Sehr gute Küche. Geschmack und Qualität und Optik sind sehr gut. Sehr freundlich und guter Service. Preis Leistung auch sehr gut.

Der Wirt und das Personal waren sehr nett. Das Essen kam schnell und zeitgleich, sodass wir zu viert gemeinsam essen konnten. Der Ouzo als Aperitif war auch köstlich.

Leckeres Essen im tollem Ambiente ;-) Hatten traumhaftes Wetter für Aussenterasse aber wenn Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre hatte das auch seinen Charm gehabt ;-) Service aufmerksam und auf Zack!!! Essen für jeden was dabei und einfach ein Hauch von Griechenland vor Ort ;-) DANKE jederzeit wieder!!

Essen war vom Grill und lecker und das Schwarzbier süffig.

Kulinarisches Highlight in Zwiesel

Kleines griechisches Restaurant mit typischen Speisen. Zu den Hauptspeisen gab es Salat. Etwas überrascht war ich, dass halbe Zwiebelringe auf dem Salat lagen und ein gelbliches Dressing die Salatblätter nappierte. Der Hackfleisch-Aubergine-Kartoffelauflauf hatte im Verhältnis viel Béchamelsoße und die Kartoffelscheiben waren eher bräunlich. Das Gyros schmeckte, auch wenn es etwas trockener war. Unsere Kleidung roch kräftig nach den Speisen als wir wiederum der Wohnung waren. Schade.

Sehr netter Grieche, mit Biergarten. Haben ohne zu reservieren einen Platz bekommen, obwohl es sehr voll war. Das Essen war reichlich und lecker. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren wieder zu zweit im Restaurant. Der Grieche ist immer sehr gut besucht. Aus diesem Grund würde ich vor dem Besuch reservieren. Wir waren schon mehrmals dort. Wir wurden bisher nicht enttäuscht.

Der beste Grieche, bei dem ich bisher war! Nachfolgend eine Auflistung, warum: 1. Extra eine Person für die Getränke abgestellt - dadurch geht es unglaublich flott. 2. Kellner waren aufmerksam und haben auch auf Tages-specials (in diesem Fall gegrillte Calamari) hingewiesen 3. Portionen üppig, aber nicht zu viel 4. Fleisch war bei allen Gerichten (4 verschiedene) perfekt auf den Punkt gegrillt. Aromen top, kein Schi-Schi. Saftig und lecker. 5. Zu Beginn und zum Ende Ouzo aufs Haus. Und der war auch noch sehr lecker on top. 6. Preise absolut fair, Preis-Leistung ist grandios. Gerne wieder!

Spontaner Besuch & sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und dem Geschmack des Essens 😉. Das Griechische Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, eine Reservierung am Wochenende ist empfehlenswert. Super Service & sehr freundliches Personal 😊. Gern wieder, wenn wir hier sind.

Wir haben uns Tomatenreis, Zaziki und Gyrospita bestellt, hat uns alles nicht so geschmeckt, gibt deutlich bessere Griechen.

Service sehr Freundlich, Essen absolut Fantastisch. Kann als Vorspeise die Weinblätter mit der Zitronensauce (112) seeehr empfehlen. Das war alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, nicht zu sauer, einfach lecker.

Da wir in unserem Hotel kein Abendessen mehr bekommen haben sind wir kurzfristig hierher gegangen. Vom ersten Augenblick wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und bedient mit einem sehr leckeren Uszo begrüßt. Essen war fantastisch, alles frisch zubereitet selbst die Pommes. Fleisch war super zart, seit langem nicht mehr so gut griechisch gegessen. TOP.

Ein kleiner, aber urgemütlicher "Grieche". Dezente, aber herzliche Begrüßung. Die Speisekarte ist optisch wie ein kleiner Katalog gestaltet, die Speisen und Getränke sehr schön aufgeteilt. Trotz "voller Bude" keine nennenswerte Wartezeit bei der ersten Bestellung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mixgetränke. Ein Colaweizen zu verschandeln ist leicht, aber hier PERFEKT gemischt. Das Essen ist reichlich und sagenhaft gut. Frittierte Calamari sind nicht totgebruzzelt, sondern haben den tollen dezenten Meeresgeschmack, das Fleisch ist knusprig bis zart. Handgeschnittene Pommes und saftiger Tomatenreis als Beilage. Die Desserts sind zwar nur wenige, aber sagenhaft gut. Das Baklava zergeht auf der Zunge wie ein Traum. Auch die Toiletten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Preise sind moderat, angesichts der Qualität und Quantität sehr angemessen. Parkplätze sind rund ums Restaurant vorhanden. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Today, my boyfriend and I went to the Meteora restaurant for the very first time. It was recommended to us by our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised; the restaurant was completely full, and the service was quick and attentive. The server offered us a larger table since our table for two was right by the entrance. The food was also fantastic, and the portions were perfect. We even received a delicious homemade ouzo on the house. The visit was a great success, and if we're ever in this city again, we'll definitely come back!

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived and remained consistently quick and friendly throughout the evening! The food was very reasonably priced and offered a wide selection. We felt very comfortable in the pleasant atmosphere inside.

It was a wonderful evening with my girlfriend, who uses a wheelchair. The service was very attentive. We had reserved a table, and we were immediately given another one with more space for a wheelchair. Excellent! Our order for a small bottle of water arrived right away. My girlfriend, who uses a wheelchair, even had hers poured for her 😊, but unfortunately, mine wasn't... but that's okay. I ordered an appetizer and a main course. The appetizer arrived very quickly. It was tasty, but I thought it should have had tzatziki on it. A short time later, the main courses arrived. I wasn't too happy about this, as I hadn't even finished half of my appetizer... so my main course, even though it was just salad with gyros, was cold. The service was always attentive and almost too frequent at the table 🙈🙈. We had specifically ordered the gyros plate without rice, but it arrived with rice. My girlfriend has a rice allergy, so the rice went back untouched. In conclusion, the food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We will definitely come back.

Perhaps we were just unlucky, and taste is subjective, of course. Portions were okay, and the food was well-seasoned. The pepperoni was a bit spicy and crunchy, served with a small flatbread. However, there were some drawbacks: the children's schnitzel arrived too early (we hadn't finished our appetizers yet), and it was either kept warm or refried instead of being freshly prepared. It was thick instead of the usual thin, and the gyros in pepper sauce was very fatty meat with tendons; the food was swimming in grease in the casserole dish. Therefore, we can't give it 5 stars.

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner today as tourists. We received a warm welcome and were given a welcome drink right away. We had warm pitta as a starter, pork fillet with pepper sauce, and chicken breast fillet with Metaxa sauce as a main course. Everything was very, very tasty and fresh; the chicken fillet with Metaxa sauce, fried until buttery soft in the sauce, was absolutely delicious. We'd love to come back on our next vacation. Big compliments and thank you for the great food.

The Meteora has moved, but it's nothing like the previous Greek restaurant that was there. We had a calamari starter and main course. It was fresh, beautifully presented, and well-portioned, and good value for money. I can recommend it. The service was excellent; you feel welcome and appreciated. We will eat there again.

The new (old) Meteora restaurant is very beautiful and cozy. The interior is lovingly designed. What makes me particularly happy is that the restaurant is now open for lunch again and has added two new dishes that require a lot of work (I've already cooked them myself): musaka and pastizio (Greek pasta casserole with feta cheese and béchamel sauce). The service, as always, was very attentive and friendly! We still enjoy coming to the new Meteora! Reservations are highly recommended in the evenings, and for lunch on weekends too!

We went out to eat as a family. The children's schnitzel came quickly, but unfortunately, it was a ready-made schnitzel for 9.50... The bifteki with Metaxa sauce and the warm appetizer plate were okay. I think it was the first Greek restaurant I'd ever been to that didn't offer ouzo on the house. I'd rather go to a Bavarian restaurant.

Very friendly hosts. The food is average, like many Greek restaurants. The only thing that stands out is that the salad is better than at other Greek restaurants. The wine selection leaves something to be desired. Furthermore, the wines aren't chilled. White wines, in particular, need to be served chilled. So there's still room for improvement. I can't understand the 4.9 out of five rating.

We chose this restaurant based on its good Google review. The 23 km drive was worth it thanks to the friendly staff. With the outside temperature at 34 degrees Celsius, the outdoor area was naturally full. But the waiter made a special reservation for us in a quiet corner, so our dog could also sit there. A special thank you to the waiter. After about half an hour, a thunderstorm rolled in, so all the guests from the outdoor area moved inside. They handled even this unusual situation well. The food arrived quickly and tasted good. If we ever vacation in the area again, we would be happy to come back. Thank you and best regards

We were here on a short vacation. We visited this restaurant two years ago, with our dog. We didn't have a reservation, but we were still greeted warmly. The restaurant looks very clean and newly decorated. Excellent service! The food is truly delicious. We highly recommend this Greek restaurant 🥰

We had a table reservation there for the evening. The atmosphere at Meteora makes you feel a bit like you're in Greece itself – authentic decor and music. Both the cold and warm appetizer platters were delicious. The main courses were also delicious, and the portions were generous! I had the gyros, which was very juicy and tender. We were at Meteora last week. We would receive a very friendly welcome and be looked after in a friendly manner throughout. The meals were very tasty. The appetizer platters are highly recommended and the Metaxa sauce is delicious. We welcomed and ended with delicious ouzo. We'd love to come back.

We had the garlic bread, suflaki and gyros. Everything was very good. I changed my order, that worked well, but my partner's order was also changed, which is why one star less for service. We were also allowed to take our dog in with us :)

The best Greek restaurant in Zwiesel since the Greek on the sharp corner🤩. The food is wonderful, best Greek cuisine. The atmosphere is also inviting, friendly and makes you long for a holiday in Greece. The employees are also very friendly and always up for fun. The shop owner is one of the nicest souls we have ever met, typical Greek mentality. The only drawback is the current lack of staff, but that's not a bad thing at all because people here happily and longingly wait for their food. All in all, 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was good. I also generally appreciate it when the Greeks provide a salad plate as an appetizer. Unfortunately, too many people have stopped doing this. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere is not upscale, but clean. The fact that card payment is not possible is a bit annoying, cash is mandatory. The fact that they would like to have a receipt for entertainment was also skilfully ignored. I wouldn't recommend it as a business meal, but it's definitely fine for friends and family
