Good food and not even very expensive. (It could have been seasoned a little more intensely.)

I was there last summer and sat outside. First of all, we waited a long time for the food, the duck should be crispy (about 40 minutes). I'm used to something different, tasteless, the opposite of what I would call Asian delicious. Maybe it was a bad day, who knows...

We had pasta today, it was delicious, we just missed the sauce.

We went there for a late lunch last week. We had to wait quite a long time just to place our order. My daughter's meal didn't come with the tofu she ordered, but with the vegan beef... So it went back. Then the wrong food arrived. No fried noodles, everything in broth. In the end she and I had the same food which just tasted like salt. Prices have generally risen a lot recently, but everything there is another €5 more expensive. Completely disproportionate and unfortunately not at all tasty. I can confirm that the waiters there seem unfriendly and overwhelmed. There are truly better Vietnamese restaurants in Leipzig. You don't have to go here. I wouldn't do it again either.

The staff was friendly. The ambience was ok, but it was relatively tight to sit. The food was delicious and you felt full.

First the pleasant. The food was very good and the price was also ok. The ambience at the window table was not pleasant. The window radiated the cold in from outside and the access door did the rest. The distance between the tables was too small, I had the guest behind me sitting directly on the back of the chair or head to head and that was uncomfortable. The staff seemed stressed and could have been a bit friendlier.

Die Ente war so zäh, dass ich sie nicht fertig essen konnte und die Nudeln so trocken, dass ich sie nicht runter bekommen habe. Wirklich nicht zum Empfehlen dieses Restaurant, schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertung aber das war wirklich so unterirdisch.. Zudem war der Service wirklich nicht gut, lange Wartezeiten für Getränke.

We had reserved a table with the request that it not be near the door. What did we get, a table very close to the door. There was a constant draft when someone came in. Still water was served by the glass, although this is not allowed in restaurants. Only one napkin for 2 people and you could eat from the neighboring table because the tables are so close together. Then the food, we ordered duck with noodles. Disaster, the duck was so tough that we couldn't eat it. It was cleared away without a word, without asking why we hadn't eaten. Conclusion - never again!!!!!

Dieses Restaurant liegt zentral in der Nähe des Hbf und ist hübsch eingerichtet. Ich habe Bún Bò Nam Bộ gegessen für 15,50 €. Dieses Gericht war frisch zubereitet und lecker, hätte für meine Geschmack aber noch etwas offensiver gewürzt sein können, wobei das dann wiederum für viele andere wahrscheinlich zu viel des Guten gewesen wäre. Auf jeden Fall Empfehlung.

It takes a long time to make and it’s not as authentic as the reviews said and it’s not delicious. If it's just a full meal, that's fine But if you want a decent Vietnamese meal this is not the place

Unfriendly service, waiting almost 1 hour 30 minutes for the food and then being harassed. The food itself was not tasty and extremely unseasoned. Meat consisted only of gristle and fat. There are many other better restaurants in the area.

It took in excess of an hour to receive our food, excluding waiting for the table and ordering. The food was okay, but really let down by the service.

When we came in there was a sign telling us to wait for staff to seat us, this didn't happen for 15 minutes and we were ignored despite making eye contact. When we were assigned a table, it was not cleaned and was greasy. Neither the tea light was replaced and lit (although there were clearly at least 200 tea lights stored in the entrance to the kitchen), nor did we receive cutlery (only a few minutes after the food arrived). We had to wait a long time for the order to be taken, as well as for the food and the bill, and had to point it out several times. The staff seemed completely confused, offered the wrong food to different guests several times and brought our order incomplete. When asked, the correction took a little longer again, and the “Crispy Fried Chicken” was almost inedible and gristly. This restaurant is absolutely not recommended!

Left after 1 hour without eating. Yes, it was full, but communication helps. Instead we were squeezed into the last table next to the kitchen, "nice" background noise and drafty, even next to the basement stairs. Drinks took 20 minutes, the cutlery that found its way to the table was consistently greasy. So we had already lost our appetite anyway... At the table next to us, the starters arrived very late, one after the other and sometimes not at all. They weren't the only ones who were annoyed. At least there was no discussion when we wanted to leave. Of course we were still “allowed” to pay for drinks. So we wouldn't give it a second chance...

Unfortunately, contrary to the good reviews, we had an experience that was not recommended. The service was unfriendly, the food was lukewarm and really one of the worst we've ever had (it didn't taste like anything, wasn't refined and, as I said, lukewarm). And that for the prices! The only thing that was nice was the ambience of the facility.

Very crowded. Food was very top. All very tasty. Sushi is super delicious. Service was very friendly and service was quick. But the atmosphere is very loud and restless.

🍜 Pho was delicious. Service unfriendly. After we ordered, we noticed that the Pho was currently on offer as a lunch menu and was therefore a little cheaper. The bill was at the normal price so we asked. The waitress said that we should have said that we wanted the lunch special pho...??? What would have been different then? It would still be the same dish. There were no extra herbs or anything that would have made a difference between normal Pho and lunch special Pho. He wasn't tall either, just below average. So the lunch special pho would be even smaller? Well... I won't find out as I'll probably go to a friendlier restaurant next time. But it was still delicious!!! I ❤️ 🍜

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen, wirklich sehr gut. Was aber in diesem Restaurant gar nicht geht, sind die Angestellten. Man hat als Gast das Gefühl zu stören. Kein Lächeln, kein Danke, kein Bitte. Am Handy datteln war denen wichtiger als ihre Gäste freundlich zu bedienen. Einer von ihnen war vermutlich der Chen, aber dem war es auch egal.

Fried rice was inedible even when drowned in sauce. It tasted a lot like thawed buttered vegetables with herb butter. A terrible experience. The restaurant was visited by a couple of other guests in the afternoon, but we still had to wait 40 minutes for the same dish. The vegetables probably still needed to be thawed.

Best Asian cousin in the city. The ambiance is nice and all the attendants are very polite, hospitable and friendly.

The menu of 5,90€ advertised is only available from 11:00 to 13:30. That is written in tiny letters just at the main entrance ads. Anyway food is good but expensive

Together with another Asian restaurant located a little outside, the best that Leipzig has to offer. The food there may be a bit better, but maybe it's a matter of taste. I come here again and again and like it every time.

This was a second visit, after a much better experience on the first visit unfortunately. They receive a lot of tourist customers based on location, but the food prices and quality don't align. The second visit both dishes were very 'train station like' and completely lacking flavor or quality ingredients (cheap food service chicken and vegetables). I would not visit again unless for the pho, but at 14.50 for soup that will be rare. As they get a constant supply of market visitors they will last but not because of the food or pricing.

Had dinner there last night. We haven't eaten such bad food in a long time. The staff barely understand German, they walk around like they're wearing pajamas (oversized shirts and way too big) The starter was a paltry 4 chiken wings for almost €7 Main course pasta with crispy chicken. The pasta with the vegetables was so dry that I asked for more sweet and sour sauce, and a bottle of chili sauce came on top. Great communication.. The bottle was dirty from top to bottom... it also hurt your stomach afterwards.

I rarely get 5 stars. But here they are deserved. The best Vietnamese food I've had in Germany so far.

Unfortunately, we can't share the good reviews. We were there late afternoon on a weekday. The store was far from full. We were seated quickly and the order was taken quickly and drinks and food were on the table very quickly. So far so good. The dishes were unfortunately very disappointing - ordinary at best. We like to choose the house specialties or what we wouldn't get in the same (or better?) quality at any snack bar. The pho, which was touted as typical of the country, was a thin broth that lacked any Far Eastern aroma. The "spicy" udon noodles also tasted flat, had no hint of spiciness (my ginger tea had more fire) and was more reminiscent of cafeteria food. Only the vegetables contained in it were fresh and crunchy and provided a little reconciliation. How one is supposed to eat the 20cm long coriander branch placed across the plate with chopsticks (or even cutlery) is a mystery to me. The cook would have done well to add the leaves edible - then the dish would at least have tasted of fresh herbs. After the plates were cleared, we were simply ignored. Although there were numerous service employees behind the counter and in the hallway to the kitchen, they preferred to loudly show each other something on their smartphones or to concentrate on their cell phones alone. After we had given up hope that someone might ask us again if we would like something more to drink, we ordered the bill when we finally arrived managed to get the attention of one of the waiters. But even here we had to wait about 20 minutes and only got it after we asked another employee for it again. The first and last time for us!

Vietnamese I trust. Vegan dishes are recommended.

The food is amazing. The atmosphere is so hospital and it’s plenty of traditional stuff around. Sometimes (especially in the weekends) the service is quite slow but apart from that the personnel is nice and available.

I know it takes a long time for the food to come out because there are so many people, but I was so annoyed when I saw that the food of the guests who came later than us was served first. They say I have to eat and leave within 80 minutes, but if it takes 50 minutes for the food to come out, when can I eat and leave?

Poor hygiene and long waiting times - never again! We were in the restaurant on a Friday evening and initially had to wait over an hour for our food. The following night my companion developed gastroenteritis, it is almost impossible that this came from somewhere else.

I ordered Wok with beef meat,which was very hard to chew. Waiter was not very polite, I asked him what Ha Noi stands for, but he could not answer me in polite way.

I ordered Bùn Cha and it was amazing. Lychee lemonade is a must try. The restaurant was packed full when I entered but found a place soon. I recommend reserving a place before going.

The food was amazing, and the portions were huge, something that I usually don't mind, but we ordered for 3 people and the food they brought us was too much, almost for 6. We had to leave food at the table and is something I do not like. I would have appreciated it if the waiter could have told us to order less, or at least warned us about portions.

Hot pot is rather expensive but the quality is okay. You have to like that the broth is quite sweet.

Food: Very good. Good selection and great taste. Service: Extremely friendly! Fast service. Ambience: In the lower area (ground floor) it is super crowded and you sometimes sit close to each other. You can easily hear the neighbors' conversations if you want to. A little tip: go up the stairs and look for a table on the upper floor if it's free! Much more relaxed and beautiful.

The two of us made reservations for 7 p.m. Went there at 5am and had to wait a bit for a table, so far so good. Unfortunately, when we sat at the table we had to wait about 10 minutes until a card finally came when we asked - very annoying. After about another 10 minutes, drinks could be ordered. The food itself was okay, mine was really tasty, my companion didn't really like the food, but it was cooked well - it was probably the wrong choice. Overall, the meal took about an hour - it was very busy, so it was OK. About the ambience: It was really beautifully, authentically and comfortably furnished. BUT: Unfortunately, it was far too crowded - there was about 40cm of space between the neighboring tables, it was far too narrow and therefore unfortunately quite uncomfortable. All in all a good Vietnamese but perhaps best not to order during prime time as there may be longer waiting times and an uncomfortable dining experience.

The service attitude was not good. I waited for more than 40 minutes for the meal and the waiter was impatient. The food tastes average and salty, and the price/performance ratio is low.

We had to wait at the door for 5 minutes until we got a seat. It wasn't very crowded. After that we were forgotten. Our order was only taken after 20 minutes. I received the wrong dish and my husband got duck instead of chicken as ordered. I returned my dish and then presumably received what I ordered. The taste was okay but nothing extraordinary. Yes.. Difficult. Expectations were too high and we were disappointed. Starters were nothing special to bad and the main courses were the same. Ambience was the only good thing. However, our neighboring table was almost taken for a ride because the waitress had something else on the bill. Conclusion. Difficult. Come to the cocoon in Ingolstadt.

Well, food was pretty average. Soup and a pasta dish with meat/chicken. A good €60 is quite sporty. I can get this cheaper in terms of quality and friendliness at the main station around the corner. The service was rather unfriendly and mass processing type. The older gentleman (boss?!) should be a little friendlier. Some people had that impression. Several left after 10 minutes because they received little or no attention from the staff even though they had led them to tables. A bit strange...

I don't understand why this restaurant does so well. The tables are placed close together to accommodate as many guests as possible. The food was okay. An average Asian. The spring rolls were really very good. The loose tea was floating in the tea because the tea egg seemed to be rising. What didn't work was that the staff ate in the dining room while making video calls with loudspeakers and watching videos at high volume. The sushi chef still had his gloves on while eating and was sniffling to himself. Have fun with your next sushi. A tissue would have been good. Unfortunately not recommended for us.
