Were there for the 5th time after our bike tour. It was always Schäufle that motivated us to come to this restaurant. Unfortunately this time it was a total failure. The actual best thing about a Schäufle is the crust...it was a slab that couldn't be cut and certainly couldn't be bitten into. The meat was dry and actually matched the crust. In total we were served by four different young ladies. Drinks were forgotten. A tip about the bad Schäufle was passed on to the kitchen via the service staff. No response other than the bill. Okay, we should have taken care of an exchange/complaint straight away. Nevertheless, I'm writing my impressions here because overall it was annoying and we're actually used to better, much better Schäufle!

The Haßberge Hof is a great restaurant with very good food, the most popular is the Kirche Schaufel breakfast, but the other dishes are also good. If you want to drink something special, there is a good Franconian beer. The ambience is very good, you sit outside with a view of the Weser. Seasonal food depending on the season is also very good, always come back.

Very large and tasty portions. Really very satisfied, I can only recommend it.

We both ordered a vegetable salad with chicken breast. Since I'm not a rice fan, I asked if I could get French fries instead of rice. After asking in the kitchen, this was answered in the affirmative. However, I had to order a spoon for my dish. The vegetables and chicken breast sank into a vegetable broth. I told the waiter that the chef should have either declined the request for fries or he should have poured a lot less vegetable broth over the salad. The bill then contained a "deviation A" (fries instead of rice) of €2 and a very small bowl of mayonnaise of €1. We definitely won't be going back any time soon.

The waiting time from ordering to eating was 55 minutes! Inattentive service! Food very tasty! Large group yes, but something like this can still be organized differently!

The food is rock solid and the ambience is excellent. Unfortunately the staff leaves more than to be desired. Furthermore, I find it problematic with a group of 15 people who pay one after the other and still give a good tip at the end to point out again that there is still €4 left for two small portions of ketchup and a tap water (!). One wishes for a little more gastronomic sensitivity.

Unfortunately we had to wait almost 1 1/2 hours for our food and the staff didn't really give us any information. The food itself was very tasty.

Yesterday we were there for the second time and I have to say the food tasted great. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. I found it audacious that if you wanted a small bowl of ketchup or fried potatoes instead of fries, everything was charged extra. I don't even know anything like that from Lake Constance.

The last time I was here was ages ago. We came here with friends on Saturday. We were lucky to get a table on the Weser promenade, so we could also enjoy the beautiful weather. The restaurant was well attended. The service was very friendly. It took a little longer for the drinks to come to the table, but still within the tolerance limit. We waited a while for the food but it was good. The cuisine is “good bourgeois” not a star cuisine but the price/performance ratio is right! The Schäufele is very good, but the other dishes are also delicious. The portions are reasonable. Conclusion Ambience: you sit outside almost on the Weser, inside a bit rustic Service: friendly and attentive Food: delicious and fresh Price/performance: fits If we're here again we'll be happy to come back

The restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel and I can only say thank you for this recommendation. The location is of course great - unfortunately it was raining when we visited, so you couldn't sit outside. But the restaurant is also very attractive inside. The food was very tasty and the portions were sufficient. The service staff was very friendly and the orders were processed very quickly. The restaurant is at a slightly higher price point, but it is definitely worth it.

Were there as a vacationer. The food was very tasty. We as Franconians were in very good hands here! Will recommend the restaurant.

Good food right on the Weser We were walking along the Weser and happened to see the sign for Franconian “Schäufele”. It was clear that we would stop here and one of us would order the Schäufele. The meat was buttery tender and the crust was nice and crispy, as it should be. And because the asparagus season ends tomorrow, the second meal was also clear: asparagus with schnitzel. It was delicious and even the golden potatoes tasted delicious. Big compliments to the kitchen. The service could be a little better, there was probably some confusion about who was responsible for our table. The waitresses were all friendly.

At 8:30 p.m. for a reserved table of 10 people, 3 steaks aren't enough because there aren't any left. It's absolutely not possible

Yesterday we were at the Hasbergscher Hof for the first time and we were actually very excited. My husband, who is a native of Bavaria, really enjoyed the Schäufele, the sauce was to die for and the crust was great for nibbling. The dumpling didn't look homemade to me, but it tasted good. My schnitzel was 100% perfectly fried, very tasty, I haven't eaten such a good schnitzel in a long time. There was also a small colorful salad and delicious fries. I ordered a hollandaise sauce with it, which looked the same as the finished Lukull product and tasted the same, and they charged 4.60 for a small bowl, which we only saw on the bill. The price for this is. In my opinion, inappropriate and therefore 1 * deduction, for the otherwise very tasty food. The service was nice and attentive, the atmosphere was great. In summer you sit outside directly on the Weser.

The ambience - outside directly on the Weser - is really unique and very nice to enjoy when the weather is good. I would have liked a vegan meat alternative for the asparagus menu. Unfortunately, the vegan asparagus menu didn't justify €26 for me. Unfortunately it only consists of asparagus and potatoes/peppers; the amount of asparagus cannot be compared with the equivalent asparagus and meat menu. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is simply not right. Unfortunately, without a protein source, it doesn't keep you full for long. I would like to see more innovation in Nienburg in the vegan sector 👍🏻🙋🏼‍♀️

We had a wonderful spot in the beer garden with a view of the Weser. The service was very nice and friendly. There was already an asparagus menu and I ate the vegan asparagus dish, very tasty. The Haßberge her Hof is definitely recommended.

We went to the asparagus menu with 21 people. The occasion was the confirmation of my youngest. Great individual advice and good suggestions in advance. On the day of the event we received really good, attentive and friendly service. Everything worked out as agreed. Great food, nice decoration. Were in the winter garden with a great view of the Weser. EVERYONE was very satisfied. I don't want to exaggerate, but I can definitely recommend this beautiful restaurant.

Delicious food and friendly and good service

We were there today with friends for Easter dinner. There was a wonderful buffet with very tasty and varied starters. The main courses also included vegetarian dishes. Everything was very well seasoned and prepared. The chocolate mousse was a dream. I would have liked the tiramisu with amaretto or another suitable liqueur. You could label it so that children and people who are not allowed or don't like alcohol don't eat it by mistake. Just dessert for the grown-ups. 😉 The staff looked after us in a very friendly and attentive manner. We all thought it was nice.

Unsere lange geplante ‚Feierei‘ war ein voller Erfolg ! Die Vorbereitungen und Planung mit dem Inhaber, Herrn Rupprecht war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Er ist auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Selbst die kurzfristigen Änderungen im italienischen Buffet(eine Woche vorher) wurden ohne Murren berücksichtigt. Es war eine wunderbare Veranstaltung und Erfahrung hier in diesem schönen Restaurant bewirtet zu werden und später unten im Gewölbekeller zu feiern. Das Essen, das besondere Bier die Atmosphäre, es stimmte Alles. Wunderbar. Unser Dank auch an das tolle, junge Team für den Service. Wir würden es immer wieder so machen und gern wiederkommen. I've been waiting for my food for over an hour and I only stayed that long due to family obligations. The Jever signs are deceptive, there are mansions on tap.

Very nice atmosphere with tasteful Christmas decorations. The service was very friendly and very quick. Everyone enjoyed the food. There were also plenty of large portions, but I'm only giving it four stars because it was just lying on the plates. Not in any way nicely presented and pleasing to the eye. However, we were there shortly before Christmas and the restaurant was very busy. The staff in the kitchen certainly don't always have the time for something like that. That is also understandable. I will definitely visit the restaurant again and recommend it to others.

Ganz tolles Restaurant! Lage: Direkt an der Weser. Toller Blick und sehr gemütlich. Draußen sitzt man wunderschön mit Blick auf die Weser. Drinnen ist das Restaurant gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles wunderbar. Gerichte: Hier wird noch frisch gekocht! Und das ist so toll und leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Sämtliche Gerichte waren ausnahmslos toll! Service: Absolut herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren beim zweiten Besuch als große Gruppe (23 Personen) da. Service war super. Hat Spaß gemacht. Alle freundlich, und zwar ehrlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nicht aufgesetzt. Alles in allem lohnenswerte Adresse für einen schönen Abend!

Besuch an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen mit unterschiedlichen Erfahrungen. Leider am zweiten Tag auf Grund neuem Personal ( Anlernphase) länger gewartet. Essen top, Außengastro sehr schön, Innen sieht es sehr gemütlich aus. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Mit mehren Leuten ist es zu empfehlen zu reservieren.

Wir sind am Abend dort gewesen. Der Garten vorne war recht voll. Wir haben ein Tisch an der Tür bekommen. Nach ca. 15 Minuten kam erst eine Bedienung. Sie hat uns die Karte gegeben um zu schauen was wir essen wollen. Sie wollte schon sofort die Bestellung aufnehmen. Die Getränke wussten wir schon. Sie fragte sofort was wir essen wollen. Da ich gerade mal 2 sec. Auf die Karte geschaut habe konnte ich noch nichts sagen. Die Bedienung sagte dann Sie käme gleich wieder. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten haben wir dann unsere Getränke erhalten. Aber zum Aufnehmen der weiteren Bestellung (Essen) kam sie nicht wieder. Sie ist mehrfach an unserem Tisch vorbeikommen um anderen Gästen etwas zu bringen. Leider nicht zu uns. Nach ca. 1 Stunde sind wir dann gegangen, haben uns beschwert. Da sagte die Bedienung nur, wir hätten ja mal was sagen können... Einfach nicht schön.

Der Hasbergsche Hof hat sich gemacht! Die Außenterrasse bietet wirklich den besten Blick und das angenehmste Ambiente, welches sich am Abend in Nienburg genießen lässt. Direkter Blick auf die Weser und die neuen Schirme mit Heizstrahler vermitteln eine nette Atmosphäre in historischer Kulisse. Am Abend unseres Besuches war es sehr voll. Man sagte uns, dass aktuell Annahme Stopp in der Küche herrsche. Nun gut, wir waren darauf eingestellt und haben erst einmal etwas getrunken. Wir konnten dann dennoch etwas später bestellen und das Essen kam sehr rasch. Das "Schäufele" ist der Kracher. Ein großes Stück mit super knackiger Kruste unglaublich zarten Fleisch, eine sehr leckere Biersauce, leckerer Kloß und klasse Rotkohl, bei dem man das Schmalz schmecken kann. Das war wirklich eine Gaumenfreude zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Wir kommen jetzt öfter! Weiter so!

Wie im Frankenland! Besser geht Schäufle nicht! Meinem Änderungswünschen wurde auch entsprochen. Anstelle Rotkohl und Klöße bekam ich Brokkoli und Bratkartoffeln. Die Biersoße war nicht zu toppen. Das Fleisch war weich und die Haut war knackig. Trotz hoher Besucherzahlen blieb das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und war sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen! Eine Landgaststätte die keine Wünsche offen lässt! - Wir kommen wieder!!

War einfach wieder schön. Auf unserer diesjährigen Radtour haben wir wieder einen Zwischenstop in Nienburg eingelegt.

Wir waren heute hier. Ich habe der Kellnerin gesagt, dass wir nur etwas trinken wollen. Die Kellnerin sagte: "Dann dürfen Sie hier sitzen nur bis jemand zum Essen kommt". Ich: "Hier sind eigentlich noch viele Tische frei" (waren mindestens 5 Tische frei). Die Kelnerin antwortete: "Es kann sein, dass viele auf einmal kommen". Nach so einem "Service" sind wir nicht geblieben und werden nie wieder kommen.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Restaurant direkt an der Weser gelegen. Sehr gute Küche. Ich hatte es schönes Menü (siehe Fotos): Linsensuppe (sehr aromatisch - toll!), Salat (nett angerichtet), gefüllte Roulade (Klasse!) Und eine Caipirinha Mousse (sensationell !!!).

Als Nürnberger musste ich unbedingt das Schäufele probieren und ich fand es ausgezeichnet!! Auch Vorspeise, Nachtisch und das Frankenwein-Angebot waren eine wunderbare Überraschung. Und es war auf unserer Weser-Radreise das schönste Restaurant im klassichen Stil!

Das Essen ist gut, leider kommen keine neuen Gerichte dazu. Würde mir wünschen, wenn es einmal im Monat ein neues Tagesgericht geben würde.

Der Lockdown lockt auch zu neuen Erlebnissen. So z.B. zu einer wunderbar gelungenen Gänsebrust mit Blaukraut und Klößen. Der Geburtstag meiner Frau wurde so für vier Personen durch ein abholfertiges Gericht bereichert. Nach dem Motto: Heute bleibt die Küche kalt wir gehen was holen im Hasbergschen Hof. Eine guter und empfehlenswerter Service. Danke dafür.

Wir haben am 20.11.20 einen Sauerbraten für zu Hause bestellt. Schnelle Abwicklung, sehr schmackhaft. Wir haben das Gericht genossen. Weitere Gerichte werden mit Sicherheit noch folgen.

Wir sind hier während eines Kurzurlaubs eingekehrt. Das Ambiente und die Einrichtung sind sehr ansprechend. Die Karte war Corona bedingt etwas verkürzt, bot aber trotzdem von allem etwas. Die rote Linsensuppe war ausgesprochen schmackhaft und die Bratkartoffeln sehr lecker und knusprig. Hervorzuheben das großartige Ulrich Martin Bier aus Franken. Mit dem freundlichen Service haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unterirdischer Service!!! Geschäftsschädigender Kellner!!!! Wir hatten einen Tisch für 12:30 Uhr reserviert. Der Kellner, der wirklich eine Zumutung war, begrüßte uns direkt mit unverschämten Kommentaren. Nachdem er dann die Bestellung aufnahm, wies er darauf hin, dass es etwas dauern könne, bis das Essen käme. Wir fragten freundlich, was „ein bisschen“ hieße, worauf uns eine halbe Stunde Wartezeit prognostiziert wurde. Alles kein Problem, mit 30 Minuten muss man im Restaurant rechnen. Dem Kellner war die Nachfrage aber scheinbar schon zu viel. Er bediente uns fortan absolut unfreundlich und mit äußerst harschem Ton (wenn er denn überhaupt vorbeikam). Das Essen war dann selbst um 14:00 Uhr noch nicht da. Als wir nachfragten, wie lange es noch dauern würde (wir hatten eine ältere Dame dabei, die bereits ihr Insulin gespritzt hatte und fast vom Stuhl kippte), reagierte der Kellner stark aufbrausend. Er sagte dann aber, er wolle sich erkundigen. Dies tat er allerdings nicht, sondern ließ uns einfach völlig unbeachtet. Das wurde uns dann wirklich zu viel. Nach zwei Stunden haben wir unser Essen abbestellt. Die Dame, bei der wir das taten, war hingegen sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Der Kellner, der auch bei anderen Gästen bereits negativ aufgefallen war, entließ uns dann noch mit lautstarken, obszönen Bemerkungen. Frechheit!!!! So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Dieser respektlose Herr hat wirklich seinen Beruf verfehlt. Seine freundliche Kollegin hat er auch noch fast zum Heulen gebracht. Der Kellner ist auf jeden Fall massiv geschäftsschädigend. Wir werden jedenfalls nicht noch einmal kommen.

Wunderbare Lage, sehr leckeres Essen, toller Service und guter Wein. Wir waren sehr zufrieden als wir hier Ende August 2020 auf unserer Radtour einen Abend verbrachten. Bei dem Niveau von Küche und Service haben wir nur Stoffservietten vermisst. :-)

Wir waren begeistert von den Spargeln mit Schnitzel. Es sind so kleine Sachen, die man hervorheben muss, z.B., dass das...
