One of the best Asian restaurants in West Mecklenburg. The buffet is a dream. So many different foods. And there is also enough choice for non-Asian lovers. Always worth a visit.

The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. The food was much better. Hard noodles, cold, dry meat. Really inadequate for the price.

Lunch buffet 2 adults, 1 child €15.50 with self-service cheap drinks from the vending machine for children up to 10 years is completely overpriced.👎 Even for adults without drinks €15.50 is not exactly cheap. In spring 13.50€ and now 15.50€. Ongoing price increases, but no better quality or quantity.

We had free seats around 8:00 p.m. on Friday and decided on the buffet. The offering was good, all bowls were well filled and regularly replenished. The staff was very friendly and quick. We actually liked coming to eat, but I think €25.50 per person for lukewarm, sometimes sticky food from the buffet is really too greasy... and a KiBa for €5.50 is really underground. I think that was our last visit...

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The food was of poor quality and overloaded with glutamate, which made the taste very unpleasant. The drinks were only served after a 30 minute wait, which is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the food was only lukewarm when it finally arrived. The hygienic conditions also left a lot to be desired and made the entire stay unappetizing. Overall, this was an extremely negative experience that I cannot recommend to anyone.

There wasn't much sushi 🍣 and it wasn't refilled as long as we were there, ginger as a side dish was unfortunately no longer there either... We were there especially for dinner ala buffet, drinks like Cola, Fanta etc. over €4 and self-service €25.50 per person, children under 12 pay less. The electronic operation for additional roasting is a highlight, and not just for children. Oh, by the way, if you don't eat everything on your plate, there's a surcharge of 5 euros...per person 🙄. For those who put too much on their plate, it's okay for spendthrifts... When paying, it's better to go to the checkout, otherwise you'll just wait and wait. If there are a lot of people there, the whole thing becomes as loud as a train station hall... unfortunately nothing has changed, but you can also go outside when the weather is nice. But compared to last time, things have improved a bit...

Very bad. We ordered a drinks buffet and were charged for the drinks. We still had some food on our plates and we were charged an extra €5 per person because we had taken too much with us.

We used to like to get takeaway lunches here. The portions became smaller and smaller, so we don't do that anymore. Today we went there again for the evening buffet and were disappointed. The food was not of good quality, the sauces and dishes all tasted pretty much the same and the majority of the dishes were only lukewarm at 7 p.m. The employees are not very friendly. The prices have continued to increase, so that the price/performance ratio is no longer right. Apparently it has a new operator or has been renamed. Happy Wok became Happy House. We won't be coming back for the time being.

Ich habe selten eine solche Unverschämtheit erlebt! Nachdem wir unseren Einkauf bezahlt hatten, kam plötzlich eine Frau und beschuldigte uns vor allen anderen Kunden, nicht gezahlt zu haben. Sie stellte uns bloß und behandelte uns wie Betrüger. Dann ging sie zu ihrem Kollegen und plötzlich war alles in Ordnung. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung! Eine unfassbare Frechheit und ein peinlicher Umgang mit Kunden.

Buffet...lukewarm dishes...rice overcooked...sauce, soup hardly any taste. Were there around 2 p.m. Baked fruits etc. were dry. Fruit flies over the compote. Plus point...the service was very nice 2 times buffet + two drinks = €38 wasn't worth it.

Erst einmal ein Lob für sehr gutes Essen zum mitnehmen!!! Die Bedienung war ebenfalls super nett. Was haben wir gegessen: Hähnchenbrust paniert mit süß- saurer Sauce und Bratnudeln sowie als Dessert die Gebratene Banane mit Honig. Nun zu dem Fakt der Negativbewertungen die ich bei dieser Gaststätte absolut nicht nachvollziehen kann... Eventuell Neid der Mitbewerber !? Das Essen war jedenfalls oberlecker und auch immer noch heiß als wir zu Hause ankamen.

Well meant, very poorly done! We ate there on a Wednesday evening while on vacation, the huge place was empty, so we should have known the buffet was bad. Some dishes are cold, others are almost inedible, and probably not fresh either. Lots of small flies above the salad buffet, meat and sushi have probably been on the buffet since 5 p.m. We paid 70 euros for the meal with drinks. A terrible experience, even if the service was really friendly. If you want to eat well, you should go to another restaurant. We strongly recommend this!

Bitte nicht hingehen! Teuer, ungenießbar! Eine richtig schlimme Erfahrung! Die Speisen sind kalt, ohne Geschmack und nicht frisch. Über dem Salatbuffet zahlreiche Fliegen, fast eklig. Sucht euch wirklich eine Alternative! Wir sind nicht die typischen Meckerer, aber hiervor muss man warnen!

Very large restaurant, there was very little going on for a Saturday evening. We were not received/welcomed. The service was very bad (staff unkempt and unfriendly), but the robot was very friendly 😂 The buffet was partly quite empty, the food, as already mentioned in other reviews, was not seasoned at all, everything was very tasteless. The prices have been increased so that the prices on the homepage are no longer correct. There is room for improvement as it is actually a nice location.

Since Happy Wok has had a new owner, the food has unfortunately become a bit worse, the sauces are very bland and the meat no longer has anything to do with quality. In addition, the prices have risen for "poorer quality" - you can definitely tell the new owner wants to save money on every corner. We really enjoyed eating at Happy Wok back then, but that probably won't happen anymore. That's really a pity.....

It used to be okay. Unfortunately they didn't take care of their "Mitropa charm". The quality has declined significantly, the prices are constantly rising and the staff is far from friendly. Buffet during the week: 5 adults, 1 child, 5 non-alcoholic drinks = €167 plus tip - it's better to go to a real restaurant. 😉

I really like the Happy wok. The food tastes delicious, there is something for everyone and the highlight is definitely the chocolate fountain and the robo cat. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

So we were extremely disappointed. A year ago everything was very nice. But today, no go. The staff was very unfriendly and seemed totally stressed. Then it was suggested that you should fill up less and that you could only go to the buffet twice at most. Then a lady there said that she had to charge 5 euros for every plate with leftovers on it because of waste fees. For us it was the last time there. If the children can't eat, I can't change that. And let's be honest, it doesn't taste good cold. The food itself was ok, but unfortunately that too has deteriorated.

'Canteen food at a great price' sums it up best. The three of us paid €80 for the evening buffet with a large drink each. Considering that around 7:30 p.m. the food that was available was only lukewarm and some dishes, such as duck or vegetable rice, were only refilled hesitantly, the food was definitely not worth the money. In terms of taste, the food was only of canteen level, the fried noodles were not fried, and there were hardly any vegetables in it. Essen ist lecker und Auswahl ist mega aber beim Service und Ambiente muss man Abstriche machen, da es hier immer ziemlich voll ist und es meist um Buffetessen geht.

Wir haben ein Firmenausflug gemacht das Essen war sehr lecker man hatte eine tolle große Auswahl von Fleisch Salat und Beilagen man konnte sich auch was aussuchen was frisch zubereitet wurde mit dem Preis pro Person ist es auch ok denn am Wochenende ist es teurer aber 22.50€ pro Person für dieses Angebot ist es top ich fahre auf jedenfall wieder hin danke für diese tolle Erfahrung

Sehr reichhaltiges Buffet, große Auswahl, nette Bedienung, die schnell abräumen, hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt und der Katzenroboter hat ein Geburtstagsständchen gesungen und ein Geschenk gebracht

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe ohne Voranmeldung dort. Haben sofort einen Platz bekommen, das Essen war heiß und lecker und der Preis war in Ordnung. Der Service war sehr freundlich und flink. Die Räumlichkeiten waren ein wenig kühl, aber es ging trotzdem. Gerne wieder.

Früher 5 Sterne jetzt nur 2 !! Seit dem Eigentümer Wechsel geht es Bergab!! Buffet wird nicht Aufgefüllt, Essen teilweise Kalt, Bedienung reagiert auf Nachfragen genervt oder ignoriert ein!! Es war mal so toll dort, jetzt nicht mehr, lieber zum anderen China Buffet Essen gehen.

War schon öfter dort ,Essen Auswahl sehr groß ,aber alles war diesmal kalt und die Lautstärke,da sehr viele Gäste da waren ,wurde irgendwann unerträglich

Ich finde es sehr hochpreisig , leider kamen wir an wurden nicht angenommen,als wir nach 10 Minuten am Tisch noch nicht bedient wurden sind wir einfach allein ans Buffet und das war teils leer zu einer Zeit wo man fürs volle Geld auch volles Angebot erwartet . Dann bei der Kartenzahlung wurde uns erklärt das Bargeld besser ist. Damals fand ich es dort sehr schön nur diesmal war es nur essen aber kein schönes Erlebnis

Öffnung um 11.00, wir sind 12.30 vor Ort gewesen. Das Essen war kalt und ungenießbar. Es wurde nicht dauerhaft aufgefüllt. Mittlerweile sehr unfreundlich. Damals war es anders, bevor der Besitzer gewechselt hat

Unfreundliche,respektlose Mitarbeiter. Die haben unsere Geburtstagfeier kaputt gemacht, uns traurig gemacht, obwohl wir Stammgäste sind und fast jeder Woche da waren. Ich werde nie dahin fahren und auch nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren am ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag dort. Bedienung war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (wir kamen mit gr. Kinderwagen). Essensauswahl war reichlich, auch immer vorhanden. Nichtalkoholische Getränke waren im Bufettpreis inbegriffen. Geschmeckt hat es uns (6 Personen) auch gut. Toiletten (Aushängeschild eines jeden Restaurants) waren großzügig und sauber. Wickeltisch war au.ch vorhanden. Gerne wieder

Spontan mal reingeschaut und enttäuscht. Parkplatz voll = gutes Zeichen ... von wegen. Mitropa Ambiente inklusive Lautstärke und Bahnhofsromantik. Peking Suppe bestellt und promt geliefert - allerdings lauwarm und ohne Gewürze. Meine Ente kross gebraten war noch im Rahmen. Das Hühnchen mit chinesischen Dosenpilzen der übelsten Art hat nicht überzeugt. FAZIT : Restaurant für wenig bis gar keinen Geschmacksanspruch ! Der Hunger treibt es rein und der Boonekamp zu Hause muss es richten. Hier Essen zu gehen, ist eher ein Notfallplan !!! Ich muss es nicht nochmal haben ...

Kalte bis lauwarme Speisen. An Gewürzen wurde gespart Hier zählt Masse statt Klasse. Preise sind sehr hoch für das Angebot. Man kann im nahegelegenen Shopping Center besser essen.

Am Silvesterabend wurde ein ausgezeichnetes sehr umfangreiches Buffet angeboten. Es wurde immer darauf geachtet das alle Speisen stets frisch und in ausreichendem Umfang angeboten wurden. Das sehr große Restaurant war fast bis zum letzten Platz besetzt, trotzdem kamen sie gut und zügig mit den Getränkebestellungen nach. Wirklich empfehlenswertes Essen, großer Gastraum mit ca. 300 Plätzen, daher ein wenig nicht störendes Kantinenflair.
