The employees are really super nice and very commendable! I was there on 10/17/24 around 1:30 p.m. Great food and also big praise to the employees, who remained very polite and nice despite rude customers!

Were there a few days ago. One serves, four watches, so the waiting time and service are subpar. Food ok and tasted good.

This special place may not invite you to linger, but from a culinary point of view it is all the more inviting because this kebab is perfect and a great meal after a visit to the thermal baths

Each time we ordered multiple times, we were charged a higher price than stated on the menu. When asked, an apology was made and the price was adjusted. So either the guys can't remember their own prices or they just like to earn a little extra and hope that the customers don't ask any questions? 🤷🏼‍♂️ In addition, the team takes forever to place an order and the kebab wasn't particularly special either.

Even though it is a kebab chain, not every restaurant serves the same food. It all depends on how much heart the chef puts into preparing the kebab and frying the meat to perfection. In this restaurant you will 100% dine sumptuously. Great kekab!

Initially I gave it 5 stars, unfortunately this has now changed because the veal was still raw (several times). That doesn't work at all. And with the currywurst you have to look for the curry sauce. Very disappointing as I was a regular customer.

This is the second time we've had bad gastrointestinal problems after eating kebab at this shop after a long break. Never again!!! If there are already 100 kebab shops open in Euskirchen, why aren't they trying to maintain proper hygiene!!!

Reading the other reviews of this provider, I must have had a bad day with this service provider. I ordered a currywurst with fries and mayo. This was served to me after about 25 minutes by the two men behind the counter, who were more concerned with themselves than with preparing the food. The fries and the sausage itself were lukewarm, the curry sauce was cold. Not a real flagship for this business and definitely not recommended for me!!

Good atmosphere for waiting. Bar tables in a parking lot are just not very comfortable 😊

It was the best kebab in a long time and I've never had such a full kebab before.

I can really recommend mega freshly prepared bulgur pockets with minced meat. And they even just let me pay the next day because my card didn't work... that makes you feel extremely valued as a customer, even if you certainly shouldn't take advantage of it, and of course the guys have surveillance cameras too ;)

I've been there several times and unfortunately I always had the feeling that the employees were extremely overwhelmed. Either the order is incorrect, incomplete or the EC card machine is defective! I waited a quarter of an hour for my food only to be told that the device was defective. WHY don't you put up a defect sign or inform the customer BEFORE the purchase that cash is only possible?? In addition, the music is usually so loud that it is quite difficult to communicate with each other and you feel like you have to shout at each other. Absolutely incompetent unfortunately and no consistent quality that you can expect.

Food was almost cold. The fries were inedible because they were totally over salted. Since the fries were under the meat, the salt had soaked in there too. 14.50 for the ton. A pity

Was there for the second time now. As always, the food seems impeccable, but it really depends on the staff who serves you. So I had an extremely good impression the first time and that was one of the deciding factors why I ordered to be picked up again. Today I was there for the second time and unfortunately I first received the wrong order and then had to wait quite a long time before only being told by the shift manager. "Tmm, there must be so much time" for a mistake that was obviously not being able to read properly.... Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.

The quality tends to get worse. More savings are made on sauces and contents.

Terrific. I came in with a very unfriendly comment, which I noticed too late. This was skillfully ignored. Instead, shortly before the store closed, they prepared a kebab plate for me exactly as requested. In my home country it would have cost €2 more. When I was asked whether it was tasty, I told the boss that I hadn't had such a good kebab in about 5 years, and that in my home country, East Frisia, the salad was always just iceberg lettuce with 2 slices of cucumber and an eighth of a tomato; Also, not a single kebab there actually contains veal, which you can read in the small print. He was so happy that he prepared a kebab plate to his liking on the house and gave it to me as “breakfast” (with all the extras), because I said several times that I was really full and couldn't fit in much more. I only managed to finish the first plate completely because the meat, fries and salad were all excellent. What more could you expect? Best man, best kebab.

By far the best kebab, just because of the herb sauce. My girlfriend always wants less meat and more salad. At the checkout they sometimes turn it into a salad sandwich instead of kebab, which brings €3 less to the checkout. The boys are awesome!

The food is good but the music is sometimes so loud that you can't even have a conversation. So musically it was a complete catastrophe. This should be significantly quieter

Quite okay. But I've definitely eaten much better kebabs. I had a kebab with chicken and everything else. Unfortunately I found it to be a bit bland in terms of taste, as if there was a lack of spices. They were also quite economical with the sauce. The size of a BIG kebab is actually the same as a normal kebab. I have no idea how small a normal kebab turns out. But the price is completely okay at €7.50.

Currywurst and fries, not a typical kebab dish, I know. It was OK, but not so good that it deserves 4 or 5 stars. What was great was that the boys turned on the heater for us, it was already cold in the shade.

The curry sauce was ice cold, the sausage was only lukewarm and the kebab simply tasted greasy. And it might be nice if you didn't gossip about your customers so much because some of them also understand your language 😉

BESTER DÖNER IN NRW Ich bin 2020 von Berlin nach NRW gezogen und seit dem habe viele Döner-Buden ausprobiert.... Aber fast überall in NRW bekommt man nur Döner ähnliche Gerichte zukaufen.... Was hat Tsatsiki auf einem Döner zusuchen aufjedall? Hier bekommt man vernünftige Soßen auf seinen Döner. Auf jeden Fall bester Döner in NRW. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Sehr freundliches und auch kommunikatives Personal noch nie eine fehlerhafte Bestellung gehabt. Die Jungs dort hören zu und belegen alles gewissenhaft und mit Liebe, extra Wünsche? Kein Problem machen die Jungs alles! Macht weiter so! Ach ja morgen ist ja wieder Dönerstag da sehen wir uns

Das Dönersandwich hat mir exzellent gemundet. Leckeres geröstetes Sesambrot, frische Salate, schmackhafte Kräutersauce, leckeres Kalbfleisch. Reichlich Fleisch 👍. Fritten frisch und knusprig. Eistee Marke California ist zu empfehlen, nicht zu süß und Geschmacksrichtungen sind mal was anderes. Service aufmerksam. Weiter so.

Immer wieder super lecker. Bei uns ist es schon Tradition nach jedem Real Besuch auch Döner im Anschluss mitzunehmen. Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich, schnell und gehen auf alle Wünsche ein. Vor allem die Soße ist speziell und macht den Döner einzigartig. Manchmal ist etwas wenig Fleisch drin aber ich glaube für nen Euro oder so mehr kann man mehr davon haben? Ich habe immer Mangal Döner auf Platz 1 gestellt aber haus des Geldes ist genau so gut. Ich bin froh, dass wir beide in Euskirchen haben.

Eigentlich bin kein Fan von Gastronomieketten. Aber das Haus des Döners mach einen perfekten Döners, das Personal ist selbst bei viel Betrieb sehr freundlich und geht ohne Murren auf Sonderwünsche ein. Vielen Dank für euer Produkt.

Nach vielen Rückmeldungen im Bekanntenkreis wollten wir nun auch Haus des Döners testen. Die Bestellung klappte noch Problemlos aber dann bekamen wir mit wie sich hinter der Theke abfällig über Kunden unterhalten und gelästert wurde. Nachdem wir dies ansprachen wurde sich in Landssprache weiter unterhalten und gekichert. Sicherlich nicht freundlich.. wir verließen den Laden daraufhin obwohl der Döner recht ansprechend aussah aber keinesfalls möchten wir unter solchen Kommentaren und dieser Stimmung Essen bestellen.

Relativ neu auf dem Realparkplatz. Der Döner ist wirklich sehr lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!
