Unfortunately I fell for it twice with the food. 1x cordon bleu and 1x duck. Both were very expandable. Otherwise the service was great and the place has something.

Great local pub. The food sizes are large and they are delicious. The service is very good and this place is usually packed. Hours of operation (including Sunday) are convenient.

I think it's hearty, good food. Served strangely on a wicker wire rack with tiers. But when it comes to dessert on the dustpan, it's no longer to my taste. In terms of price, I think the Cordon Bleu with a maximum of 300 grams is already a statement at almost €32. The knuckle is very large and costs around €24. The service had to put the dirty dishes right at the front of the table so that he could take them with him.

Typical, original Wirtshaus with german, bavarian style. Very friendly staff, good service, central location with parking availability nearby. Prices are ok. A warm atmosphere.

Delicious food in a beautiful location with hefty prices

Whenever we are in Ulm, we come here to eat. Large portions, very tasty, beautifully presented food, super nice waitresses who clearly enjoy their job. We have had a very nice stay here several times.

Wanted to eat and drink there yesterday. We were told that nothing would work without a reservation. We looked around and were disappointed. The WHOLE TOP FLOOR was empty and downstairs we could see 3 empty tables. Very unfriendly on top of that. Went to the Zill. We received great service there and had a delicious meal. We also gave tips as a thank you.

Very good economy, great currywurst if you want extra spicy and good beer in a cozy environment. Reservations are required, usually very full. Fischerviertel car park 200m away so everything fits.

Not recommended for people with gluten intolerance. Even though the kitchen knew about it, it went completely wrong. And that's not meant to be funny.

September 2024: Unfortunately, this time the employees are no longer so fast. Food and drinks were served, but after that we were ignored, "sat on dry land" because a "brifing" had been called and the staff had not been seen for over 15 minutes, so there was no spice mill for food and no tip I saved myself too. And there really wasn't much going on. Unfortunately, the toilet also looked very worn out, there were towels lying around and it hadn't been cleaned/tidyed up for a long time. It's a shame, maybe I'll come back in a year. The food was still good in terms of taste, but I expected a little more attention. September 2023; We received a place spontaneously and without a reservation. Friendly welcome and we were also allowed to choose our table. Food came after a short wait. Very nicely prepared and a great, generous portion. Onion roast, cheese spaetzle and salad is one of the more expensive dishes. However, it was worth it. The meat was fried to perfection and the salad was also plentiful. I felt comfortable. Toilet not used. I'll be back

We got a place quickly. Unfortunately the entire menu wasn't available at the time, but the food was otherwise good and a large portion. We liked it a lot.

We were there for the first time on October 21, 2024, the atmosphere was rustic and the Oktoberfest atmosphere was simply great 👍 the service and the waiter were simply very nice and accommodating. The food was very good and we are looking forward to eating here very soon 😋🫶

Very pleasant atmosphere. The waitresses were quick and friendly. The dishes were all very well prepared and extremely tasty (myself: “Vienna Waltz”). Also suitable for larger groups. Pre-registration is definitely recommended. The restaurant is always very busy and the seats are in demand. The best way to contact us is by email. Then you will receive an answer within 24 hours.

Recently an interesting pricing policy. Around 30 euros for a filled schnitzel will make even a guest who has already seen a lot sit up and take notice.

Very very tasty! I had the Monaco schnitzel with mustard breading and it was super tasty and just something different than the normal breaded schnitzel. Plus fried onion rings. Spaetzle with very spicy, delicious sauce. Flädle soup also very spicy

If you want to eat German food in Ulm, you should come here. I was worried that the food would be salty, but it was delicious and not salty. The staff was also friendly.

I love Augustiner beer, a Munich treasure founded in 1328. So when I come to Germany I always look for a restaurant in the city where I can drink Augustiner. This is my first time staying at ULM. I found it on this map near my hotel. Of course, my favorite Augustiner is also the best. The shop's unpretentious, homely atmosphere Customer service as if you were at home without excessive interference Also, the food is delicious without any frills. Be honest with your customers I don't think I can make a meal that comforting. Today is the third day in a row. Tomorrow is the last day of my stay at ulm. I think I'll be drawn to it. I really recommend it.

Were there last Friday afternoon. Rustic gastronomy beer garden right on the water. No problems with mosquitoes. Food great and plentiful as well as delicious 😋. The boss ready for every joke. Prices normal for the region. I've been there twice and definitely won't be here for the last time.

We were there for lunch on Sunday. The weather was nice so we sat outside. Although the terrace is at the top of the street, it was relatively quiet and very pleasant to sit there thanks to the plants set up as privacy screens. The service was extremely courteous and friendly and the food was also delicious. The portions were a bit big, but we didn't have to cook anything for the next day. So everything is good. We'll definitely come back.

Update: 2nd visit. The pork knuckle! End! And there is no screening here. Announcement understood. 5* Keep it up. 😂 Probably not "best burger in town" but I don't think that's the goal here either. What you get is a very tasty burger with plenty of potato wedges on the side. The test tube full of coleslaw is a bit irritating. A little more or not at all would make sense. The staff is on their toes and even when the store is completely full they are always friendly and looking out for the guests' well-being. Come back! P.S. The option of a chillie cheese burger would be nice 🙂

A great place with a great atmosphere, I recommend it to anyone who loves karchma with national homemade food. The portions are large and tasty, the service is excellent

I didn't eat there, so no review. But it's supposed to be good, I was told. The prices for meals are between 20 and 25€. The drinks are Ulm average. I liked the atmosphere. Selected with great attention to detail. I liked the children's regulars' table. From what I've seen, the children can also watch videos there. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair-accessible entrance. The toilets are on the 1st floor and can only be reached via stairs.

very nice traditional Bavarian German restaurant in Ulm. the food are great, very cozy and spacious restaurants, service is excellent & very friendly. most of the staffs could speak English, very warm & helpful. I've tried: - Schnitzel Weiner with fries & salad - 9/10 very big portion. the chicken is moist & well seasoned. I like how the chicken is not dry. I love the purple sauce (don't know what is called its so good) the fries are crispy. the salad is also fresh - hot chocolate 8.5/10 - curry wurst with fries very big portion a lot of beers variety here ( but due recent health problem I wasn't able to drink) I had a good time dining here and it would be even better if they have offer cocktails and cocktails options overall, recommended 💚
