We were at Hauck's last night. The last time we were there was in Schwabach. Here in Öhringen, there's significantly more space, both inside and out. Prices are reasonable. Huge selection of schnitzels, in three sizes. Everything tasted great. I highly recommend it. There's plenty of parking.

War mit der Familie und zwei Wochen später nochmals mit Freunden hier. Preis/Leistung Top! Essen kam schnell aber leider hat bei jedem Besuch etwas am Tisch gefehlt bzw. wurde vergessen.

The schnitzel was good, but the spaetzle wasn't my cup of tea. The fries were good, though. The price/performance ratio was a bit high compared to the competition, but the portions were large, especially the XXL ones.

Very good schnitzel and a large selection of side dishes and sauces

Essen in Ordnung, Preise ok. Die Bedienung, ein junger Mann war höflich. Wir saßen an dem Tisch vor der Schiebetüre auf die Terrasse. Nach dem Essen wollte ich zum rauchen auf die Terrasse. An der Tür hing ein Schild "Hier Türe öffnen", daneben auf einem Regal standen 6 Aschenbecher die schon in Benutzung waren, leicht zu sehen, da Asche dran klebte. Ich habe mir einen Aschenbecher genommen habe die Türe "vorschriftsmäßig" geöffnet und hinter mir wieder zugeschoben. Da kam eine männliche Servicekraft mit Dutt am Hinterkopf angelaufen, hat die Türe aufgerissen und mich derart angepflaumt, dass ich hier nicht raus dürfe. Wenn ich rauchen will soll ich vor die Türe gehen. Ich bin total zusammengefahren, daß ich derart aggressiv angeschnauzt werde. Habe dann versucht mit ihm zu reden, zu fragen warum ich denn nicht raus dürfe. Seine Antwort in sehr barschem Ton: "Sie können jetzt mit mir diskutieren oder Sie können...."den Rest seines Kommentars hat er sich dann doch verkniffen und hat mich stehen lassen! Leute, wenn ihr nicht wollt, daß Gäste auf die Terrasse gehen, dann hängt ein Schild an die Türe "Terrasse nicht betreten" oder etwas in dieser Art, Aber eine exakte Anweisung an die Glastüre zu hängen, wie sie zu öffnen ist und Aschenbecher bereitstellen vermittelt den Eindruck, dass dies der Platz ist, wo man hinaus darf!! SO NICHT!! Umgangsformen die man bestenfalls aus Filmen kennt, die sich im Speisesaal eines Gefängnisses zutragen.

Delicious food and nice staff. The portions are available in 3 versions from S to XXL. Would love to come back.

Unfortunately the food was very simple and bland. Very disappointing in terms of taste. Not recommended. It's better to get something to take away from the supermarket next door.

Loveless mass processing without any enjoyment factor, existence probably due to 80% walk-in customers. Mineral water from the tap (bad taste), children's food served after 10 minutes was a soup plate full of sauce with spaetzle in it and a giant spoon When the adult portion was served 20 minutes later, the salad garnish looked - and tasted - like it came from the self-service buffet that had been there for hours. Half of our order was left on the plates/in the glasses, and the tip was probably too small - we were almost handed off with our plates with a haughty look. Thank you, the money is better spent elsewhere!

We arrived for lunch in our work clothes. We ordered schnitzel and a drink, and the drink arrived fairly quickly. After half an hour, I waved to the waitress several times, who just nodded and walked on by. We had to go back to work and then went to the cash register and paid for our drinks. So we smelled schnitzel for 30 minutes and left without eating. But the 50 retirees got their food.

We didn't know it was so good there. Simply great, keep up the good work and delicious.

Good lunch at a reasonable price!

We have found the food at Schnitzel Hauck to be delicious so far. The preparation is quite quick and the price-performance ratio is also ok. However, I had a very negative experience today when I was insulted in a very unfriendly manner by the service person with short hair and glasses who has already been mentioned here because my voucher was stuck in a Christmas card with a sticker. As the "recipient" I had to listen to it in an angry tone that people say this every time that they shouldn't put stickers on the vouchers because they will be reused! Annoyed, she picked out the voucher from the card (although you can also deduct the value by scanning it). 1) I have already given away vouchers myself and this was NEVER mentioned 2) You buy this voucher and what the buyer does with it shouldn't matter to the staff. 3) This is not how you treat customers in any way. Disaster to offer such a service... really. We left with a very negative feeling and because of this incident we will no longer visit Schnitzel Hauck.

Delicious food, very friendly service

We've been here a few times to eat, now it's happened to us for the second time that we had to wait a very, very long time (over 1 hour) for a schnitzel with fries and a Jägetschnitzel with spaetzle. The condition apologized that it took a while, it was busy. It's ok so far. However, when suddenly all the guests around you get their food, including those who came after us, I lose understanding. Then they said they were all size M schnitzels---we only ordered S schnitzels. We asked for the bill and gave up our food. Then the boss comes out of the kitchen and instead of apologizing he insulted us saying we had no idea. All due respect, apparently they really don't need it; as we all know, pride comes before a fall

The rating is my free opinion: We've been coming to eat for many years, starting in the Krone, via Schwabach, Ö-Center But the taste of the food has deteriorated significantly in recent years. Especially since the pizza machines were installed. The last best meal I had here was around 2022, when the boss happened to be in the kitchen cooking. Now something positive: Warm cuisine throughout Daily meal No day off in the week Not so good: Pricing policy Around 2020 the Pizza Schnitzel cost 14.90, now it costs 24.90 euros New EC payment terminal: Now the SHIT starts here, with the TIP (English= tip) On the terminal's screen there are several fields with 3%...10% and your own amount underlaid in DARK, BUT the NO TIP button is kept very light ALMOST like the background color, people who can't see well, find this BUTTON for NO tip very difficult. I find it very bold to be asked about TRIPS during the PAYMENT PROCESS. The topic of EC card terminal + tipping (Germany-wide) was also discussed in the RTL Nachrichten 6.45 p.m. (at 12:30 min) on February 15, 2025.

There is hardly any meat left in the schnitzel. Very very thin.

Super fast service, excellent taste, salad and dressing lush and very tasty. The homemade sauce was also great and delicious. I had the Cordon Bleu XXL and it's really great. I didn't pack half of it.

The taste of the food is good, but unfortunately the portions are not priced accordingly. The small schnitzel with salad for 13.90 would have just fit into the starter category. Others do it better.

We have stayed at Haucks many times and have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is consistently very good and very tasty. It doesn't matter whether you treat yourself to something on site or to go. I have tried many sauces and various dishes from the menu and can always recommend everything. The staff is always friendly and attentive, even when there is a lot going on. The waiting times are extremely short, but not intrusive either. The restaurant is nice and has a rather rustic decor, which fits the concept well. The volume in the restaurant is very pleasant even when it's busy and you can still have a good conversation. A clear recommendation.

Both the quality of the food (schnitzel and salad) and the ambience had the charm of a canteen. Not really bad, but not something I would want to spend my money on again.

A delicious schnitzel is a must from time to time. - Tens of varieties of them in different portion sizes. Other dishes are also offered. Delicious, inexpensive.

Unfortunately not my taste, but as we all know, tastes are different, just try it out for yourself. I found it a shame that if you honestly told the staff that you didn't like it, they reacted negatively. This is not customer loyalty.

Given that it's called "Schnitzelwelt", I expected more. A really, holistic veal schnitzel, fried in good butter and pan, wasn't even on the menu... There's pork, and a stupid expression on his face when asked further, saying "we're Swabians, there's only pork here". .. The fried potatoes came from the warmer, so they weren't crispy at all, flabby and not worthy of the title: fried potatoes. Anyone who demands even modest, mediocre cuisine to satisfy their mediocre hunger has come to the right place. Portion sizes are otherwise good

Were there today. Even before we were seated, we were shooed out of the way (in an unbelievable tone) by the stable service person with glasses that has been mentioned here so often. Stayed there because of no alternative. We weren't allowed inside with two children; we were directed outside. We were served food after 30 minutes. The salad dressing only consisted of vinegar, the cheese spaetzle was ok. I had to pay at the cash register; no one was interested in us anymore. The cashier was also rude, until my politeness left a 10% tip for this store. Once was enough, what a shame.

Good inexpensive food, friendly staff. Always my pleasure.

Food: All 3 main courses (Wiener S, Hawai M and Wiener XL) came very quickly and were both tasty and very plentiful! The espresso and vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries were also delicious. Service: The service was super friendly and always there when we needed something and without being intrusive. The Hauck family in particular was very warm and welcomed us to the table. We like to go to Hauk because the food is always good. The staff is competent and when you call they come running. Whether it's schnitzel, fries and lettuce, the boss has it ready straight away. So we're looking forward to seeing you next time. We think it's so brilliant. Your Obersulm bees

We had a very tasty breakfast, the platter for 2 people is easily enough for 4. Next time we'll just take something small per person.

I haven't seen anything so unfriendly in a very long time. If even the boss is so unfriendly, then he knows that we won't come back and will share our experiences with everyone! It's a shame that regional support seems unnecessary for some!

Very tasty and the xl portion was really big

Everything was wonderful, the XXL schnitzel definitely lived up to its promise! Service was also friendly, only the topping on the Hawaii M-Schnitzel was a bit poor :-)

What else should you write here that everyone in the Hohenlohe district doesn't already know? The absolute best schnitzels far and wide. And if you're really hungry, take the XXL version and get really full. Fast and good staff, open on Mondays! Hauck is always worth a visit. Thank you very much, it just tastes good with you.

We have been there twice now based on a recommendation. The food came to the table quickly, hot and tasty. BUT !!!!!!!!!! The service was a disaster last time!!!!!! Unfortunately, we arrived too late as a group and had to let ourselves be made to feel stupid several times. That's not possible!!!!!!!!!!! Above all, the service staff, who served very stably with very short hair and glasses, was rudeness personified!!!!! After all, as a paying customer you should be able to enjoy the best service despite the delay. Too bad!!! We won't be coming back!!!!

We went there spontaneously based on recommendations. It was easy to find, parking right in front of the house. The service staff was in a great mood, greeted us warmly and accompanied us to our table. We had just opened the menu and a waitress was already there to ask for drinks. They took less than 5 minutes to reach our table. We didn't have to wait long for the food either and it was incredibly tasty! The schnitzel was hot, tender, with a light butter aroma, the sauce was extremely tasty and the side dishes had a selection that really left nothing to be desired. Nothing is TK here, everything is homemade, respect! We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable. A big thank you to the great waitresses, such motivated and warm staff is rare in the Hauck family and not a given. We hope you know what a great team you have there. We would love to come back 😀

If you like schnitzel, this is the place for you. The selection of schnitzel, including vegetarian options, is good. The portion sizes can be selected so that everyone will be satisfied. I have visited the restaurant several times recently and have been largely satisfied. The service is very attentive and the food is prepared quickly. Of course there are a few small points of criticism: - it would be desirable if a little more sauce were served, perhaps separately. - it would be nice if you got the information that you can mix a Radler with Zero Limo (generally more information on the menu about which products contain sweetener). In general, the restaurant can be highly recommended. 😊

The best schnitzel so far. Was with my mother and brother. Everyone thought it was great. Had medium sized schnitzel, portion was like two schnitzels, so more than enough for one person. Food came very quickly, no long wait (drinks in 5 minutes, food after 20 minutes). Gladly again.

These days it's more difficult to get lunch, probably because of Corona and the lack of service staff. We ordered an onion roast and Swabian Maultaschen. For a restaurant in transit we were pleasantly surprised.

Atmosphere appealing, service good. Food...well. A Viennese schnitzel should taste like this too. It tasted strange, the potato salad was a mess, the pasta dish was too dry. No recommendation.

Very tasty schnitzels, large portions and very friendly service

So far we have always found a place. The service is very friendly, the food is great. Parking spaces are not a problem. You can also quickly drive off the motorway and have a leisurely meal there.

Wir sind ohne Reservierung samstags zur Mittagszeit angekommen und wurden sofort zu einem Tisch gebracht (7Personen). Sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienungen, Geschmack und Qualität vom Essen war sehr gut, und das XXL Schnitzel ist wirklich XXL 😊 Zum Glück wurde der Rest eingepackt. Kommen gerne wieder.

It can no longer be compared to before. Schnitzels are no longer fried so crispy and brown...the color is simply colorless. The size M corresponds to a normal portion like in every restaurant. The S is almost a senior plate. The XXL ones were definitely bigger too. The schnitzels tasted bland. Taste the sauce. Service very friendly. Price performance too expensive for the portions.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Schnitzel gibt es in 3 Größen und sehr vielen Varianten. Preise zwischen 9.50 € und 12.50 € für kleine Schnitzel mit Beilage. "S" ist eine normale Größe. Mussten zwar etwas länger warten aber waren auch zur Mittagszeit da. Gut Bürgerlich kann man hier Essen.

Large restaurant on the 1st floor with free parking spaces directly on site. Wonderful selection, prepared for all types of hunger and taste, plus plenty of space (it gets tight around lunchtime), clean toilet facilities and very friendly service. Recommendation: Cordon Bleu XXL with fries and dark gravy, then slow movements and careful rolling to the car, i.e. the portions are generously sized for the small binge ;-). On warmer days, serving is also served on the balcony; the restaurant is easily accessible for wheelchair users thanks to the aforementioned parking facilities on the 1st floor/parking deck of the multi-storey car park, which has a ramp in the shopping center. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Quite expensive except for lunch. Very simple kitchen. The service is very good and quick. The brewery connection is very annoying, there are only drinks from the realm of Pepsi-Cola. The drinks menu is way too expensive.

We have eaten there several times and recently used the caterer service. If you say in advance exactly how much money you want to spend on the meal, a suitable offer will be made (i.e. it will be said from the outset whether what you want is possible with the amount of money you want) and your wishes will be taken into account very well. The food is then delivered in containers (second helpings are delivered in a separate warming van and believe me - the food was delivered at around 12 p.m. and was still very warm at 8 p.m.). Very good quantity. Since we had deliveries on Saturdays, it wasn't a problem to return the utensils on Tuesdays. And the food was highly praised by the guests. I can only recommend it and will order it again myself.

Very tasty schnitzels. Unfortunately you get the feeling of mass processing. I actually had to look for a cube of bacon in the fried potatoes and the fried onions that are advertised are only available individually. You wait a whole hour for your food and the waitresses aren't in a great mood either. The redhead in particular is absolutely unfriendly Too bad it was the first and last time for us

We ordered food to pick up on Friday. I ordered a vegetable schnitzel “Art Italo”. The vegetable schnitzel is a ready-made product, with a little tomato sauce and parmesan + small salad for €13.50. The price is totally overpriced for the size and what you get. The big hit, however, is the price of €4.50 for 6 croquettes. This is an absolute disgrace! Price-performance ratio is not right here at all! This was definitely the first and last time I order there!!
