We weren't able to get seated at our reserved table (5:45 p.m.) until 20 minutes later. We weren't offered a menu or drinks while we waited. Our appetizer (bruschetta) arrived 50 minutes after we ordered, upon request. The Melanzane pizza was okay, but it had an unnecessary amount of cheese. Two of our requested desserts weren't available. The dessert also arrived after we asked for it. When I mentioned the timing when paying, I was told not to come between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. The service was friendly: the young woman was great, the guy with the manbun on top (he tried to flirt with us - no go!).

Wrong delivery, replacement delivery not possible, I'm asked what he should do 😂. Unfortunately, the duck was very dry.

Highly recommended! We went to the Elblounge with 11 people for a birthday party. We've visited the restaurant several times before as a couple and have never been disappointed.
