On Thursday evening, July 17, 2025, I went with my girlfriend to get a kebab and fries. I was very disappointed because the fries were like cardboard and raw inside. The kebab wasn't tasty, and the bread was soft and not crispy. We ordered it to go and five minutes later we were at a place where we wanted to decorate it, and the kebab was cold. The bread wasn't crispy at all. It just didn't taste good, and I was very disappointed. The worst part, of course, were the fries; they were raw, soggy, and dripping with grease. It's a shame, since I've always been a Hakiki fan.

So, since that kebab, I'll never eat a kebab again, even though it was my favorite. The kebab was sooooo bad and the fries were still raw. I just paid €32 for nothing.

Very tasty, but the price is too high. A doner kebab costs 8 euros.

Best restaurant in Berlin. I actually came here 4 times in two days. Meat and sauce were very flavorful and their portion sizes were filling. Definitely recommend!!

Hakiki is the blueprint for a minced meat doner. Unfortunately, I've often had complaints from friends who claim that there are now more frequent outliers and that Hakiki has been too expensive for a year now, etc. But I've never had bad luck so far.

The fastest kebab makers in Berlin. A minute and a half and you can start eating your kebab. The spice mixture for the minced meat skewer is legendary and unique. The boys are a well-rehearsed team who have been grilling and cutting the meat day in and day out for years. They also understand a lot of humor and if you order the kebab with chilli powder it's sometimes really hell and borders on bodily harm. They've spoiled my hunger so many times, it's unbelievable and yet I still like to come back again and again. The ambience is pure Neukölln lifestyle right on the hottest streets between dealers, junkies, hippies, criminals, office hunks, social victims and the normal Neukölln population of 100 different faiths and nationalities.

Very good kebab, tasty and inexpensive. The vegetables are seasoned with great taste and the meat cooked to perfection.

Not the employee of the month, disgustingly pushy, macho behavior, hanging over the counter and shouting, more cheeky than friendly. Dirty looking snack bar. The fries had so much mayonnaise on them that you couldn't see the fries anymore, the kebab had so much meat plus extra meat as if he wanted to quickly empty the skewer without listening and stuffed the kebab full of it, which would fall apart when eaten. First and last time and not recommended.

It's open early from 10 a.m., but you won't get a kebab before 11, which takes away the meaning of a kebab shop, so it's better to adjust the opening times.

If they can eat stench next to urine, then there you go and the one worker is too pushy.

Hakiki is an absolute insider tip for all kebab lovers! The kebab here is simply unbeatable – fresh, juicy and incredibly tasty. The quality of the meat is excellent and the sauces are amazing. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff, who always have a smile on their faces and go to great lengths to make every guest happy. Price-performance ratio is also absolutely right. If you're in the area, you should definitely stop by Hakiki - it's worth it!

I come from FFM. Was in Berlin for a few days. An employee at the ice cream parlor recommended the shop to me. I have to honestly say I haven't eaten such a delicious and juicy kebab for a long time. This was by far the juiciest kebab. Recommended for everyone

Why these huge minced meat skewers. They can't hold together without tons of binder. They are usually also stretched. And mayonese doesn't belong in the kebab. Why - why do you do that?

Great doner!!! We were in Berlin over the weekend and stayed in Neukölln. After the first kebab at Hakiki, it was clear to us that we would come back the next day. And so it was. 😂 It really tasted incredibly good, the bread, the meat and the sauces were simply great! Staff is very friendly and funny. Had a good time. ☺️ We will definitely come back to eat here on our next visit to Berlin!

Service is very good. Doner just mediocre for me. The meat is of high quality and very lean. Lean meat and little sauce didn't make the kebab juicy as it should be in my opinion.

Quality and freshness is very good. Hot sauce is really hot here. There's a huge bang. Personally it seems a bit too spicy for me but there are no powder granules in the hot sauce because you didn't notice anything in the finish.

Absoluter Durchschnitt. Wenn nicht sogar schlechter. Fleisch nicht kross angebraten und vor allem die generelle Menge für einen Big Döner war eine Frechheit. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich nicht gut.

Für nen „billigen“ Döner von der Bude ganz OK. Will jetzt hier nicht groß haten. Frisches Grünzeug und netter Verkäufer. Fleisch bzw. die Wurstmasse war leider nicht durch sondern labbrig und fettig was hauptsächlich zu den zwei Sternen geführt hat. Knoblauchsoße sehr süß und fettig - wer's mag… Gönnung

Blitze schnell. Ich wollte eine kleine dönerbox bevor mein Zug in 6 min Abfuhr. Er hat die Box schneller zusammen gestellt als ich mein Gelt raus geholt habe. Richtige Menge Fleisch und ordentlich viel Soße. Perfekt.

Top Döner im Geschmack ,da können sich einige andere Dönerbuden eine Scheibe abschneiden. Mitarbeiter immer freundlich. So schmeckt der Döner.

Na ja der Döner ist ok. Kenne deutlich bessere in Berlin aber für mich als verwöhnten Neuköllner ist er Ok. Kann man kaufen. Personal ist freundlich, der Chef auch. Die Location sonst ist Katastrophe. Definitiv eine der schlimmsten und schmutzigsten Ecken in Neukölln. Also Ambiente ist hier nur als Ratte zu erwarten.

Wurde mir als bester Döner Berlins empfohlen, was ich so definitiv nicht bestätigen kann. Der Döner schmeckt, ist aber auch nur Durchschnitt. Preisleistung war okay, war etwas wenig. Der eine Mitarbeiter war in Ordnung, der andere wirklich sehr unfreundlich, finde ich immer sehr schade. Würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Der Döner war vor paar Jahren einer der besten, aber die Portionen sind kleiner geworden und der Döner teurer und früher steckte da mehr liebe drin. Außerdem habe ich schon 2 mal dort einen abgelaufenen Ayran bekommen.

Nett sind sie da, der Döner/Dürüm ist auch super. Aber die Portionen sind eine Frechheit. Ich hab Verständnis dafür gehabt, dass man die Preise angezogen hat. Schwere Zeit für alle. Aber für 7,- darf ich dann schon mehr erwarten als ein Brot mit Salat und 70g Fleisch wenn ich vegetarisch essen will gehe ich nicht hierher. Das ist einfach frech und unverschämt. Da solltet ihr mal drüber nachdenken. Ich komme bestimmt nochmal und gebe euch eine Chance aber das ist dann die letzte. Also macht faire Portionen, die man für den Preis auch erwarten darf!
