Very tasty burgers, buns out of space ♡

Never eaten anything so disgusting. The fries were soft and cold, the falafel burger tasted raw and had no sauce. The hygiene was unimaginably bad... never again. Make up your own mind! Oh yeah, there probably weren't any napkins that day either. 😂 I'm out of words. (Cleanliness is so important when it comes to food!!!)

Very tasty food, nice atmosphere, nice service, very large portions, I simply highly recommend it, for €15, for me, as a big guy, the portion was too much to eat.

What the F*** is KFC. This is awesome here. Simply delicious and a great portion. You could see that everything was fresh. Four of us had the Family Bucket and Double Cheeseburger menu and couldn't finish it. The service was very friendly and open-minded. A clear recommendation!!!!

The food is always excellent, but this is the second time I've pulled a long hair out of the food..

I ate there yesterday, the service at the counter and employees were correct. The food itself was mediocre, the burgers were super dry and everything was generally overpriced, for what you ask yourself. The conclusion was the dirty and smelly toilet. For 2 people almost 50€ (a bucket + burger) and then such a disgusting toilet is a disgrace, I'll never come back.

I was there today after almost 1 1/2 years and saw that this mix bucket now costs €26.5, so everything has become extremely expensive... a shame After a night of sleep, you woke up straight away because you felt sick and unfortunately threw up everything. I think the meat was bad!! I have no idea what they put in there but the quality is no longer the same as it was back then. That was the last time I ate there!

I have mentioned it many times, each time again disappointed cold burgers where the buns fall off. And why is this only the case with chicken burgers? Completely dry and cold. The last time I ate at your place it was clear that at some point you would no longer be able to maintain this quality, you no longer make any effort

Ordering doesn't work at all... Ordered at 8:15 p.m., food not yet there at 9:15 p.m. After I called, the gentleman on the phone was very nice and apologized that it was lost, the food would be there in about 20 minutes, 9:45 p.m. again I called, I'm sorry, it's there immediately, about 15 - 20 minutes 10:10 p.m. It's not there yet! The food arrived at 10:25 p.m. So we won't be ordering anymore, despite the fact that we were always satisfied in the store. The driver apologized several times (of course not his fault) But almost 2 1/2 hours late I'm speechless...

Food was cold, the delivery only came after >1.5 hours, so 35 minutes late, the box with the chicken inside was dented, the coleslaw was warm from the box. According to Lieferando reviews, this has always been the case.

After waiting 3 hours for my delivery and being held up twice on the phone, my food arrived at home cold. A portion of fries was also missing. The fries that were delivered were soggy. The chicken was ok. The coleslaw was warm. Based on the reviews on Lieferando, there seems to be a big problem with maintaining delivery times. The quality of the food also suffers as a result. In the meantime I had almost given up hope that my food would still arrive. Personally, I will never order here again.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations! The food was deliciously prepared and of excellent quality. The tender and juicy chicken was a real treat for the taste buds. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning soon!

Today I got some food to take away, a Team Mix Bucket, and when I got home there wasn't the side dish I wanted and there were completely different sauces even though they were right on the receipt like I said. Otherwise everything was delicious.

I have to edit my review. Clearly stars have to be deducted now! Quality decreases. Eat cold or warmed up, dry. At first I thought it was an isolated case, but other people I know have had the same experience. Things haven't been the same since the beginning of the year! And another big MINUS for that because they only offer cola products as a drink and that as a halal restaurant. It's unbelievable that there are so many alternatives that are better. It's a shame... I always enjoyed going there and I hope things change for the better again. It's been a few weeks since I was last there, I'm going to go there again after Ramadan and have a look. Depending on the situation, I'll never go there again or I'll change the review here to a good one. Good luck Lg Feyzu

DANGER OF SALMONELLA! My brother's pregnant wife ate there on March 2nd, 2024 and vomited several times tonight. Diagnosis: Salmonella! Never been in such an unhygienic store. Tables are not cleaned properly, even when asked, only half cleaned. Food is inedible. The food tray already looks catastrophic, so it's not just a matter of replacing the paper. Washing your hands is also not an option unless you want to cuddle with the person next to you who is peeing.

We had happy fingers :) Their chicken is very tasty. The ventilation could be improved a bit. If you eat indoors, you may smell a bit greasy.

Genuinely one of my favorite fried chicken restaurants in Germany. Chicken was crispy on the outside and over all just a great meal.

I ordered chicken pieces and they were really good, I must say. The equivalent of KFC, but Halal and better! The food was prepared quickly and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Some orders were prepared incorrectly as stated and I personally find the prices a bit high, but overall it was nice. It was worth it from Oldenburg!

It's all very tasty and good, but bruhhh what are the prices please? Even if inflation pops, it's still FAST FOOD and not a restaurant or cafe! For a fast food burger menu 15-17€ is a lot. For 4 fillet strips €10.99 even if the menu is too blatant.

I went to Happy Finger Fried Chicken for the first time today. My first impression was very positive, the employees were very friendly and accommodating. The food was warm and tasty, and there was a large selection of sauces. I think the price/performance ratio is very fair compared to other providers.

It tasted good, but the price/performance just wasn't right. I wasn't full.

We personally didn't like eating out. The staff seemed annoyed and didn't want to work at all. I can understand it, but please look for something else. Been there once and we won't come again.

Price/performance no longer fits. Huge price increase. Food is quite good. Unfortunately it was the last time I was with you 😞

Haram to give a cent how can you sell something like that for food and I don't understand why people never eat there again

Unfortunately, the prices have risen far too sharply. I always enjoyed eating there, but unfortunately not anymore. This will definitely cause many customers to run away from you.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Aber der rabiate Preisanstieg von 6,50€ aufn Team Mix Bucket ist einfach absolut unverhältnismäßig. Das kann man sich als Nornalsterblicher dann zukünftig eher nicht mehr erlauben. Schade! 2/3€ hätte ich vielleicht noch verstanden aber nicht einen prozentualen Anstieg von über 32%. Wenn man eine kleine Familie hat ist das Essen einfach viel zu teuer jetzt. Wie wäre es wenigstens mit 15% Selbstabholerrabbat?

Ich kann ja verstehen das zur Zeit überall die Preise steigen, aber eure Preise sprengen echt den Rahmen für frittiertes Hähnchen und Burger. 17€ für n Double chicken cheese Burger und 31,50€ für 30 Wings? Echt jetzt? Da ist ja kfc noch um Ecken günstiger. Für das Geld kann ich im Restaurant essen gehen. Mich habt ihr aufjedenfall als Kunde. Verloren.

Wenn der Chef nicht vor Ort, dann ist der Laden nicht auf dem Level wie er sein sollte. Personal an der Kasse absolut genervt, unmotiviert, lehnt auf dem Tresen und zeigt kaum Interesse. Sonderwünsche am Burger werden nicht erfüllt mit der Begründung das man keine pepperoni auf dem Burger machen kann. Dies trifft auch auf die Lieferung zu. Bestellt niemals außer Haus wenn Chef nicht selbst liefert. Chef ist Baba und laden sich aber Personal ist wack

Essen war leider nicht richtig durch

Das Essen ist soweit gut, ähnelt aber alles (sowohl Essen wie auch Preise) sehr Kentucky ...... Das Ambiente am Neustädter Bahnhof lädt nicht wirklich zum verweilen ein. Zum einen ist es ein relativ kleiner Ess- und Wartebereich, indem sich die Warteschlange durch die Esstische schlängelt, und zum anderen wird dieser zur Rushhour, wohl mangels Personal, auch nicht saubergehalten.

Super frisches Essen, braucht sich vor dem Platzhirsch KFC auf keinen Fall verstecken. Ich persönlich habe bei KFC noch nie sooooo frische Pommes und Hähnchen bekommen. Ein paar Verbesserungen kann man dennoch noch machen.

Essen schmeckt nicht so gut wie bei KFC. Hatte ne Box mit verschiedenen Hähnchenteile bestellt und in der Box waren nur die gleichen.

Bin heute das zweite mal hier, an einem Tag, weil ich so begeistert bin werde jetzt immer her kommen sobald die Möglichkeit besteht. KFC war gestern und heute ist Happy Fingers Fried Chicken.

Man schmeckt die Qualität raus, Fleisch top, Beilagen top. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir waren heute bei Happy Fingers in unserer Mittagspause. Der Laden war leer und wir waren die einzigen die bestellt haben. Bestellt haben wir um 12:22 Uhr. Unser Essen kam leider so spät, dass wir nicht mehr vor Ort essen konnten. Wir haben über 30 Minuten auf 3 Bürger gewartet. Zum Ende hin haben wir den Kassierer gefragt, ob es immer so lange dauert. Daraufhin war seine Antwort, dass der Bürgerbrater noch nicht da war und es sehr voll sei … Naja wir haben uns gedacht so schwer wird es schon nicht sein ein Bürger Patty zu braten geschweige denn kurz Bescheid zu geben was Sache ist.. Im Großen und Ganzen leider ein Flop. Das Essen war ok und der Kassierer eher unfreundlich als verständnisvoll. Beste Grüße

Das Essen in diesem Restaurant ist wirklich köstlich, wie nie zuvor! Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich, abgesehen von einer Mitarbeiter, der heute meine Bestellung genommen hat und der sich nur gegenüber Frauen freundlich verhält und bei Männern anders wirkt.

Sehr schickes Ambiente, Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und super leckeres Essen. Es ist einfach KFC in Perfekt. Die Chickenkeulen sind auf den Punkt durch und die Panade ist super. Es gibt große Saucen auswahl die man zu den Buckets dazu bekommt. Die Pommes sind schön dünn und schmecken sogar noch kalt, wenn man die übrig lässt und später isst.

Dieses Fastfood-Restaurant ist im amerikanischen Stil eingerichtet und bietet innen 46 Sitzplätze. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auch auf der Terrasse Platz nehmen. Man wird hier nicht am Tisch bedient, sondern bestellt klassisch am Tresen und wird gerufen sobald das Essen fertig ist um es abzuholen. Die Preise wirken auf den ersten Blick etwas überteuert, aber die Burger schmecken wirklich sehr gut und sind sehr mächtig. Somit ist der Preis gerechtfertigt. Das Hähnchenfleisch war sehr zart und knusprig. Die Patties sind deutlich hochwertiger als bei McDonald's oder Burger King. Nur die Pommes hätten etwas Gewürz vertragen können. Hier werde ich gerne nochmals vorbei schauen.

Der Besuch war wirklich eine 10/10 ! Wir hatten alle einen Burger, diese waren alle sehr groß, luftiges Brot, super knuspriges Hähnchenfleisch! Vom Geschmack einfach perfekt. Pommes auch sehr groß und knusprig! Würde mir den Hot Chicken Burger aber etwas schärfer wünschen :) Tolles Restaurant, nette Mitarbeiter und essen war schnell zubereitet. Würde den Laden jedem empfehlen!

Bisher konnte ich mich wirklich nicht beschweren, heute wurde ich aber bei einer Bestellung die geliefert wurde extrem enttäuscht. Das Essen kam leider nicht vollständig und unbeschadet an, dass ganze gestaltete sich zunächst recht schwierig. Dennoch... Danke das ihr euch so schnell gemeldet habt und wir uns austauschen konnten. Freue mich auf eine nächste Bestellung in alt bekannter Qualität 👍

Das Essen ist verglichen mit anderen Chicken Häuser auf jeden Fall besser. Ambiente ist eher wie im normalen Imbiss. Ein besseres Design würde hier zu schon ganz gut passen. Viel Erfolg....

Super nettes Personal, das hier einen echten Knochenjob leistet. Die Pommes waren lecker, die Falafel leider irgendwie unlecker. Das Ambiente war laut, was mich jedoch nicht abgehalten hat, mich wohl zu fühlen. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen, danke jedoch dem meganetten Personal für die gute Beratung und die schnelle Abwicklung. Als Allergiker mit einer Abneigung gegen Konzerne (Getränke nur CC Company), war es keine intelligente Wahl. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Sehr leckere Burger dazu noch helal und ein cooles System beim bestellen!🥰 der milkshake allerdings gefiel mir leider nicht besonders, aber es ist ja auch ein Burgerladen :)

Das beste Fastfood Restaurant in dem ich je war. Besitzer ist ein absoluter Herzensmensch. Die Chicken Burger sind extrem saftig und geschmacklich sowie optisch sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch Wert.

Soooo sympatisch die leute das essen war krass kann nur weiter empfehlen und wenn ich wieder in bremen bin esse ich dort wieder

freue mich immer hier zu kommen! bin so froh, dass es eine wunderbare halal option gibt. das chicken ist immer saftig und crispy mit dem besten geschmack. die pommes sind auch perfekt, sowie die auswahl an soßen. die lage ist auch einfach zu erreichen. vielen dank, dass es euch gibt!

Leider war ich heute sehr enttäuscht 😞, ich habe Vorort gegessen und das Hähnchenfleisch war zwar schön kross und lecker aber kalt und die halbe Pommes Tüte war leer. Das war ein ordentlicher Dämpfer zum Vergleich zu den vorherigen Besuchen des Lokals, kommt schon Leute das darf nicht so sein, das muss besser gehen.
