The event with Sven Väth was canceled at short notice due to flooding - completely understandable and understandable. An offer was made to refund the ticket price and a link was sent. Despite the fact that I sent both links correctly (the first link came, then the information that I had problems with the repayment and should fill out a second one again) for repayment, I was not reimbursed for the 80 euro ticket fees for over 3 months. No matter when, no one can be reached at the phone number in the legal notice, I have written several emails, even a message on Instagram. Unfortunately, all attempts to contact me were ignored, which I find to be completely unprofessional. Luckily I was able to get my money back via Paypal - otherwise the 80 euros would have been gone. That was the last time we booked tickets there!

There haven't been enough restrooms for weeks, and men and women have to share one or two restrooms for hundreds of guests. It's a shame, considering the entrance fee is between €26 and €49. Where's the public order office when you need it?

Unfortunately, my review from July was deleted. However, I think it's important that guests get a true impression of what's going on at the harbor. So, let me repeat: First, the positive: The venue is really beautifully designed and unique in the region. The staff at the entrance and at the bar are also friendly and really go out of their way to help guests. Now, the negative: Unfortunately, a good venue and good staff are useless when you sell so many tickets. Before COVID-19, you could really party and dance wildly at Hafen49. Now, the venue is dangerously crowded every week. You can sometimes wait for 45 minutes for drinks. The crowd is annoyed by the crowd and becomes inconsiderate. It's almost impossible to enjoy the day because you're constantly being stepped on by someone or having their elbows in your face. I've visited the venue several times a year since 2015 - unfortunately, 2024 was the last year for now. Perhaps the operator will learn from the countless reviews, which almost all describe the same thing... then I might give the port another chance.

All (bad) reviews of the port have been deleted? Hence, downgrading from 2 to 1 star. Summary: It's completely overcrowded, there's no space, and you can't leave the place for a short time, even though wristbands are available.

My review was removed, so here it is again! If you actually want to come for the good DJs/music or to dance, I advise against it, as there's no room to dance. If you want to squeeze in or just come to chat and be seen, you're welcome to pay at least €30 for it, as well as wait forever for drinks and push through the crowds. There's definitely no room. That's a shame, because it's actually a nice location, and it could actually be really nice. Unfortunately, it isn't. There are usually great DJs, but you don't get much of a chance. I recommend almost all other locations, for example, Am Blankenwasser... there's plenty of room to dance there. Cosmopop also ignores all criticism. There's not even any information if a DJ/act is late. It's a shame; if you're smart, you save yourself the money and the trip.

Paid 80 euros for 2 tickets via Paypal. Unfortunately, I permanently deleted the email with the tickets. My email asking me to resend the tickets with the PayPal transaction number was ignored. We had tickets to Rodhead 3 or 4 years ago. The event was canceled. It was promised that you would be able to attend an event of your choice the following year. When I asked by email the following year whether this option would also be available the following year, it was answered in the affirmative. When I finally used this option, I was ignored. It's a shame, actually a great location with great acts. However, I have no understanding of the way I am treated. Difficult times or not. We're not coming anymore.

There are simply endless people being let in and the new “beach” simply serves to officially increase capacity. In the event of a mass panic, there are no buffer areas. If something happens, good night. Cosmopop is obviously run coldly without any morals. In addition, the audience there is extremely irritable and quite antisocial. I'll never go there again (it used to be really bad).

Gestern Abend in Corona Zeiten Location ganz gut, Drinks in Ordnung, Flair durch buchungsslots und Masken etc. eher nicht. ABER: der Foodbereich in der Bar geht wirklich nicht. Kaum etwas im Angebot und das auch eher schlecht. Sollte man dann lieber gar nicht anbieten die Pizza.

Gute Musik, nettes Publikum und immer wieder eine kleine Feier wert. Wer zum Hafenfunk angemeldet ist, verpasst auch keine Acts oder spontane und vorgelegte Eröffnungen ;)

Nicht unbedingt ein Erfahrungsbericht, aber Erfahrungen beim Suchen nach: Öffnungszeiten, Eintritt, eben grundlegenden Infos..... SEHR anstrengend. Nirgends zu finden. Ich geh doch nicht irgendwo hin und weiß nicht ob´s geöffnet hat, ob es Eintritt kostet etc. Stark verbesserungswürdig. Da geh ich doch lieber gleich woanders hin....
