Very nice atmosphere and ample food.

We visited the hamburger restaurant today, just the two of us. The server was incredibly friendly and, since it was our first visit, explained everything very well and calmly. You can taste the quality! We will definitely be back; 100% recommendation!

The service is very friendly, the hamburgers are delicious, and you can customize them however you like. The price is perfectly reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

The guacamole sauce was great! Staff was friendly. However, I cannot say the same thing for the rest of the items. Hamburger bun was not fresh at all. We ordered stuffed fries, but even though there were only 3 tables at the time, the fries were cold and with the sauce on top, it was not edible at all. Also, if you order normal fries you're being asked "which sauce do you want", and the first sauce (like normal mayonnaise) is free, the rest comes with additional cost, I have never seen such a thing before. Considering the prices, there are many more better options.

The best burger in Ingolstadt, hands down. I recommend the Mexican burger and the BBQ sauce, which is amazing. The service is top-notch. The only downsides are the short and boring beer menu, and it's a bit pricey overall 🫰🫰. Even so, it's a 10/10.

After waiting an hour, my burger finally arrived. I paid €12.90 for the burger and €4.50 for fries. But I received a cold burger and maybe ten fries, if that. I used to be a regular customer, but after this experience, I'll think twice about ordering again.

DISCOUNT/COUPON BOOKLET NOT ACCEPTED The service was first-class. It's a real shame that the nice lady had to explain to several guests one after the other that the new owner no longer accepts the city's coupon booklet. It's supposed to be valid until January 2026, but here they're using the free advertising in the booklet and not mentioning it on the website or anything else. Honestly, it's pretty cheeky, considering the validity period is ending in the foreseeable future. The burgers were delicious. However, they only come with lettuce as standard, no cucumber, tomato, cheese, or anything like that, so pretty meager for the price. Adding almost €5 each for a portion of fries and coleslaw, with sauce costing extra, really spoils your appetite. The service was really friendly and attentive, but the overall package was unfortunately not satisfactory, let alone filling.

In my opinion, the price/performance ratio isn't right. The burger was rather small, and the fries were a little more than a handful for €4.50. On top of that, there was an extra €1 for the fries sauce and €1 for ketchup, both of which were just a tiny bowl. The restaurant itself is quite dark. But overall, the food was good, and the service was very attentive.

Considering we were there for a good two hours, that's a bit of a shame, as we would have liked to order something else. The restaurant is located on the main street in Ingolstadt's historic center. It offers a good selection of burgers and sides. The beers are also noteworthy. The prices are absolutely competitive. The restaurant has both a very intimate indoor area and an outdoor area, with each seat provided with a blanket in case it gets chilly. The staff is friendly and helpful and speaks English.

We ate here and were unfortunately extremely disappointed. After waiting for an hour (even though it wasn't busy), we politely asked if we could order. The employee's response was rude and disrespectful: "Are we at Wish You Were Here?" – we've never experienced anything like it. We felt completely ripped off and treated aggressively. In the end, we just left without eating anything. It's a shame, as we were really looking forward to the food. Absolutely not recommended.

Honestly? The quality was really okay. And the ambiance in the city center is also perfect. But it's really hard to give a fair assessment without sinking into shame as a former employee of a hamburger restaurant at another location. But I found it disappointing that other guests who arrived after us got their food earlier than us. After 50 minutes and asking twice, something finally arrived. We ordered sweet potato fries Los Angeles, a salad with chicken breast, and the French fries. Along with two spritzers and a large water. Drinks came quickly. Regular fries with jalapeños and salsa arrived – not the sweet potato fries Los Angeles we ordered. That went back. What was delivered instead were sweet potato fries with salsa and jalapeños… Sorry, but that's not possible. We found out the cheese sauce was out from the next table when they ordered. It's unacceptable that we weren't told that after waiting 50 minutes. A salad with chicken, but without chicken. That was later delivered, however. The burger was medium cooked, but it was lost on the bare plate. It used to be more lovingly prepared. The two girls tried really hard to conceal the kitchen chaos, but it was nothing. You need to get this under control quickly, dear management. There's definitely a better way to do this, with a more structured, service-oriented approach. Yes, it was busy, but that can't be an excuse.

The restaurant looks great, is beautifully decorated, and the service was very friendly and attentive. I was semi-satisfied with my burger. I had a goat cheese burger, the breadless version (which is familiar from other restaurants and chains these days) – according to the menu, I was supposed to have salad instead of bread. My burger came with fig mustard, and the salad (green leaves plus two cocktail tomatoes) was placed next to the patty, but without any dressing at all – overall, everything was very dry and, in my opinion, a bit lackluster. Perhaps my fault; my friends' "regular" burgers looked much better. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend the breadless version here.

Unfortunately, the burger wasn't quite my taste, but it's still a top-notch burger I highly recommend! It's a matter of taste. The loaded fries are also recommended, and they were totally my style. They put a lot of effort into this place. Dogs are welcome here, and there's even a bowl of water – faster than our drinks, which is commendable. Highly recommended.

We've ordered and eaten there a few times before. But today it was beyond disappointing! We picked up the food (a 5-minute drive). At home, we discovered that the salad we ordered, costing almost €12, came in a burger box. The portion was accordingly small! The burger buns were soggy, and the fries, which we'd really loved until now, were a disaster. While they were crispy, that was the end of the good stuff. They're suddenly different and pretty tasteless. We're happy to pay a little more for good food. But today's order was so disappointing that we almost regret every euro.

The burger buns and fries are super delicious. More vegan options, for example, in the sauces and burger toppings (or even a vegan burger from scratch) would be welcome.

Ich habe Süßkartoffelpommes dazu gewählt, mein Mann den Coleslaw-Salat. Dazu gab es eine erfrischende Apfelschorle und ein alkoholfreies Bier. Alles in allem: leckeres, sättigendes Essen in gewohnt hoher Qualität. Schade nur, dass der Hawaiianer nicht dauerhaft auf der Karte steht!

Mega delicious food and great ambience

The burger (the Persian) was exceptionally delicious with its combination of peanut, ginger, coriander, and sweet chili sauce. The bun and patty were perfect, and the service was fast, very attentive, extremely personal, and excellent. We were there in a group of 12 and will definitely be back!

Delivery was late. The burger patties were completely raw. Unfortunately not acceptable for the price and without supplements.

Located in Ingolstadt's old town, there's a nice outdoor beer garden. Good burgers, and when we ordered, they asked us how we wanted the patties. The burger bun was a bit dry, unfortunately. The beer is served in a clay mug, which I really liked.

Not suitable for people who can't eat much. They offer children's portions, but adults can't order them. According to Keller, this would result in a loss of revenue for adults. Sorry, but we were there with five people to eat, so there's no question of a loss of revenue. The tables were all very poorly cleaned. Glasses from previous customers hadn't been cleared away. Anyway, we'll avoid the Hamburgerei in the future. Update: Before we left the Hamburgerei, the service manager approached us and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. We explained the problem to him, and he apologized for the employee's behavior. As a small token of appreciation, he gave us two drinks on the house to make up for it. We found that extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating.

I received very friendly service. Interestingly, the hamburger was a bit different than what I'm used to. I enjoyed it fairly well, but it's not something I'd go out of my way to get.

Found it by chance. The menu looked promising, but when the food arrived...well, so-so. The salad costs 14 euros and looks like it was just thrown in a bag. Some of the tomatoes were already moldy. When we asked if we wanted to tip, and we replied "no," they couldn't understand us. The portions are too small, and the fries are from a bag.

It was really delicious. The waiter was nice and funny.

We ate there last night. The hamburger and sweet potato fries were delicious, but the service was absolutely terrible. We've never experienced such unfriendly service. For that reason, we'd never go there again, even though the food was really delicious. She said she worked there alone and seemed completely overwhelmed. Which doesn't explain why they're so unfriendly to their guests. Unfortunately, it wasn't.
