We wanted to order something to eat there, and the employee seemed overwhelmed. Even if we had to ask for sauces, we could ask politely, not in such an annoyed, rude, or downright unfriendly way. Then we told him to be a bit friendlier. The colleague on the phone became unfriendly again and hung up. Unfriendly behavior like that is completely unacceptable, and we should train our employees in customer service. That's how you lose customers.

As a family, we have always enjoyed visiting this kebab shop, where we enjoyed eating and ordering food. Unfortunately, today's experience was a huge disappointment. This evening, at 9:19 p.m., we tried to place a pick-up order by phone. Initially, we were told that the shop was "full" and had already closed. When my husband politely asked what the opening hours would be in the future – since the online hours listed were 10:00 p.m. – the answer was simply that they were trying to update the information on the website. Immediately afterward, another employee took over the conversation, frantically interrupting the conversation and reacting in a very rude tone. He said something along the lines of: "We have the final say, and if we say there's nothing left, then that's the way it is." He explained that the day had been very stressful and there was a lot to do. We were honestly shocked by this kind of communication. Even under stress, respectful and customer-oriented interaction should be a given. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today, and we found the tone inappropriate and disrespectful. Based on this experience, we will not order from there in the future.

Sorry guys, the food was cold for the third time, really cold. We had chicken doner kebabs, and the meat was in a warming basin, presumably with cold water. There were 5 people behind the counter. Why doesn't someone turn on the basin, the oven, or the grill and freshen it up? Then the customer just has to wait? It wasn't the first time the chicken was riddled with gristle.

Definitely the best kebab in Hagen, a definite recommendation. The taste and size are top-notch. The indoor seating has also been nicely arranged, though it's a bit hectic due to the high number of pickups. You can also sit outside, right by the roundabout.

I've been to this kebab shop several times now and I'm impressed every time. I'd especially like to highlight the friendly staff. You're always greeted with a smile and served very courteously. The atmosphere is warm, and you immediately feel welcome. Despite the busyness, everything moves very quickly – there are no long waits here, which is a huge plus, especially during lunch breaks. There are a few seats both inside and outside, so you can enjoy your meal on site. If you're in a hurry, you can also easily take your food with you – the packaging is practical, and the food stays warm for a long time. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable visit, and it definitely won't be my last. If you're in the area and craving delicious food with great service, you should definitely stop by!

Friendliness is OK, no question. Rooms, well, but it's also due to the small rooms. Doner kebab is so well, not as tasty as it was two years ago. Nowadays it's really hard to get a good kebab. Price is okay for this kebab shop. Well, everyone has to form their own opinion about the kebabs, pizza, etc. Tastes are different.

The food is average, but nothing special. Meat is "normal" Sauces are good, but not always directly in the bread. The service is nice and friendly, waiting times are short. Overall, an average kebab shop, nothing special but not bad either. Unfortunately, prices have risen drastically in recent years, but the store itself can't do anything about that!

I've been here a few times. The first time it was very tasty. Later it got worse and worse. Last time there was almost no meat, red cabbage terrible. High prices, quality and quantity at a low level. Too bad.

The reception was unfortunately disappointing as the staff seemed listless. In contrast, I have noticed that the younger employees are much friendlier and more motivated, which makes the visit more pleasant. We ate on Sundays. The taste of the kebab was okay, but I noticed that less meat is currently being served. Overall, the food was okay, but the service and portion size could be improved. 4 out of 5 stars

I have ordered twice in the last 2 weeks. Food and everything is great, only the telephone service is no longer suitable. Both orders were not suitable. The same person was on the line both times. When I last ordered, I said twice what exactly I was getting. After about 6 seconds of silence, I just heard "mmhhh". Result: you arrive and get the wrong pizza. Otherwise, you can't complain about the price or the food, but taking orders hasn't really worked lately. It's best to avoid pre-ordering by phone so that you get the right order. This also saves you from constantly repeating the order and also about a 6 second pause after each statement you make. But as I said, the food and price are great!

The food itself is very good, but there is a lot of chaos among the staff! And the ambience isn't exactly great when there are 5-6 people standing in the small booth waiting for their order and you're eating there! Even when you order, all you get is chaos on the phone... Among other things, you have to wait on the receiver, which can sometimes take longer than 5 minutes. The concept definitely needs to be revised. I can't do that, even if the kebab isn't a bad one!

For a kebab shop, there is a great selection of different delicacies. Mom seems to do a lot herself. Comes good. If you only drive past it once, then turn around and try it.

Kult-Döner im Ortskern. Der Döner schmeckt richtig gut aber bei der Pizza fehlt seit Monaten das Salz im Pizzateig! So schmeckt die Pizza leider sehr, sehr fad! Da wir hauptsächlich Pizza ordern, gibts leider nur 3 von 5 Sternen! Wenn das Salz wieder den Weg in den Teig findet, gibts auch die vollen Sterne. Ansonsten cooles Team, dass super freundlich ist!

Ich war an drei Tagen zur Zeiten des Kirmeses an verschiedenen Zeitpunkten bei diesem Laden. Das Personal und ihr Service hat mich sofort bezaubert. Ich wollte nur einen Döner bekommen, doch mir wurde sofort das Gefühl gegeben, an diesem Ort erwünscht zu sein. Es lässt sich natürlich damit erklären, dass ich, als Kunde, der Grund bin, dass ihre Monetarisierung funktionieren kann. Zu diesem Punkt aber gleich noch mehr. Als mir dann noch der Name des Besitzers mitgeteilt wurde, wurde die Gastfreundschaft auf das höchste Niveau gebracht. Obwohl ich nicht aus Hagen komme und ich noch nie zuvor da war, konnte mir das Gefühl der Heimat vollständig vermittelt werden. Ich habe genau das bekommen was ich bestellt habe. Um auf den vorherigen Punkt zurückkehren, der Döner war, fast schon abnormal groß und gut gefüllt. Im Regelfall schaffe ich bis zu 2 Döner, aber bei diesem keine Chance. Bei 2/3 des Döners war ich so satt, ich bin mir immer noch unsicher ob mit solch einer Portion überhaupt Gewinn erzielt werden kann. Der Geschmack war außerordentlich Großartig. Als mein Gaumen dieses fantastische Wunder zufassen bekam, wurden Glückshormone in einem Maße ausgeschüttet, dafür benötigen andere Menschen Drogen. Jeder Biss war einfach perfekt. Die Zubereitungszeit betrug nur wenige Minuten, trotz der ziemlich großen Schlange zu den Stoßzeiten. Das Gemüse hat geschmeckt, wie frisch aus dem Garten einfach hervorragend. Die Soßen sind zwar auch bei anderen Dönerläden bekannt (Tsatsiki, Cocktail, hollandaise und scharf) aber auch diese waren ein reines Geschmackserlebnis. Das Fleisch war sehr gut gewürzt und knusprig. Was mich am meisten Geschmacklich begeistern konnte war das Brot. Sehr köstlich und wohltuend kross. Auf meine Individuellen Wünsche wurde ohne zu zögern eingegangen Das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich diesen Laden besuchen werde und freue mich jetzt schon auf die zukünftigen Geschmacksexplosionen. Auf Basis der von mir aufgezählten Punkte hat dieser Laden mit seinen Dienstleistungen also völlig berechtigt 5 Sterne verdient.

Essen wie immer grandios. Ob Döner, Hähnchendöner, Dönerteller oder Pizza Hagen: auf frische Zutaten und hervorragenden Geschmack kann man immer zählen. Vorher Anrufen ist auf jeden Fall hilfreich, wenn man nicht so lange warten möchte. Parkplätze in der Umgebung sowie Sitzplätze im Restaurant gibt es genügend. Vegetarische Optionen sind auch verfügbar. Insgesamt klar zu empfehlen!

Finden es super lecker dort. Mengen auch sehr ausreichend, mag besonders die Calzone Varianten…. Bestellung pünktlich fertig, EC Zahlung 0,50 Cent extra( bei einer Bezahlung von 32 Euro) finde ich nicht so zeitgemäß! Aber trotzdem 5 Sterne 🌟
