The vegan miso soup tasted like nothing. So disappointing as both the soup and place looked super good. And around 3€ for the tinies glass of still water?? Crazy. How does this place have such good reviews?

I've been visiting here sporadically for years because everything has been right so far. The ambience gets a deduction because there were simply too many visitors and tables were constantly changing and it caused unrest. Otherwise: Top service and there was nothing to complain about with the food.

Very tasty food and nice service

I haven't eaten so well in a long time! Vegan Kakiage Don with extra egg. The kakiage was wonderfully airy and crispy, the creamy sauce rounded everything off perfectly, and the wafer-thin red cabbage added a great touch. The service was super friendly and very attentive. Other restaurants can learn a lot from this. Will definitely come back and more often!

We brought a big group, all of us ordering plates and entrances. However we asked for tap water, the waiter was EXTREMELY rude saying they werent going to provide tap water and had to pay 2,80€ for a SMALL GLASS WATER. He continued to be rude the rest of the night not even giving us clear directions when we were asking where the atm was because they dont accept card . Also, he was VAPING inside the restaurant. next to us.

The broth tasted very strange, bitter and wrong. Very disappointed. The chashu was well cooked and the noodles were tasty and had a good texture which brought up the rating from 1 to 2 stars. But the broth is so important at a place like this and the broth was sadly very bad.

I don't know why there are so many positive opinions, but it's not even Ramen... tasteless broth - water with salt - Chinese, not Japanese style bacon, cooked noodles "congratulations" - overcooked, no desired "chewy texture" poor quality and it looked so good

Unfortunately there is a new owner, broth has no flavor - was not prepared in a traditional way - too many noodles but nothing else - you need to look for the meat - unfortunately greed surpassed quality once more. Last time, after being a loyal customer for 10 years - luckily there are alternatives

Got the vegan miso ramen and vegan gyoza for takeaway, and it was amazing. So flavorful and filling. I’ve not had a lot of experience with ramen takeaway, so I’m not sure if this is normal, but they put the broth in a separate container to keep everything as fresh as possible. Loved this! The restaurant was decked out with tons of anime decor and had a beautiful patio. Definitely can’t wait to go back and eat in the restaurant!

The food is top notch as always. Service also good. Good price Negative things: The door is often open and there is a draft, you get bumped if you sit awkwardly. We were told we didn't have to make a reservation over the phone and on site we were told we should make a reservation. But we didn't wait long

The Tantan Beef Chashu was delicious, very flavoury and ideal to get warm on a cold day.

The ramen is way too salty and tastes nothing like it does in Japan. If you eat this regularly you will definitely get high blood pressure. It's a shame for the beautiful location...

I can only recommend it, the best ramen in town. Much, much cheaper than at Buya-Ramen Restaurant AND you don't have to wait forever to get a seat. You can simply reserve a table by phone. There are always enough places for everyone. The ramen is super tasty, the service is also really good – super friendly and nice. Unfortunately you cannot pay by card. Yes, that was it.

After having decent ramen in a few cities across Europe, I had a certain expectation of ramen in Berlin but this turned out to be massive let down. Broth was nothing about tonkotsu - if you know what that word means in Japanese. Seasoning was bland, nonchalant service. Alas.

Very cute ramen restaurant that gets very busy around 7:30p but then dies down immediately. Waited about 10-15min on a packed house. Only one server running the dinning room & other doing take out & busing, but were able to keep it somewhat timely... Ramen was really good. We had the Kimchi Ramen with pork & Tokuton Kotsu with pork. On the lighter style of broth. They only offer a shot of sake (£5) so don’t expect the small bottle for table to share. Bathrooms don’t get much attention. Overall very good experience & welcomed the warm comforting ramen in a cozy atmosphere.

Ramen with beef, tasted ok, but the beef really came in homeopathic doses. Price-performance is therefore not ok.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant. The vegan ramen (miso and tantan) was not very tasty, but very salty, the noodles were strangely overcooked and therefore mushy. The service was not particularly accommodating and no tap water was offered.
