Super nette Leute mit super leckerem Essen. Das Essen war schnell am Tisch und wirklich lecker. Preislich auch super. Also absolute Empfehlung!

Das Lokal ist super mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn oder Bus) zu erreichen und liegt fußläufig zum Winterhuder Fährhaus. Alles ist ebenerdig. Übers Internet kann man ganz schnell und einfach einen Tisch reservieren. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte ein Tropical Curry mit Hähnchen, was optisch und geschmacklich wirklich der Knaller war. Dazu gab es eine kleine Schüssel Reis. Das Gemüse war knackig und das Essen insgesamt reichlich. Warten musste man auch nicht lange. Zwei kleinste „Punktabzüge“ gibt es wegen einer Sitzbank, wo der Bezug die beste Zeit schon hinter sich hat und auf Toilette das Licht im Waschraum nicht richtig bis ins Klo reicht. Ich finde es immer nett zu sehen, wo ich mich hinsetze. Ansonsten bin ich wirklich begeistert, komme wieder und werde den Laden empfehlen.

Das Essen hier war unglaublich, vor allem für den Preis. Der beste Tofu, den ich je gegessen habe, fantastische Getränke und eine riesige Auswahl! Die Bedienung war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Essen auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach der Bestellung bekommen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn ich mal wieder in der Gegend bin.

Durch einen Zufall sind wir auf dem Weg zum Planetarium in diesem Restaurant gelandet und es wird definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein. Essen und Getränke (jeweils ein Curry, eine Homemade Limo und der Lavacake) waren wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war nett und das Ambiente stimmig. Preise je Person mit knapp unter 30 € pro Person bei dem Gesamtpaket auch mehr als in Ordnung.

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr leckeres Essen - Preis/ Leistung passt. Die hausgemachten Drinks sind sehr zu empfehlen! Wird nicht der letzte Besuch gewesen sein :)

Wir gehen in der Gegend öfter vietnamesisch essen, doch im Vergleich zu den anderen rund um den Winterhuder Markt, schmeckt es es uns hier am Besten. Die Karte ist nicht zu umfangreich aber doch für jeden etwas dabei.

Tolle Auswahl fernöstlicher Gerichte, kombiniert mit gastfreundlichem Personal und schönen Ambiente. In diesem kleinen Restaurant kann man es dich gutgehen lassen, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Das Essen war wirklich gut, aber die Lautstärke in dem Restaurant war doch sehr hoch, so dass die Gesamtbewertung etwas schlechter ausfällt.

Das Essen war köstlich, wurde schnell serviert und war wunderschön angerichtet. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt auch vegetarische Gerichte.

Wir familiär zu dritt beiander erstmalig hier. Es hat uns von den Vor- und Hauptspeisen inkl. der Ge6ränke sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Bedienung höflich, nett, zuvorkommend und schnell dabei. Also wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sehr gern wieder; auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt sehr.

Sehr freundlicher Service und fantastische Küche. Wir waren am Freitag vor dem Theater hier und es war komplett voll. Durch diesen Umstand hat das Essen fast 1 Stunde gedauert bis es auf dem Tisch stand. Akustisch war es schwierig sein Gegenüber zu verstehen. Alles in allem aber ein lohnender Besuchy

Jedesmal wieder ein Hoch-Genuss!! Bin sehr gern hier... Kleines Restaurant und sehr sauber. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und schnell. Wir waren mit vier Personen am Abend zum Essen hier, und lustiger Weise haben wir uns alle für das gleiche Gericht entschieden, die Nummer 65... gegrillte Hühnerbrust mit Süßkartoffeln und Salatbeilage. Bin sehr froh, reserviert zu haben, denn dieses kleine Restaurant brummt. Kein Wunder !! Dankeschön für das hervorragende Essen und den netten Service. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend in schönem Ambiente mit Wohlfühl Faktor. Gestern Abend (12.3.26)waren wir mit zwölf Personen hier, und haben vorher telefonisch reserviert. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt und das Essen war mega.

Etwas nüchternes Restaurant für deutsche Verhältnisse, gut dekoriertes Lokal für Asien - aber das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service freundlich und schnell!

Wir waren gestern zum ersten Mal im Ham An. Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, und preislich absolut fair. Auch Atmosphäre und Service wirkten zunächst angenehm. Umso enttäuschender war das Ende unseres Besuchs: Laut Google ist das Restaurant bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet, dennoch wurden wir bereits um 21.20 Uhr zum Bezahlen aufgefordert (ohne nach einem weiteren Wunsch zu fragen) und um 21.45 Uhr – zusammen mit allen anderen noch anwesenden Gästen – regelrecht aus dem Restaurant geworfen, obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch min. vier weitere Tische besetzt waren. Ein solches Vorgehen ist in der Gastronomie äußerst untypisch und hinterlässt ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl. Wenn früher geschlossen wird, sollte dies klar kommuniziert oder die Öffnungszeiten angepasst werden. So aber fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen. Leider war dieses Erlebnis so enttäuschend, dass wir das Restaurant trotz des guten Essens nicht erneut besuchen würden. Schade, denn das Potenzial ist definitiv vorhanden...

Sehr sehr sehr lecker. Wir hatten 2 Hauptgerichte + 2 Nachspeisen + 3 selbstgemachte Longdrinks ~66 Euro. Dass Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, beides mit richtig guter Crispy Ente. Einmal mit Erdnuss-Curry und einmal das Tropical Curry mit Mangopüree... Die Nachspeisen waren wirklich hausgemacht und super lecker. Mangopudding und Lavacake... mega lecker. Die hausgemachten Longdrinks waren auch total genial. 2X dem May und dann noch 1x den Sweet Deams probiert. 😋 Also klare Empfehlung hier mal Vietnamesisch Essen zu gehen. Die Bedienung war super freundlich, und auch echt schnell. Und was wir beobachtet haben, man kann auch bestellen und abholen. TIPTOP!!!

Ein wirklich gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Eine gute Auswahl an frischen Gerichten mit vielen Optionen auch für vegan lebende Personen. Wir waren heute zum wiederholten Male dort und wie jedes Mal sehr angetan.

Sowohl die Getränke als auch die Gerichte waren sehr gut zubereitet. Die Bedienung könnte allerdings ein wenig aufmerksamer sein.

Mein liebstes Vietnamesisches Restaurant in Hamburg! Ich komme schon seit der Eröffnung des HamAns gerne zum Mittag- oder Abendessen und es stimmt immer alles. Geschmack, Preis-Leistung, Service und Ambiente. Ich werde immer herzlich bedient und das Essen ist hervorragend. Egal ob Vorspeise, Hauptgang oder Nachtisch. Wer noch auf der Suche nach einem tollen Vietnamesen ist, ist hier richtig!

Heute das 2te mal in Folge da gewesen. Wir ziehen um Essen gerne und geniessen es wenn es gut ist. Hier ist es sagenhaft, Personal mega nett und aufmerksam. Alles ist sauber, heute sassen wir nahe der Toilette-null Geruch kam beim schwenken der Tür. Wie sagt Mann, ist die Toilette sauber ist die Küche gut. Wie eingangs gesagt, die Küche ist sagenhaft fenomenal, die Weine exquisit. Nicht die Standard sauren Weine aus dem Supermarkt. Auch hier wird auf Qualität gesetzt wie beim Essen und den Zutaten alles frisch und selbst gemacht, keine fertig Produkte. Zurück zum Wein, alle vom Winzer…so viel dazu. Das ist unser neuer Favorit, geplant für Weihnachten. Geht hin, wer enttäuscht ist, mag die Küche nicht oder kennt echtes Essen nicht. 5 Sterne plus, weil sie zurückrufen wenn sie nicht erreichbar sind, wer macht das noch?

Great place. Very, very friendly staff and incredibly delicious food. I was there with a friend who had recommended it and was not only enthusiastic himself, but had also been there several times and can assure me that the quality is consistently very good.

Absolutely delicious. The No. 43 "spice it up" has a fantastic smoky flavor, like it's been grilled over an open fire as soon as you taste it – it's hard to describe. The server was also incredibly kind and friendly when I asked for a recommendation. He even asked me several times what I thought of the dish 🥹

A real gem in the neighborhood. The food arrives super fast, tastes *amazing*, and the service is very charming. A genuine recommendation. And you can tell it's a success – getting a table spontaneously (on a Monday!) isn't easy at all. Keep it up! Finally, a place that works after seemingly endless changes! At least, I hope so for the owners!

A living-room atmosphere with very nice decor. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. Even when the place is full, you hardly have to wait for your food.

My absolute favorite restaurant. I discovered it in February, and since then I've been having a Ham An dish once or twice a month 🥰 Honestly, usually the 61, because it's simply my favorite food. Plus the mango pudding 🫰🏻

A really wonderful restaurant with a great selection of dishes, fair prices and a beautiful interior. Even without a reservation, a place for two people was found after a short wait. The only small drawback: the high background noise. However, we will definitely come back.

Food completely over salted. Service didn't speak German/English, she always had to get her colleague. The entire restaurant smelled like kitchen, extremely stuffy air. Thanks, 1x is enough.

Small, simply furnished restaurant with very tasty, fresh food and friendly service. It was very well attended and took a little longer. When it comes to quality, you can wait a bit.

Evaluation: The food was good, but not outstanding. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere has lost some of its coziness due to the large, open space, but is compensated for by good music and relatively nice furnishings. Overall, a place that you can definitely try out, but without having too high expectations.

The food there is great, the service is always friendly and quick! The only drawback: depending on where you sit, it can be quite drafty, from outside but also because of the air conditioning being turned up. Unfortunately there is no possibility to sit outside in summer, but that is due to the location.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. I like to eat Vietnamese food regularly and know many good places in Hamburg - but here I was served by far the worst pho. The beef in the soup was full of gristle and fat, just inedible and disgusting. Unfortunately, when I mentioned this in a friendly manner, the staff didn't seem particularly insightful or try hard. All in all a very disappointing experience. That's why I only give it one star.

Stable Vietnamese. All dishes were delicious. A bit much mayo in the HamAn Bowl. Beef could be a bit more tender in the Pho. Overall, complaining at a high level. Had a great evening. You can sit comfortably here for a long time and sip the excellent homemade lemonade🍹.

Nice and courteous service. Always fresh, beautifully decorated hot and cold dishes. The guarva drink is not only a homemade eye-catcher, but also super refreshing. The beautiful, cozy atmosphere also makes it suitable as a romantic location. In any case, you will be full. Strong recommendation!

Friendly staff. Attentive, orders and questions were taken professionally. Food came quickly. You sit comfortably. A different light would certainly make it even more cozy. Portions generous. The udon noodles were a bit too oily/slippery for my taste, and for just under 17 euros as a whole dish they were not in proportion to the performance for me. Drink prices, on the other hand, were fair. Particularly noteworthy is the very friendly staff.

My fiancée and I come here regularly. We came here before we got engaged and will continue to come here as long as this restaurant remains open. We tried almost the entire menu and were so enthusiastic about many of the dishes that I felt the need to thank the chef himself more than once and look over my shoulder to maybe learn how to cook like that. Our favorites are the Ham An Bowl with duck/shrimp/salmon (all variations are delicious), Rice it Up, the Ham An Platter with salmon or chicken and the peanut curry. But the drinks, for example Guava Heaven (a homemade lemonade), are also completely convincing. This restaurant manages to bring me closer to the cuisine of a country in a wonderful, familiar and delicious way. In short: the dishes and drinks are beautifully prepared, taste fantastic and taste typical of Hamburg. Not too expensive, not super cheap. The employees are incredibly friendly. We are there about twice a week and it is always well attended. Rightly so. I've also been here with my three-year-old nephew and he also felt very comfortable and was a big fan of the sweet potato fries. Oh and there is a fantastic selection of gluten free options! very unfriendly for children! our child was just playing and not making noise, but they kept saying our child was noisy. even though the music was louder. our child's voice was just like people chatting. we have also told our children not to be noisy. but are children just children. how can they be as quiet as statues?! seriously. if children are not allowed to eat here, they should have said so from the start. when our order arrived there was hair! the taste of the pho was very ordinary. the price was not cheap, not expensive. but seriously we will not be back again. if you have children aged 2-5 years old, it is better to find another Asian restaurant! Sorry

Not for family with little Kids place. I think you should ask first if they are accepting children since they don’t like it when the kids are loud sometimes. First experience and disappointed. Better to say at first if you don’t want kids coming rather than let them quiet.

Perfect, always friendly and fast service, the prices are fair and the dishes are great. You can tell that professionals are at work here, the vegetables are nicely chopped, fresh and well cooked.
