Grottig schlecht… wir können überhaupt nicht verstehen, warum dieser fastfood so gut bewertet wird???? Nichts persönliches, Abfertigung und nur Geld rausziehen. Definitiv schlecht!

Everything went very quickly. The food was very tasty, large portions! Fresh ingredients, the udon noodles were delicious!

I don't understand the rating of 4.7 for this restaurant. The food is mediocre, similar to any Asian takeaway, the tables are so close together that it's uncomfortable. It's nicer on the first floor but downstairs it's like a train station hall.

The service was unfriendly and the food was cold rather than warm. Hygiene isn't exactly a priority either. (Obviously under the weather) coughed on the food as it was being taken out. Personally, I didn't feel comfortable and wouldn't come again

We went for lunch, the sushi is just terrible!!!! Rice-porridge! Soups, the portions are large, but the rating is 3-.. unfortunately disappointing...

We had lunch and were served quickly but not in a particularly friendly manner. Food didn't taste good, summer rolls had no taste, shrimps were still raw. The supposedly crispy fried duck was still half raw and not seasoned. Bun bo Nam Bo was served without vinaigrette and peanuts. The tender beef on the menu, wok-fried, was cooked and tough (disgusting) without spices. When we asked, they brought us the basket with the spices, unfortunately the bottle with the fish sauce was empty. No napkin and no knife either but maybe that's usual. The ginger tea tastes like lemon water with peppermint. Even though it wasn't full there was a lot of unrest. We'll definitely never come back...

It was really very busy, we waited over 1.5 hours aw for our food. It arrived at different times and was only lukewarm. The food was okay, but too average for the price.

Given the many good reviews, we were very disappointed with the quality of the soups and summer rolls. There was a complete lack of spice and the quality of the filler was below average. Only the spring onions tasted as expected. The widely praised operating speed also failed to shine today. Overall, very far below our expectations.

Sushi is not good at all, it falls apart as soon as you touch it. In addition, very little soy sauce and ginger are included for a sushi set. We had actually reserved a table for two people, but were then seated at a tiny table right by the door in the crowded store, where it was constantly cold because people were constantly coming in. In addition, the service was totally unfriendly and impolite. Then left the restaurant. Very disappointing!

bun cha with nem was decent but a little pricy (>20€). also a single sprig of cilantro was too little herbs. meat was tender and well seasoned, portion size was very generous. beautifl restaurant.

Provincial Vietnamese restaurant in Leipzig. Short and painless.....I hardly believe they eat their bun cha themselves! Simple broth that was transformed into any flavor with just a hefty shot of Sriracha; the pork belly was fried hard and dry. Service uninterested and...that's it. Absolutely no recommendation.

The food was very neutral with no spices. The service was bad. I ordered Coca Cola Zero from a waiter and a waiter came with Diet Coke. I asked for Coke Zero and the waiter grudgingly took the glass back. And brought me back the glass. I'm almost certain it was the same glass. Afterwards I saw that they only have Pepsi... The price was quite high for the simple meal. They also didn't have a daily menu, although it was available everywhere on the ring aisle. If we weren't very tired and hungry we would have left the restaurant. So it is not recommended at all.

The food was again very good, only the service could be a little more attentive. While you're talking, your eyes are elsewhere and your colleague is gone in a matter of seconds.

It was really quite good, very nice, relatively quick, we were full, and the costs have gone up everywhere, what do we expect, nothing is going to be cheaper or cheaper anyway. You treat yourself to something for your birthday and save yourself something to eat for the rest of the year for your next visit!!! Thank you very much

A recommendation: you can go out to eat, but the restaurant is always busy and the tables are a bit cramped. This makes the stay feel a bit rushed. I would have liked to order a second drink, but unfortunately no one came to the table.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed! It was very cold in the restaurant and we waited a long time for the food at lunchtime. The wontons were convenience products, spring rolls tasted like nothing and like grits sausage at the same time, the mango salad consisted almost entirely of iceberg lettuce and a ready-made mango sauce and the bun cha tasted very much like glutamate. Unfortunately the prices are too high for that. Unfortunately, the service staff is also rather unfriendly and we almost had to fight to be able to pay. However, the atmosphere is nice, but we wouldn't come again.

Ungrateful and unprofessional behavior! At the beginning we were very happy with the ambience of the restaurant, but when we took the order the dishes were described to us differently than what they actually were. When it came to the payment situation and we “apparently” didn’t give the waiter enough of a tip, he got annoyed and wordlessly threw the change on the table. But that wasn't enough, he spitefully showed his colleagues our bill and made fun of it in his native language. We sat right next to the counter and were viewed critically and laughingly by all the waiters. We won't visit the restaurant again.

We had two vegan pho and one sushi. The food was ok, the Pho seemed more like a stew. The Aperol Sprizz had no carbonation and way too much Aperol. Although we had the first one returned with the advice that please less Aperol and more carbonation, we received two new drinks that were almost identical to the first. Minimally more carbon dioxide. The older waiter cannot be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness. When he took the order he was like, what do you want? When the food came before the drinks and I politely asked if the drinks were still coming, he rudely replied that I should stay quiet. My food came much later than the other two meals. After eating we were rudely asked to leave in 15 minutes so that the place could be freed up. “Walk for 15 minutes.” That was all.

The food is ok, a bit expensive but ok. In my opinion the customer service is very bad. We waited 45 minutes for our order. So we asked the waiter why it was taking so long. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, he said that it just takes time when the store is full. On Friday evening at 5:30 p.m. it wasn't really full, more like half full. We were also able to observe that a customer who came about 15 minutes after us and ordered after and received the food sooner... We felt very ripped off at this point. After we received the food, we asked for a bowl for our HotPot, which only came after 10 minutes after we asked twice. My colleague couldn't start eating right away because it was way too hot... The two stars are for the satisfying food… Unfortunately, customer service is very poor. I then addressed these points when paying. The waiter said that it usually takes longer and then ran away with the dishes and didn't give us the bill... They just tried to find excuses and didn't try to approach the customer. A disgrace and a very, very shame. I would have expected much more from such a beautiful and expensive restaurant No recommendation.

Very fair prices. Attentive staff, who unfortunately only partially understand German, and our food was quite garlic-heavy. Still, overall a solid establishment.

Wir haben das Hà Nôi Cuisine spontan besucht und sofort einen Tisch für zwei bekommen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und schafft eine authentische, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Service war schnell und freundlich, allerdings wechselte die Bedienung bei jedem Besuch an unserem Tisch. Die Speisekarte ist angenehm kompakt – genug Auswahl, ohne überladen zu sein. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleinen Passagen zu Herkunft und Geschichte einiger Gerichte. Die hausgemachten Limonaden und Teevariationen waren ebenfalls ein Highlight – mein Mango-Tee und Maxis Limonade waren beide sehr lecker. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir verschiedene gefüllte Teigtaschen, die uns geschmacklich überzeugten und sehr schnell serviert wurden. Bei den Hauptgerichten wählte Maxi eine Wan-Tan-Suppe, während ich mich für das Bún Chã entschied – laut Karte das gleiche Gericht, das Barack Obama auf seiner Vietnam-Reise genossen hat. Beide Gerichte waren sehr lecker und gut zubereitet. Einziger Minuspunkt war unser Platz in der Nähe der Tür – jedes Mal, wenn jemand den Laden betrat, zog eine unangenehme Kälte durch den Raum. Zudem war es insgesamt recht laut. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Besuch sehr genossen und würden das Restaurant weiterempfehlen.

So yeah. Waiter very helpful but disorganized and slow. Bun Cha was a very aromatic soup with a bunch of noodles with no flavor and a bunch of salad with no dressing. My companion's soup contained sharp-edged pieces of mussel and undeveined shrimp. Food and prices okay, atmosphere very nice. Don't have high expectations.

We were there spontaneously for lunch. It looks good from the outside and the menu is also quite attractive. So we went in. The order was accepted quite quickly. Drinks and food together here. The lunch menu with starter soup and ice cream as dessert sounded good. However, things didn't get better. A quick look around the restaurant revealed a lot of dirt. The tables are worn out, some are very crooked. The window facade was dirty. The glasses in which the drinks were served were not cleaned properly, not just one but all 3. The starter soup was bad in taste. It was a kind of cream soup. The main course was the best part of the whole visit. The dishes tasted well. The dessert was just a loveless, misshapen scoop of vanilla ice cream with nothing on it, served in a worn bowl with a badly used spoon. The service was also not a friendly face when entering, serving and paying. Like the restaurant, the sanitary area was dirty, the silicone edges were moldy and worn out. We won't come by again. Too bad.

As described in the predecessors. Ambience is ok, food looks good visually but the taste is lacking, I've eaten much better Vietnamese.

The table was dirty, the Pepsi was not carbonated, the dim sum was a tragedy, the shrimp sticks were half raw and the tempura was filled with frozen salmon. An absolute low point in 5 years of Leipzig restaurant experience. Especially since the tables are so close to each other that an intimate atmosphere is created when you walk past. The service was so good that you were always asked at least twice. Even if it has already been ordered.

En la esquina del centro de la ciudad hay este lugar súper sabroso. Las cosas son geniales, trabajando rápido y súper servicial. Pedí alitas de pollo y Pho. La sopa fue una de las mejores que he comido.

No disfrutamos de esta comida. La comida era de baja calidad y desagradable. Platos llenos de comida recolectada y sin acuse de recibo o cuidado por parte del personal de guardia.

We had a delicious Vietnamese meal there before we went to the quarterback arena. The service was friendly and quick despite the time (4 p.m.) the restaurant was very busy. The menu has a variety of dishes and offers something for every taste, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The prices are almost too cheap for the delicious food. We would love to come back, there are still some dishes that need to be tried!

Vietnamese restaurant very well located, often with a lot of people so a little noisy but passable For the food, it was very good, I recommend the Bo Bun which is really incredible! Fast service and correct decor, good value for money :)

Ordered the hot pot and it qas amazing

We enjoyed the mango coconut curry with duck and baked chicken. The Pepsi Cola 0.2l for €3.50 is a bit steep. With temperatures below zero outside, it was a bit chilly in the restaurant. Opening the door always brought in very cold air. We sat pretty far back.

This is my first time writing a review. But it's the first time I've eaten something that looks aesthetically good but has no taste. The only thing that was tasty were the spring rolls. The old man is not friendly at all, you ask him something and he ignores you, not even a small smile on his face. I'm really disappointed, the restaurant looks very nice but the food offered doesn't taste good at all.

If you came across the Vietnamese restaurant to try out Vietnamese cuisine, I would strongly discourage you from doing so. The food was nothing special and the duck that came with it was undercooked. The taste is also rather neutral and nothing special, especially considering the prices. 16.00 for a simple dish. You'd better get a Chinese pan from the snack bar around the corner and you'll get off better. Next point is the staff, apparently they can't speak and an older one gives me the impression that he is rather annoyed by the customers and didn't respond to simple questions or just pointed his fingers in the direction of where the toilet was after you had asked. As he cleared away the dishes, he slapped them together and made a grim face😄. There are very good Vietnamese in Leipzig, but this one is definitely not one of them. I have no idea how they come up with such a recession here, but as we all know, there are always tricks. I definitely won't come again and would rather eat €10.00 for pasta with ketchup somewhere than order something there.

I tried the Vietnamese cuisine in this restaurant and it was really a great experience the food was fresh and super tasty especially the pho soup was fantastic the staff was very friendly and helpful the prices were really justified I was really satisfied

The food was ok, unfortunately only lukewarm. Visually it looked good. The ambience is debatable, I didn't like it. And the tables are too close together. The gentleman who seated us wasn't all that nice and the rest of the staff would have been a little more friendly or even smiled.

It is questionable that bad reviews that simply describe the restaurant visit are tried to be deleted. Too bad! That's exactly what the reviews are there for and perhaps also an incentive for improvements.

I was there last summer and sat outside. First of all, we waited a long time for the food, the duck should be crispy (about 40 minutes). I'm used to something different, tasteless, the opposite of what I would call Asian delicious. Maybe it was a bad day, who knows...

The staff was friendly. The ambience was ok, but it was relatively tight to sit. The food was delicious and you felt full.

We went there for a late lunch last week. We had to wait quite a long time just to place our order. My daughter's meal didn't come with the tofu she ordered, but with the vegan beef... So it went back. Then the wrong food arrived. No fried noodles, everything in broth. In the end she and I had the same food which just tasted like salt. Prices have generally risen a lot recently, but everything there is another €5 more expensive. Completely disproportionate and unfortunately not at all tasty. I can confirm that the waiters there seem unfriendly and overwhelmed. There are truly better Vietnamese restaurants in Leipzig. You don't have to go here. I wouldn't do it again either.

Die Ente war so zäh, dass ich sie nicht fertig essen konnte und die Nudeln so trocken, dass ich sie nicht runter bekommen habe. Wirklich nicht zum Empfehlen dieses Restaurant, schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertung aber das war wirklich so unterirdisch.. Zudem war der Service wirklich nicht gut, lange Wartezeiten für Getränke.

First the pleasant. The food was very good and the price was also ok. The ambience at the window table was not pleasant. The window radiated the cold in from outside and the access door did the rest. The distance between the tables was too small, I had the guest behind me sitting directly on the back of the chair or head to head and that was uncomfortable. The staff seemed stressed and could have been a bit friendlier.

Dieses Restaurant liegt zentral in der Nähe des Hbf und ist hübsch eingerichtet. Ich habe Bún Bò Nam Bộ gegessen für 15,50 €. Dieses Gericht war frisch zubereitet und lecker, hätte für meine Geschmack aber noch etwas offensiver gewürzt sein können, wobei das dann wiederum für viele andere wahrscheinlich zu viel des Guten gewesen wäre. Auf jeden Fall Empfehlung.

We had reserved a table with the request that it not be near the door. What did we get, a table very close to the door. There was a constant draft when someone came in. Still water was served by the glass, although this is not allowed in restaurants. Only one napkin for 2 people and you could eat from the neighboring table because the tables are so close together. Then the food, we ordered duck with noodles. Disaster, the duck was so tough that we couldn't eat it. It was cleared away without a word, without asking why we hadn't eaten. Conclusion - never again!!!!!

It takes a long time to make and it’s not as authentic as the reviews said and it’s not delicious. If it's just a full meal, that's fine But if you want a decent Vietnamese meal this is not the place

When we came in there was a sign telling us to wait for staff to seat us, this didn't happen for 15 minutes and we were ignored despite making eye contact. When we were assigned a table, it was not cleaned and was greasy. Neither the tea light was replaced and lit (although there were clearly at least 200 tea lights stored in the entrance to the kitchen), nor did we receive cutlery (only a few minutes after the food arrived). We had to wait a long time for the order to be taken, as well as for the food and the bill, and had to point it out several times. The staff seemed completely confused, offered the wrong food to different guests several times and brought our order incomplete. When asked, the correction took a little longer again, and the “Crispy Fried Chicken” was almost inedible and gristly. This restaurant is absolutely not recommended!

It took in excess of an hour to receive our food, excluding waiting for the table and ordering. The food was okay, but really let down by the service.

Left after 1 hour without eating. Yes, it was full, but communication helps. Instead we were squeezed into the last table next to the kitchen, "nice" background noise and drafty, even next to the basement stairs. Drinks took 20 minutes, the cutlery that found its way to the table was consistently greasy. So we had already lost our appetite anyway... At the table next to us, the starters arrived very late, one after the other and sometimes not at all. They weren't the only ones who were annoyed. At least there was no discussion when we wanted to leave. Of course we were still “allowed” to pay for drinks. So we wouldn't give it a second chance...

Unfriendly service, waiting almost 1 hour 30 minutes for the food and then being harassed. The food itself was not tasty and extremely unseasoned. Meat consisted only of gristle and fat. There are many other better restaurants in the area.

🍜 Pho was delicious. Service unfriendly. After we ordered, we noticed that the Pho was currently on offer as a lunch menu and was therefore a little cheaper. The bill was at the normal price so we asked. The waitress said that we should have said that we wanted the lunch special pho...??? What would have been different then? It would still be the same dish. There were no extra herbs or anything that would have made a difference between normal Pho and lunch special Pho. He wasn't tall either, just below average. So the lunch special pho would be even smaller? Well... I won't find out as I'll probably go to a friendlier restaurant next time. But it was still delicious!!! I ❤️ 🍜

Unfortunately, contrary to the good reviews, we had an experience that was not recommended. The service was unfriendly, the food was lukewarm and really one of the worst we've ever had (it didn't taste like anything, wasn't refined and, as I said, lukewarm). And that for the prices! The only thing that was nice was the ambience of the facility.

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen, wirklich sehr gut. Was aber in diesem Restaurant gar nicht geht, sind die Angestellten. Man hat als Gast das Gefühl zu stören. Kein Lächeln, kein Danke, kein Bitte. Am Handy datteln war denen wichtiger als ihre Gäste freundlich zu bedienen. Einer von ihnen war vermutlich der Chen, aber dem war es auch egal.

Fried rice was inedible even when drowned in sauce. It tasted a lot like thawed buttered vegetables with herb butter. A terrible experience. The restaurant was visited by a couple of other guests in the afternoon, but we still had to wait 40 minutes for the same dish. The vegetables probably still needed to be thawed.

Best Asian cousin in the city. The ambiance is nice and all the attendants are very polite, hospitable and friendly.
