The staff is really very nice, attentive and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The parking garage is a bit tight.

Alte Heerstraße 4We are sorry to say that our experience at this newly opened restaurant did not meet our expectations. We were disappointed that despite an additional charge, our specific requests were not accommodated and instead they required us to place a new order to fulfill our request. It would have been nice if more flexibility and customer focus had been shown. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not visit this restaurant again.
