Unfortunately I was very unsatisfied, the fries weren't cooked through, especially the bottom ones, the pulled pork was unfortunately tasteless, tough and chewing for a long time didn't make it any better!

I can only agree with all the negative reviews... Here (just an excerpt!) is the latest report from the health department about this store... Significant mold growth in the cold storage facility The evaporator grate in the cold storage room was significantly contaminated with moldy deposits of older origin. The food stored openly there was a risk of adverse effects from contamination, as the evaporator creates air circulation, and the resulting turbulence spreads the contaminants throughout the room. In addition, mold deposits were found on the metal shelf and black mold was found in the ceiling area. The tilting boards used to store pizza dough were extensively moldy around the edges and handles. The walls, shelves, and floor were also contaminated with old contaminants. In the immediate vicinity of the contamination, some unpackaged food was also stored (pasta in stainless steel gastro-form pans, prepared grated cheese, a red sauce with a ladle still in it, and various pizza dough pieces). The surfaces of the shelves (chipped paint) and the floor (dents and dents) in the cold storage room were so damaged that these surfaces were fundamentally difficult to clean. The accumulation of contaminants and unwanted microorganisms was fostered and did not meet the minimum requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004. Molds develop spores to further spread in the presence of culture media. Mold can produce toxins, which can also be deposited on the food produced, stored, and marketed in the facility through the spores. The risk of adverse contamination of food products by mold found in the walls, shelves, refrigeration unit components, etc. cannot therefore be completely ruled out. Mold infiltration can only be countered with consistent cleaning/disinfection measures and appropriate structural and hygienic conditions. The contamination found in the cold storage facility was so severe that a partial closure of the facility, in this case the cold storage room, was implemented with immediate effect. An immediate thorough cleaning of the cold storage room was also verbally ordered.

We're sorry to say our experience at this newly opened restaurant didn't meet our expectations. We were disappointed that, despite paying an extra charge, our special requests weren't accommodated and instead we were required to place a new order to accommodate our request. It would have been nice to have shown more flexibility and customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be visiting this restaurant again.
