This isn't the first time, hence the review. I order from Smileys quite often, and it tastes good. Apparently, your employees aren't using any protection, because this is the third time I've had a hair in my pizza. That's unacceptable.

When I saw the hair in a review on Bild, I stopped eating. How disgusting can someone be to be so careless as to leave hair in their salad, and they don't know anything about hygiene. It probably fell in while they were cutting or preparing the salad... 🫣 I didn't eat anything, but I think it had to be noticeable!! The hygiene police need to come over.

There was hair on my pizza. The health department needs to take a look. A video was also taken. The place is simply disgusting. The video will be forwarded to Dominos Germany!

Absolutely disappointing! Yesterday I ordered the New Yorker salami pizza for €12.99 and a teriyaki pizza – both arrived cold and tasted like cardboard. The New Yorker salami is a disgrace: for almost €13, you barely get a mini margarita with three tiny slices of salami – a complete rip-off! The teriyaki pizza was not only cold, but also smelled stale and inedible. Both pizzas went straight into the trash, and my €20 was completely wasted. I've never experienced such abysmal quality – never again Domino's!

We ordered 11 pizzas and wanted to pay in cash. The restaurant then called and said, "We don't deliver such a large order in cash. Pay first, then deliver." Very unprofessional – something like that should have been clear from the start. We then suggested picking up the pizzas ourselves. According to the menu, we would have received a discount of around 20%, so around €120 instead of €150. However, on the phone, they told us we would only get a discount of just under €2 and would have to pay €147. That made absolutely no sense. In the end, we canceled the first order and ordered again online – and lo and behold: suddenly we were given the full 20% discount, and we actually only paid €120. Conclusion: extremely confusing and contradictory communication. First incorrect information, then suddenly the discount online. This leads to a loss of trust and the desire to order there again.
