Waren wieder einmal zu zweit zu Gast. Neben der erwarteten "sehr guten Küche", gilt unser Dank vor allen Dingen dem Service! Neben professioneller Beratung und dem Erfüllen kleinerer Sonderwünschen galt uns als Kunden der volle Fokus! Deshalb: 5* und eine "fette Weiterempfehlung"! ;-) :-) :-)

Wir waren mit dem Rad unterwegs und haben dort sehr gut gespeist es gab Buffet komplett mit Vor/Haupt/Nachspeise für 15€ echt Top für das Geld wir waren zu siebt und haben mit Getränken knapp 150€ bezahlt sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Außerordentlich toller Service (trotz der Hitzewelle), sehr leckeres Essen, man sitzt draußen toll mit Blick auf die Weser, und das fränkische Bier 🍺 schmeckt klasse. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Ich fand's absolut super. Essen war mega lecker, Bedienung schnell und freundlich. Wir saßen draußen, sehr gemütlich.

Preis-Leistung ist top. Zum Mittagsbüffet war ich dort und man hat wählen können, ob man das ganze Büffet (15€), oder einen selbst zusammen gestellten Teller(10€) nimmt. Absolut genial.

Superschöne Lage, Service und Qualität sind Mittelklasse. Einfache Küche zu nicht nachvollziehbarem Preisniveau, aber die Aussicht ist super.

Schönes Restaurant ruhig gelegen am Weserufer. Nettes Personal und leckeres Essen. Heute passend zur Jahreszeit, leckeren Spargel mit Schnitzel.😋

Ich habe heute Spargel mit Kartoffeln und Schinken gegessen und war rundum zufrieden. Der Service war zuvorkommend und nett, das Ambiente ansprechend und gediegen. Ich kann das Restaurant "Hasbergscher Hof" uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde dort jederzeit wieder essen gehen.

Wer hier vorbei fährt ist selbst schuld. Schmackhaftes, original fränkisches Essen, gute Biere und ansprechende Weinauswahl. Freundlicher Service, ich möchte unbedingt wieder hier einkehren.

Sehr gemütlich, nettes Personal, super Auswahl an Gerichten. Und sehr gut geschmeckt.

Das Mittags Buffet ist super: für 15 € große Auswahl und lecker! Suppe, Salat, Vorspeisen, Fleisch, Fisch, mehrere Beilagen und Nachtisch. Direkt an der Weser.

Wir hatten mittags rechtzeitig für ein gemeinsames Abendessen zum Spargelessen reserviert und uns somit angekündigt. Nachdem uns ein Tisch zugewiesen wurde, erhielten wir auch zügig die Speisekarten – das war allerdings leider schon der gesamte Service. Der vermeintliche Leiter des Serviceteams wirkte äußerst gestresst und schien seine Aushilfen nicht wirklich im Griff zu haben. Anweisungen an die Mitarbeiter wurden für alle Gäste hörbar durch den Raum gegeben, was grundsätzlich noch kein Problem gewesen wäre. Leider waren jedoch auch deutliche Zurechtweisungen wegen vermeintlicher Fehler (z. B. falsch serviertes Essen) für sämtliche Gäste mitanzuhören. Dadurch entstand eine sehr unangenehme Atmosphäre. Man hatte als Gast zunehmend das Gefühl, mitten in einem angespannten Arbeitsalltag zu sitzen, statt einen entspannten Restaurantbesuch zu genießen. Um nicht noch zusätzliche Unruhe ins ohnehin angespannte Serviceteam zu bringen, warteten wir geduldig und vergeblich fast 40 Minuten, lediglich um Getränke und anschließend unser Essen bestellen zu können. Leider schien sich jedoch keiner der insgesamt vier Servicekräfte für den Innenbereich verantwortlich zu fühlen. Schließlich entschieden wir uns, das Lokal wieder zu verlassen. Essen hätten wir offenbar ohnehin nicht mehr bestellen können – beim Gehen hörten wir noch die deutliche Ansage des „Teamleiters“: „Es werden keine Essen mehr angenommen.“ Sehr schade – wir hatten uns auf einen schönen gemeinsamen Abend gefreut. Glücklicherweise sind wir anschließend noch in einem anderen Lokal fündig geworden und konnten den Abend dort deutlich entspannter ausklingen lassen.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, wir hatten Getränke bestellt, nach einer halben Stunde haben wir die Bestellung storniert und sind in ein anderes Lokal

Wir mussten heute leider wieder gehen, ohne gegessen zu haben. Wir haben 2 1/2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet. Es gab leider kein ne Info, dass es länger dauern würde. Wir haben dann mehrfach nachgefragt und wurden immer wieder noch eine Viertelstunde vertröstet. Am Ende gab's immerhin die Getränke aufs Haus, ist aber für einen Abend ohne Essen (denn ab 22 Uhr ist hier alles andere zu) keine echte Entschädigung - ganz zu schweigen von den 3 vergeudeten Stunden.

Wir waren zum Mittagsbuffet für 15€ pro Person im Hasbergscher Hof. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen. Von Vorsuppe bis Dessert. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service ist perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Direkt an einem Fahrradweg/ Wanderweg gelegen und am Wasser Super Lage : im Grünen , abseits von Verkehrslärm , dennoch nicht ganz weit weg von der Einkaufsstraße ! Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam . Man muss zwar ein Weilchen auf das Essen warten , aber es lohnt sich ! Der Teller sieht appetitlich aus und man merkt , dass alles frisch zubereitet wurde ! Sehr lecker ! Wir sind hier auch schon zum runden Geburtstag und bei einem Klassentreffen gewesen. Also ich kann sagen, empfehlenswert ! (Schade , dass ich so weit weg wohne ... Sonnst wäre ich öfter hier ! )

Wir waren auf dem Radweg unterwegs und dieses Restaurant wurde zum Spargelessen empfohlen. Der Spargel war auch wirklich lecker. Aber der Service grottenschlecht. Keine Nachfrage ob noch was zu Trinken gewünscht wird (Gläser waren leer) kein Angebot für einen Kaffee oder Dessert. Nur bei der Nachfrage ob wir bezahlen könnten, wurde schnell gelaufen. Restaurant nicht mal für Durchgangsgäste zu empfehlen.

Spargelessen war sehr okay Bedienung war einwandfrei. Ein Koch sollte allerdings nie einen riesen vollbart so offen tragen das ist unästhetisch. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: in so einem großen Restaurant sollte man nicht alle drei anwesenden Parteien Tisch an Tisch nebeneinander setzen. Da war keine Privatsphäre möglich und jeder hörte was der andere erzählt hat. Das war sehr schlecht aufgeteilt und uns erschließt sich nicht warum der das so gemacht hat.

Angemeldete Gesellschaft wartet 2h auf das Essen. Das Essen ( Bewertung der Gruppe) ungesalzen, alte Kartoffeln bzw lange warm gehalten.... insgesamt sehr lieblos.... bei den Preisen...nicht verständlich

Wir sind hier durch Zufall gelandet und es war top. Jeden Mittag gibt's Buffetessen mit einer sehr große Auswahl an Speisen inkl. Vorspeisen und Nachtisch, und das zu einem sagenhaften Preis von 15 Euro. Einmal Teller füllen ohne Vorspeisen und Nachtisch 10 Euro. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt absolut. Vielen Dank für die tolle Bewirtung.

Für geschlossene Veranstaltungen, Feiern ist der Wintergarten super geeignet. Location ist schon direkt mit Blick aufs Wasser gelegen. Es gibt leckere gut bürgerliche Küche. Auf Anfrage gibt es vegetarische oder vegane Alternativen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, geduldig und zuvorkommend.

Sehr abwechslungsreicher, schmackhafter Mittagstisch.

Es ist so ein schönes Lokal. Allerdings gibt es Speisekarte seit so vielen Jahren, dass neue Gerichte fehlen. Daher haben wir nur ein Getränk genommen. Wer Servicewüste Deutschland kennenlernen möchte - hier sind Sie richtig. Die Freundlichkeit reicht max für ein Getränk. Einzig allein bei schönem Wetter draußen zu sitzen ist der wahre Grund für einen Besuch.

Hallo wir haben Samstag 18 Uhr einen Tisch bestellt, und über 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen warten müssen. Andere Gäste auch ......

Kehre dort immer Mal wieder gerne ein, um ein gutes "Schäufele" zu essen. Heute war die Kruste labberig und wurde auch nach der Reklamation nicht mehr besser. Angeblich lag es am Schwein (?). Schade, kann ich nicht mehr empfehlen.

Wir haben uns am Sonntag mit Freunden getroffen und wurden recht herzlich gegrüßt. Das Essen war lecker 😋 und die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns wohl und hatten einen schönen Tag.

Ich habe heute Abend alleine ohne Reservierung problemlos einen Platz bekommen. Die Leberknödelsuppe war hervorragend und das Schäufele sehr gut, aber mächtig. Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich war wirklich so so positiv überrascht, wie lecker das vegane Essen beim Mittagsbuffet war!! Hin und weg bin ich. So lecker, so wie ich mir das wünschen würde. Richtig Auswahl auch und eben nicht nur so Nudeln mit Tomaten Sauce, ne wirklich ganz ganz lecker!! Auch der Service war total lieb und herzlich. Ich würd immer wieder kommen. Hammer!

Durch Zufall durch geschenkten GS hier gewesen, werden jetzt versuchen wöchentlich hier her zu kommen, um das 😋 leckere Essen zu geniessen, köstlich z.T. leckere altdeutsche Küche, noch wie bei Mutti und das Buffet mittags so reichhaltig an Auswahl, Wahnsinn....Hausgem. Tomatensuppe z.B. versch.Salate, alles an Gemüse, Gratin, Rösti, Lachsfilet im Blätterteig, Matjes, Bratwürstl , Sauerkraut, Entenbrust, Hähnchenfilet in Eihülle, Geschnetzeltes, Schweinefilet Rahm- Pilssauce, Tiramisu, 3 Eissorten mit heissen Kirschen, soviel Auswahl kennen wir so nicht! Tolles Haus mit schönem Ambiente! Liebe Grüsse🌺

DAS Silvester Menü war toll Wir waren sehr zufrieden !!

Wir sind Sylvester nach einem Theaterbesuch mit Reservierung zu zweit eingekehrt. Bei der Reservierung war noch nicht klar was geboten wird. Leider gab es Buffet, das qualitativ gut und reichhaltig war, aber leider nicht das war, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Ein Gänge-Menü mit ruhiger Atmosphäre hatten wir um Blick. So war es hektisch, laut, zu schnell, ein wenig wie Kantine, aber nicht festlich. Dazu waren die Garderoben der Gäste leider passend.

Wir waren bei euch Essen und ich bin leider enttäuscht von der fehlenden Qualität der Speisen an diesem Tag. Mein Gericht (inklusive Teller) war leider kalt, der Fisch sehr wenig und der Salat sehr säuerlich und ohne Finesse. Der Quark hat keinen Geschmack gehabt. Der Tee war noch das beste. Das sollte jedoch bei den Preisen anders sein. Die Speisen sind doch der Hauptakteure in einem Restaurant. Diese waren leider lieblos hergerichtet und ohne Wiedererkennungswert. Die Preise spiegeln die Speisen nicht wieder. Der Service war freundlich, wirkte jedoch unbeholfen. Wir kommen nicht wieder. Das geht besser.

Essen war gut, Personal sehr freundlich.

Der Büffet - Mittagstisch war reichhaltig und die Tomatensuppe sowie das Fleisch wirklich gut. Die Bratkartoffeln lecker, obwohl sie ja im Rechaud stehen und das Gemüse okay. Hier hätte ich gerne noch eine Hollandaise gehabt. Nachtisch war Eis mit leckeren heißen Beeren, Schokomousse und Teramisu. Auch alles lecker. Für 17.50€ absolut weiterzuempfehlen! Danke an das freundliche Team. Der Koch selber stand zeitweise am Buffet und sprach mit den Gästen. Wir waren alle zufrieden. Der Weserblick und die rustikale Einrichtung schaffen eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Also Mittags zum Buffet von 12-14 Uhr ein echt Top Preis Angebot für 17€ ..Vor allem bei der Auswahl, egal ob Huhn, Schwein , Fisch oder Vegetarisch für alle ist etwas dabei. Qualitativ für diesen Preis echt Super... Mann könntet definitiv auf 22-25€ pro Person anheben ohne daß es zu Beschwerden kommen würd. Wir waren aber auch Abends zum A La Carte Essen vor Ort, dort ist das Preis Leistungsverhaltniss ausgeglichener . Die Speisen sind lecker und Qualitativ hochwertig und dementsprechend auch ihre Euros wert. Fazit ... Jederzeit wieder und wer etwas sparen möchte und für einen relativ kleinen Geldbeutel gut essen will dem empfehle ich das Mittagsbuffet.

Soll man für diese Gastronomie-Preise den Teller/die Schüssel zum Essen mit anheben? 🙁

Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, auch regionale Menüs

Direkt an der Weser gelegen hat der Hasbergsche Hof auch im Innern eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu bieten. Das liegt auch am Gewölbekeller, der für sich betrachtet ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal darstellt. Zur Zeit ist er offensichtlich nicht zugängig. (kein Personal ?) Kulinarisch gesehen wird in der Zeit von Montag bis Freitag (12:00 - 14:30 Uhr) ein reichhaltiges Buffet angeboten. Dies kostet (Stand Okt.25) 15 €. Ein Tellergericht (nur 1x gehen) kostet 10 €

Netter Platz im Freien, Service aber schlecht. Ok, ich war alleine, aber warum schauen 3 Bedienungen nicht ob jemand dazugekommen ist? Bis zur Bestellung 20 min und es war nicht viel los. Seit langem habe ich erstmalig kein Trinkgeld gegeben, musste aber zum Bezahlen auch nach drinnen und fast 12€ für zwei Bier sind zwar heutzutage fast üblich, dann aber wenigstens mit einem Minimum an Service bitte!

Recommended by a friend. It was a very pleasant evening in a pleasant atmosphere, with friendly service. And the food was fantastic. The shoulder of pork and the roulade with a side dish. That's typical of Franconian cuisine. The Caipirinha Mouse dessert was also perfect. We highly recommend the Hasbergscher Hof.

Top-notch restaurant. Great food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately, the neighboring table was so loud this time that it was almost impossible to have a conversation. We'd be happy to go back.

We were here for the lunch buffet today and were absolutely thrilled. Both the selection and quality of the food were excellent, as was the very attentive service. We'll be using this place more often from now on. Many thanks to the chef and the team.

I wanted to eat there, but most of the tables were occupied or locked. When I asked the waitress about a table (she left me standing and walked past me), she could only offer me two. One of the tables offered had a light draped under the table, which was extremely glaring. She wasn't willing to open a locked table. So, that's the way it is, and I'll go eat somewhere else. Service is certainly different... By the way, I was there the day before, asked for my menu, but no one came to take my order, not even a drink order, even though my glass had been empty for some time. And today... It was the last time!

Once and never again! We were there on Saturday evening with a group of 14 people as a registered group. Due to the number of participants, a reduced menu was agreed upon in advance. So far, so good. But... the menu didn't include a single starter, soup, or dessert. Some members of the group wanted to order soup. This was declined on the grounds that it would hold up the kitchen for 50 minutes. I've rarely heard such a lousy excuse. They pointed out that if you wanted to order soup, you should sit outside in the beer garden. The option to change the side dishes (fried potatoes instead of fries) was also rejected. The laugh – all the side dishes came in separate bowls. Why they stubbornly insisted on ordering all dishes only as they appear on the menu is beyond me. The question of whether you could possibly order dessert afterward was, who would have guessed, also denied. In terms of inflexibility, the restaurant gets 10 out of 10. I've never experienced anything like it. As for the food: the dishes were delicious, but unfortunately not filling. All plates were empty except for the last decorative lettuce leaf, and part of the group wasn't full. A real shame! Criticism was rudely dismissed by the manager. He even loudly gossiped about the guests to the service staff. Absolutely outrageous! The wait for food was 1.5 hours! No apology or explanation from the staff, no bread or anything similar from the kitchen to bridge the gap... At least at the end, they offered us the option of ordering an ice cream sundae for dessert. Very gracious. But again, every topping like cream or sauce was charged extra. Therefore, I can't recommend this restaurant! If you have other alternatives, don't eat there.

Very nice location, right on the long-distance cycle path that runs along the Weser River. We were here for lunch and quickly found a seat on the terrace. Very friendly service. The buffet: €15 – truly varied and delicious. Includes a soup starter, wedding soup, and desserts. We'd be happy to come back.

An absolutely fantastic shop. The service, food, and drinks were truly superb. We were just passing through on our bikes and were absolutely thrilled. The portions were delicious and more than generous. Highly recommended! 👍

Delicious food right on the Weser River. The staff is attentive.

Today I ate at the Hasbergscher Hof again, and today it's not going to be a brilliant review. Because of our wedding anniversary, we wanted to enjoy delicious food in a beautiful setting and a glass or two of wine. So we booked a table for two, preferably in the conservatory. Since it was already reserved for a party, they could only offer us a table inside the restaurant. Well... as an alternative, we can sit outside. However, they don't take reservations there :-( When we arrived, all the seats outside were taken. There were only a few guests inside, and yet we were only offered a dark table for two behind a wall. The ambiance wasn't great, and we were also out of the waiters' line of sight. We could order, but no one came for a second drink or to clear the dishes. So we went to the counter to pay. There, we weren't noticed until later, and even though we were standing there, none of the waiters, who were joking around in the kitchen, took any notice of us. No one asked how the food was. No one asked if everything was OK. Just "cash or card?" That wasn't very inviting or appreciative. We simply didn't feel welcome. Sorry...that wasn't the service. The Hasbergsche Hof has so much to offer. View of the Weser, great food...but when the service isn't up to scratch, it's a shame!

A beautiful spot to enjoy. The food was very good, the service very friendly, but unfortunately, it took a long time for the drinks to arrive. I even had to ask again.

I was really looking forward to the meal, but then came the big disappointment! Two flavorless dumplings, the red cabbage was completely overcooked and inedible. Not a hint of apple or any of the lovely red cabbage seasoning. The sauce that came with it—it wasn't beer sauce—was bland and had an indefinable flavor. The meat, however, was excellent. Despite my criticism of the kitchen, nothing came! No apology, no possible compensation through a discount or anything similar. Once, never again!

We went to the restaurant for dinner today with a group of eight people, and everyone was very satisfied. The Sauerbraten and dumplings were delicious, and they even offered more sauce upon request. It's especially worth mentioning that the containers you can use to carry your leftovers home are sustainable. They're even microwave-safe (very commendable).

Well, 🫤 - the view is great and the location is fantastic. That was the good news. The food was mediocre. The salad was dried out and somewhat poorly presented, so we only tried it and didn't eat it. Oh well. The fries were okay. Mayo costs €1. The schnitzel or cordon bleu was very lonely on the plate. It wasn't entirely clear whether it was fresh or frozen schnitzel - in any case, the taste was average at best. A bit watery and bland, but ultimately edible. Oh well. The service was okay. Not really bad, but not great either. The waitresses came to our table and spoke to us in a friendly manner. But no one was particularly attentive, and we didn't feel welcome. Somehow, the ladies were a bit restrained and lacked fun or enjoyment - at least, that's how it seemed to us. Someone asked how the food was. In response to our criticism, we received the usual response that it would be passed on to the kitchen. Shortly afterward, she came back and offered us an espresso on the house as compensation. At least. But still: oh well. So all in all, the evening was okay: The location on the Weser River, the bike path, and the view are great. The food was just about okay. The service was okay too. Okay, that is. But definitely not more. Oh well.

We went there with colleagues for the lunch buffet. A great selection. They keep refilling. Really good value for money. The salmon was simply delicious and not overcooked, despite being kept in a warming container.

Upscale restaurant, nice, friendly, fast service, and a very good memory card. If it weren't so far from Kassel, I'd come back.👍

Good, varied and reasonably priced lunch buffet.

I've rarely experienced anything like this. We wanted to reserve a table. The first server behind the counter didn't even respond to our greeting. The remaining three servers completely ignored me. I waited at the counter for a moment and, since I was obviously just a nuisance, left without accomplishing anything.

Aah, we had a fantastic meal here. The food was top-notch without exception, served very friendly, and we highly recommend it. The price/performance ratio was absolutely reasonable. It was a great evening! Thank you!

Best location in Nienburg. Right on the Weser River. A great lunchtime offer for some time now (hopefully at this price for a long time to come!!!). Very extensive buffet. Recently, they even offered venison ragu!!! One goes for €10. Outside on the terrace, you sometimes have to allow a little more time for service.

We were passing through by bike. After a short wait, we got a table outside. Great location. Excellent food, very friendly staff.

Very tasty, huge portions, and the staff were top notch. We were told that the kitchen would take longer to prepare the food because of the demand, but that was completely acceptable.

Thanks to the congested highway, we drove home across the country and ended up here for lunch. Choosing a restaurant made it very easy, as I love a Franconian Schäufele (a kind of pork shoulder), and the portion that awaited me eclipsed everything I'd ever had before. And it was so delicious that I had to eat it all. As soon as I feel like Schäufele again, we'll be back! Edit 7/13: We were there again today, and I confess: the Schäufele was incredibly delicious, but I failed! And we'll be back!

A very authentic restaurant with a beautiful view of the Weser River. Excellent food, attentive and friendly staff. What more could you want?

The buffet lunch was good. The next day, I went there in the evening for a drink and paid €2 (!!) for a bottle of tap water (!!). I mentioned that I needed it to take a pill, but they still charged me. I find that cheeky. You sit outside on rather uncomfortable beer garden chairs, but you can watch a beautiful sunset.

We recommend a lunch special for €10. You can also order a buffet for €15.

At first, it seemed a bit old-fashioned, but after ordering, we were pleasantly surprised and mostly delighted by almost all of the dishes and drinks. A definite recommendation!

Just had a drink outside. Beautiful view of the Weser River. The staff was very nice and friendly. Visited the Hasbergischer Hof again today and ordered Franconian Schäuble (a kind of sausage). It was incredibly tender and delicious with the sauce. The staff were very attentive and friendly again today. We'll be back. Keep up the good work.

An absolute disaster. The kitchen has a "freeze" policy, and reservations are given priority. It's unclear when you can order. The first restaurant we visited made us leave because we didn't get anything to eat. Never again!!!!

In Nienburg, there's nothing more beautiful than gazing out over the Weser River, the Weser Marsh, and the sunset on a sunny evening in the beer garden of the Hasbergscher Hof on the Hohe Ufer. When the friendly waitress serves a half-liter of dark, tasty Ulrich Martin beer and the anticipation of a delicious schnitzel builds, then the end of the day is perfect.

The building is a bit older, but the staff is very friendly and the dishes were all delicious!

Strange service. I just wanted to sit outside and drink a cold pilsner. I had to go inside to order one. I sat there for about a quarter of an hour for a single pilsner without the waitress even coming out. She seemed completely overwhelmed, even with the order. Eventually, I got fed up and left the place.

Great restaurant! We were a group of 7 people and came over spontaneously in the evening. Price performance bombastic. The service was also very friendly and all in all a nice atmosphere with German cuisine at very good prices. We will definitely come back here the next time we take a course in the city.

Nice restaurant, on the edge of the river, with excellent dishes. I won't comment on the bill because I was a guest, however the place is welcoming and we spent a nice evening.
