Service is not good at all...food is good

The food was great again but the prices (5 people, including 3 children - €141.50) are now really steep, so a star deduction.

This is the bad food at all cold and no taste it more resembles a waiting hall in the train station really disgusting

Far too expensive for children, there is no accommodation there. Unfortunately, like in a large canteen, very loud. Where things are sometimes quieter in a canteen. Liver and duck are in short supply. Noodles are lukewarm spaghetti and not fried noodles. The fried potatoes are totally light. Large selection of meat. There's nothing to complain about when it comes to the sauces either. Vegetable selection is sufficient. There is always enough sushi available. Ice cream and chocolate fountains are a nice thing, especially the children love the chocolate fountain. Great location without children. Too expensive with children. Update: November 23, 2024 Went there again because my daughter invited us to the dinner buffet. I regretted that we went to the Happy House. Duck not crispy and there was only an empty container for the second course. Hard beef and lots of onions. There was nothing fishy except fried squid rings. Fresh food tasted very bad. Squid was raw and tasted pitiful and the frog legs were ruined by the sweet and sour sauce that I couldn't taste. The ice tongs were broken, so I had to take the ice cream out of the containers with my spoon. My family and I will no longer come to this location.

We ate from the buffet and it was good and extensive, great! Everything looks very well maintained, most of the employees seem friendly, although some unfortunately seem a bit lacking in motivation. BUT: Please be sure to work on the fresh air supply! There are hinged windows at the top of the large windows. The air was really unbearable, so I had to go out the door with my son. Addendum SECOND visit: One dish was definitely no longer fresh and smelled very strange! Something like this shouldn't happen. In addition, some of it was very salty, but unfortunately that is usually normal with these dishes.

Zero star 👇 The staff was very unfriendly and disrespectful. The lunch buffet was cold and inedible. When I ordered green tea, the employee slammed her hand on the table as if I was stealing and demanded more money. While paying, the employee started screaming. I will not visit this restaurant again.

Things haven't been great since the change of ownership. Eat lukewarm.

Die Atmosphäre war okay. Leider war es innerhalb der Gastronomie ungemütlich, da es nicht warm war. Die Gerichte waren lauwarm bis kalt, ohne Geschmack. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen auch durchaus in dieser Location werden wir definitiv nicht noch einmal wieder kommen. Die Toiletten waren unsauber.

Chinese had to be served again and we were not disappointed. All you can eat, large selection and delicious. The whole thing for a flat rate of €25 plus drinks.

The food was tasty, the selection was good, the atmosphere was pleasant... The week of sick leave due to gastrointestinal problems due to "bacterial poisoning caused by contaminated food" was practical, but painful. If you have greenish diarrhea and cramps, it is best to contact your family doctor.

So when it was still called Happy Wok the food there was excellent. Today there were two of us, large coke, large beer and 2x buffets over €60. The best part of the buffet was the canned fruit and ice cream. Yes, seriously, the food was almost cold, the sauces didn't taste like you know it, spicy had almost no taste, sweet and sour was like that... Duck has more fat than meat, you can have it, but you don't have to take it. But you can't see it from above either. Fried noodles... It's better at every train station, that was a complete disaster, I've never eaten anything like that from a Chinese, Thai or Mongolian... So I won't recommend it to anyone I know, and we won't be eating there again ourselves. It's really a shame what happened, we were so looking forward to a great evening, unfortunately it was all of 45 minutes...

There are also specialties such as: Zebra meat, mussels, Japanese chicken, Deer, shark, kangaroo meat, Shrimp, lamb, crab meat, frog legs, And much more.... Nette Begrüßung, tolles Buffett, freundliche Bedienung, lustiger Servierroboter und vor allem - sehr sauber! Wir waren zu 6. auf der Durchreise mit den Motorrädern und sind trotz der schlechten Bewertungen zum Essen hier her gekommen und haben es nicht bereut. Typisches Asia-All-You-Can-Eat Restaurant, sehr gutes Buffett sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, haben gut gegessen und hatten mit der Servierkatze sehr viel Spaß. Empfehlenswert

Everything was okay so far. The food was also delicious, but there was a negative point for the drinks because it was warm and hardly carbonated.

Price-performance ratio is good 👍. Unfortunately we were left without drinks for ages, about 30 minutes and the desserts were not refilled in a timely manner. Went for brunch with family on Saturday. Everything tasted good. The weather was dry and we were able to Sit outside when the temperature is pleasant. Positive for granddaughter, the opportunity to do something play, gymnastics.

We weren't impressed with the food. The sauces and soups were very poorly seasoned. The sushi was very manageable and not tasty. The dessert, pineapple in the batter smelled of fish, dried sesame balls. Price / performance is not right (25€ / person) We won't eat there again.

So from the unfriendly staff to the very poor lunch buffet, some of the food was cold and inedible, what I didn't like I left on the plate when the staff came and saw this, I was told next time I should please fill up less. When paying by card I was asked if I didn't have any cash with me, all in all a terrible stay and paying for all of this hurt my soul.

We were at Happy Wok on Sunday. And ate buffet. This costs €30 per person. There is plenty of choice. There were three of us and one child, which was to be paid in full. The bill was simply charged for an adult. This was only changed when we were informed and we were no longer spoken to. There was hardly any food added. Meat, fried noodles, rice were all cold. The baked fruit was cold and over-fried. The duck was baked too dry. The fresh meat and fish selection is good. Sushi is just plain untasty... Drinks are included and if you don't drink, you'll be charged €5. Staff totally unfriendly except the operating robot was very nice. 😅

One of the best Asian restaurants in West Mecklenburg. The buffet is a dream. So many different foods. And there is also enough choice for non-Asian lovers. Always worth a visit.

Lunch buffet 2 adults, 1 child €15.50 with self-service cheap drinks from the vending machine for children up to 10 years is completely overpriced.👎 Even for adults without drinks €15.50 is not exactly cheap. In spring 13.50€ and now 15.50€. Ongoing price increases, but no better quality or quantity.

We had free seats around 8:00 p.m. on Friday and decided on the buffet. The offering was good, all bowls were well filled and regularly replenished. The staff was very friendly and quick. Empty plates were cleared away immediately. We had a lovely evening, we can recommend this restaurant. Full marks from us, Heike and Rolf

We actually liked coming to eat, but I think €25.50 per person for lukewarm, sometimes sticky food from the buffet is really too greasy... and a KiBa for €5.50 is really underground. I think that was our last visit...

The food from the warm buffet section was cool to cold except for the soup.

Unfortunately, the food didn't taste good at all, but it was better. The last time we were there was two years ago and the food was much better.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The food was of poor quality and overloaded with glutamate, which made the taste very unpleasant. The drinks were only served after a 30 minute wait, which is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the food was only lukewarm when it finally arrived. The hygienic conditions also left a lot to be desired and made the entire stay unappetizing. Overall, this was an extremely negative experience that I cannot recommend to anyone.

Very bad. We ordered a drinks buffet and were charged for the drinks. We still had some food on our plates and we were charged an extra €5 per person because we had taken too much with us.

We used to like to get takeaway lunches here. The portions became smaller and smaller, so we don't do that anymore. Today we went there again for the evening buffet and were disappointed. The food was not of good quality, the sauces and dishes all tasted pretty much the same and the majority of the dishes were only lukewarm at 7 p.m. The employees are not very friendly. The prices have continued to increase, so that the price/performance ratio is no longer right. Apparently it has a new operator or has been renamed. Happy Wok became Happy House. Ich habe selten eine solche Unverschämtheit erlebt! Nachdem wir unseren Einkauf bezahlt hatten, kam plötzlich eine Frau und beschuldigte uns vor allen anderen Kunden, nicht gezahlt zu haben. Sie stellte uns bloß und behandelte uns wie Betrüger. Dann ging sie zu ihrem Kollegen und plötzlich war alles in Ordnung. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung! Eine unfassbare Frechheit und ein peinlicher Umgang mit Kunden.

Buffet...lukewarm dishes...rice overcooked...sauce, soup hardly any taste. Were there around 2 p.m. Baked fruits etc. were dry. Fruit flies over the compote. Plus point...the service was very nice 2 times buffet + two drinks = €38 wasn't worth it.

Erst einmal ein Lob für sehr gutes Essen zum mitnehmen!!! Die Bedienung war ebenfalls super nett. Was haben wir gegessen: Hähnchenbrust paniert mit süß- saurer Sauce und Bratnudeln sowie als Dessert die Gebratene Banane mit Honig. Nun zu dem Fakt der Negativbewertungen die ich bei dieser Gaststätte absolut nicht nachvollziehen kann... Eventuell Neid der Mitbewerber !? Das Essen war jedenfalls oberlecker und auch immer noch heiß als wir zu Hause ankamen.

Well meant, very poorly done! We ate there on a Wednesday evening while on vacation, the huge place was empty, so we should have known the buffet was bad. Some dishes are cold, others are almost inedible, and probably not fresh either. Lots of small flies above the salad buffet, meat and sushi have probably been on the buffet since 5 p.m. We paid 70 euros for the meal with drinks. A terrible experience, even if the service was really friendly. If you want to eat well, you should go to another restaurant. We strongly recommend this!

Very large restaurant, there was very little going on for a Saturday evening. We were not received/welcomed. The service was very bad (staff unkempt and unfriendly), but the robot was very friendly 😂 The buffet was partly quite empty, the food, as already mentioned in other reviews, was not seasoned at all, everything was very tasteless. The prices have been increased so that the prices on the homepage are no longer correct. There is room for improvement as it is actually a nice location.

It used to be okay. Unfortunately they didn't take care of their "Mitropa charm". The quality has declined significantly, the prices are constantly rising and the staff is far from friendly. Buffet during the week: 5 adults, 1 child, 5 non-alcoholic drinks = €167 plus tip - it's better to go to a real restaurant. 😉

Since Happy Wok has had a new owner, the food has unfortunately become a bit worse, the sauces are very bland and the meat no longer has anything to do with quality. In addition, the prices have risen for "poorer quality" - you can definitely tell the new owner wants to save money on every corner. We really enjoyed eating at Happy Wok back then, but that probably won't happen anymore. That's really a pity.....

I really like the Happy wok. The food tastes delicious, there is something for everyone and the highlight is definitely the chocolate fountain and the robo cat. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

So we were extremely disappointed. A year ago everything was very nice. But today, no go. The staff was very unfriendly and seemed totally stressed. Then it was suggested that you should fill up less and that you could only go to the buffet twice at most. Then a lady there said that she had to charge 5 euros for every plate with leftovers on it because of waste fees. For us it was the last time there. If the children can't eat, I can't change that. And let's be honest, it doesn't taste good cold. The food itself was ok, but unfortunately that too has deteriorated.

Considering that around 7:30 p.m. the food that was available was only lukewarm and some dishes, such as duck or vegetable rice, were only refilled hesitantly, the food was definitely not worth the money. Essen ist lecker und Auswahl ist mega aber beim Service und Ambiente muss man Abstriche machen, da es hier immer ziemlich voll ist und es meist um Buffetessen geht.

Wir haben ein Firmenausflug gemacht das Essen war sehr lecker man hatte eine tolle große Auswahl von Fleisch Salat und Beilagen man konnte sich auch was aussuchen was frisch zubereitet wurde mit dem Preis pro Person ist es auch ok denn am Wochenende ist es teurer aber 22.50€ pro Person für dieses Angebot ist es top ich fahre auf jedenfall wieder hin danke für diese tolle Erfahrung
