Best to go food I've had in a long time

I don't understand the bad reviews. The food is always excellent, super tasty, the pho soup is really great, but so are the dishes with green curry.

I tend to be a rather critical person when it comes to food—especially when it comes to "tried-and-true classics" and authentic cuisine. I was all the more surprised by this Vietnamese restaurant: The taste is absolutely top-notch! The dishes are fresh, aromatic, and wonderfully balanced. I would particularly like to highlight the value for money: The portions are generous, without skimping on quality. You really pay a very fair price for what you get here. The manager told me that business isn't so good at the moment—which is completely incomprehensible to me. This restaurant absolutely deserves more attention. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates good Vietnamese food.

Unfriendly staff, but food is good

A lousy place. The food tastes like absolutely NOTHING, and the employees vomit with joy when you enter. It's actually too cool not to go there.

Cheap food and takeaway, but no card payment as usual at such snack bars... 😊

Great prices Super tasty the Hatoki team is fighting against inflation and you can really tell by the prices I can only recommend it

I love the food and the chefs there are super fast

The food is completely okay, although a bit overpriced. Just a snack. The atmosphere seems careless and not very clean. However, I will avoid this snack bar in the future mainly because of the bad mood of the owner, who is not above yelling at the customers when they have questions or misunderstandings. It doesn't work at all.

Unfortunately closed at 8:30 p.m. despite opening hours until 9 p.m

One star is already far too many. I've never experienced anything so bold. The staff was cleaning and was very annoyed that you wanted to take something to eat with you. If you're open until 9 p.m., you should be able to expect that you won't be standing in front of a closed door at 8 p.m. and that you can also take something to eat with you.

Food is quite good (tip V6) and reasonably priced. It's a snack bar, hence a snack bar atmosphere. Unfortunately, the boss is often quite rude

Great Asian food, the 64 is a dream. Unfriendly, but that's always the case in Berlin.

Food tastes great. It's also finished very quickly. But unfortunately there is no delivery service. Otherwise highly recommended.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken. Was finished (too) quickly. The baked chicken was hard and chewy, the sauce was more of a jelly and the rice was soggy The seasoning wasn't great either

The food was freshly prepared and was very, very tasty! The plate was very attractively presented and the various ingredients were a delight for the palate. There were four of us and everyone had something different and loved it. The prices are very fair (10 euros for each main course). The snack bar could be nicer, but it is functional, the only drawback: no toilet.

This afternoon I ordered egg rice with red curry and cola on site. The food itself was okay, but during the meal I noticed that the inside of the window panes were very dirty. The highlight of the visit, however, was when I observed a young employee in the kitchen naturally cutting his fingernails with nail clippers.

I've been going to this snack bar for years and enjoy being there just as much as I did the first day. The interior is very classic and the whole thing fits perfectly into the cityscape. People enjoy eating and being here. I've been to a lot of Asian snack bars all over Berlin and this one is still in my top 3 to this day My favorites: -Mini spring rolls -Summer rolls -The glass noodle salad with chicken -Duck crispy with peanut sauce (with noodles or rice, both good) (The other dishes are of course also very tasty) Furnishings: -Very high quality for a snack bar and somehow stylish in that it doesn't try to be more than it is. -Comfortable seating (indoor and outdoor) -View of the kitchen is kind of nice too Staff: -Partial communication difficulties -Friendly but direct -Somehow very charming and familiar (good atmosphere) Eat: -Quickly prepared -Tasty and always fresh tasting -Always prepared for one (no large quantities of dishes to be prepared) -Good portions -Price performance is right

Very very unfriendly, I would rather go eat somewhere else!!!

100m further in the direction of Rewe is a better Asian restaurant (price/performance). The prices continue to rise and people often end up finishing work earlier

Hier bin ich Mensch, hier darf ich's sein. Der Laden ist genau mein Geschmack. Hätte ich echt nicht gedacht, was es für kleine Perlen in Pankow gibt. Verständlich, dass Leute aus ganz Berlin hier herkommen. Eine Empfehlung auch an Touristen!

Immer wieder lecker. Essen mit vielen frische Kräutern und Zutaten. Der beste Imbiss seit Jahren! Wir kommen immer gern!

Diesmal war das Essen nicht so cremig wie gewohnt.

Bin seit Jahren Stammkunde, aber es wird immer teurer und die Qualität immer schlechter.Letztes Mal habe ich was mit Rindfleisch bestellt, was unessbar war, es war so sehr zederig gummiartig, dass es man nur ausspucken konnte.Und heute hatte ich Sauer-scharf- Suppe bestellt, die statt sauer soo dermaßen süß war, dass man sie nicht essen konnte.Schade um die teuren 3,50Euro.Und die Kokossoße zum Gericht (zum mitnehmen) schmeckte auch total verwässert und die ganze Soße ist wie immer mega ausgelaufen und tropfte durch die Verpackung.Dazu kommt dann noch die Arroganz.Schade, aber ich werde da nichts mehr bestellen.Geht gar nicht

Eigentlich leckeres Essen, leider etwas unfreundliche Kommunikation. Und Essen zum Mitnehmen wird in ungesunden Aluminium-Schalen verpackt.

Got some takeaway here. Didn’t have to wait long, food was still warm when I got home. Packaging was a little messy, the curry spilled into the rice, but it tasted brilliant regardless. Would definitely go again!

NIE WIEDER! Ich habe telefonisch Essen bestellt und dabei die Nummern der Gerichte vorgelesen sowie immer noch dazu gesagt, um welches Gericht es sich handelt. Ich habe am Ende alles wiederholt und um Kontrolle gebeten. Alles stimmte. Als ich zum Abholen kam, erschien mir die Tüte klein und ich zählte noch einmal auf, was ich bestellt hatte. Es sei alles da, wurde erwidert. Ich sah schon durch die Tüte, dass es nur 3 Gerichte waren und nicht 4. Das kam mir fast beabsichtigt vor, bei all den Kontrollfragen, die ich gestellt hatte. Das möchte ich aber an dieser Stelle nicht unterstellen. Das 4. Gericht wurde zubereitet. Zu Hause angekommen packte ich mein Bun Bo Nam Bo aus und schon beim Öffnen der Verpackung stieß mir ein penetranter Geruch von Plastik entgegen. Wir kosteten und die Nudeln schmeckten intensiv nach angesenktem Plastik. Ich rief an und schilderte freundlich, dass es zu einem Problem gekommen zu sein scheint und vielleicht ein Plastiklöffel angebrannt ist, da mein Essen nach verbranntem Plastik schmeckt. Ich wurde gebeten es vorbeizubringen, das taten wir. Wieder im Restaurant angekommen schilderte ich die Situation erneut, woraufhin die Mitarbeiterin, ohne selbst am Essen zu riechen, das Bun Bo Nam Bo einer anderen Kundin unter die Nase hielt und fragte, ob sie etwas riechen würde. Die Kundin zuckte erschrocken mit den Schultern und ich bat die Mitarbeiterin doch selbst einmal zu riechen. Wutentbrannt wurde das Essen in den Mülleimer geworfen, ich wurde mit laut erhobener Stimme als Lügnerin bezeichnet und mir wurde Hausverbot erteilt... Fassungslos und verständnislos kann ich bei Interesse an der eigenen Gesundheit nur von diesem Restaurant abraten. Zuverlässigkeit, Freundlichkeit, Einsicht und Qualität sehen anders aus!

Sehr leckeres Essen Super Essen weiter so

Der Mangosalat ist spitze! (mit Hähnchen, aktuell 5,50) Insgesamt ein einfaches und liebenswürdiges Imbiss-Restaurant. Downside: direkt davor eine vielbefahrene, laute Straße.

Wir sind immer begeistert und zufrieden. Die Qualität ist seit Eröffnung gleichbleibend sehr gut. Bitte macht weiter so, tolles authentisches Essen und Mitarbeiter.

Ich habe etwas bestellt und habe das Falsche bekommen, mir wurde gesagt es wäre mein Fehler. Ich musste am Ende mehr bezahlen für etwas was ich als Allergiker nicht mal essen konnte. Ansonsten ist das Essen dort lecker.

Gutes und schnelles Essen zum mitnehmen. Preislich absolut in Ordnung.

Ganz ok das essen aber sind immer unfreundlich

Die Nudeln mit Salat sind ungenießbar sauer( Ph 1.0). Wirklich sehr schlechtes restaurant.

Schlimm, mehrfach bestellt und immer war was falsch. Nie wieder.

Das Bun Bo Nam Bo hat vergammelt geschmeckt und der "frische Salat" kam aus dem Kühlfach und hatte noch Eis oben drauf. Das Essen hat nach Furz gerochen und war ungenießbar. Hab es zurück gegeben. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Quick and very good tasting food!

Sehr leckeres asiatisches Essen, frisch gemacht was man auch vor Ort sieht, immer freundlich! Ich gehe dort gern hin.

Das Hühnerfleisch ist trocken und das Personal unfreundlich. 2 Sterne weil immerhin die glasnudeln mit Tofu gut schmecken.
