Always a pleasure. Best food at fair prices. Burger, steak or vegetarian 😀 First-class staff and you can also find a suitable place with a dog. The ambience, inside and outside, is very appealing.

Have been here a few times, the food always tastes really good 👍, the price is good. Today our service was fine.

The Balletshofer Grill'n Chill on Kobelweg is a recommended place for breakfast. The quality of the food is excellent and there is a great selection that is not only tasty but also visually appealing. Everything is freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I can recommend this place to start the day relaxed!

We were there today for a cozy evening for two and couldn't confirm our positive impressions from last time! Unfortunately, the service was completely overwhelmed, we waited over an hour to be able to order food! When the food came it was cold and the fries were old and dry! Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore It's a shame, you could do more with it

Delicious food, friendly staff and the atmosphere is very chic. Unfortunately I don't have much time during my lunch break, but the Balletshofer salad alone is amazing and the cakes are also excellent. I will definitely eat there more often

Food is ok, our service was extremely friendly and always made sure that everything was right for us. The entrance area could be a little brighter and the toilets could be cleaned better. According to the plan, someone was in the toilets at 5:45 p.m. but they weren't clean at 6:30 p.m. The sink in the overflow was black inside. And there is so much dust (dirt) hanging on the vents on the ceiling from I have no idea how many months.

I have to say I wasn't a fan of the place before, but that changed about 4-5 months ago. No reservation is necessary for breakfast and there are various choices plus products from normal sales. I now appreciate the possibility of a games room for the children plus breakfast within sight.

Super nice restaurant with nice portions and tasty food at good prices, but lots of people.

Just ordered a cheesecake on September 8th, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. First of all, the cake was tiny and there was a hair on it. I still had to pay full price. An outrage! I'll never come here again.

Dinner is terrible, especially the burgers. The rest is good and definitely enjoyable. Also nice service etc.

Das 2te mal innerhalb eines Monats War meine Frau und Ich zum Abendessen. Nach dem ersten mal hatte wir 1 Stunde später solche Magenkrämpfe und hatten beide Durchfall bekommen. Vielleicht Zufall dachten. Heute waren wir wieder zum Abendessen, da ich die ganze Woche nicht Zuhause war wollte ich meine Frau überraschen und wir haben uns im Lokal getroffen. Und was soll ich sagen 1 Stunde Zuhause und wieder Magenkrämpfe und Durchfall!!! Beide! Obwohl wir es angesprochen haben meinte Die Kellnerin das sich mehrere Gäste in letzter Zeit beschwert haben. Unsere Vermutung der Dip den man am Anfang bekommt. Vielleicht aber auch mein Burger der noch Roh war! Wie gesagt dieses Lokal sieht Uns nicht mehr.

The two of us were having breakfast. So far everything was good, only the strawberry-rhubarb spritzer was way too warm. If the outside temperature is 30 degrees, it has to be a “cold drink”.

Great restaurant! Flexible on Saturday evening without reservation, enough space, great food and lots of it. So you don't need a starter :) Sweet potato fries had too much salt (you don't need it with sweet potato), but otherwise nothing to complain about!

The different menus offered are excellent at a very reasonable price. The staff and environment are top notch. To share with friends or family.

My visit to Grill'n Chill yesterday convinced me again. We got a nice spot in the shade, service was attentive even though we were sitting at the very edge, came regularly to check on us. The Grill'n Chill Bowl was super tasty, and I'm equally thrilled with the selection of cocktails. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with you. 😊

Wow. Ate here for the first time today and ordered a BBQ burger with fries. I've honestly never had such a good burger. Where I normally need two burgers, one almost made me burst. So damn good!

I have to say I am very satisfied. Very good food, always served quickly even when it's busy, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The ambience is simply very inviting... at least I think so.

Food is not of good quality. Food tastes like nothing. Meat dry, salad not fresh. Definitely not a recommendation!

Unfortunately it wasn't served. Friday 1:45 p.m. Self service. I'm standing at the counter, in front of me the cash register where the orders are placed. Lots of employees behind the counter (some worked for the bakery). Not a single hello or good day. 4 people are typing in front of me at the checkout, no one notices them. Again no hello, nothing. If you had at least been greeted and said someone. Sorry, I'm not on duty or busy, but someone is coming soon. But unfortunately you were completely ignored. Service and service looks different. Then I had to eat somewhere else.

Very good review for the meat dish that one of the party chose, unfortunately I cannot recommend the falafel with side dishes with rather unappetizing vegetables. Friendly and accommodating staff but the location may not be the best.

You should be able to eat grilled and baked goods here at ANY time of the day. Then it's grilled from 11! Before that, just a baker like any other. False advertising. Staff friendly.

The three of us ate there again. Unfortunately, if you order a double portion of turkey on your Balletshofer salad, you only get the whole piece of turkey, which is only about 4 thin slices more meat, but that doesn't even remotely amount to a "double" portion, which is what you get Pay straight away if you order the salad with normal turkey. I then went to the counter, but was put off with the fact that you only get the whole piece, i.e. the little rest that would otherwise be cut off... NOT WORKING AT ALL!!! In addition, I was not charged €2.50 for the turkey, but €3.50 and the egg was missing from my salad. Since all three of us ordered the same thing (only I had double turkey), it was easy to compare. In addition, there were only a few splashes of sauce on all three salads... which can be attributed to (see below) the mood and work ethic of the employee preparing them... When I asked again about the egg and the 1€ too much (it was about the principle, because I certainly don't pay 1€ more than it costs and then even get less for it than normal), I realized how to do this For example, nothing comes for free!), the waitress was immediately offended, blushed and also reacted more cheekily, with the help of her rather bored and also cheeky (boys, both were young) colleague. This colleague had previously been extremely bored, throwing fries and other dishes onto the plates and containers, so that a lot of things kept falling down. Anyone can have a stupid day, but at work, especially in service, you just have to leave it at home!!

We are regulars at this restaurant and have tried pretty much everything and found it to be good. They also have very friendly and attentive staff.

The food was quite good, I liked the burger bun of everything. The grilled vegetables were relatively fatty, which I found strange. The service was rare and not particularly attentive. A pity.

Large selection of dishes: breakfast also available at lunchtime, burgers, ribs, etc. from the grill. Something for everyone. Cozy, lots of space, outside and inside. Great bakery products. Gladly again!

I've enjoyed eating there for years. The ambience is really nice with the lighting in the evening. The service is still great, but the food disappointed me. I always ordered turkey breast schnitzel with baked potatoes, but there were two pieces of bread missing that were always skewered. I don't know if that's intentional and the bread isn't available anymore, but for the price you could have added a little more... 14.90 euros (I think it was) for a turkey breast schnitzel plus 4 euros and a few extra pieces for the side dish... This is really heavy! It's a shame... It was much better back then.

Unfortunately the Spezi didn't taste good, it was Syrup Spezi from the tap, much too sweet. Burgers were good, although I wouldn't choose the pulled chicken burger next time. But that's because I think pulled pork is much better than chicken. We were there early in the evening and there was only self-service, but that was fine for me. Would come again to eat. LG

**Review: Grill’n Chill** I recently had the pleasure of dining at Grill'n Chill and overall was very pleased with the experience. Of particular note is the salad I ate there. It was incredibly fresh and delicious – a real highlight! I was particularly impressed by the bread that was served with it. It was baked perfectly and complemented the salad beautifully. The service was another plus point of my visit. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, which made the stay very pleasant. You really feel welcome and in good hands. A small drawback that I noticed was the noise in the restaurant. It can get quite loud at times, making conversation a little difficult. In addition, the parking situation was not ideal and it was a little difficult to find a free space. Despite these small points of criticism, overall I can highly recommend Grill'n Chill. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff far outweigh the few negative aspects. Definitely worth a visit!

Great atmosphere, flexible choice of seating thanks to reservations. Super courteous service, the young man was really great. We haven't experienced service like this in a long time without being intrusive, the food was really tasty and appropriate to the season. Would love to come back.

After the breakfast here that week wasn't that great, I was more than surprised at lunchtime. The staff were remarkably friendly, the food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. With an iced coffee for dessert, it was a completely successful lunch and a very nice time that I was really able to enjoy.

The atmosphere is pleasant. Our waitress was really nice. The food was rather average. Nothing special, but not high quality either. Overall it's nice there, but the quality of the food is rather in the lower segment.

Very, very tasty and beautifully decorated dishes! A huge plus point is the large play and climbing corner on the upper floor, next to which you can sit and eat or drink!

I just don't like it here. Please don't take it personally, I know a lot of people like to go there, but I'm not one of them. Apparently breakfast service and G&C are in conflict with each other and somehow I always get caught in the middle. It's certainly no one's fault in particular, it's just that I don't want to put myself through that anymore. I know that 'customer is king' The concept is long gone, but I actually don't often get treated as badly as I do here. Then why 2 stars? This simply doesn't deserve a superlative.

Nice big cafe but very noisy. Unfortunately the outside area isn't much better because of the parking lot and the road. Breads, pastries and cakes taste very delicious. Breakfasts are too expensive for the clear plates! Staff very friendly despite stress.

The food was delicious as always! Unfortunately, the service was very poor this time and it took forever for the orders to be delivered. It may have been because there was a lot going on, but if you have to think about whether you still have time for a second drink, that's a real shame. I would also like a little more flexibility in the service/kitchen. My daughter wanted her chicken nuggets without fries, which was apparently not possible. Why? I have no idea - you can also get fries without nuggets. I don't like food waste. So we ate the fries with great difficulty and then unfortunately had no room for dessert...

It was busy, luckily we had reservations. My burger was pretty good, but I've had better ones. That's why only 4 stars here. I didn't really like the bread for the burger. The jalapeño burger was very spicy, which I thought was very good. The waitress who was responsible for our table was very friendly but not particularly attentive. We weren't served for a long time and we weren't asked if we wanted something else to drink, but always had to point it out. It also bothered me that we weren't informed that the bar was closing and we wouldn't be able to drink anything. Unfortunately, our glasses had been empty for a long time. I would still go there again because everyone can have a bad day and the lady is only human and something like that can happen to anyone.

I cannot rate the restaurant. I was just at the bakery. And it's really worth recommending. Very wide range, prices in line with the market. Staff seems competent and friendly.

We had made a reservation at Grill n Chill and were looking forward to eating. We waited about 1.5 hours for our food. In addition, “giant prawns” were ordered by a lady at the table and what did she get? “1cm” diameter shrimp, whereupon the service was extremely unfriendly and did not take the dish back after repeated requests. Since when has there been a restaurant that never takes any food back because, according to the statement, “the product comes out of the kitchen in perfect condition”. So the question to you is...where is there something like that? I was also called “cheeky” because I made a counter-argument. It doesn't work at all!

Really very badly degraded. I've been a customer here for years and have always enjoyed coming here. But I have to say that the restaurant has deteriorated extremely in the last few months. Components of the original dish are simply left out and the price remains the same or even increases. Ordered “giant prawns” today for over €20. 7 tiny shrimps arrived on a small pile of rocket. We were there with a large group of over 20 people and no one will come back.

Went there again for dinner today with friends (20 people). Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio has decreased significantly. After 1.5 hours our food finally arrived, including “giant prawns” on a skewer which turned out to be 7 normal prawns. These were served on some rocket and tomatoes for €20.90. After repeated requests, our request for return was not granted. I think that was our last evening there.

The starters are recommended. The burgers are good, but the BBQ burger bun wasn't that great. A spice tasted strong that didn't really resonate with me and my daughter. The whole wheat bun looked better and my wife and other daughter liked it. Service very good and friendly.

Very nice location with sufficient parking spaces in front of the door and the nearby surrounding area. Here you will be shown to your table in the classic way (reservation recommended). The menu is clear and the quality of the food is good! Extra requests are accepted and implemented very well (2 allergy sufferers in the circle of friends). Small drawback, the toilets on the 1st floor. There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor.

Unfortunately, things are getting worse there. I've been coming here regularly for lunch for years. First of all, I would like to praise the range of vegetarian dishes. Unfortunately, the overall quality drops noticeably. Prices are getting more expensive and portions are getting smaller. I find the clearly noticeable change in the friendliness of the employees a shame. It feels like everyone is just annoyed, unfriendly and overwhelmed. Very unfortunate.

The Grill'n Chill is simply amazing. Great ambience, delicious food and very accommodating staff. Insider, you can also buy the aioli there, it's so delicious 😄😉 A must do in Augsburg on the chilled out terrace in summer 🔆 Small drawback, it's not really on the way into town. Rather out of the way but still with good connections and also a large parking lot
