We ate there with the family yesterday. When we arrived, we were given the menu straight away. I ordered a Tavuk Sis plate, which costs €16, and it was more than worth it. The chicken was very tender. Even my brother, who likes to eat a lot and ideally eats 1.5 plates, was more than satisfied with a steak doner plate. Yeah, they have steak doner kebabs that are simply delicious; I've never had such a delicious meat doner kebab. Definitely try it, it's worth it. It's also a great place to invite people over.

Funny – we were there exactly a year ago, with the same family, on the same holiday. And yes, we even have photos. Would you like to see these publicly? Or do we want to continue discussing at your level? 5. Arithmetic needs to be learned You name 14 people, including a 3-year-old toddler - and do you count that in the full price calculation? A prime example of customer proximity à la house number. And while we’re on the subject of the numbers: you’re talking about “€170”. We actually paid €190 that day. Don't you remember that? Then I kindly ask for a refund of the difference - or is that too much to ask? 6. Conclusion – final What you wrote in response was not a retort, but rather an embarrassment - for yourself. As a guest, I can live with this kind of treatment. But you should seriously ask yourself whether you can afford this tone, this attitude and this treatment of long-time regulars. I doubt it. We – and anyone we tell – will avoid your restaurant in the future. And believe me: There are enough alternatives in which you are treated as a human being and not as an annoying cost factor. In my 40 years I have never had such a bad “Turkish” breakfast as here.

For years we have traditionally visited this restaurant for breakfast on Mother's Day with our extended family (8 adults and 5 children). It was always a nice occasion for us - with an open, lovingly prepared buffet and a friendly atmosphere. But what awaited us this year was an absolute disappointment across the board. A clear indication in advance when making the reservation that there would no longer be a buffet would have been appropriate. We could have lived with it - but we weren't informed. Instead we were served breakfast platters for 15 euros per person, which we accepted - so far so good. Unfortunately, these plates were far from a Turkish breakfast: A few spreads like jam, Nutella, honey, some yogurt, menemen (which tasted more like pure tomato sauce) and a lentil soup (Mercimek Çorbası). I would also like to positively mention that black tea and coffee (all you can drink) was included in the price. What was sorely missing: No fresh rolls No Börek No eggs (boiled or scrambled) No cold cuts of cheese No salami or other sausage (Instead we were offered a kebab plate) Very few olives, tomatoes and cucumbers No fried potatoes No fried vegetables No sweet foods like baklava And the only drink you can drink is a glass of multivitamin juice - water should be paid extra When we asked why there was no buffet like there was in recent years, we were told that it had not been offered for "over two years" - which is demonstrably not true. We were here last year and that's exactly why we reserved again. The reaction to our comment was defensive, not solution-oriented - as if we had to justify our memory. That was a very unpleasant feeling. When we asked, they brought us three additional plates of cheese and sausage - that was nice, but it couldn't save anything. The overall quality of the food was disappointing. The menemen tasted bland, the cold cuts seemed cheap and the taste was hardly edible. So there was a lot left over - sad when you consider how much of it probably ends up in the trash. In the end there was an incorrect billing: We were charged for more breakfast platters than we actually received. Children who did not receive their own records were still counted. And finally the point that rounds it all off: We politely asked if we could also get scrambled eggs with sucuk. It was served - but at a price of 10 euros per pan. The portion consisted of a maximum of 2-3 eggs with a few pieces of sucuk in a small pan. We would like to emphasize: We don't expect anything for free and are happy to pay for good food. But 10 euros for such a small, simple pan is simply excessive and incomprehensible. Conclusion: Unfortunately, this Mother's Day was a bitter disappointment for us as a family. As loyal regular guests, we not only feel badly treated, but downright ripped off. It's a shame to see how this restaurant has developed - away from hospitality, towards pure profit and inedible food. And because this visit annoyed us so much, this is the first review I have ever written. But after this experience, I couldn't leave it uncommented. We will definitely not visit this restaurant again - and will not recommend it to anyone.

The food is an absolute failure. The lamb was farm-made, the fries were soggy and the side salad felt like it was at room temperature. The toilets are also an imposition.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. The waitress was very aggressive, didn't listen to me, and laughed at me. When we went to pay the bill, she immediately tried to insert the card into the card machine. She took it away and told us the card wasn't working. We tried to explain to her that she had canceled the transaction and put the card back in, but she wouldn't listen. Then my husband took the machine and tried to get it to work.

I was at the door promptly at 9 a.m. An employee was present. However, the door was locked. The employee didn't open the door either.

Döner Tasche are so big, really hard to handle the bread. Lots of sauces, vegetables and meat inside. Also it was really delicious and good priced.

We ate there again a few days ago and I have to say that we are really thinking about going there again. The soup was always absolutely delicious but recently the soup just doesn't taste the same anymore...like the rice and the Adana kebab. The rice was still really hard, I don't think it was fully cooked, and the taste of the Adana wasn't as usual. My son ordered a Börek and he couldn't finish it. Where I can say the best are the two waitresses who are always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I have to say that we don't think we'll be coming back, which of course I think is a real shame because it was one of our favorite restaurants.

To order something you have to wait 30/40 minutes , If a bottle of water costs 2 euros you will be charged 3€, I don't recommend this place, there are more places where you can buy a better kebab than here

Anything but recommended. A chicken skewer with rice and a large doner kebab plate were ordered. The meat on the plate probably had... Still 1% moisture if any. Rice was more than just warmed up 1-2 times just dry. Salad was ok, it's not a hassle either. was ordered at the table. Cans were simply placed on the table for us to drink! The waitress also spent more time on her cell phone than taking care of the guests.

I can only recommend rice pudding that tastes delicious like it comes from Turkey!!

Running out of rice and veal on a Saturday evening is more than sad for a grill house. Salad bar is self-service only. You don't get a salad with your plate/menu. A friend ordered a pide (dough boat) and got a normal kebab. After complaining, 3 employees immediately came and surrounded us so that everything was correct. We were partly answered in Turkish. The service seemed very uncoordinated and overwhelmed when taking down our order on site. There is a slide show of the menu and unnecessary pictures of the restaurant on the TV. Another shop that won't last long in GT.

An sich ein guter Restaurant nur man wird zu spät über bestimmten Dingen informiert der O-Saft welches selbst hergestellt wird schmeckt zu sehr nach Wasser enthält kein Geschmack leider.Die Tische waren auch nicht vernünftig bedeckt da lagen keine Gabeln man musste sich extra eins abholen.Ich finde für ein solches Restaurant sollte der Tisch vernünftig gedeckt sein. Die Rezension bezieht sich auf Erfahrungen mit dem Lieferservice. Im ersten Moment erschrak ich wegen des hohen Mindestbestellwerts. Der ist mit über 40 Euro zu hoch. Das gelieferte Essen ließ aber keine Wünsche offen. Geschmacklich gehörte das alles zu dem Besten, was orientalische Gastronomiebetriebe zu bieten haben. Die Portionen reichlich, so daß es für den nächsten Tag auch noch reichte. Das Essen erscheint erstmal nicht günstig, aber wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, daß es das nicht wert war. Man bekommt einen angemessenen Gegenwert dafür. Ohne den hohen Mindestbestellwert wäre Urfa nun mein Stammlieferant. Doch können wir nicht immer für mehr als 40 Euro bestellen. Schade.

Das beste Buffet was ich jemals gegessen habe + beste Börek Das Buffet hat eine riesige Auswahl, es schmeckt alles Lecker und Orangensaft (Turn Up) und Türkischen Tee gibt es unbegrenzt gratis dazu (Was für eine Auswahl sehen sie auf den Fotos) Das Buffet ist bis 13:00 geöffnet und kostet pro Person nur 14€ und daher perfekt für ein Date geeignet. Es gibt nichts was ich zu bemängeln hätte

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal dort und es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch sein. Das Büffet war sehr gut, die Speisen sehr lecker und sehr vielfältig. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert, die Bedienung ist sehr angenehm.

Ich war vor einigen Tagen das erste mal in diesem tollen Restaurant. Habe dort nur einen Döner gegessen wurde aber behandelt als wäre ich ein VIP Gast. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, habe mich sofort wie unter Freunden gefühlt. Habe lange nicht mehr so einen guten Döner gesessen. Ich wurde gefragt welche Sauce ich möchte. Es gab drei zur Auswahl, Knoblauch, Cocktail und Tsatsiki. Der Salat war frisch und knackig, das Fleisch sehr schmackhaft. Das ganze hatte einen sehr angenehmen Geruch. Die Gäste die ihr Essen mit genommen haben wurden alle mit der gleichen Freundlichkeit, wie die Gäste an den Tischen behandelt. Ich würde dort immer wieder hingehen und kann dieses Restaurant ausnahmslos empfehlen. Danke für die nette Bewirtung und angenehme Zeit in Ihrem Restaurant.
