Tonight's evening was very good, which can't be said for the food. Some of it was still raw and gristly and just plain bad. Everything else was very tasty and well-received.

We're not sure if it was good or bad. The dinner was simply cold, much too cold! Ice-cold breaded prawns (torpedoes). Both beef dishes, the beef was dry and cold. The curry was simply bad, rather lukewarm. The duck was good, but rather too cold. Crispy chicken was super tasty, but too cold. We ate everything, 4 out of 5 in terms of taste, but everything was much too cold. 5:30 p.m. and the rice was completely gone? Were they leftovers from lunch? The karate chicken was soggy, coated... from lunch? Why is the ice cream so soft? Not cold enough? The chicken was breaded in strips, rock-hard at the edges, cold? Also from lunch? 5-star service, fast, friendly, and not intrusive. 4-star ambiance because it's Asian, not overly lavish, but some of the chair covers were really soaked and the tubes on the lamps were completely dirty? A slightly neglected shop, but understandable given the current prices. €64 for 2 people, 3 drinks (drinks not diluted, ice cold, no ice cubes, very good! If I want unflavored ice cream, I'll stay home.) It's a shame that the buffet dishes, all the breaded dishes, looked like they were from lunch. Perhaps the pan dishes, since they were completely cooked (dry), had been reheated? That's the impression we got. Perhaps they're working on making the dishes significantly warmer and fresher. We won't be coming back; we weren't impressed.

We went there for the buffet and really enjoyed it. We were a larger group, and everything went smoothly; drinks were constantly refilled. Parking is available right in front of the building. Everything is on the ground floor, including the restrooms. Excellent value for money.

The Sunday buffet is very expensive for the taste you get, which is a shame, but otherwise everything is great.

All-you-can-eat buffet or à la carte. Exotic and regular food. There's something for everyone. The little robot is cute.

More of a mass-processing experience. A wide selection of food, but rather mediocre quality, and drinks and buffet prices are too expensive. You can only eat in. More suited to big eaters. The robot brings the food, which was cool. And since we were dining with family, it was still very nice. Unfortunately, our request for a booth table wasn't granted, even though they weren't occupied. It would have been better for me as a hearing-impaired person. The volume control in this large restaurant was very high. The entertainment was poor.

My wife and I wanted to eat sushi at Tokyo Sushi near Kaufland, we came and saw that they had raised the prices, but at the same time the choice of dishes in the "all inclusive" table had decreased. We decided to come here and did not regret it. The choice of dishes is huge, everything is very tasty! It turned out cheaper and drinks are also included in the price. I definitely recommend it!

The food was really great except the price was way too expensive for our 5 year old twins at 31 euros. With your hand full of fries and a scoop of ice cream what the little ones managed was too expensive.

Reservation clearly failed. A huge crowd of people in the entrance area and no reception staff at the door. It was pure chaos. Eating out comfortably is something different.

It is very expensive and I definitely do not recommend it, and there was hair left in the food.

Three weeks ago we reserved a table for 15 people, when we got there we were fed with a small table, had to take 2 tables, couldn't even sit together, the other people gave the big table, they will never see us there again , food was cold, you just had to wait in line everywhere, you were shouted at, the grilled meat was swimming in blood, you don't have to worry about it

Obwohl es erst 19 Uhr war, war das Buffet teilweise leer. Kein bzw. fast kein Sushi mehr. Die Peking-Suppe war alle, wie auch der Gemüsereis. Andere Speisen waren kalt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr laut und ungemütlich. Und das für über 30 Euro pro Person.

We reserved places for 6 people a week in advance because I wanted to eat there in the evening on my birthday. Despite reservations, there was no space available anywhere and we were supposed to sit at different tables with 6 people.

Restaurant overcrowded, employee shouted at the guests that there were no more seats available and they had to wait for some to leave, even though they had also made reservations. The restaurant was very busy and the staff was overwhelmed. Nevertheless the staff was very friendly. We ordered ala card, where we were told it could take a while, buffet would probably be better. We still ordered from the menu. Despite remembering that I don't like crabs, my meal was with crabs. The food was plentiful. But we were happy to be out again because there were just too many people around.

Don't have a buffet on weekends. Service is ok so far Unfortunately it is very loud and watch out for children running in front of their feet, which is great fun with a full plate

Far too expensive for children, there is no accommodation there. Unfortunately, like in a large canteen, very loud. Where things are sometimes quieter in a canteen. Liver and duck are in short supply. Noodles are lukewarm spaghetti and not fried noodles. The fried potatoes are totally light. Large selection of meat. There's nothing to complain about when it comes to the sauces either. Vegetable selection is sufficient. There is always enough sushi available. Ice cream and chocolate fountains are a nice thing, especially the children love the chocolate fountain. Great location without children. Too expensive with children. Update: November 23, 2024 Went there again because my daughter invited us to the dinner buffet. I regretted that we went to the Happy House. Duck not crispy and there was only an empty container for the second course. Hard beef and lots of onions. There was nothing fishy except fried squid rings. Fresh food tasted very bad. Squid was raw and tasted pitiful and the frog legs were ruined by the sweet and sour sauce that I couldn't taste. The ice tongs were broken, so I had to take the ice cream out of the containers with my spoon. My family and I will no longer come to this location.

We ate from the buffet and it was good and extensive, great! Everything looks very well maintained, most of the employees seem friendly, although some unfortunately seem a bit lacking in motivation. BUT: Please be sure to work on the fresh air supply! There are hinged windows at the top of the large windows. The air was really unbearable, so I had to go out the door with my son. Addendum SECOND visit: One dish was definitely no longer fresh and smelled very strange! Something like this shouldn't happen. In addition, some of it was very salty, but unfortunately that is usually normal with these dishes.

Zero star 👇 The staff was very unfriendly and disrespectful. The lunch buffet was cold and inedible. When I ordered green tea, the employee slammed her hand on the table as if I was stealing and demanded more money. While paying, the employee started screaming. I will not visit this restaurant again.

Die Atmosphäre war okay. Leider war es innerhalb der Gastronomie ungemütlich, da es nicht warm war. Die Gerichte waren lauwarm bis kalt, ohne Geschmack. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen auch durchaus in dieser Location werden wir definitiv nicht noch einmal wieder kommen. Die Toiletten waren unsauber.

Chinese had to be served again and we were not disappointed. All you can eat, large selection and delicious. The whole thing for a flat rate of €25 plus drinks.

The food was tasty, the selection was good, the atmosphere was pleasant... The week of sick leave due to gastrointestinal problems due to "bacterial poisoning caused by contaminated food" was practical, but painful. If you have greenish diarrhea and cramps, it is best to contact your family doctor.

So when it was still called Happy Wok the food there was excellent. Today there were two of us, large coke, large beer and 2x buffets over €60. The best part of the buffet was the canned fruit and ice cream. Yes, seriously, the food was almost cold, the sauces didn't taste like you know it, spicy had almost no taste, sweet and sour was like that... Duck has more fat than meat, you can have it, but you don't have to take it. But you can't see it from above either. Fried noodles... It's better at every train station, that was a complete disaster, I've never eaten anything like that from a Chinese, Thai or Mongolian... So I won't recommend it to anyone I know, and we won't be eating there again ourselves. It's really a shame what happened, we were so looking forward to a great evening, unfortunately it was all of 45 minutes...

Wir waren zu 6. auf der Durchreise mit den Motorrädern und sind trotz der schlechten Bewertungen zum Essen hier her gekommen und haben es nicht bereut. Typisches Asia-All-You-Can-Eat Restaurant, sehr gutes Buffett sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, haben gut gegessen und hatten mit der Servierkatze sehr viel Spaß. We weren't impressed with the food. The sauces and soups were very poorly seasoned. The sushi was very manageable and not tasty. The dessert, pineapple in the batter smelled of fish, dried sesame balls. Price / performance is not right (25€ / person) We won't eat there again.

Typical Asian buffet. Not a highlight, a lot of it comes from a can, but you can do it to fill yourself up.

So from the unfriendly staff to the very poor lunch buffet, some of the food was cold and inedible, what I didn't like I left on the plate when the staff came and saw this, I was told next time I should please fill up less. When paying by card I was asked if I didn't have any cash with me, all in all a terrible stay and paying for all of this hurt my soul.

We were at Happy Wok on Sunday. And ate buffet. This costs €30 per person. There is plenty of choice. There were three of us and one child, which was to be paid in full. The bill was simply charged for an adult. This was only changed when we were informed and we were no longer spoken to. There was hardly any food added. Meat, fried noodles, rice were all cold. The baked fruit was cold and over-fried. The duck was baked too dry. The fresh meat and fish selection is good. Sushi is just plain untasty... Drinks are included and if you don't drink, you'll be charged €5. Staff totally unfriendly except the operating robot was very nice. 😅

One of the best Asian restaurants in West Mecklenburg. The buffet is a dream. So many different foods. And there is also enough choice for non-Asian lovers. Always worth a visit.

The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. The food was much better. Hard noodles, cold, dry meat. Really inadequate for the price.

Lunch buffet 2 adults, 1 child €15.50 with self-service cheap drinks from the vending machine for children up to 10 years is completely overpriced.👎 Even for adults without drinks €15.50 is not exactly cheap. In spring 13.50€ and now 15.50€. Ongoing price increases, but no better quality or quantity.

We had free seats around 8:00 p.m. on Friday and decided on the buffet. The offering was good, all bowls were well filled and regularly replenished. The staff was very friendly and quick. Empty plates were cleared away immediately. We had a lovely evening, we can recommend this restaurant. Full marks from us, Heike and Rolf

We actually liked coming to eat, but I think €25.50 per person for lukewarm, sometimes sticky food from the buffet is really too greasy... and a KiBa for €5.50 is really underground. I think that was our last visit...

The food from the warm buffet section was cool to cold except for the soup.

Unfortunately, the food didn't taste good at all, but it was better. The last time we were there was two years ago and the food was much better.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The food was of poor quality and overloaded with glutamate, which made the taste very unpleasant. The drinks were only served after a 30 minute wait, which is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the food was only lukewarm when it finally arrived. The hygienic conditions also left a lot to be desired and made the entire stay unappetizing. Overall, this was an extremely negative experience that I cannot recommend to anyone.

We were there especially for dinner ala buffet, drinks like Cola, Fanta etc. over €4 and self-service €25.50 per person, children under 12 pay less. The electronic operation for additional roasting is a highlight, and not just for children. Oh, by the way, if you don't eat everything on your plate, there's a surcharge of 5 euros...per person 🙄. For those who put too much on their plate, it's okay for spendthrifts... When paying, it's better to go to the checkout, otherwise you'll just wait and wait. If there are a lot of people there, the whole thing becomes as loud as a train station hall... unfortunately nothing has changed, but you can also go outside when the weather is nice. But compared to last time, things have improved a bit...

Very bad. We ordered a drinks buffet and were charged for the drinks. We still had some food on our plates and we were charged an extra €5 per person because we had taken too much with us.
