Für einen Restaurantbesuch würde ich den Laden eher nicht auswählen, da das Ambiete eher einfach ist. Aber das Sushi und auch die anderen angebotenen Speisen sind wirklich sehr lecker und holen wir oft ab. Leider ist das Personal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. So richtig Spaß scheint dem jungen Mann, der meist an der Kasse steht der Job nicht zu machen. Und auch die Wartezeiten sind ab und an nervig, zumal man ggf. zu einer Zeit vorbestellt hat und dann trotzdem noch 20min wartet.

I get a bubble tea there every now and then, the staff is always unfriendly, a hello is usually not returned, they look annoyed and don't really listen when ordering, the last time I ordered I ordered 2 bubble teas, one was made When I pointed this out, the first tea was slapped down on me and the second one was made in annoyance. The bubble teas are delicious, but the way they deal with customers needs to be worked on.

Pho soup was unfortunately too high in glutamate, so I got a headache. This can be done better. Didn't like the ambience either. The seating is uncomfortable wooden stools without backrests, uncomfortable. Staff not particularly trying. Honestly, I don't feel like going to the store anymore. Pho soup is much better and cheaper in the Asia market An der Lache in Erfurt. There is original Vietnamese cuisine there.

Delicious sushi, fresh fish! Open space

We had dinner there yesterday. The ambience is nothing special, but completely fine. Just a quick snack That was the positive. We had to wait almost half an hour for our food - only one chef (who also has to make telephone and online orders), and he was... deeply relaxed. The food was average diner standard but at restaurant prices. The portions are not generous, but ok. A little meat, a handful of salad, a lot of vegetables (that were nice and crunchy) and rice. Unfortunately everything was only lukewarm - and seasoned far too mildly. And unfortunately there are no spices available at the table for seasoning. That's why I and even my son didn't eat everything. The sushi my wife and daughter had was below average - dry, boring, like the cheap sushi from the discount store. The sushi from Eat Happy (available at Rewe, for example) is worlds better!!! Not everything was eaten here either... Service? I had ordered a seaweed salad as a starter (!) - I didn't get it (the chef didn't make it). Order and pay at the counter, at least the food was brought to the table. By the way, the employees are neither particularly friendly nor motivated... For 2x Hello Teriyaki and 2x sushi (six small rolls, vegetarian) and 4 drinks almost 55 euros - almost outrageous considering the performance! Conclusion: Sentence with X - but that was nothing!!!

The miso soup was very good. The duck dish was prepared very nicely and tasted OK. Lots of sauce and not much duck. Order at checkout. No table service. Duck dish 14€

We love this establishment for its extremely delicious sushi, especially tempura with salmon, it's so delicious. The establishment is solid 4 stars, sometimes the service is not very good, they can confuse the order, not do what I paid for and waited for half an hour or in general just wait a very long time for my order. This is not critical, but unpleasant. But the worst thing was that the last time when we ordered a large set, they brought us wonderful sushi, and then they brought small rolls with pieces of glass on them, 5 minutes before that we heard how something broke in the kitchen. It was very unpleasant, fortunately we saw it and asked to redo it, but the incident itself is very unpleasant and took away one star for it.

We got sushi to go. We really enjoyed it. We will also try the other dishes in the future. The selection on the menu is really inviting, ramen, pho, curry, everything is there. We'll definitely be back soon.

Five of us were there last night. With a reservation. Waiting time was ok. Beef bowl, chicken pupa + sushi (tempura and normal suhi) super tasty and the bubble tea as well. Cushions would be nice on the wooden benches, so 1 point is deducted.

Food tastes good but the service is bad. People gossip and laugh at you! They are unmotivated and often rude.

You have the feeling before you're even there that you're being laughed at and judged based on your appearance. It's no different inside, you're constantly being looked at and laughed at. The staff isn't that friendly either. The food itself is very good but too expensive. Long waiting time. Actually a nice shop. Too bad. I hope you get rid of the superficiality at some point. That's not right!

I was motivated by the photos and the review, but the reality was different. The service is poor and the food was oily and overpriced. The sushi came without soy sauce or wasabi like other Asian restaurants, and I had to ask for the soy sauce at the counter. However, the soy sauce was mixed with water. The summer rolls came with a water-like dip, and the tofu contained a large amount of oil. I waited several minutes to pay, even though the staff saw me standing there. Not recommendable.

Good Asian restaurant with delicious bubble variations. The waiting time is a bit too long (30min) or sushi (45min). Otherwise recommended.

One of the best sushi restaurants in the area, the food is really top. Unfortunately the service and the ambience are not really good. Unfortunately, employees are absolutely not customer-oriented and hospitable.

The taste is really great, but the organizational aspect doesn't work when you order online for a certain time. If I order something for 7 p.m. then I can't have to wait another half hour for the food. You should still work on that 👍🏼

Food is delicious. But you always have to wait, even if you have ordered food to be picked up hours in advance. Somehow you have the feeling that a little more organization would be good for the restaurant. But as I said, the food is delicious and in the end that's what counts.

The food here is simply to be enjoyed. The best sushi I've ever eaten is here. Everything is freshly prepared. Many people write long waiting times, but I also like to invest time in delicious and freshly prepared food😉.

Super tasty food, you order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. Unfortunately the table was not wiped and was dirty.

The food is delicious but the waiting time is far too long. They say on the phone that you can pick it up in 15 minutes, but that's not the case. The waiting time after arrival is often an extra 30-60 minutes. Perhaps then work will be done on it.

Wir essen sehr gerne Sushi und haben schon viele ausprobiert. Dieser hier gehört zu den Top 3, was die Qualität des Sushi angeht. Service kann ich nicht wirklich beurteilen, da ich Abholer war und beim Ambiente gibt es schon bessere. Die 5 Sterne gibt es für die Qualität des Sushi.

Wir sind bereits mehrfach dort Kunden gewesen, und haben nie Anlass zur Beanstandung gehabt. Das Essen war immer super lecker, egal was wir bestellt haben, Sushi, Suppe, Hauptgericht oder Vorspeise, es ist alles sehr empfehlenswert und lecker.

An der Wartezeit muss sich was ändern! Vieeeeeeeel zu lange Wartezeiten! Das Essen ist Mega lecker und der Service ist Super! Der Laden könnte schöner, gemütlicher und einladenden sein um das Essen dort zu verzehren. Das Imbiss Ambiente gefällt mir nicht.

Sehr leckereres, ganz frisch zubereitetes Sushi und Salate in allerbester Qualität. Es ist ein Hochgenuss hier zu speisen, auch wenn die Holzhocker ohne Auflagen sind.

Voll lecker, frisch, Preis-Leistung stimmt Leider mussten wir mit Jacken in der Lokalität sitzen.

Der Laden war gut besucht, aber wir haben trotzdem für 5 Personen einen Platz bekommen. Es hat ewig gedauert, bis jemand zum Tisch kam und die Bestellung aufgenommen hat. Genau so lange dauerte es dann bis die Getränke gebracht wurden. Es wurden aber nur Flaschen auf den Tisch gestellt, Gläser Fehlanzeige... Da mussten wir erst zur Theke gehen und nachfragen. Das Sushi hat auch recht lange gedauert, bis es uns gebracht wurde... Aber als es dann endlich kam, waren wir begeistert. Wir hatten einen Algen/Wakame Salat (EUR 4/Stand Januar 2023), Nagoza (Tempura) Roll (EUR 10,90/Stand Januar 2023), sowie ein Party-Sushi Menü (EUR 45,90 /Stand Januar 2023). Das Sushi war frisch und wirklich sehr lecker. Fazit: Es wirkt recht unprofessionell, aber beim Essen wissen sie, was sie machen.
