Hamburg Pizza in Hamburg

We have always been very satisfied so far. However, from today on we will no longer be ordering here. Ordered at 8:07 p.m., received food at 9:39 p.m. The pizzas were only slightly lukewarm. I called on site and the “customer service” was at the bottom of the drawer. Too bad.

The delivery service expects me to tip even though I didn't want to give one. Should pay €9.37, I gave him €10.57 and he didn't want to give me my €1.20 and ran down the stairs. I then asked him to give my remaining money back and he then became rude. I like to tip but taking it for granted is brutal.

Unfortunately I got the wrong pizza twice! I'm a regular customer and it doesn't work anymore. Order somewhere else now.

We ordered the second time and were satisfied. The food was hot, sufficient and tasty. We were treated nicely on the phone and at the front door.

Caution. The order received was not at all satisfactory. When I called to describe my problem, I was told in a very unfriendly manner that it was my problem and that they didn't want to help me!
