Wie immer hervorragend! Es ist einfach lecker, man fühlt sich wohl und der Service ist klasse.

True Italians! Die Pizzen sind ausegezeichnet, und das Bier auch. Ichnusa zu empfehlen.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Abend 😍 Das Essen war vom Feinsten und mit den empfohlenen Weinen einfach perfekt 💪 Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es weiter empfehlen .

We were there with four people. The service was very friendly and attentive. We ordered four different pizzas, and each one looked fantastic and tasted delicious. The price was reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

The pizza was delicious, with plenty of tasty toppings and a great size. Unfortunately, the service was a disaster. When we arrived, the restaurant was busy. It took quite a while before we were asked if we wanted drinks. Sadly, we had to wait over an hour and a half for our food. Other tables were given priority. When we asked about this, there was no real explanation. The atmosphere could definitely be improved; it doesn't feel very inviting.

A lovely place, finally pizza with vegan cheese again, so delicious 😋, they also offer baked dishes, like pasta. 🌱✌️💞

We ordered online. They forgot to include the salad, which cost €17. It took 20 minutes to finally get through to someone on the phone. The subsequent service was terrible. They snapped at us, saying it was my responsibility to find out whether or not we received the missing food, and that it was none of their business. We ended up having to drive to pick up the food ourselves. Never again.

My absolute favorite restaurant in town! I regularly get pasta and pizza here – always fresh, delicious, and authentic. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. For me, it's the best place to go if you want to enjoy really good food.

Wir hatten um 20:00 reserviert und waren pünktlich dort. Die Bedienung sagte uns, unser Tisch wäre noch belegt aber man wolle zeitnah kassieren. Das geschah dann auch 5 Minuten später, den "Gästen an unserem Tisch"sagte man jedoch nicht, dass wir warten und diese tranken dann auch noch völlig entspannt ihre Getränke aus. Wir baten nach 10 Minuten, uns doch den mittlerweile frei gewordenen Tisch am Fenster zu geben, die Antwort lapidar: "Ja ja, den wollen alle, der ist reserviert" - also weitere 10 Minuten warten, mitten im Restaurant, mitten im Weg für alle die bezahlen mussten, zur Toilette gehen oder die Pizzaboten. Nach insgesamt 20 Minuten dann tatsächlich auch ein Tisch für uns (zur Erinnerung: wir hatten für 20:00 reserviert!) Getränke bestellt und erhalten, Essen bestellt. Dann passierte 1 Stunde lang nichts. Die Gäste um uns herum, die wesentlich später das Restaurant betraten, erhielten ihre Essen. Wir nicht. Also haben wir freundlich nachgefragt. Man wolle sich mal in der Küche erkundigen - eine Antwort gab es nie. Nach 80 Minuten dann erneut nachgefragt, jetzt die Antwort, es sei etwas schief gelaufen aber wir bekämen zeitnah unser Essen. Dann nach weiteren 10 Minuten war dieses tatsächlich da, uns der Hunger aber mittlerweile vergangen. Die völlig überforderte Kellnerin murmelte noch ein "Sorry!". Das war es dann auch. Wir wollten nur noch bezahlen und diese Lokalität so schnell wie möglich verlassen. An der Kasse stand ich dann weitere 5 Minuten. Die völlig genervte Thekenkraft/Kassiererin trocknete in aller Ruhe Gläser ab und ignorierte mich. Sie stand 2 Meter von mir entfern, mich mehrfach missbilligend anschauend. Da riss mir dann endgültig der Geduldsfaden. Genervt rief ich über die Theke, ob ich jetzt auch noch weiter warten müsse um diesen miesen Abend teuer zu bezahlen. Die patzige Antwort: warum ich denn so unfreundlich sei? Ich erklärte den Grund meines Unmutes, erntete aber nur vehement, laut vorgetragenes Unverständnis.

In this review, I'd like to report on my visit on the evening of September 22nd. I arrived at Gusto Puro without a reservation, but the friendly staff seated me anyway. The restaurant in the upper town is small but perfectly formed and has room for a few guests. The atmosphere is very cozy. My order was taken quickly. The pizza I ordered also arrived quickly and was delicious. Upon request, I was able to have my order wrapped. The prices are perfectly reasonable. This certainly won't be my last visit to Gusto Puro.

Amazing. As a pizza lover, this is the best pizza I've ever eaten. I expected nothing less... :) The place has a very cool and cozy design. The service was also very friendly. I'll definitely be back. 🍕👌

It was my first time here and I ordered a carbonara. Unfortunately, it was relatively dry and very salty. That was disappointing. The pizzas are quite good, though.

We visited Gusto Puro for the first time today. We reserved a table, and as we sat outside waiting for it to open, we thought, "Okay, it looks so unassuming from the outside and is just a snack bar." We went in and were pleasantly surprised. It was a small space with lots of different tables, not really matching each other, but somehow very cozy. Comfortable benches, great food, and very friendly service. We were very pleasantly surprised and can only recommend Gusto Puro.

The food is very good, the staff is super friendly, and you can always get a table without a reservation. The ambiance isn't that cozy, and the place could be improved.

We wanted to do something crazy like order food. They told us on the phone that it was only possible online (???). Then we went to the homepage and selected order... the page doesn't exist. Great tennis...

Mittags spontan besucht, ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen. Junges, sympathisches Service-Team, entspannte Bistro-Atmosphäre. Man kann auch draußen vor der Tür auf Liegestühlen einfach ein paar Drinks genießen und kleine Gerichte bestellen. Die Pizza ist hier wirklich top, toller Teig, ausgefallenere Varianten als üblich verfügbar, sehr gute Weinkarte. Unbedingt als Dessert die semi-fredo Eistorte probieren, extrem lecker, gibt es z. B. in Pistazien-Version oder auch als Tiramisu-Version oder Limoncello-Version. Fazit: top Empfehlung für Siegen!

We were seated in a dark backroom. The pizzas 🍕 were a little dry for my liking, and I could find any hot spicy pizza choices. The crusts were large, leaving a smaller pizza with no dips provided. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was good.

The pizza was absolutely not tasty. The pizza came cold and you couldn't cut it with a knife.

Starter (Focaccia) and pizza (Bufala) were perfect. The ambience and service are also almost perfect. Small suggestion for improvement: The knives could be replaced with sharper ones. Keep it up!

Definitely without exaggeration, 😋😋one of the best Italian restaurants we've eaten at. Typical Italian food, fresh sea bream. Great starter plate, perfect Sergio and his team are really very nice and know their craft. We are only here on a short trip and really wanted a nice Italian evening and we were completely satisfied. Today I would like to tell you about my experiences at the Gusto Puro restaurant. There are enough paid parking spaces in the parking garage. The atmosphere is nostalgic and very cozy. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The quality of the food is very good and the portions are well sized. So all in all a positive experience, everything went well.

It was our first time eating in the restaurant on site. Otherwise we had only ordered and picked up until then. The food was delicious. The pizza dough is simply amazing. The staff was also very friendly. I have to deduct one star for the ambience. The back room could be designed a little more lovingly and comfortably. A lot can definitely be done with the right lighting. ;)

The food and service are great, but the ambience is not very appealing. Pretty rancid, furniture thrown together and the main room has no windows, so you feel like you're sitting in the basement. I still like going there, but I would like something to be changed about it.

Meine Frau hatte bei Instagram ein Essen gewonnen und daher über Instagram und per Telefon den Tisch für den Abend reserviert (mein Geburtstag). Vor Ort angekommen wussten die Servicemitarbeiterinnen leider nichts von unserer Reservierung für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Nach etwas längerer Diskussion vor anderen Gästen haben wir dann doch noch einen Tisch erhalten, allerdings im hinteren Bereich, wo es zwar normal hohe Tische gibt, allerdings ist der Raum nicht wirklich ansprechend gestaltet. Vorne an den Hochtischen sitzt man auf jeden Fall schöner. Service war gut, Pizza absolut top, für uns die beste Pizza in ganz Siegen! Dafür auf jeden Fall klare Empfehlung! Wer vor Ort Essen möchte sollte unbedingt online über die Homepage reservieren. Für die Pizza kommen wir gerne wieder!

Keine Ahnung warum um diesen Laden so ein Hype gemacht wird … Wir bekamen einen Tisch in der Nähe der Tür,dementsprechend kalt war es , die Bedienung nur bedingt bemüht ,keine Empfehlung , keine Kerze angemacht , sehr kurz angebunden , schade ! Das Essen: die Pizza geschmacklich ganz gut nur leider eiskalt, denn der Teller war es auch , Lasagne war eher ein Brei und geschmacklich ich gut . Die Sauberkeit naja , mir gefällt es nicht wenn von der Decke die Spinnweben hängen…. Wir saßen sehr lange vor leeren Tellern ,obwohl man uns zu anfangs direkt sagte , wir müssen den Tisch nach einer Stunde räumen . Nach der Frage ob alles ok war war , ignorierte man unsere Beschwerde völlig… ob ich da wohl nochmal essen möchte ? Bestimmt nicht ! Es gibt definitiv bessere Italiener in Siegen!!!!

We went to Gusto Puro for a theme evening, the price was great, the food was simply great and the staff was super nice and very attentive, we had a lovely evening. If I had something to complain about, I would say something needs to be done to the acoustics, unfortunately the room is very noisy. We would love to come back 👌🏼

Warning about online orders!!! Communication and service a complete disaster! Pizzas that were ordered over an hour ago were not confirmed - despite the announcement of a confirmation in a few minutes. Telephone contact failed because no one answered the phone. When we tried to clarify things on site, one of the two waitresses was unfriendly, arrogant and bold. Assuming the error was made by the customer, who apparently should have guessed that the store was full and ordering online for pickup was therefore not possible (?!). The crowning glory was the owner, who finally handed over the pizzas we had ordered again with a grumpy gesture. No apologies whatsoever for the oversight.

Now that we have been guests at Gusto Puro many times, it is time to thank us in the form of a 7-star review. It's now an open secret that they have the best pizza in Siegen and far beyond. 5 stars for that. The service is also absolutely exceptional, both at the table and behind the counter. You can just tell that the staff enjoy their job. Flexible, friendly, fast, easy to fall in love with. That's what the 6th star is for. Gusto Puro earns its 7th star thanks to its ambience in the back area with the charm of a trattoria. We love these types of small Italian eateries. It's a bit like being on vacation. We'll see each other again soon.

Where is the no star option? We were in such a good mood and were so looking forward to the vaunted, apparently best Italian food in Siegen, only to end up not being able to enjoy it at all. I had previously reserved a table by phone. As soon as we entered, the waitress's facial expressions made us feel like we weren't wanted. We were then assigned a table at the front, but it had high chairs. This would have been a very big obstacle for our group (over 60). Because of this, we asked if we could go into the room at the back, which looked very empty at the time. We were refused this because apparently everything was reserved. In order to find a compromise, we wanted to sit at another table at the front (NO "reserved" sign, high chairs...). We were then insulted VERY unfriendly by the waitress. So we left the store sad, angry and hungry. Hopefully they invest in cheerful waitresses and "reserved" Signs...
