What a disappointment. The restaurant is full. Which is very often a guarantee of quality. On Friday evening we decided to come back the next day since we had not reserved… On Saturday evening, we try at 7:15 p.m. but it’s already full. So we book for 8:15 p.m. The waiter at reception falsely pretends to take our name. We return at 8:15 p.m. No free table. You have to wait 10 minutes to get a table. Not very serious. The Coman passed quickly, we waited 45 minutes to educate one of the servers about the waiting time. He tells us that the dishes will arrive in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later it was only a 7 minute wait. An ordeal. Table at the entrance to the kitchen. Super noisy and always afraid of getting sauce from dishes passing over your shoulder. Finally served, it's not even good. Little flavor, poorly cooked, duck barely crispy. In short, our disappointment is commensurate with the image we had of the place.

Food is alright, but we were rushed out quickly after finishing, which I didn’t find good, especially considering we didn’t take any time to eat. Also the chairs are not very sturdy, so they are not comfortable to sit on

Unfortunately, it took me an hour and a half to eat the uncooked rice noodles and buncha. Everyone is looking around because they can't get food. I don't know about lunch, but I really want to skip dinner.

Super tasty sushi and a great selection of dishes for vegetarians too. Only recommended!

We went to Ha Noi because we really wanted to eat our favorite meal, Bun Cha, from our Hanoi vacation. It was SOOO delicious. The broth tasted TOP. It tasted strong and spicy. We are convinced and will come back.

Food is very tasty. Nice decoration. But unfortunately very loud. The tables are so close that you can hardly get through. Probably to be able to host more guests at once. The spring rolls I ordered with the bhun cha didn't come and I had to ask for them again. The gentleman at the next table didn't get his food even though I came after him. He then left after waiting for over an hour. All in all, delicious food but overwhelmed staff due to guest maximization.

A real culinary experience. Not to be compared with pasta and chicken from the train station 😀. A really delicious dish with pork belly in a delicious broth with noodles and salad. There were also spring rolls filled with meat. The accompaniment only had Pho without broth as a wok dish. The service is a bit hectic. But that makes you feel like you're in another market square in Thành Phố Hồ Chí Minh. Clear recommendation.

Nothing was wrong with the staff or inside the restaurant. It’s just one of those asian restaurants that caters to the white person palate. The food just didn’t have much flavor or spices. If you like food without any spices, you’ll enjoy this restaurant.

Unfortunately, two of the four meals were cold. At the children's meal we asked that it be served without chilli. Chilli sauce was poured generously over the children's food. We told the service person that, she left the table without a word and there was no replacement. We've never experienced anything like this before.

My friend and I ate here, the food was oh well but I was shocked when our food (both mains and side dishes) came out very slowly and had to wait at least 20-30 minutes. The staff sat down to eat and the other staff went to place orders and show customers to their seats, but waiting too long for the food made me feel very uncomfortable. I told the waiter directly that I had already waited 20 minutes and still hadn't eaten any appetizers. And then I waited a little longer for the starters and continued to wait for the main course, I waited quite a bit longer. The restaurant had quite a few waiters and not that many customers. I do this job too, but I have never seen a restaurant where the service is so bad and customers have to wait as long as in this restaurant.😌

We were there over lunch. The food was terrible: cold, bland and overly seasoned. The beef was tough and streaky. Plus unfriendly service. Absolutely not recommended!

Unfortunately, I have to say that apart from the long waiting time (until we were even served), the food was just okay. My dish was quite greasy and some of the homemade drinks were much too sweet.

As tourists, we made reservations a week in advance by phone. (Online didn't work for me) When I arrived, many people were already standing in front of the restaurant and inside in front of the registration desk. Everyone had reservations. After waiting 20 minutes in the stair area, we got a table. Order was taken quite quickly, but we waited 1 1/2 hours for it. My food was lukewarm and quite bland. The young men made an absolute effort in every respect and tried to cope with the rush. I won't go there again.

First of all we can say that the food tasted good. When it came to service, we agreed after our stay: we hadn't been treated so unfriendly in a restaurant for a long time. We didn't get a single smile, while the staff smiled at each other very frequently. So you didn't generally have a bad day. The food arrived at our table 15 minutes later, so I was almost finished eating and my wife hadn't had her food yet. When we were clearing away we weren't asked whether it was tasty. The toilets are pretty dingy and in order to wash your hands with soap you have to squeeze the soap out of a large refill bag rather awkwardly.

Everything is within limits, but the spring rolls are now halved. !!!! 2 pieces are halved so that you get “4”... and for that 6.20€😂 cheeky

Waited 70 minutes for food. Asked three times and now received “unfortunately that’s how it is”.

Touristy place, with bad management. After a 35 minute wait we left without food.

After waiting 1.5 hours and asking twice, we left the restaurant without getting any food.

We had a table reservation. After about 10 minutes we received the menu and ordered. The waiter seemed very annoyed and bored. After an hour we got our food! Our starter was completely forgotten... we got this afterwards when we complained. Food tasted okay. In general, everything seems very stressful, disorganized and restless.

We ordered summer-rolls, Pho bo and pork with noodles. The food was ok, but already cold…. And we were waiting for food more then 35 minutes 😖 we were forced to ask about the order twice.

The restaurant is beautiful, the food is simply delicious, the portions are large and for a good price. We left very satisfied and will definitely be back.

The location is extremely beautiful and in a great location. The starters were awesome, the main courses were unfortunately a bit weakly seasoned and tasteless. I would have liked more spices.

The restaurant is certainly not a place where you have to be. The performances are decent - but unfortunately that's about it. Tasteless glass noodle soup. Soy sauce etc. Only on request. 3 chicken wings for 6.90. The taste is not Asian at all. Dim sum from the ready-made product range. Okay, but not great. Summer rolls with an 80% pasta filling. Meat and shrimp was negligible. We've seen much better. Pork belly with neck meat instead of pork belly and a mojito (vojito) without mint, without the advertised extra herbs, without sugar, without taste and I suspect also without alcohol. Too bad. It seems like there's a method to fooling guests here...

Extremely crowded (on Saturday evening) restaurant. Table reservation was a bit difficult due to the language barrier. Food was okay so far. The problem was that the additional note: "with chili flakes/may contain chili flakes" was missing from the menu for the dish we ordered. Therefore limited enjoyment.

Dirty, disgusting dishes! The steamer was really caked under the lid. There was dirt in the drinking glass. Food was ok. Pho tasted like very little. Spicy foods (according to the menu) are not remotely spicy. Except for the soup, the dishes were warm to the max, far from hot. Wrong food was brought. I really can't understand all the good reviews, the service was okay, but that was the only thing that would remotely tempt me to go back. Not recommended at all as a Vietnamese, but the sushi was good.

Rather mixed impression. Fresh crunchy vegetables included. Unfortunately dry fried fish and carelessly seasoned noodles. The prices are okay. The service is trying, but can be improved. Not great, but not a mistake either.

German "Vietnamese" food - Curry's with cauliflower, European mushrooms and cucumber and tomatoes as decoration ?! Very basic. Tofu is gigantic and tasteless unfortunately. Would not recommend. Service does the bare minimum.

A big 'Ha No' ! Sub par ingredients and left disappointed. They were good to accomdate us with a table offer of 1 hour, before the restaurant was due to get busy. I wish they had turned us away. Off to find something to eat now... again!

We arrived and the card came quickly, after more than 15 minutes no service until we waved. It wasn't full and there were up to 5 service staff on site. There were two of us and the food came with a delay. The taste was okay, the duck still had cartilage and bone fragments as appendages, the drink glass was dirty. Staff walked through the dining room eating...

Worst place to have lunch at, terrible service no one was there to take orders for 20 minutes even though the place nearly empty, the waiter acts if he is forced to be here, throws the food plate on the table and ignores the guy next to me when he asked for Soya sauce!! the food was good but overpriced! I asked for a glass of tap water with my food, the said they don’t have tap water which is funny I guess they don’t wash hands!! They proceeded to give me clearly tab water not a bottle!! Serviced in a „pepsi“ glass and charged me 4 euro for it! Truly a crime!!

Unfortunately, the food is very Germanized and has little that is original. But it tastes good so far. The staff seems unmotivated and you feel like a troublemaker.

An hour and a half waiting for the food to be brought to us, we decided to leave and pay only for the drink and they reproached us for saying that we should have told us before that we didn't want the food... Maybe the food is good, but I didn't have the chance to try it since it never arrived.

After an hour and a half waiting we decided to leave. Not even a waiter came saying sorry or anything at all. We asked for the check since we only had drinks and they got mad, when we were leaving our food magically appeared.

We were there at lunchtime. In our opinion, there was a lot of hecticness. After we ordered our drinks and were still unsure about the food selection, no one came for a long time. After ordering, it took forever again - unfortunately the starter soup was forgotten, although the excuse was small spring rolls. All in all the food was okay, well balanced. As guests we felt rather invisible. Too bad. good value for money

The service could not be worst. Chasing the waiters for every thing. The food was awful, particularly the peanut sauce. The fried calamari did not have taste. I will not go again ever and I come often to town to visit my son and certainly I am not recommending this place

I enter the restaurant and immediately see a sign asking me to wait here. This happens quite quickly. The card is handed out. I order a large glass of sparkling water, an appetizer and a main course. After a while the glass of water comes. There is very little fizz in it and you can hardly describe it as cold. Even if the water is slightly colder than room temperature. A short time later another waiter comes and also wants to bring me the glass of water. I politely decline. Then comes the starter: two summer rolls. Some time later the cutlery arrives and shortly afterwards another waiter also wants to bring me the cutlery. The summer roll is okay and the price of €6.20 is reasonable. Then comes the main course. Vegetables prepared in a wok with shrimps. The vegetables are really crunchy and the number of shrimp is appropriate. I'm happy here. What bothers me, however, is that there are no spices, not even soy sauce or anything to spice it up. It's not just me that spices are missing on all of my tables. I order the bill and drink the water, which is now even warmer. The bill is €26. Actually acceptable. I ask for a receipt and get it, even if the printout quality is so bad that most of it can hardly be read.

Were there on a Sunday, fair prices, great service. We will come back. There would be another area upstairs on the first floor, it was very full, you could open up upstairs to bring in a little more peace, as the tables are already very narrow. But, always happy again!

Waited a good 30min for a small bowl of fried rice, tasted bland and wasn't really any special except for like 3 shrimps. Paid 13,50€ (which is too much considering the portion and ingredients) and my friend had beef pho which tasted like nothing the beef was very chewy. I also hated the eating utensils, the chopsticks were uncomfortable to hold and the spoon, fork and knife were very top-heavy. Spent another 10min to finally pay. It wasn't even a busy day. Also no music or anything in the restaurant. Just some dude watching a meme compilation with the phone speaker. So yeah. Uhm... never again I guess.

I ordered rice with chicken in lemongrass, but the chicken looked more like duck, which initially made me suspicious. However, the real problem came towards the end of the meal: I found a hair in the rice, which immediately spoiled my appetite. I then called a service person, but had to wait about 20 minutes until someone took care of my request. When the waitress came, I was told that they couldn't offer me a new plate because I had almost eaten it (and I didn't want a new plate, but the statement...) Instead, I was just given another drink or one Dessert offered as compensation. For me, this was an inadequate response to the situation, especially since I had to pay full price for the meal. The only thing I was given a waiver for was the drink.

I wouldn't go here again. Although the tables are unoccupied, there are instructions as to where you should sit. Therefore, we cannot judge food.

The crispy dumplings were good. The vegetarian pho is an insult. The broth tastes exclusively like cheap instant vegetable broth. The service can also be expanded. We were asked twice in a short space of time (less than 5 minutes) what we would like to order, but we hadn't decided yet. We then waited at least 10 minutes until service showed up again. Drinks and starters came quite quickly but the main courses took almost 20 minutes to arrive. And that even though there were hardly any guests there. Overall very disappointing.

We sat outside, unfortunately there was always bad air. Food well balanced, could have been a little hotter. Large selection and reasonable prices. Friendly service and clean toilets. A clear recommendation.

Very tasty, fresh food. Lots of vegan and vegetarian dishes, but also enough for meat eaters. Good value for money! Really highly recommended!

I ordered the Pho and a Vietnamese coffee. Unfortunately the soup was very salty and the beef was of low quality. The coffee was okay, although relatively small. The waiters were talking very loudly to each other while sorting the utensils (also very loud and unpleasant).

Pretty weak Vietnamese. The “3 course menu” was almost an impertinence. Cheapest ingredients, lots of lettuce… at the end a scoop of ice cream from the frozen section. There are much better options in Leipzig.

My original review was deleted even though everything was true. So here again because I found the experience so terrible. We had some complaints about the food, and two ladies at our table thought the food was so subpar that they didn't eat it and didn't want to pay for it. The boss/cook then freaked out in front of all the guests and yelled at us, he made a huge scene instead of reacting professionally and remaining calm. It was so uncomfortable and terribly embarrassing! Never again!!!
