I recently ordered "Happy Pizza" from the pizzeria and was very satisfied! Ordering online was easy and user friendly. I was able to choose from a large selection of pizzas and side dishes. My order arrived quickly and the pizza was still hot and fresh. The taste was fantastic - the dough was perfectly crispy and the ingredients were high quality. The delivery was also friendly and punctual. Overall it was a great experience, and I will definitely order from there again!

We had a house party yesterday and a friend recommended Happy Pizza to me. Incredibly cheap. Delivery service was quicker than expected. Food quality was top and very delicious🤤. The staff are very friendly so I can only recommend them.

I ordered pasta dishes for the third time today and am thrilled for the third time. It has always tasted absolutely great. I don't feel like I'm ordering from a run-of-the-mill pizzeria. Here you'll get a delicious meal instead of rotten mass. Top!

We've been ordering for a year and at the beginning everything was ok, pizza was completely normal, etc. but for a few months now the pizza has been with little toppings and nothing on the edges, just the bare, unlined dough. We never complained or called when it happened, it just didn't get any better and we just said when we ordered that they should please add more toppings to the pizza, after all, you pay money for it, and we did it to some extent. The last order we had days ago was also your last at Happy Pizza, the pizza was 60% full, the rest was a bare pizza base and as always they were stingy with the beige pizza so that even the pizza base with some fillings was totally poor , the pasta with Asian style curry was just cheap, little pasta, few ingredients and the curry was just a lot of oil with curry powder, a total impudence, outrageous. I had diarrhea for two days afterwards, something like that doesn't work at all, you just get upset about being ripped off by such cheapskates and after this order, that was it, never again. It's a shame they made normal pizza at the beginning. They don't last long when they start to notice that the customers are no good with their food. It's too bad for the money you spend here and the tip, so it's better to order somewhere else.

So today I'm absolutely disappointed, it's my birthday and I'm waiting with several adults and children for 4 sheets of pizza that were ordered the day before for 6:30 p.m. And at 6:50 p.m. I asked nicely when the pizza would be there because we had agreed on 6:30 p.m. The food arrived very late. Well, but also pretty disappointed. I was a regular customer! Thank you, there wasn't even a decision or an accommodation!!!! Something has been forgotten or incorrectly filled several times and I have turned a blind eye to it, but I no longer turn a blind eye to it when ordering for celebrations!

Never ordered from this shop. I ordered a family pizza at 5:30 p.m. for 7:30 p.m. it didn't arrive. Then I called and they said we hadn't received an order. The money had already been transferred 14 euros and they didn't deliver the pizza. I even told them If you bring the pizza now, which you have to, I'll show you the receipt and he'll just hang up

I am extremely disappointed with this pizza shop. My experience was unacceptable and disrespectful. I placed an order via Lieferando and reached the minimum order amount of 18 euros. After half an hour I got a call from the store that my order was not being processed because the minimum order value was supposedly 25 euros. This information was not visible on the website or on Lieferando. The behavior of the staff on the phone was rude and not very customer friendly. Instead of offering a solution, I was simply rejected. I have never experienced anything like this and will definitely not order from this store again. Absolutely not recommended. 0 stars 0 stars

Even one star is too many. Food arrived cold and incomplete. Communication with service was poor. People hardly understood the person at all and they probably didn't understand you either. You soon wait 2 hours for your food and then half of it is missing. The journey distance is usually 5 minutes, but the driver just made it 20 minutes. As a delivery service, you should also make sure that doors do not necessarily have to be slammed after midnight.

Actually the pizzeria with five stars for me. The pizza is great and so are the pasta dishes. Unfortunately, the shop has been closed for over two months now due to supposed renovations, and the pizza we prepare across the street in the Caldo Pizzeria is nowhere near as good.

I ordered pizza earlier and the time given was 1 hour, it arrived after 40 minutes. Pizza is hot and delicious, the herb cream is simply amazing. Since I'm pregnant, I called to ask whether eggs were used in the herbal cream. The man on the phone was super friendly. It's really a disgrace that 5 people give a bad rating for the same order.

The food arrived at Speedo Rapido, the bommes were delicious and seasoned and not disgusting and limp in McDonald's mode. the burger was fat and juicy, simply tasty. the drink was even chilled. The delivery guy immediately got very defensive when I told him at the door that he had the wrong drink, which I didn't like, but it's okay. I tore the burger away.

We have ordered there several times and are always very satisfied. Once the wrong order came, which can happen, but it was delivered straight away and we were allowed to keep the wrong order. The staff is always friendly, the delivery is quick. The food is always Very tasty and fresh. Yesterday my daughter ordered food for us there and we were very satisfied again. We can only recommend it.

I sometimes visit Gelsenkirchen and then we regularly order from Be Happy. Food is delivered within a short time. Staff very friendly, quality, taste and price are great.

Double cheeseburgers are the best

I don't know what has happened at Happy Pizza since ~2021 (change of ownership? again..?) but the quality is bottom drawer. Instead of selling rubbish, you should raise the prices and maybe pay your employees enough so that they don't just put the pizza in the oven for 2 minutes and throw it in the box completely wobbly in 2L of oil and fat like soggy bread (uncut). Comments and/or delivery instructions provided to Lieferando are generally ignored. In the last 4 orders I stated PLEASE to cut the pizza. But apparently it's too much to ask to read the delivery instructions. At least today I didn't have to be annoyed because I left out the request to cut the pizza (so at least I did everything right this time lmao)... By the way, in the photos I cut the pizza myself since this restaurant doesn't seem to have the ability to read, still has a pizza cutter. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants a totally soggy and wobbly pizza that has fat floating around it and has never had a comment/request like the one about cutting the pizza... So it's better to buy a frozen pizza, you'll get more out of it.

Ich habe mir eine Lasagne bestellt, es war lecker aber für klein Portion und viel Fett 7,50€ finde ich zu teuer. Die Pizzabrötchen sind aber so lecker und die werde ich wieder bestellelen :) Lieferung war pünktlich gewesen und der Fahrer ist sehr nett.

Ausgezeichnet🎖Habe Online etwas bestellt. Wurde sehr schnell geliefert und war sehr lecker. (Bei der Bestellung habe ich als Lkw-Fahrer den Standort des Fahrzeugs angegeben. Der Lieferant hat prompt sehrgut geschaltet und von sich aus Besteck und einen Trinkbecher mitgebracht) Wirklich sehr lobenswert. Gerne und bestimmt sehr bald wieder 😊
