Happy Pizza Einzelunternehmen in Bochum

I ordered from there for the first time today. Never again. The pizza was completely soft, not crispy anywhere, just a single lump of dough. The burger was overcooked. The bun was toasted dry and crumbly. It simply fell apart like a biscuit. The sauce was the best part. In conclusion, it simply didn't taste good, and 20 euros for two inedible pieces was too expensive. I wouldn't recommend this place.

A real disaster! We ordered a potato casserole – but what was delivered was a pasta casserole. Lieferando clearly states "potato casserole" and not a single mention of pasta. Then, on the phone, the impudence of the highest order: "It's a pasta casserole, everyone knows that." – No, not everyone knows that, and above all, it's not written anywhere. This is simply customer scam. When we complained, all we got was a laconic "Sorry." – and that was it. No solution, no replacement. Only when I insisted on getting the correct casserole delivered did the next outrageous response come: "No, you have to pick it up yourself. We don't deliver. We have other orders." This kind of audacity is hard to beat. Delivering the wrong item and then making the customer feel like they're the problem – an absolute disaster. We've been regular customers for over four years and ordered regularly. But that's not how you treat customers. Mistakes can happen, yes – but anyone who refuses to correct them shows that customer satisfaction is worthless here. Bottom line: zero service, just excuses, arrogance, and disrespect. This was our last order. A real disaster. PS: The delivery guys are great – friendly, reliable, and absolutely not their fault. The problem lies at the top: with the manager, who is ruining the entire store with her attitude.

For 3 hours!!! Let's wait for the food, we called 4 times, now no one answers the phone, after each time we are told a lie, the driver is on the way, the driver had an accident, we get the food ready again. Real juice shop!! It's best to order somewhere else if you want to get something to eat!!!

Order placed: 8:45 p.m. Delivery: 10:05 p.m. Driver nice. Carried food up and was helpful. Portions quite large and extra bread included. Tasty potato casserole with lots of cheese. My special request for a Cola-Zero 1L was accepted. Overall good value for money. Delivery time today (during the week) a bit long but reasonable.

The store doesn't really look like anything special. Very simply set up but don't let that fool you. I swear to you...... THE FOOD TASTES LIKE MAMA'S ❤ Prices are cheap and portions are big enough for every man. It is very clean, the food is simply perfect and the selection of drinks is larger than in many kiosks. The people there are very friendly and sincere. I recommend everyone to try it there. P.S. Aside from pasta and pizza that just tastes like mom's, they also have the best pizza rolls I've ever eaten.

Also ich muss hier auch mal was sagen. Der Laden ist sehr cool und im Grunde einer der beste Restaurants/Lieferservice in Bochum und Umgebung. Und ich meine wirklich einer der Besten, wenn man die Qualität, die Mengen und den Preis mit einbezieht vielleicht sogar Preis-Leistungs-Sieger in ganz NRW. Die Schnitzel sind unfassbar für den Preis und zu jedem vollwertigen Gericht, gibt es meistens noch Pizzabrötchen und Salat dazu und im Restaurant und geliefert gibt es noch günstige Getränke, wobei man auch ne große Auswahl hat. Schnelle Lieferung, günstige Getränke, leckeres Essen in unterschiedlichsten Kombinationen, vollwertiges Essen, was man auch nach dem Fitness oder Sport gut essen kann und nette Leute. Liebe diesen Laden!!!

Einfach nur gut... Kurzer telefonischer Kontakt direkt nach meiner Bestellung, bei den bestellten Getränken gab es einen Engpass, wurde sofort gelöst 👍🏻 Innerhalb der angegebenen Zeit wurde die Bestellung geliefert, der Lieferant war der freundlich. On Top gab es Pizza Brötchen mit einer Aioli Creme, macht auch nicht mehr jeder und das Essen war richtig lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert, weiter so 👍🏻 So macht es Spaß

Einfach schlecht, ich hab über Lieferando bei Happy Pizza bestellt, das Essen sollte laut SMS sowie App in 40 Minuten ankommen aber ich musste 2 Stunden und 42 Minuten warten. Ich habe dort mehrmals angerufen 3x es wurde mir immer gesagt dass das Essen schon unterwegs sei. Unverschämt, der Lieferant hat sich nicht entschuldigt und das Essen ist Kalt angekommen. NIE WIEDER! Kann ich nicht weiter Empfehlen!

Wir haben jetzt zweimal dort bestellt und sind jeweils sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Lieferung erfolgte in der Regel schneller als angegeben und die Pizzen 🍕 kamen heiß, knusprig, gut belegt und sehr lecker an. Gerne wieder & weiter so!

Lange Kunde gewesen, Essen war immer lecker. Zuletzt sehr geärgert, weil eine Bestellung nicht geliefert wurde. Geld ist weg, der Inhaber stimmt einer Rückbuchung durch Lieferando nicht zu, er behauptet einfach das Gegenteil. Das war unsere letzte Bestellung dort.

Verlogen bis zum geht nicht mehr. Bestellung sollte innerhalb 60 Minuten geliefert werden,nix passiert. Nach 90 Minuten! Sagt man uns der Fahrer ist unterwegs. Für eine Strecke von Maximal 10 Minuten,sagt man uns beim dritten Anruf: ich ruf mal an und frag wo er bleibt nach 20 Minuten! Also sorry so funktioniert das nicht, nach 2 Stunden hätte man schon von wem anders 3 mal beliefert werden können!

Pizza war gut, der Salat mittelmäßig. Aber bei 2,5h Lieferzeit war es die letzte Bestellung. Als Entschuldigung drei Flaschen Maibock bekommen... Unsere hungrigen und müden Kinder waren überglücklich!
