HAPPY WOK Asiatisches Restaurant in Pinneberg

It used to be called Happy Wok, so we liked going there because the food there was good. On our last visit we were disappointed, the quality of the food had deteriorated and for one person in the evening almost €26 without drinks, I think it doesn't match the quality and ambience.... Certainly suitable for "all you can eat" people - I prefer quality.

It was my first time there, with friends who have been there before, and I can only recommend this restaurant

Typical Asian buffet, plenty of choice. Service very attentive and friendly. Because the guest room is so large and some of the walls are tiled, it can be a bit uncomfortable in parts

We've been here many times for lunch, but it's gotten so bad. The soup tasted too much like vinegar. At 1 p.m. many bowls were empty and were hardly refilled. Unfortunately it was almost cold and only lukewarm. We were very disappointed. Only the service was very nice

The buffet has a very good selection. The meat is very tender and flavorful. I can highly recommend the mussels with garlic sauce!

Food okay, acoustics bad because all the walls are tiled. The toilets are barely lit, you can't see anything.

A great buffet. Everything is very appetizing and fresh. Very important, no salty glutamate = food!!! Service top!! The prices are absolutely fine. I can always recommend eating something delicious there. My favorite, the mushroom vegetables...

The restaurant is very large and therefore a bit noisy. For me it doesn't seem so "comfortable" despite the nice furnishings. We stayed here from 5:40 p.m. to 9 p.m. and ate the buffet. During the entire time, after the first order, the staff never once asked whether we would like to order more drinks. The buffet offered a lot of choice but the quality of the food wasn't particularly good. For a €26 dinner buffet I would have expected much more.

Lots of nice things to eat. We often go there to eat and everything is clean and well maintained.

Happy Wok, now the WOK KING, is one of the best Asian restaurants I have visited so far. The buffet is amazing and has something for everyone. I've even been there with "Asian people" and even they were thrilled.

Nice Asian buffet restaurant. You can also order à la carte here, but the buffet is clearly the concept. Card payment is possible, staff are friendly and child-friendly.

A very good restaurant with a great ambience and a great buffet. The service is very good.

When you come in it's bright, nice Asian decoration. The seats are not too closely spaced. They have a soft serve ice cream machine and Scholo fountain. Everyone can eat their fill. The Peking duck was really crispy. Delicious. This restaurant will be my favorite.

We've been there several times before, but this time the food wasn't quite as tasty and the sauces were a bit oily.

A large restaurant with attractive furnishings and great food. The buffet is rich and the price is justified. Very friendly staff and a really barrier-free location (except for the glass door at the entrance). A wheelchair user can usually use the toilet alone thanks to two grab handles. There are sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant (including disabled parking spaces).

Mass production, no quality is to be expected

The restaurant is beautiful and distinctive and sets itself apart from other Chinese restaurants by the quality of service and dishes offered. I can highly recommend it. I would like to thank the nice employees for their commitment to their work.

Great restaurant, Asian cuisine also a la carte - but a great buffet including a live chef. Also quite comfortable for the size. Even if it's not exactly around the corner from us, we still go here every now and then.

I always hear that the restaurant industry is doing so badly. Sunday 05/12/24. I want to eat something in the restaurant here at 9:30 p.m. I order and am asked to take away or eat here. I say to eat here. The answer is : Oh, I don't know if that's still possible, I'll ask. Hello!! Opening hours are until 10:30 p.m. So there's still over an hour left. Sorry, the condition only saw my back. The catering industry is doing so badly. Hahaha

Ich war zum ersten mal im in diesem Haus und war auf alle fälle auch das letzte mal und werde es auch nicht weiter Empfehlen .Da ich zu Besuch war und aus Berlin komme und selbst Gastronom bin ,kann ich nur sagen so etwas schlechtes habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Preis + Leistung Verhältnis unter aller Kanone. Fleisch viel zu Trocken und ohne Geschmack, Angebot des Essens sehr fragwürdig !! Leute lasst die Finger davon es gibt nichts schlechteres .Einziges Plus war die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und schnell. Aber wenn das Gesamt Konzept nicht stimmig ist passt es eben nicht !

Such bad food. It was just disgusting and way too expensive. The duck was so dry, the rice was old & cold, the meat was inedible. The soup tasted old. The way the food was, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. But they make the juice spritzers well.

Extremely beautiful restaurant and, apart from the food, I really recommend it to anyone who likes a lot of exotic things. Of course there are also basics to eat that everyone will enjoy. So really highly recommended.

That was the worst food I've ever eaten. The rice wasn't cooked through either in the pot or in the sushi. The noodles were overcooked and didn't taste good at all. The duck was far dry. In the fresh stuff the meat was swimming in its own blood. The fish was in some indefinable soup. Which, in my opinion, isn't possible at all...that shark fish was offered... It was all just oily and fried. In this case, more breading than anything else... The only good thing about this meal was my spritzer… which was topped with lots of ice. Everything was so heavy in the stomach. Nothing worked at the back or front. When I kindly pointed out to the waitress that all four of us didn't like it at all (with a list of things), she was nice at first and even went to her colleague who was probably in charge of the buffet. (He just filled up) She came back and said it wasn't true and that couldn't be right. We would be the only ones who would complain. I said yes, I can't say anything about that. The fact is that it wasn't cooked through and wasn't tasty either. It's also way too expensive and the food wasn't even lukewarm... So something unfriendly... The first and last time!

So difficult... 1. no card payment possible 2. Train station atmosphere at its best, so there is no attention to detail here either 3. Sushi: Rice wasn't cooked through properly, didn't look really good either 4. Buffet: either it tasted like the day before, like pure glutamate, it felt like it only consisted of breading or it simply tasted like nothing. 5. “Show kitchen”: The meat and fish selection didn’t really look fresh 6. Dessert: not much choice, not competitive at all When it came to food there was simply a lot of “reject food”, which went back because it wasn’t edible. When we brought this up, we were insulted. So thank you, never again.

For me, Happy Wok is one of the best restaurants. Very good, diverse offering combined with very friendly and attentive service staff. The prices are reasonable.

Top Buffet-Asiate! Essen, Ambiente und Service sind 1A. Der Mittagstisch ist nicht nur preiswert sondern schmeckt sehr gut. Es wird laufend nachgelegt und der Service ist sehr freundlich.

Sehr reichhaltige Auswahl.Aber leider :warm bzw.heiss ist was anderes.

Riesen Auswahl und alles sehr lecker. Als Pescetarier (vegetarisch+Fisch) kommt man voll auf seine Kosten, vor allem beim Abendbüffet, wo es eine große Auswahl an Gemüse, Fisch, Muscheln (und Fleisch) gibt. Das selbst zusammengestellte Gericht wird dann auf dem Grill zubereitet. Bei den fertigen Gerichten (gebratene Pilze, gebackenes Gemüse etc. ) ist ausgewiesen, ob sie vegetarisch sind.

Sehr viele unterschiedliche Zutaten und Gerichte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Teils kalt, versalzen Nachtisch kann man nix gegen sagen, alles ok. Werde nicht wieder kommen. Für den Preis einfach nicht zu empfehlen.

Fantastisches Essen. Sehr große Portionen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Da wir Essen abgeholt haben, ist uns die Location nur kurz zu Teil geworden. Bißchen zu groß und irgendwie eher eine Halle…aber es wurde wirklich das Beste rausgeholt, was ging!

Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker. Viel auswahl beim Buffet und es wird ständig nachgefüllt, sodass keine Schale leer ist. Einzig das Ambiente ist relativ laut und die Stühle/Bänke teilweise sehr unbequem.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Der Umgang mit (kleinen) Kindern ist super. Sehr entspannt, die Kleinen bekommen einen gesonderten Stuhl.

Kaltes Essen, obwohl man kurz nach Öffnung da ist. Nachtisch nur kleiner Aufbau, Wackelpudding und Eis. Nur die Bananen im Teigmantel waren "asiatisch"

Ein schönes Restaurant, man kann dort gut mit mehreren Personen sitzen und einen schönen Abend genießen. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Leider gebe ich für das Buffet (Essen) nur 3 Sterne. Obwohl das Buffet vieles bietet und man warme Teller bekommt, ist das Essen nur lauwarm. Das ist sehr schade. Wie es mit den normalen Gerichten ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da keiner von uns, solch ein Gericht hatte.

Das Essen ist Geschmackssache. Der Service ist super und immer sofort da, wenn man ihn braucht.

Mittags-Buffet mit Suppe, frischen Salaten,reichliche Essensauswahl, Nachtisch mit Eis, frischem Obst und vielem mehr. Sehr gut besuch- tes Lokal.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gross und etwas zu laut. Ambiente ok. Service gut. Das Buffet ok, aber nix besonderes. Schmeckte irgendwie alles ähnlich. Frische Zubereitung auch ok. Wer viel Hunger hat ist hier richtig. Wer auf echten asiatischen Geschmack steht leider nicht. Ansichtssache. Mußte nach dem Essen nachts mehrmals trinken.

Ich war jetzt 3 mal essen bin mit dem Buffet sehr zu Frieden was die Auswahl betrifft aber wenn man sich was braten lässt wird es tot gebraten Wartezeit 45 min und schmeckt alles verbrannt schade um die teuren Fleisch und Fisch Sorten 2 mal wurde mein essen tot gebraten heute beschwert und ausrede war es ist so voll heute und kommt nicht mehr vor zum Personal mega freundlich

Die Auswahl ist mega groß und gut. Der Preis ist schon etwas hoch. Aber für diese Auswahl und das frisch Braten welches vor Ort angeboten wird, finde ich es in Ordnung. Der Service war toll und sie sind sehr modern. Das einzige was nicht so schön war, das Essen war tatsächlich recht kalt vom Buffet. Ansonsten tolles lokas und wenn wir wieder von Hamburg Richtung nach Hause fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder

Super. Sie zahlen einen Festbetrag und das Buffet steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch separate Menüs für Getränke und Speisen, die Sie mögen.) Gemütliche Atmosphäre, höfliches und freundliches Personal. Die ganze Familie besuchte die Einrichtung. Auch die Kinder sind sehr zufrieden

Große Auswahl am Buffet, von Vor- bis Nachspeise. Die Frischetheke vom Grill hat eine große Auswahl an Zutaten und frisches Gemüse, dieses hätte aber meiner Meinung nach entweder feiner geschnitten werden oder länger auf dem Grill gelassen werden. Der frische Reis war leider einen ticken über dem Garpunkt (auch eine zweite Portion aus einer frischen Fuhre hatte das gleiche "Problem"). Die Bedienung ist nett und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente aber nicht sonderlich einladend. Es wird ein gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis geboten. Ich wünsche mir aber ein wenig spannender Auswahl oder Abwechslung.
