Hamburg Pizza in Hamburg

When I saw the hair in a review on Bild, I stopped eating. How disgusting can someone be to be so careless as to leave hair in their salad, and they don't know anything about hygiene. It probably fell in while they were cutting or preparing the salad... 🫣 I didn't eat anything, but I think it had to be noticeable!! The hygiene police need to come over.

So, I ordered from Smileys for the first time and I have to say I regret ordering from somewhere else. The pizza is simply amazing! From now on, I'll only order from here.

Hi, I ordered a pizza today at 1:57 PM. When it arrived an hour later, I was shocked. The pizza wasn't warm anymore and the edges were charred. ☝🏽I told the manager beforehand that I'd rather wait a little longer, as long as the pizza was warm. It was a nightmare indeed. Then I wanted to exchange the pizza, which I did after an hour and 10 minutes, so it took over two hours in total, even though they were exactly five minutes away from me, and the pizza wasn't warm again. Truly horrible. I spent €27 on such crap, unbelievable. I waited over two hours.

Very friendly service, and the pizza was absolutely delicious 😋. I had the one with ham and mushrooms. And it came super quickly.
