I asked for a glass of tap water which is normal everywhere, especially in Berlin, and the serviceperson said their boss doesn‘t allow them to serve tap water?? Also had the kinoko vegan ramen, as normally their vegan ramens are really yummy. This ramen was supposed to be with truffle oil, there was no hint of truffle oil and the broth was very plain and tasteless.

They charge 2.8e for a small glass of water

We were there on the evening of August 25th. with four people here. The staff was unfriendly and very plain. I don't understand how you can have a nice evening here if you can't even ask for cutlery or something from the menu. In the end the bill came to €104.30 and I paid €105. The waiter then rudely asked me for a tip. I replied that tipping wasn't required, to which he replied that it was abnormal. I'm sorry but I can't recommend this restaurant and won't be coming back.

Very weak ramen, additions inconsistent with the description in the menu, even eggs cannot be marinated. If I hadn't complained, I wouldn't have received a bill with a lower amount than the one given by the waitress when paying. After asking, she replied that it was a service fee that she could refund... be vigilant, or better yet, don't go there.

This is the worse Ramen I had in my life, I can't belief we paid 15 euros for each soup. My soup was just a massive amount of noodles with a diminutive meat and a tiny bamboo. The taste was also the least special thing I have ever tasted. I couldn't even eat it. We felt scamed and I am still hungry.

Super tasty ramen. Nice staff and nice location. The benches on the street allow you to feel the hustle and bustle, but are nicely demarcated by plants. I can't recommend the starters as they are nothing exceptional.

Delicious ramen. It is always very busy, but the staff was working very hard to compensate. We were outside, and it was comfortable. I would definitely go back because they have so many delicious options to try.

5 stars for the noodles. 4 for the broth because it’s bit too plain. Gyozas are not so tasty, won’t recommend them.

The food was good, but the service is plan awful (not to mention the cash-only requirement that is not listed anywhere when sitting outside). The waitress was extremely rude and tried to charge me 10% on top of the total amount for covering the remaining 10 euros via Paypal, so we literally had to send a mule to find the nearest ATM. What a joke!

A very special experience! If you love authentic Japanese food in an urban environment, this is the place for you! Only the ice cream is tastier than this ramen for this 5 star rating.

About 15€ for the fact that the ramen consists of 90% bland soup and a bit of noodles with meat. Service was very friendly and the food was brought within 10 minutes, but for almost no pasta and very little meat the trip really wasn't worth it.

The Tantan Chasu was a total knockout! Incredible taste and a massive serving. Don't miss out on this ramen gem!

Amazing ! Super good ramen, I have never tasted anything so good. There are really a lot of flavors even if it was a little spicy for me it was still succulent! The katsu curry was also truly exceptional! I highly recommend. The prices are very reasonable.

They give you ice cream for a review, which is why there are so many good reviews, they only take cash, the ramen is okay, but all noodles and a small piece of meat.

Had something to eat here today and the store was ok. The menus are not that eye-catching as laminated A2 posters. Drinks and food arrived super quickly. Prices are reasonable for the region. The taste was a bit uneventful, but just ok.

For me personally there were a bit many sprouts, but that's just a small thing You can only pay in cash, which doesn't bother you, but is something to keep in mind

Amazing food, freshly made and superb seasoning. Staff is friendly and welcoming, speaking both English and German. Outside seating is directly next to the main road Sadly, otherwise very comfortable.

A really good Ramen Worth to try!

I had the vegan gyoza, the vegan tantan ramen and the matcha ice cream and all of them were delicious! The service was also very friendly, we will definitely come back!! :)

My boyfriend and I were excited to try this restaurant after we saw on Google that they had great reviews.. at the end of our meal we noticed they had little bribery papers on tables saying if you give them a 'good' review you will get a free ice cream in return. Even though the food didn't meet our expectations, we were feeling quite happy with the table service we received until it came time to pay. The male waiter who 'appeared' so friendly all throughout asked us if we wanted to leave a 10% tip for the kitchen. We apologised to him and explained that we can't leave a tip because we're experiencing a difficult situation in life. This was when his whole energy/demeanour changed towards us, he didn't say anything but gave us a very rude, disapproving look. He then proceeded to keep some of our money without our permission when we were paying and we both paid separately so he did this twice deliberately. His behaviour really put a dampen on our night and has effected us.

Unfortunately, we found the ramen to be mediocre - but the staff was really friendly. What really becomes unpleasant at some point (the 5th time) are the pushy beggars :/

I was here with my partner on a classic gray Berlin day. At the entrance the place is very nice, there are all the size posters of the protagonists of the One Piece manga hanging on the walls. The tables are perhaps too close together and instead of chairs there are stools without backs, a little uncomfortable for a relaxed meal. But let's get to the point, I ordered a Ramen (Miso Ramen) while my partner ordered the vegetarian gyoza. To the ramen it is possible to add (at an extra cost) a whole series of toppings and/or extra vegetables. I must say that the quality of the ramen was excellent, perhaps among the best I have eaten in my life. Excellent broth, excellent cooking of the noodles, exceptional meat. The cost of the dishes I would say is normal. Now we come to the two negative flaws: the cost of beer, decidedly out of scale for being in Berlin (around 6 euros to 0.5) and it is not possible to pay by card, only cash and in 2024 this makes me a little nervous. turn up one's nose. Overall however it was a positive experience, I might go back.

The Ramen honestly was not what I expected. The atmosphere and the service was great, but the taste was not great at all considering the price. They give you a free ice cream, if you leave a good review, so I wouldn’t trust every review here.
