Gyros & Grill bei Simon in Delbrück

It was my first time there and unfortunately I have to say once and never again. So we had the "Bifteki" which was actually 2 burger patties and the gyros pita plate. About the taste: Gyros was "ok" so no taste explosion, the pita bread was soggy, the zatziki tasteless, the bifteki was not a bifteki but, as already mentioned, burger patties and there was warmed rice. The staff isn't particularly friendly either. Price performance doesn't fit at all.

The service was very unfriendly and listless. He let us know this when we ordered. Actually, I don't need a menu if I just want gyros with fries. But he asked if I wanted number 6 or number 7 without explaining the difference. I couldn't do anything with the numbers and he didn't want to take the order like that. I ordered my meal without onions because I can't tolerate them. Still, my food came with onions. I complained about this. The waitress shouted at me and asked me to leave the restaurant.

Incompetent staff and very unfriendly at the same time. I would avoid this store!! Afterwards you are guaranteed to be in a bad mood.

The food was very good, tender and 😋 tasty. It was a shame that he didn't accept the voucher book even though it was in the new one. That's why only 3 stars. And afterwards he also became rude and called me a parasite, I think then you can do not have it noted in the voucher book!!! By the way, we wouldn't have known the restaurant otherwise. By the way, not a good way to deal with new guests!!!

Everything very fresh and delicious. Very good quantity. I can recommend we had it in the Schlemerblock (coupon book 2024)

Pizza is very tasty. Good selection of snacks, also vegetarian. It's a shame that there are no small pizzas and no filled pizza rolls. The salad is a typical snack salad and not worth the money. Delivery is quick

Pick up food was good. Staff very unfriendly or apparently didn't want to and showed that very clearly. Despite pre-ordering, we still had to wait 20 minutes on site and there were no further orders. A customer left because he received very unfriendly comments.

We ordered via Lieferando, great time, super tasty and above all warm food. And the quantity is more than okay for the price 👍🏼

Everything was great... portions are very large and very tasty, Pitta tastes very good! Only recommend!!! We will be back!!!! Thank you very much!!!!

Wir waren begeistert von dem gyros mit metaxa souse überbacken das personal war Sehr freundlich und trots viel betrieb aufmerksam! immer wieder ein besuch wehrt

Guter griechischer Imbiss! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Leckeres Gyros und die Pommes waren perfekt. Der Service am Tisch war freundlich. Vielleicht sollte der Herr hinter der Theke ein kleines Lächeln aufsetzen;-) …lächeln kostet nichts und man fühlt sich willkommen.

Enttäuschend...wenn man als Gast in die Lokalität hereinkommt und man den Service zuerst begrüßt, anstatt begrüßt zu werden... Freundlichkeit kostet kein Geld, und ein Lächeln im Gesicht schon lange nicht! Fleisch ist trocken, Tzasiki fade - preislich gesehen ist der Pita Teller angemessen zur Portionsgröße - Pitabrot als Beilage (ohne alles weitere) viel zu teuer, vor allem wenns vor den Augen des Kunden aus der gekauften Packung auspackt wird
