When I saw the hair in a review on Bild, I stopped eating. How disgusting can someone be to be so careless as to leave hair in their salad, and they don't know anything about hygiene. It probably fell in while they were cutting or preparing the salad... 🫣 I didn't eat anything, but I think it had to be noticeable!! The hygiene police need to come over.

I've been a Smileys customer for a while. I wanted to redeem my reward points today, but the order didn't work. Maybe I missed something. But I followed the instructions. 1. Order pizza rolls in the shopping cart. Added the voucher code, everything was fine. 2. Order garlic dip. Voucher code not accepted. When I returned to Smiley, the rolls were no longer in the shopping cart; it was suddenly empty. And the order in my app was no longer visible. I then called the store and asked if they could help me. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because they couldn't help me. That's how rewards can disappear into thin air. As I wrote, maybe I did something wrong, but then I would have appreciated some clarification over the phone. I'll order somewhere else now. What a shame.

Absolutely disappointing! Yesterday I ordered the New Yorker salami pizza for €12.99 and a teriyaki pizza – both arrived cold and tasted like cardboard. The New Yorker salami is a disgrace: for almost €13, you barely get a mini margarita with three tiny slices of salami – a complete rip-off! The teriyaki pizza was not only cold, but also smelled stale and inedible. Both pizzas went straight into the trash, and my €20 was completely wasted. I've never experienced such abysmal quality – never again Domino's!

Cockroach in the pizza (see photo) Something so disgusting has never happened to me before. Unfortunately, they didn't even offer an apology or make amends. (They weren't particularly surprised or upset; based on their reaction, it seemed to me as if it wasn't the first time this had happened.) That something like this happened is bad enough, but not even apologizing for it is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This review of mine is still too kind. You can imagine how you feel when you experience something like that... You're a pizza and suddenly you discover there's a cockroach in it... For health reasons alone, I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from there.

Hi, I ordered a pizza today at 1:57 PM. When it arrived an hour later, I was shocked. The pizza wasn't warm anymore and the edges were charred. ☝🏽I told the manager beforehand that I'd rather wait a little longer, as long as the pizza was warm. It was a nightmare indeed. Then I wanted to exchange the pizza, which I did after an hour and 10 minutes, so it took over two hours in total, even though they were exactly five minutes away from me, and the pizza wasn't warm again. Truly horrible. I spent €27 on such crap, unbelievable. I waited over two hours.
