect, incomplete or the EC card machine is defective! I waited a quarter of an hour for my food only to be told that the device was defective. WHY don't you put up a defect sign or inform the customer BEFORE the purchase that cash is only possible?? In addition, the music is usually so loud that it is quite difficult to communicate with each other and you feel like you have to shout at each other. Absolutely incompetent unfortunately and no consistent quality that you can expect.

Was there for the second time now. As always, the food seems impeccable, but it really depends on the staff who serves you. So I had an extremely good impression the first time and that was one of the deciding factors why I ordered to be picked up again. Today I was there for the second time and unfortunately I first received the wrong order and then had to wait quite a long time before only being told by the shift manager. "Tmm, there must be so much time" for a mistake that was obviously not being able to read properly.... Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.

Terrific. I came in with a very unfriendly comment, which I noticed too late. This was skillfully ignored. Instead, shortly before the store closed, they prepared a kebab plate for me exactly as requested. In my home country it would have cost €2 more. When I was asked whether it was tasty, I told the boss that I hadn't had such a good kebab in about 5 years, and that in my home country, East Frisia, the salad was always just iceberg lettuce with 2 slices of cucumber and an eighth of a tomato; Also, not a single kebab there actually contains veal, which you can read in the small print. He was so happy that he prepared a kebab plate to his liking on the house and gave it to me as “breakfast” (with all the extras), because I said several times that I was really full and couldn't fit in much more. I only managed to finish the first plate completely because the meat, fries and salad were all excellent. What more could you expect? Best man, best kebab.
