What a failure! Ordered food for €105 for 6 people. The quality here doesn't match the price at all. We received cold food over a delivery distance of 2.6 km. We also missed the sauces. We should then pick up the sauces ourselves. Well thank you! Once and never again!

Unfortunately very disappointed... we ordered food for €50 and the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all. The portions would be very small and the papaya salad had no papaya and only 1 shrimp, charging €9 for that is outrageous

The menu offers a wide selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes, but there is also ramen and sushi. Really everything we tried here was very good! In the summer heat, the homemade lemonades and Vietnamese coffee are highly recommended drinks. The service/staff was also friendly and the atmosphere is very nice and cozy. We'd love to come back! :O)

The place is nicely decorated and that's about the best I can say about this restaurant. The person serving us has zero understanding of allergens. I clearly stated that I had a dairy and gluten allergy. After the food came out and was definitely contaminated with gluten, he then had the cheek to tell me that I should maybe just order vegetables and insinuated that I should know what I am ordering. He then handed me the menu and proceeded to ignore me for the rest of the time while my family finished their meals (which according to them were average). When I challenged him at the end about his complete lack of knowledge in relation to allergens his response was that I was the first person to raise this issue and just brushed it off. Recommendation to management: ensure that all persons working for the restaurant have a knowledge of food allergens. It's a basic legal compliance requirement under the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation that had been in place for 10 years now Definitely not returning.

The food, especially the duck, was very, very good!! Rarely have I eaten such a juicy duck. Very dear young waiter. Happy to come back!!

The food was very tasty and it was also very fresh. The food wasn't expensive and the restaurant looks very nice inside. I recommend it to everyone!

We always enjoyed eating here and often ordered food to be picked up. Last time we were given the wrong sushi and claimed we said the wrong number, even though we called the sushi by name. Today we ordered again, after the specified time we were there, apparently our order was forgotten. We were given something that was completely wrong and still billed expensively. That is not how it works. I am extremely disappointed.

As always, very tasty food, without exception. The staff are very friendly, even with special requests.

We eat here every now and then on the weekend and have always been satisfied. Fresh ingredients, even the beer tastes good shortly after it opens at lunchtime. The menu is extensive, there is always something to be found, at least if you are in the mood for Asian. The ambience is elaborate, dark wood against the light fabric flowers. There is even an aquarium. After dinner there is an iced coffee shop on the street opposite the supermarket, which also has good coffee.

We used to visit this spot but stopped as they were quite ordinary. But gave ist another chance recently and they really stepped up their game. We were a party of 5 and all had different dishes. Everything was good and fresh made. Interior has been updated as well and they added quite comfy chairs. You for sure can pay by card.

We often and really enjoy going to the restaurant, Only yesterday the food was subpar. Vegetables were totally hard, fried chicken was old and tough, and the take-away food was unfortunately worth a ton. We've never experienced it like that there before. It's a shame when we asked about the meat we were looked at in surprise, then we got fresh meat - the difference was like night and day.

Very nice atmosphere and the food was great

We have eaten at Hachimi several times and we now consider the restaurant to be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Leipzig. The selection of dishes is very good and all dishes are freshly prepared. The scent and variety of flavors are outstanding. We recommend! Only the service could be better. The service tends to take a long time and is not very flexible. But the quality of the food stands out for me.

There is a lunch menu, but we chose mango salmon and spicy salmon from the menu. Food was delicious. The waitress wasn't in a good mood, maybe because she had a cold or it was an hour before lunch.

My girls love the sushi. To fill you up, you need two main dishes per person. be. I'd rather order an alternative. However, the food is well made, but others can do it better in terms of taste. The service is okay. The drinks tend to take a little longer. But that's not so bad. However, there is no spark of sympathy from the staff. It feels a bit like an assembly line to me. I really like the atmosphere. The aquarium is a beautiful eye-catcher.

Great restaurant. We were particularly impressed by the price-performance ratio! The portions are quite large and taste good. The staff was very friendly. I recommend it and will probably eat there a few more times. In my opinion, minor defects such as cleanliness in a few isolated places can be overlooked.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food, but especially the service, has deteriorated extremely in recent years. We were here today with a large group and waited 90 minutes for the food... Very unmotivated, listless and unfriendly service. The prices are significantly increased and do not correspond to the quality or service. The wrong side dishes were also repeatedly served. But we already know that. But there is no way to give in or accommodate. After a good five years as regular customers, this was probably the last time we ate here. I really hope that the operators will make improvements here... Unfortunately that's not possible!

I had dinner with my father in this location on Saturday January 28th, 2024. We both ordered number 31. The food took some getting used to. Now we're both in bed with food poisoning. My father even went there again yesterday to describe this situation. But apparently they didn't understand our German. I will avoid this restaurant with a wide berth in the future.

We were there on a busy Saturday evening. Service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Had a Christmas party here - great food, very good prices (most main courses around €11-12). One star deduction because you had to wait a little while for some drinks and food orders and there were communication problems with some orders/questions (e.g. whether one of the red wines on the menu was sweet). Nevertheless, a highly recommended restaurant with a great ambience

One of the best Vietnamese in Leipzig! The tofu dishes are all delicious and the vegan sushi is incredible too!

Unfortunately not vegan friendly at all. It was really difficult to find any non-violent meal because firstly the menu wasn't marked up and secondly the service staff was anything but cooperative. Unfortunately, the food was below average. We won't be coming back.

Super nettes Personal, der Laden sah auch wirklich schön aus. Leider hat mir mein Essen was ich bestellt habe nicht geschmeckt. Ich bin ziemlich mäkelig bei neuen Sachen, wollte es aber unbedingt ausprobieren. Das war wahrscheinlich mein Fehler. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hin gehen und dann etwas bestellen, was ich kenne. :)

Also ich sags mal so..nicht nochmal..die Bedienung hat sich bemüht..wir waren die Einzigen im Restaurant..wollten Sushi essen und was gab es nicht? Richtig Sushi :/ lol..schade

Sehr gepflegtes Ambiente im Restaurant - alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Service asiatisch freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen perfekt - lecker angerichtet - Geschmacklich autentisch. Sehr gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir essen hier schon seit Jahren gerne. Das war immer gut. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit im Restaurant selbst stark zu wünschen übrig und wird mit den Jahren schlimmer. Immer Schmutz und Spinnweben. Ich möchte nicht wissen, ob die Küche auch so aussieht.

Das Essen war generell gut,aber keine Geschmacksexplosion. Die Sommerrollen waren lecker und frisch. Die Hauptspeise mit Hähnchen war in Ordnung- aber das Hähnchen leider sehr trocken,das Gemüse etwas zerkocht und die Erdnusssoße hat mich 1. nicht überzeugt und 2. war es leider zu wenig für das ganze Hähnchen und Reis. Das Ambiente ist nicht einladend- recht vernachlässigt und gemütlich ist es auch nicht wirklich. Die Bedienung war anfangs noch sehr schnell.. und nach zwei Getränke-Runden kaum noch zu sehen, eine weitere Nachfrage fand nicht statt und die Freundlichkeit war auch nur in Maßen vorhanden. Sehr schade.

Wenig Geschmack, Nudeln verkocht, beim Hauptgang bereits kein Getränk mehr. Das Ambiente ist grob asiatisch angehaucht - Kunstdeko bei den Pflanzen, Aquarium ungepflegt

Das Essen ist Top, die Bedienung freundlich und die Preise gut

Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants spüre ich die herzliche Atmosphäre und die Gastfreundschaft, die einen typisch vietnamesischen Charme ausstrahlt. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und doch authentisch, mit vielen traditionellen Dekorationen, die einem das Gefühl geben, sich mitten in Vietnam zu befinden. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter begrüßen einen stets mit einem Lächeln und sind bereit, einem bei der Auswahl der Speisen zu helfen. Was mich jedoch immer wieder aufs Neue beeindruckt, ist die Vielfalt der Gerichte auf der Speisekarte. Von frischen Frühlingsrollen bis hin zu köstlichen Pho-Suppen, von knusprigen Banh Mi-Sandwiches bis hin zu würzigen Bun-Vermicelli-Gerichten – die Auswahl ist schier endlos. Jedes Gericht wird mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet und ist ein Fest für die Sinne. Die Aromen sind intensiv und authentisch, und die Präsentation der Gerichte ist stets ansprechend.

Freundlicher Service, aber das Essen war leider keiner Rede wert. Das Ambiente sah auf den ersten Blick ambitioniert, aber auf den näheren eher vernachlässigt aus.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker! Nur zu empfehlen. Die Bedienung dauert hin und wieder etwas länger.

Frisch, lecker und schnell. Super! Nicht diese 0-8-15 Nudeln mit Hühnchen, sondern frische Kräuter, mit Erdnüssen garniert etc. Jederzeit wieder!

Das Restaurant ist sehr groß, nur die Farbe innen müsste heller gestaltet werden, weil die dunkle Farbe einen erdrückt. Der Service müsste freundlicher sein und mehr für die Gäste da sein als hinter dem Tresen am Handy zu spielen und es wäre auch hilfreich wenn man die Bestellung sich auf schreibt . Als wir bestellt haben, wurde ein falsches Essen gebracht. Sonst war es ok.

Ich war nun schön öfter in Hachimi essen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker (Sushi sowie Reis- und Nudelgerichte) und der Laden auch schön und sauber. Cocktails sind jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Nach Reklamation mussten wir den quasi vollen Cocktail sogar bezahlen. Der Service ist leider nicht gut und auch nicht kundenorientiert/freundlich. Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen und hat auch sehr lange Wartezeiten. Es gibt auch schlichtweg zu wenig Personal, um der Kundschaft gerecht zu werden. Abgesehen vom Service esse ich hier gerne.
