That was it with the grill… devastating! Valantis come back!!!!

We ordered food, after several calls the food was there after 2 hours, but it seems to be normal. Unfortunately you read it here very often. Of course, when the food arrived, part of it was missing and was then delivered incorrectly. The gyro is really not well seasoned and totally dry. The fries were okay but in between there was an old croquette that the fryer only saw from afar. Absolutely unprofessional and was the last time we would order or go there. The owners of Kretagrill would be ashamed if they could see what has become of the shop. We used to be regular customers, but now 10 horses can't get me in there anymore. Very sad and just a poor performance on every level.

Been there for the first time and never again. Ordered gyros with tzatziki and salad. Meat was very dry and partly burnt, salad had no taste and I made dressing over it at home. Spoons of tzatziki cost €2. Where else can you get a whole portion of tzatziki for it. Not again.

Not on point... been waiting for 2 hours... The information was that there was only one driver and one cook... that shouldn't be the customers' problem.

So far we have always been very satisfied with our visits. Today we were served for the first time by a young lady who promptly served us the wrong wine, which we returned untouched, pointing out that it was the wrong one. However, when this appeared on the bill I asked if that was correct. A white wine spritzer was always made with retsina, they said. Funny that this was definitely NOT the case in the last 12 visits. I then paid for it, but we definitely won't be going there again.

The food is quite good, but a delivery time of almost 1.5 hours is too long for us compared to the 30 minute delivery time that was stated online.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food as I've been waiting for my order for almost 2 hours. Even called, said it would be delivered straight away and waited another hour. It really doesn't work at all! At Lieferando you can always check beforehand how long the delivery time is and of course you rely on it. But I've never had to wait so long for an order! I won't be ordering any more in the future. Really a shame

Very tasty meals. The new owners are continuing the high quality standards of the former owners. We really enjoyed the meal. We'll definitely see each other again.

After the renovation, the restaurant looks fresher and there are several seating options. I ate a gyro plate with fries and salad and a cold beer. The dish was very tasty and the service was also good. Upon request there was even an extra portion of mayonnaise. I will gladly come again. Note on vouchers: Vouchers are beautifully displayed and can only be paid for with cash.

Unfortunately, the new owners (formerly Monalisa) have adopted the way of preparation and the menu of the old owners. The meat is far dry and the salad and rice are unreasonable. Never again.

Essen gut (2x bisher), Bedienung gut, Preise ok. Sehr aufmerksam alle, wir hatten zweimal viel Spaß dort. Ja, es dauert eine Weile, bis das Essen da ist. Hier fährt man zum Genießen hin, ist halt kein Schnellimbis.

Leider muss ich zwei Sterne abziehen. Einen für die lange Wartezeit und einen für das überschaubare Speisenangebot. Die Gastgeber sind aber wirklich sehr nett.

Das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Jede Woche gibt es ein Gericht im Angebot: Wie z.B. das überbackene Gyros, das meinem Partner sehr gut gemundet hat. Da ich leider kein Tzatziki vertrage, habe ich stattdessen einen sehr leckeren Weißkohlsalat bekommen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, und wer eine Jacke dabei hat, kann die Terrasse hinterm Haus genießen. Als neue Bewohner in Helpup , sind wir froh um dieses Lokal. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Nun, nach Betreiberwechsel bin ich 2x Gast gewesen. Vorab: Der Service ist Top aber aufgrund der doch recht langen Wartezeit nicht Höchstnotenreif. Man hat ja nicht so viel im Laden verändert und der Biergarten ist immer noch gut. Das Essen hat aber doch in meinen Augen nachgelassen: Kleinere Portionen als früher und vor allem geschmacklich einiges "fader". Von "Sehr gut" zu "befriedigend" herunter würde ich sagen. Leider nicht mehr etwas besonderes....

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Laden. Lecker Essen und ein schönes Ambiente. Service ist sehr nett und es ist angenehm dort zu Essen ..

Super Ambiente der Burggarten ist einfach nur schön und gemütlich. Hessen ist hervorragend. Immer wieder zu empfehlen

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend dort verbracht. Das Essen und der Service waren hervorragend. Wir können das Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Nette Bedienung, lecker Souflaki Teller, richtig gut! Wenn ihr das Level haltet, wird euch der ganze Ort lieben und sogar Gäste aus der Umgebung kommen.

Das Restaurant ist ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus! Die Speisen sind hervorragend zubereitet und die Auswahl ist großartig. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend. Ich kann einen Besuch nur empfehlen!

Die Preise sind angemessen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Abend im Kreta Grill und kann es jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem guten griechischen Restaurant ist.

Hallo....also, ja, es ist anders als vorher bei 30 Jahren Kreta Grill. Aber anders ist ja nicht immer schlechter! Total nette Leute, Essen immer noch sehr lecker und ergänzt um selbstgemachte syrische Spezialitäten. Also wir finden es writerhin super......und....immer noch das best gezapfte Veltins in der Nähe 😃
