Very tasty, not overly spiced food, delivered on time by a very friendly father-son team. Good Arabic cuisine with a great variety. We'd be happy to return!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I was really looking forward to some kind of different food (Arabic). However, the dish contained low-quality pieces of boneless meat (not half a duck), very fatty and over-fried so that the special spices could hardly be tasted. There was no duck leg, and duck breast was not consciously noticeable. So in my opinion the dish shouldn't be called half duck. So far, when I've had half a chicken, I've always gotten half a chicken. Of the 5 vegetables listed, only carrots were included. Peas were missing and green beans had been replaced by strips of pepper, which I avoid, and instead of cauliflower, which is why I chose the dish, among other things, it contained broccoli, which I absolutely don't like. Might be interesting for allergy sufferers. Since I wanted to avoid tomato and pepper sauce, I chose a dish without these sauces. However, the sauce that came with it tasted very much like tomatoes, which I found surprising. I imagined special sauce to have a different taste, but I'm wondering where the difference might be from dishes with tomato sauce? The lentil soup was rich but quite bland, perhaps too little salt? The Saarlander is probably used to a very tasty lentil soup thanks to Maggi. The huge portion of rice was very tasty. The 4 baklava were cut tiny and therefore way too expensive. Elsewhere there are only 2. In the reopening flyer, a 10% discount was promised if you ordered by telephone, but this was not granted. When we asked by phone, we were told that the prices had risen and that the discount could no longer be granted. You should order online where the prices are current. However, a comparison revealed no differences. As an economic rule goes: When prices rise, consumption falls. Conclusion: Starter (soup) and main course are only available together in a package. There was no half duck, Vegetables were missing or replaced Baklava tiny.
