Delicious food. Friendly waiters.

We were there for the first time on April 9th, but certainly not the last. The ambiance was a bit different than usual, VERY friendly staff, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Only the tomato rice could have been a bit hotter. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and restrooms this clean are unfortunately not something you can take for granted. 👍 Oh, and a little warning about the tripping hazard on the restroom door would have been nice. See you next time!

The salad was mass-produced. And it came with a strange yellow dressing. The meat was barely seasoned. And the rice was watery. And the tzatziki was still searching for garlic and cucumbers.

A terrible price-performance ratio for what you get. I don't recommend the food for people who are used to fresh food.

Had it delivered today, what can I say? A starter of 1 pita with tzatziki, the pita was like rubber, 1 grilled pepperoni was quite ok. 1 coleslaw was also ok! Main course: 1 stuffed calamari, filling distributed in the styrofoam packaging, the calamari almost raw and like rubber tires, 1 souvlaki calamari, 4 pieces of meat as dry as sand, 4 calamari tulips, also like rubber! That was the last time we ordered anything. For just under €60, I've never eaten so badly, and for that money, you definitely expect more. I can't recommend this restaurant!!!!

We are always satisfied and very nice people, we like coming here, we have already been there with friends and are always satisfied. Were there yesterday, there was garlic bread very tasty, small beer and Mostra, gyros in Metaxa sauce and a gyro calamari plate and both with chips were delicious

right on the main road, so there's a lot of smell of tire rubber and exhaust fumes, and also quite loud. Waiting a long time to order drinks and food. Payment was quick.

On the way through at over 30'c in the shady and airy beer garden, I found probably the best Greek restaurant. Each of the different pieces of meat actually tasted different and delicately seasoned. Even with the bean soup as a process, I noticed that I was sitting here in the right place, simply a class better than I was I've eaten somewhere else so far and I'm really full THANKS to EVERYONE

Had dinner at Socrates for the first time today. Everything was perfect, the food was very tasty and the service staff were very friendly. We'd love to come back.

Have often eaten there, today ordered take-away. 1a Greek food, super nice staff and a beautiful restaurant. Highly recommended, we are already looking forward to the next time.

Well, we don't like it here... there's little to complain about the food... but the bowl of tzatziki (it's right on the plate) makes me wonder how many people have had it in their hands before it's right on the plate is served... I still give it 3 stars But we'll go back to Eschenau for a Greek restaurant in the future.

Here for the first time today. The first impression was great. Very friendly service, fast, delicious food. The eye still eats with it. Prices you can still afford. The only reason I deducted a star is that the food wasn't right. However, we will be back. Keep it up.

My work colleague and I went to the restaurant here at the suggestion of a friend. It's hard to find a good Greek restaurant in the area these days, but this one has definitely become our favorite Greek restaurant.☺️ The staff is really nice and accommodating, the dishes, 22b is particularly recommended, totally delicious and, above all, huge.🍽️ Price/performance ratio is definitely fair for the current inflation. Sehr leckeres Essen. Von Gyros, über Kalamari, Knoblauchkartoffeln und Knoblauchbrot,... alles war sehr sehr lecker. Die Preise sind auch sehr freundlich. Nur das Ambiente bringt nicht so viel griechisches Feeling. Aber alles in allem nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr sauberes Restaurant und das Essen war frisch und sehr sehr lecker. Mussten etwas warten weil es sehr voll war aber die Angestellten waren trotzdem sehr nett.

Δυο φορες κατέβηκε η κριτική μου παρολο που δεν είχε τίποτα κακό. Ελπίζω αυτή τη φορά να δημοσιευτει. Πολυ μετριο φαγητό, δεν εκπροσωπεί επάξια την ελληνική κουζίνα. Τα τηγανιτά όλα ίδια γευση. Οι σαλάτες καμια σχεση με ελληνική κουζίνα όπως και πολλα γευματα στο μενου. Εξαρχής ζητήσαμε να φέρουν νερό αλλά έκαναν 15' να φέρουν και μόνο αφου ζητήσαμε ξανά.

Essen kam bei der Anlieferung ausgelaufen an. Fett tropfte aus der Tüte. Zum allen Überfluss, wollte der Fahrer den Gutschein nicht akzeptieren mit der Argumentation "wenn ich schon liefere, dann nehme ich nur Bargeld" Leider hat sich das bestätigt, was wir über das Restaurant gehört und gelesen hatten. Nie wieder!

War heute zufällig hier, weil ich nach langer Mopedtour richtig Hunger hatte. Das Essen war sehr gut, Fleisch saftig und gut gewürzt. Portion reichlich. Ouzo hätte es noch dazu gegeben, könnte ich aber leider keinen trinken 😉 vielleicht gibt's dann beim nächsten Mal 2 😄 schöner Biergarten, aber eben direkt an der Straße...

Meines Erachtens ein sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant. Essen war bis jetzt immer sehr gut, egal ob im Restaurant oder Wenn geliefert wurde. Auf extrawünsche ist man immer eingegangen und wurden auch erfüllt. Leider fehlt ein bisschen der griechische Charme der Einrichtung und der Biergarten könnte etwas aufgehübscht werden. Ansonsten alles top und werde weiterhin mir gelegentlich was liefern lassen oder dort einkehren.

Wir haben heute das erste mal bestellt. Und sind echt enttäuscht. Das Essen kam kalt an, die Pommes waren total weich und haben wie zum zweiten Mal aufgewärmt geschmeckt. Die Portionen 😅 total klein, das Zaziki hat nicht mal für eine Person gereicht. Und vom anderen essen will ich garnicht anfangen. Wir werden hier nicht mehr bestellen, oder dort essen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ansprechende Einrichtung Bei schönen Wetter kann man auch außen sitzen aber leider an Hauptstraße große Auswahl an Speisen aber für Veganer bleiben nur Salate oder Beilagen

Das Lokal war eiskalt, das Essen ebenso. Ich bin mir vorgekommen wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Das Essen ist sehr teuer.

Wir haben eben eine Platte zu zweit gegessen. Wir haben es nicht geschafft. Sehr gut und reichhaltig... . Man geht auf Sonderwünsche ein... Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich, Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind kommen wir wieder.. Vielen Dank******

Wir haben dem Restaurant nochmals eine Chance gegebe. Wurden leider enttäuscht! Filet bestellt und bezahlt und Steak bekommen! Ich finde das sehr schade. An ihrem Kommentar merkt man, dass sich nichts ändert oder geändert hat ! Ich habe Bilder und dass ist KEIN Filet! Wir kommen oder bestellen nicht mehr!

Sehr gutes Angebot ! Essen absolut super! Bin froh, dass es in Forth noch eine Gaststätte gibt, wo man zuverlässig einen schönen Abend verbringen kann!! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hin! Vorallem im Sommer sehr schön im Biergarten. Im Winter kann es im Innenraum mal etwas voll werden. Das Essen schmeckt immer ausgezeichnet.

Wir waren hier zum ersten Mal essen und wurden richtig gut bewirtet. Allen 5 hat es sehr gut geschmeckt,es waren ordentliche und sehr leckere Portionen. Die Bedienung war zu Späßen aufgelegt und konnte uns dementsprechend den Abend noch mit der ein oder anderen Runde Metaxa und Ouzo in lustiger Runde ausklingen lassen.

Sehr guter Grieche in Eckental, Preis Leistung der Hammer. Wir waren im Mai im gemütlichen Garten und das Personal war auf Zack, essen war perfekt, da kocht die Chefin noch selbst…. Wir kommen wieder macht weiter so

Essen, Bedienung alles passt, ausser der Verkehr direkt an der B2 ist etwas störend. Aber für ein Essen reicht es.

Super Service, ordentliche Portionen, sehr guter Geschmack, alles frisch, kommen gerne wieder.

Mittlerweile bin ich großer Fan des Restaurants. Die Anfänge waren etwas holprig, aber jeder bekommt eine zweite oder gar dritte Chance. Und es war auch richtig so, wir kommen sehr gern hierher. Das Essen wirklich lecker, die Knoblauchkartoffeln absoluter Hammer, gegrillte Pepperoni ebenfalls. Vorspeisenteller ein Traum.... im Grunde alles wirklich top. Der Service aufmerksam und freundlich, immer für ein nettes Gespräch offen und fröhlich. Wir kommen gerne und oft hierher.

Das Restaurant Sokrates bietet solides Griechisches essen, nichts außergewöhnliches jedoch war das Gyros und kalamari super. Die Atmosphäre ist innen sehr angenehm. Im Außenbereich fahren aufgrund der Lage des Restaurants ständig Autos und der Zug vorbei. Dafür kann der Wirt nichts deshalb dennoch 4 Sterne. Für spontanes Essen gehen auf jeden Fall eine Anlaufstelle.

Ich habe über einen Lieferdienst bestellt und ich muss sagen, ich bin enttäuscht. Die Lammkoteletts waren verbrannt! Und somit ungenießbar. Die Kartoffeln triefen in Öl, die Calamari schmeckten gummiartig. Also insgesamt leider den Erwartungen nicht entsprechend gewesen und für diese Qualität zu teuer. Wir werden dort nicht mehr bestellen , schade eigentlich..

Wir haben am Mittwoch Abend essen für 3 Personen abgeholt. Alles war sehr lecker und grosse Portionen. Nettes Personal und ein Ouzo gab's auch geschenkt.

Essen war super, hatte eine herrlich gegrillte Dorade, der Preis war dafür angemessen. Das Personal war super nett , aber die anderen Personen, die bei uns dabei waren, fanden ihr Essen zu teuer, deshalb keine 5 Sterne
