We stopped here late one evening during our vacation. The food was absolutely fantastic! The service was also very friendly. We would definitely come back here anytime. We saw it by chance, stopped in, and were won over. Thanks to the team!

If I could, I'd give negative stars. The food was okay, but the service was an absolute disgrace. We ordered a doner kebab box and simply forgot to mention that we wanted salad instead of fries. When we immediately tried to correct this, we were categorically refused. Instead of finding a simple solution, the meat was packaged separately. When we asked if the salad could simply be added to the box, we received an unfriendly "no." Then, we were condescendingly pointed to a sign and asked if we could even read: "Doner kebab box with meat and fries." In the end, we were forced to buy fries, meat, and salad separately, even though this could easily have been avoided. This behavior seems deliberately designed to squeeze more money out of customers. Such disrespectful and customer-unfriendly treatment is unacceptable in the restaurant industry. Anyone who isn't capable of dealing with guests in a friendly and solution-oriented manner should reconsider this profession. This is exactly how you lose customers. We didn't want the fries and meat separately; we simply wanted salad instead of fries and politely asked if the salad could be added to the meat, which was immediately refused. It seems to be a case of conflicting accounts. We didn't want anything for free; we were happy to pay for our food. We wanted to swap the fries for salad in the box. In the end, we had to buy all three items, which we did. But that's not what I call customer service.

I regularly eat kebabs in several countries and regions. This one is way ahead of the rest. The place is super tasty, super friendly, and super clean. The table was cleaned after each customer. What do you see these days? Highly recommended, and if we can manage it, we'll gladly come back. The prices could be a bit cheaper, but the portions were good and filling.

Parking was difficult, the interior was nice, but the service wasn't as good the second time we ate there. When we asked if the jumbo doner was really a jumbo doner, we were yelled at. Why did we ask? The jumbo doner looked exactly the same size, with even less salad and a touch more meat, but overall, it was basically the same as a regular doner! The meat tasted more like it was, but the rest was a bit dry. The flavor could be more intense!

I was camping with my family in Pelzerhacken. One evening, I got three doner kebab plates. They tasted amazing. The meat was warm and perfectly seasoned, the salad was fresh and delicious, and the fries were golden yellow and crispy. On our next vacation up there, we will definitely get something to eat there again.

The veal kebab is “HUGE” and costs €7.50. Unfortunately the meat wasn't really warm and the sauce was very "creamy" and not to my taste. The hot sauce isn't really spicy. All in all OK but nothing special. The “owner” was very friendly. The shop is not decorated to my liking and is a bit “oppressive” due to the silence with the blue lighting. It reminded me more of a discotheque (pub).

I can't understand the 5* reviews, the kebab doesn't taste good at all, the sauces aren't really tasty, some of the chicken was raw and inedible, the veal is minced meat and poorly seasoned. The jumbo kebab plate for €14.50 is the normal kebab plate at other stores. We both had stomach aches and nausea afterwards and we will never order anything there again. A kebab shop like this in Hamburg would have a maximum of 2.5 stars. Don't the people of Neustadt know any kebab shops where the bread is made in-house and there are real veal kebabs or steak kebabs? Absolutely not a recommendation for anyone who wants quality. We can't explain 4.8 stars at all. EDIT: Owner who is not at all critical (see answer) There are also laws in Germany, such as that a kebab can only be called kebab if 60% veal is used, otherwise it has to be called DÖRSPIEß kebab style. There are high fines on it, so maybe you should give the authorities a tip to check the store. P.S. Selling raw meat has nothing to do with cleanliness and is a violation of food law. The kebab shop owner can't know because "I don't understand anything, always good quality, bought cheaply but sold expensively and like that, stupid customer, it's not my fault...."
