Even here, the decency of an apology is missing. . Were there for the first time today. Top location, service very friendly but it felt like she was at the table every 5 minutes to ask. One star for that. Starter was very good. Started strong, slowed down. We had a grill platter Greek and a Metaxa schnitzel. The taste was okay The lamb carré was a lamb chop but the taste was ok, the gyros could have been a little crispier, unfortunately there were no onions and some tzatziki on the plate for my taste, but otherwise it was ok. Unfortunately, things were a little different with the schnitzel, after a quarter we bit into something that couldn't be identified. After a complaint to the staff, the plate and the object - there were 3 pieces - were taken into the kitchen and then brought back to us with the statement that they were crumbs from the breadcrumbs!! I needed a knife to get the crumbs apart. The schnitzel was neither burnt nor dark then I wonder what the pan looks like for something like that to happen? There was an offer to remake the schnitzel, which was denied under the circumstances, but that meant the issue was off the table for the staff. We were not given a discount or any other kind of apology. When we asked about the bill, we were initially given a bill with the wrong food and drinks, even then there was no apology or anything. Goodwill and service would have been that we only charge half of the schnitzel or the 2 drinks are on the house.

Disappointing. The dishes are hardly seasoned, sauces are tasteless, fries are very dry. Far too expensive for the level. If you only want quantity, this is the right place for you, but if you want to eat well, you certainly don't. It's a shame about the evening. We definitely won't be coming back. The ambience is nice and the service is attentive, even if the service sometimes doesn't know the prices on the menu and rounds them up. Sorry, nogo! Corrected upon request.

We have had the pleasure of eating at Haus Beck several times now, whether as a couple or with the whole family, and I can only report positive things! The atmosphere whether inside or outside is inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening. The staff is always extremely friendly and attentive, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. The menu offers a great selection of dishes and we are always impressed by the quality of the food. I can only warmly recommend Haus Beck and am already looking forward to our next visit!

Inconspicuous shop from the street. We sat outside. It was cozy. The starters are very tasty and freshly prepared. I found the gyros plate very tasty.

Very kind personals, clean rooms... My only minus would be: when you showering hot water goes for 7-10 seconds, and then ice cold...when you turn till the end hot water ,you have to wait 10-15sec and then again you have few seconds to adjust between very hot and normal temperature. (And then again: 7 sec normal...then ice cold) Really annoying thing... thats why 4 stars from me .

A very nice restaurant in the center of Moers-Repelen. The staff is really very friendly and quick. The food was very tasty and the prices were reasonable. We were here today with 6 people, had a nice table and we enjoyed it very much.

We stopped for dinner on a Saturday night and luckily had made a reservation as the place gets crowded. Food was very nice, staff is friendly. I would agree that service at times seems a bit disorganized though and it took a while to pay. But we were not in a hurry anyway, as it's a nice place to sit.

But the young staff were also very attentive and nice to us as guests. Of course we would like to come back. But what would it be if there wasn't a nice man at the bar in Haus Beck or a good cook? Great restaurant, delicious food, great service

Unfortunately this time we weren't satisfied overall... My gratinated gyros in Metaxa sauce was delicious, the fries were crispy but small and the Djuvec rice was unfortunately bland and some of the rice grains were not yet cooked. My wife had it worse. Although she had plenty of fries because she skipped the rice, her gyro meat was cut off the spit far too early. It looked as if it had been cooked, not at all crispy, rather flabby. When we asked if everything was okay, we told the waitress and all she said was that she would also like it to be crispy. It might have been appropriate to go to the kitchen for a reasonable portion and apologize. Unfortunately she just left with a friendly smile. No question, the food was absolutely edible, but the quality has suffered greatly over the years. A pity!

We went there for the first time yesterday after I saw it on Facebook a while ago and wanted to try it because of the excellent reviews. We received a very friendly welcome and were served by all of the staff throughout our stay. The food was perfect and even though it was the "lunch menu", the portions were very large. We were thrilled with everything: the friendliness, the quality of the food and the ambience. We will be back definitely.

While passing through Moers, we stopped at this Greek restaurant. Apart from the delicious dishes, a great welcome and service.

We ate there today with our 8 month old son, it was like a short trip on vacation. Very child-friendly, very accommodating. Prices correspond to the quality and are simply something very special. If you need a short break, you can sit right there in the garden 👍

We sat outside and were served very well. The food is good and the price is also OK The tables and chairs are good but plastic (felt?) grass 😕 The ceramics department could be looked after more.

Price performance is hard to beat. For 4 people, top food including drinks for €80. Restaurant inside very nice and modern. My highlight was the outdoor terrace. You really get a holiday feeling and the staff is consistently friendly. I'd love to come back👍

I really like the restaurant. The food I've eaten there so far has been excellent. The service is very attentive and strives to make you have a nice evening. The boss also stops by and asks about the guests' satisfaction. All in all, great. We would like to come again.

Following a recommendation and an invitation to eat, I visited the Haus Beck restaurant at lunchtime. I had to take advantage of the lunch menu offer for 11.90 euros, salad, main course, dessert. Especially since Metaxa Gyros were gratinated. The salad from the buffet was great, everything was fresh, plus feta cheese, the gyros were crispy and top class! The quantity was more than enough, it didn't look like there was less on the plate at lunchtime. For dessert there was a small orange flavored cake, which was just right. The finale was crowned with a homemade ouzo, a treat for the tongue. The service was very friendly, the food came quickly and with the sun and light wind in the beer garden you had the impression you were sitting by the sea on holiday. Haus Beck is worth recommending and it is certain that I will come back again, even if the journey is a little further.

Been there for the first time, pleasantly surprised, nice location, good service, pleasant atmosphere. The food was great, good quality. Price-performance ratio is also right. We recommend.

Unfortunately the worst cevapcicis I have ever eaten. I complained about it to the waiter, he was sorry. More like a mixture of Mettwurst and ??mineral water 0.3 for 3.20 euros, far too expensive. The service was friendly but not attentive, you had to wave clearly to place an order. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not a recommendation! Thank you for the tip to stop coming to your restaurant, I recommend that to all your guests! The restaurant has been around for 24 years, it used to be much better and who can say how long the restaurant will still be around. good luck...

It's going ok... The staff is at their best and the atmosphere is rather rustic.. But the food was tasty and cheap...

I can't understand how the good reviews come about. The good first: the friendly staff There were three of us and each of us had terrible food. Some of the gyros were still raw and some were completely burnt. A good Greek dish includes a dollop of tzatziki. The Djuvic rice that was on every plate was still very hard (not cooked through) and didn't taste good at all. The pork loin was totally watery and didn't taste like anything. The sauce that came with it tasted like thin packets of sauce. The liver was also inedible, 2 small pieces and the braised onions (which there were tons of) tasted like nothing. The cream from the dessert was melted before the plate even arrived. It also tasted watery. We won't be coming back.

As I said, we were live on site now. Simply awesome in the beer garden. And of course the food was great too. It wasn't the last time we were there.👌👌👍👍

Cozy tables outside under a tent to sit comfortably in nice weather, nice ambience despite a simple side street, you feel like you're in good hands, first a home-made ouzo was used, reddish color tastes delicious, then the food we ordered came, which was three skewers with fried potatoes from the day menu or lunch menu, very good, the quantity was completely sufficient. The service was very good, the boss came to the table briefly and greeted us, we felt like we were in good hands and would come back.

There's a lot of meat and fries here, if you like filling your stomach with them you'll get your money's worth and I can only recommend a visit. I thought the gyro was the best. I prefer light food. I would still go there again, you can sin once a month.

Food was extremely bad… There was no sheep's cheese in the Bifteki, even though it was supposed to be there. When the gyro was gratinated, the gyro was burnt and extremely hard. Food was bad. The service was horrible The floor squeaked all the time and it was uncomfortable.

We ate there for the first time today and definitely not the last time. It was a really nice evening. The service was top, we didn't miss anything. The restaurant is very cozy. The food was simply sensational. In addition to my perfectly cooked liver, I have never had such a delicious, tender piece of pork loin steak. It was a great evening. I can't recommend the steak menu because the lentil soup was unfortunately very watery, and a vegetable broth would be better as a starter soup. The steak was fried to a perfect medium rare, unfortunately very tough and stringy. The fries weren't quite cooked through. The dessert was great. I also had the liver 110 with rice 🍚 and beans in tomato sauce, which was very delicious. The salad buffet was very rich. Last but not least, the service was really great and quick.

Einfach GUT Essensportionen waren mehr als ausreichend. Service war freundlich und bei den Getränken schnell. Auf das Essen mussten wir (7 Personen) etwas warten, das Lokal war am Donnerstag ab 17 Uhr gut besucht. Ebenso war es in einem sauberen Zustand. Nächster Besuch schon gebucht. -> Klare Weiterempfehlung!
