What I'm writing now is no joke. First of all: the food is delicious. So: we ordered 5 times, and 5 times something was missing/delivered incorrectly. The first two times, we thought it was bad luck. Then, the third time, I laughed and thought, as a joke, I'd keep ordering until I got it right once. Now that I've reached 5, I don't find it so funny anymore, hence the rating. I consider it disrespectful.

We just ordered from here and had to wait over two hours for two kebabs. The kebab didn't have any vegetables like I ordered, not a drop of sauce, no love at all. I've rarely eaten such a bad kebab. It was so unappetizing, I couldn't even finish it, even though I was hungry. I would definitely not order from here again or go there again.

Very inconspicuous shop but very tasty kebab that is particularly seasoned. The sauces also taste very good and the spicy is really spicy. There are enough places to sit. Didn't find a better kebab nearby. Always my pleasure.

So we had to wait 1 hour 41 seconds for our food. When we asked, we were told it would be coming soon. My kebab was really bad. The meat was too tough, the jalapenos were all just at the bottom, and the bread was completely untypical, a kind of sesame baguette, and poorly toasted. My partner's lahmacun seemed okay, but that's neither good service nor good food for the money. Very disappointing

Ordered from there for the first time today. After waiting over an hour, I called them, and was told that apparently, you can't order there. Absolutely shitty place.

We spontaneously stopped by Hanedan for dinner. It was the right decision. The doner kebab was very juicy and delicious. The sesame bread was especially delicious. My husband also loved the minced meat pide. I'd go back anytime and highly recommend it.

Then I said that I would like a receipt. His boss called and pressed the cell phone into my hand. Then the boss coldly told me where I don't have to say that I need a receipt. Very nice service, delicious kebab and relatively good prices compared to current prices. I don't find it that appealing to eat there, but you usually just take a kebab with you anyway and so that's absolutely fine.

The kebab meat was really tasty, but the kebab was very dry because the sauce was only slapped on a little at the end and the salad filling was also saved. Has potential, but only if they try harder :) I would mention these points when buying next time

Despite pre-ordering, the food was delivered over 20 minutes late. The kebab ring looked as if someone had already eaten two pieces of it and both the kebab bag and the French fries bag were burritos instead of flatbread. The meat was seasoned deliciously, but that was the only good thing.

Was in the corner today by chance. I come from Dortmund. The store has something. I do not know what. You feel in good hands and welcome. Doner kebab was terrific. Bread freshly baked. Excellent.

I ordered food from UberEats, they accepted the order and I then received a notification that my order was on the way. My phone said I would receive my order between 7:25 p.m. and 7:50 p.m. However, when I still hadn't received my order at 7:50 p.m. and wanted to ask why, my order was simply canceled. This is extremely rude. If you're so busy, you might as well not accept my order. You accepted the order and then canceled it at a completely incomprehensible time, leaving the customer hungry. That is absurd. I received no explanation or apology from UberEats, so I have no choice but to leave a one-star review here.

Fantastic kebab shop, A must for everyone! When I say that I eat at this kebab shop regularly when I'm in Bochum, then you know that it's worth it! Always freshly baked Lavaş or kebab bread! Imagine biting into a kebab and the bread is so fluffy and fresh that you think you're floating on a cloud! No joke, I could eat the bread here without kebab. Doner kebab without additives, this shop delivers exactly that. Super friendly staff that you almost think you've known them forever. The prices are absolutely fair and you really get something for your money. So, dear kebab friends, if you're ever in Bochum, don't miss this shop. Everything is just right here!

Discovered today when I was on the coal road. The young man was very friendly and accommodating, the kebab sandwich and (homemade!) pita bread (or pide in Turkish) that we ate there were very tasty, which I also praised on the spot. They even provide a refreshing hand towel with the meal, which I've actually never experienced before and which I find particularly good with pita/pide dishes. :-) Absolutely okay for €6.50 and recommended. Unfortunately there is currently a construction site in the area, but the owner can't do anything about it. You can easily reach the store on foot.

*****NEVER AGAIN******* We ordered food home. The food was a complete disaster - the bread fell apart, looked more like a bag than a real kebab bread - the contents were completely empty. When we called there, they tried to brush us off. Very bad customer contact! Never again! The owner states that he has sent us “new” dishes in his comment under mine?! So that you're also lying - unbelievable. You explained to us that next time we would get pizza rolls for free and brushed us off. I can also upload the pictures of the kebab if you want to do even worse. The kebabs looked like rat food... and then you're lying here. The best thing to do is report it to the health department.

We ordered from Lieferando on March 8th, 2024! When the food reached our hallowed halls we were surprised with a culinary delight! A nice cold fries served with something that describes itself as meat! A small and large kebab plate was equally bad and, at the same price, indistinguishable. The crowning finale was the wonderful and above all loving kebab, which was in what looked like bread and tasted like an old sock! It's disappointing when you spend money these days and get served something like that! ... Have a nice weekend everyone!

Super nice owners, great bread and great taste. Not packed with 1000 dishes so the dishes on the menu are 10/10. You can pay by card. Been there several times and you are greeted as you walk past.

The good reviews could never be real. Unfortunately, I had to throw away more than half of my food. The dough wasn't cooked through and the kebab or kebab ring was unfortunately neither edible nor fresh. A big disappointment. Never again.

The worst and most disgusting kebab.

Hervorragender Döner Dürüm! Die Kombination aus zartem Fleisch, frischem Gemüse und Leckerem Brot ist einfach unschlagbar. Der Geschmack ist authentisch und erinnert mich an die besten Döner, die ich je hatte. Ein Highlight ist definitiv die scharfe Soße – sie ist richtig scharf und verleiht dem Ganzen den perfekten Kick! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben schon oft Döner in Bochum bestellt, aber bis jetzt war es leider immer -1000/10, egal ob Geschmack oder Fleisch oder Essen war kalt. Gestern haben wir Lahmacun Döner und Pide Sucuk das erste mal bei Hanedan über Lieferando bestellt und es war eine 11/10 🤯 Das Essen war nach 25 Minuten da, es war noch richtig heiß, das Fleisch und die Soßen waren perfekt, man hat richtig geschmeckt das der Teig selbst gemacht war und es war nicht fettig, sodass man sich danach nicht so ekelig überfressen gefühlt hat. Das einzige kleine was man kritisieren könnte ist, dass ein kleines bisschen mehr Salat etc. in den Lahmacun könnte, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Meiner Meinung nach bis jetzt mit Abstand der beste gelieferte Döner in Bochum, vor allem für den Preis!🤝 War safe nicht das letzte mal🤠

Sehr leckerer Döner und selten so ein sauberen Dönerladen gesehen. Normalerweise sollte das nichts negatives sein aber manchmal ist zu viel Fleisch im Döner.

Sooo gerade das erste Mal hier bestellt jetzt folgt die Abrechnung 😁 Habe gesehen das da jemand neues bei Lieferando ist der Döner macht... erstmal lange überlegt wurde sehr oft enttäuscht. Schaue mir Google Bewertungen an und sehe das man selbst auf Kritik gut reagiert und scheinbar Wert auf die Meinung anderer legt schon mal positiv! Webseite schön gestaltet okaaay Bilder bei Google sympathisch alles klar komm probierse mal. Döner war alles in allem lecker aber irgendwie auch nichts wirklich besonderes ob das schlecht ist muss jeder selbst entscheiden. Verbesserungsvorschlag meinerseits wäre an den Soßen (Cocktail, Knoblauch) noch ein bisschen zu arbeiten die sind nicht schlecht aber da ist noch Potenzial. Sucuk Pide war 1 mit Stern hab nichts zu meckern. Pommes war katastrophal bitte besorgt euch vernünftige Pommes und lasst die auch drin bis die Knusprig sind das war mit eine der schlechtesten Pommes die ich jemals hatte einfach Labrig und nicht durch. Klar ihr seid keine Pommesbude aber es gibt Bären wie mich die durch ein Döner nicht satt werden und einfach noch ne Pommes dazu brauchen deshalb wichtig. Alles in allem würde ich 3,5 Sterne geben da ich aber Potenzial sehe wenn ihr 2,3 sachen ändert gebe ich mit Herz 4 Sterne. Ich werde wieder bestellen.

Hanedan mag ich an sich gerne, die beiden Herren (einer jung und einer im mittleren Alter) die das Essen zubereiten machen ihren Job mit viel Leidenschaft und sind beide auch wirklich sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Bei dem Essen (nur vom Geschmack her) ist aktuekl noch Luft nach oben.

Die Knoblauchsauce ist ein Traum! Sucukdöner könnte es von mir aus jeden Tag geben und nicht nur Freitags.
