Halumi & Falafel Best in Dresden

Nice atmosphere and poor food quality! Pork schnitzel, fries and mushroom cream sauce as well as a small plate from the buffet, two pieces of cake and 2 drinks cost ~€41, which I'm happy to pay given the decent quality. But... Schnitzel was just unpleasant to eat, fries didn't taste like the freshest oil and the sauce had formed a greasy skin. Buffet so-so. Portion size and taste were far from what I expected. Raspberry cake tasted artificial, strawberry cake was okay. Not again...

Wenn Du mit 2 Personen knapp über 60€ latzt fragt man sich schon: war es das wert? Kurz: JA. Leckere Vorspeisen, Suppe und Bruschetta, leckere Hauptgerichte, Risotto und Salat. Nein, es war nicht günstig, aber es war toll 👍👍👍

Tried the buffet. For 9 euros per plate (2.70 per 100g) Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. The taste of the food was okay. The meat was a bit dry and the fried potatoes were rubbery, which is nothing unusual in a canteen.

Went here specifically for the famous VW Currywurst at lunchtime and were not disappointed. This was good and plentiful. The ambience was also quite nice, even though it was quite cold. But: The drink prices are outrageous and almost immoral. A small 0.2 liter Pepsi for €3.20. That's €16 per liter!

A pub for nice men's evenings with delicious food. Certainly not for a first date or a family trip.
