The food was one of the tastiest hamburgers I've ever had. The waitress was really friendly. The atmosphere was also very nice.

While the food tasted okay, the overall experience was very disappointing. The atmosphere was unpleasant and the service unfriendly—I didn't feel comfortable eating there at all. For a place where you invest time and money, I definitely expect more. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. The service was very rude, and I didn't feel at all comfortable during my meal. It wasn't a pleasant experience, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. People invest time and money to have pleasant experiences—unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. The food was good, but the atmosphere was very unpleasant.

Not suitable for people who can't eat much. They offer children's dishes, but adults can't order them. According to Keller, if adults order them, they would lose revenue. Sorry, but we were there with five people, so there was no question of a loss of revenue. The tables were all very poorly cleaned. Glasses left by previous customers weren't cleared away. Anyway, we'll avoid the Hamburgerei in the future.

I received very friendly service. Interestingly, the hamburger was a bit different than what I'm used to. I enjoyed it fairly well, but it's not something I'd go out of my way to get.

Found it by chance. The menu looked promising, but when the food arrived...well, so-so. The salad costs 14 euros and looks like it was just thrown in a bag. Some of the tomatoes were already moldy. When we asked if we wanted to tip, and we replied "no," they couldn't understand us. The portions are too small, and the fries are from a bag.

It was really delicious. The waiter was nice and funny.

We went to the Hamburgerei for lunch. The burgers were delicious and the service was very friendly. We also received some good suggestions for our meal choices. It's a shame, though, that the menu lists steak, which they apparently no longer serve. The interior could use some TLC. The restroom doors rattle, and the paper dispenser is loose.

My partner and I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful service. The outstanding service made our experience at the Hamburgerei truly special. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask the nice young man's name (a shame!), but we still want to express our gratitude. The food, drinks, and dessert (even on the house) were simply fantastic. Humanity is very important to me, and these days, it's hard to take such warm staff for granted. So: Thank you, thank you, thank you! YOU made the entire ambiance and the food an experience that touched us both deeply. Thank you so much!

We ate there last night. The hamburger and sweet potato fries were delicious, but the service was absolutely terrible. We've never experienced such unfriendly service. For that reason, we'd never go there again, even though the food was really delicious. She said she worked there alone and seemed completely overwhelmed. Which doesn't explain why they're so unfriendly to their guests. Unfortunately, it wasn't.

Fast service, fried cutlet, without pink color. The coffee, as in Munich, from a friendly roastery is not exciting, but it is prepared correctly. The fries are a little dry and the ketchup is mediocre, but this does not affect the overall impression at all. It would be great if the franchise opened in Hof or Plauen with a brighter tasting coffee.

The fries and burgers are very good, just like the original American burger.. I wish there were onion rings and mozzarella cheese sticks.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten, in an informal setting, with attentive service thanks to the kind and helpful staff. Obviously all accompanied by an excellent beer. If you pass through Ingolstadt it is worth a stop.

Were there twice today and are completely satisfied, the service was extremely good. It's rare to meet such motivated, friendly people who serve. The food came quickly, grilled to perfection, fresh salad, great dipping sauces... all of this in a sunny spot in front of the shop, what more could you want... yes, exactly a Hamburgerei beer is so delicious and goes perfectly with the burger ✌️😉

Burger was ok, sometimes without tomato which I thought was great. But €4 for a few counted fries in a mason jar and the mayo also costs €1 extra? Nobody gets fed up there. The whole thing including beer for 22.50 - I'm out of there! If you're hungry, avoid it!

I've enjoyed eating here so far. But today they shot the bird. We sat outside and waited for service. When she came she seriously said that she wouldn't serve us outside because otherwise she could get sick. Even though it's 9 degrees today. We then left.

There were six of us there today. Reservations were made easily online. We found the tables a bit small for eating, drinking and table decorations. The ambience is a bit dark, but modern and still comfortably furnished. The food - I had the hamburger with extra cheese and the cole slaw salad - were both very tasty. The service was good and the waiting time for food was normal. Payment is possible in cash and by card.

Had the steak bowl - meat and vegetables were very tasty. The waitresses are particularly noteworthy. Incredibly friendly, courteous and always approachable. And when total chaos broke out (the table was folded over and all the dishes crashed onto the floor), they maintained an overview, calm and total friendliness. Class !!!

The ambience and service was friendly and exemplary. I ordered steak medium and it was more than well done and dry. Price €15 is okay for good quality, but the quantity was a maximum of 150g. As a side dish, mashed potatoes (small jar). At 6:30 p.m. we wanted to order mashed potatoes, which unfortunately ran out. Unfortunately, the taste of burgers isn't really my thing either. This was ordered through and arrived medium.

I've only ordered for delivery so far, really tasty burgers. And the fries too. I have rarely eaten such a delicious burger! Fine, juicy meat and exceptional sauces! The salad with its dressing surpassed everything. The long journey from Baden to Bavaria is worth it! The mulled wine spritz was really good!

Unfortunately, during our visit no one came to our table to ask if we would like something more to drink. Given that we were there for a good two hours, that's a bit of a shame, as we would have liked to have ordered something else. Overall, a clear recommendation if you're hungry for a really good burger!

Das waren wohl mit die besten Burger, die wir je gegessen haben. Super saftige, gut gewürzte, medium gebratene Patties. Leckere Buns und Saucen, ordentlich Käse, Zwiebeln, Grünzeug etc. Hat alles mega frisch geschmeckt. Krosse Pommes mit vorzüglichen Trüffelmayo. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Ambiente ist zum Wohlfühlen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Hello everyone, I'm rarely in Ingolstadt, but this restaurant is a hit. The hamburgers are great and juicy, the fries are crispy and good. Dessert really heavenly. The service is friendly and the food comes quickly. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

We were in the Hamburgerei Ingolstadt for the first time on Saturday, January 25th, 2025 and were completely satisfied. We made a last-minute reservation for 5 p.m. that day and got a good spot. Reservations are almost mandatory there. :-) Our waiting time was pretty short from ordering to eating. We had 2 extremely tasty burgers, with various types of fries and grilled vegetables on the side, as well as a fluffy mousse for dessert. :-) We're still raving about it! It has to be said that the service was also super friendly and very quick. The price-performance ratio for the food is absolutely TOP!!!
